General Discussion / Internet Trolls
« on: January 30, 2018, 06:58:31 AM »
Does everyone on this Forum know the meaning of the word "troll"?   I am not talking about those fairy tale creatures who live under bridges!

Here are two definitions:

Merriam-Webster Dictionary: "A person who intentionally antagonizes others online by posting inflammatory, irrelevant or offensive comments or other disruptive content."

Urban Dictionary : "One who posts a deliberately provocative message to a newsgroup or message board with the intention of causing maximum disruption and argument."

Keep this in mind when reading messages.

One more thing - They hate being ignored.

General Discussion / Football - A Religion or a Cult?
« on: January 22, 2018, 07:14:14 PM »
I'm not trying to start a controversy or be forced to get an unlisted phone number.  But since facing my mortality recently, I'm seeing so many things from a different perspective.

I have never been a football fan although I do attend my grandsons games.   Both of them are blessed to have coaches who believe in good sportsmanship and having fun without the emphasis on winning.

During yesterday's Championship game on TV, I was struck by how much the high emotion and behavior of the crowd reminded me of the church revival services of my childhood.   In both of them, the people are cheering and crying.  They are praying for their "team."  The players in the game are also held up high and worshiped.  We attended church wearing our Sunday best and the crowd in the stadium covered themselves with the colors of their team.

The coaches were yelling and exhorting them to greater exploits.  The preacher must have thought that God was deaf because he prayed loud enough to be heard in Paradise!   While watching the game, I felt like I should be holding a Bible and saying a prayer!

I know people who have traveled the country stopping at every sports stadium and baseball park.  They were on a sacred pilgrimage!   I had a co-worker who wore his Brooklyn Dodger cap and a #42 Jersey every April 15th.   That was the day that Jackie Robinson signed his first contract with the Dodgers.   It was my co-worker's way of showing respect and gratitude for Jackie's bravery.

RELIGION  - A particular system of faith and worship;  A pursuit or interest to which someone ascribes supreme importance.

CULT - A social group defined by its religious, spiritual or philosophic beliefs or its common interest in a particular personality, object or goal.

Some Thoughts Muses & Meanderings / Extremes in Weather

To my Sister Sue,

I read your post about your 40 degree Celsius temperatures. (104!).   While I do have sympathy for you, please feel free to send some of that to the Northeast U.S.   We just got over several weeks of single digit and below zero actual temps.   I don't even want to think how low the windchill was! .................Allie

Some Thoughts Muses & Meanderings / Martin Luther King Day
« on: January 15, 2018, 09:09:32 AM »
"I refuse to accept the view that mankind is so tragically bound to the starless midnight of racism and war that the bright

Light of Peace and Brotherhood can never become a reality.      I believe that unnamed Truth and Unconditional Love

will have the final word!"....................Martin Luther King Jr.

I wanted to change the tone to something upbeat this morning.   I found a video from a friend in my e-mail.   The song is called "Start a Fire in my Soul" by a group called Unspoken.   I don't know how to post the link so I will write some of the words for you:

This world can be cold and bitter.  Feels like we're in the dead of winter,
Waiting on something better.  But am I really going to wait forever?

Over and over again.   I hear your voice in my head:
"Let your Light shine!  Let your Light shine for all to see!"

Start a fire in my soul.   Fan the flame and make it grow,  so there's no denying.
Let it burn so brightly that everyone around can see.
That it's You, that it's You that we need!    Start a fire in me.

You only need a spark to start a whole blaze.   It only takes a little faith.
Let it start right here in this city.    So these walls will never be the same.

Over and over again.   I hear your voice in my head.
"They need to know!"   I need to go.   Spirit won't you fall on my heart now?

Start a fire in my soul.   Fan the flame and make it grow,  so there's no doubt or denying.

You are the fire.   You are the flame.  You are the Light on the darkest day.

We have the hope.   We bear your name.   We carry the news that you have come to save.

Start a fire in me.

( 2 Timothy 1: 6 -  "For this reason I remind you to fan into flame the gift of God which is in you........")

General Discussion / A Different Perspective
« on: January 05, 2018, 10:11:38 AM »
I miss the discussions we used to have just a few years ago.   First thing in the morning, I would check into the Forum to see what was being discussed that day.   It got heated at times, especially when members took things a bit too personally.   But that was part of the fun.   We eventually got past the acrimony and sat down together to a satisfying meal of thought- provoking questions and responses.

As I tread water waiting to see our Celestial family face to face, I am conscious of time passing too slowly.   I wish that we could return to that time when we weren't just patting each other on the back.   We are receiving wonderful messages of guidance and support from spirit.   They are much needed and appreciated.   But I wish we could receive more specific teaching.

I have been re-reading the voluminous material that has already been shared with us.   It is mind-boggling.   I wish that we could receive specific lessons that we could focus on that day.   The topic of those lessons should come from us.   We should not expect spirit to spoon feed us.    For example: An aspect of the Lucifer Rebellion.   If looked at in its entirety it is overwhelming.   I wish that we could receive information that would help us to understand what happened.   But without all the emotion that always accompanies this subject.   I understand the emotion but would like to study it from a different perspective.

We have such a wide range of talents and abilities on this Forum.   I have not given up on us!

Some Thoughts Muses & Meanderings / Bon Voyage, Doc Davis!
« on: December 24, 2017, 04:52:10 PM »
I just read the obituary of Doc Davis.   He is one of the doctors I had the pleasure of working with so many years ago.   He was 97 years old and had worked wayyyyyyyyyy  past retirement age.   Usually, when one reads an obituary, it is full of stories of how wonderful and perfect and amazing that paragon was.  But in this case, it is really true.   He used to tell us that when he was growing up, he was the "man" of the house.   But his Mom was the "boss" of the house!

He was one of those old-fashioned, family practice doctors who made house calls.   He treated everyone with such special care and respect.   There are many omissions in his obituary.   So many things he has done for others that will probably never be known because they were done without publicity.   But he has also done many things for the children and the community that are known and for which he will be remembered.    As an example, he was a long time Army man who served in World War II and Nam.  But after Nam, he raised money to build a school and medical facilities for them.

There are many doctors who have an arrogance about them and treat nurses like second class citizens.   But Doc Davis never did.   When he would hear of a kindness that we did for one of his patients or friends, he would write thank-you letters!   He made sure that everyone in authority over us knew what we had done!   They were letters that he typed himself and didn't have anybody write it for him.   I still have my letter.

Through the years, he kept his wonderful sense of humor.   He would tell stories and lighten the mood when things were tough.   The Mansion Worlds have no idea who is coming!

Bon voyage, Doc!   You will never be forgotten!

Some Thoughts Muses & Meanderings / Words of Wisdom
« on: December 02, 2017, 02:14:22 PM »
"Upon suffering upon suffering;   The Red Man shall rise again and it shall be a blessing for a sick world.
A world filled with broken promises, selfishness and separation.
A world longing for Light again.

"I see a time of seven generations when all the colors of mankind will gather under the sacred Tree of Life;
And the whole earth will become one circle again.
In that day, there will be those among the Lakota who will carry knowledge and understanding of unity among all living things.
And the young white ones will come to those of my people and ask for this wisdom.

"I salute the Light within your eyes where the whole universe dwells.
For when you are at the center within you and I am in that place within me,
We shall be as One!"

Some Thoughts Muses & Meanderings / Happy Thanksgiving
« on: November 23, 2017, 09:31:46 AM »
To all my Sisters and Brothers on the Forum.  That includes all who are reading these words as our honored Guests:

I wish each and every one of you a wonderful day.    Let us all sit down before our meal and think of the many blessings that we have received.    In the days ahead, may we remember the Love that we have for each other and for the Celestial members of our family.   Let us pray for the success of the Missions and for all of the many spirits and incarnated beings that stand with us.   You are much loved and adored.

Some Thoughts Muses & Meanderings / Sense of Humor
« on: October 15, 2017, 11:13:16 AM »
I wish to speak a word or two.   Ron, please delete this post if I am too full of myself again!

I woke up this morning feeling joyful.   This was a surprise to me because I haven't awakened feeling joyful for a long time!   I asked my Adjuster what was going on but did not receive an answer.    Upon reading the recent posts, I realized that the time for the Announcements to be given is very close.   Many of us on the Forum are feeling the pressure and concern especially with all the recent messages that are filled with almost overwhelming information and statistics.   But I knew without a doubt that we are in good hands and have nothing to fear.   My faith is strong enough to handle this.

I want to remind everyone that the coming times are serious and will be harsh.   But do not make the mistake of taking ourselves too seriously.   I miss the witticism of Big Momma.   What a way with words, she has!    I also know that Chicken Little is alive and well and is probably working in Walmart stocking shelves.   Still watching the sky!

I know that I am being silly but it matters not what people think of me.   It matters a great deal what spirit thinks of me.   I will continue to listen to my music and look for the humor in everyday life.   For to be without humor is a joyless existence.

Greetings AutimLee!

Such a beautiful name for a beautiful soul!   I am starting a new thread to welcome you to our family.  Your arrival is not accidental.  You have been led here because your inborn gifts and talents are needed.

I concur with Clency and ask you to tell us something about yourself.   It is not necessary to write your life story.  Just some things you wish to share with us so we may get to know you.

We are entering a most interesting time.    AutimLee, you are most welcome to join us in our journey to the Father.

Music Compositions And Other Artistic Expressions / Music and Meditation

"Music is outer meditation.   Meditation is inner music.  They go together, hand in hand, embracing each other.   It is one of the greatest experiences of life when music is there surrounding you, overwhelming you, flooding you and meditation starts growing in you.

"When meditation and music meet, world and God meet, matter and consciousness meet.  That is Unio Mystica - the Mystic Union"................Osho

Some Thoughts Muses & Meanderings / A Response to MidiChlorian
« on: September 30, 2017, 12:16:09 PM »
To our old friend MidiChlorian,      And yes, you are our Friend, even though there have been times when I wondered why you wrote what you did.   I have not always agreed with you, but I steadfastly believe in your right to say it.    You would have had a better reception in the past if your words would not have been quite so harsh.

My reason for writing today is to tell you to never stop posting.   We need your perspective to balance out the rest of what is being said here.   We do not need another yes-man or another high-five.   We need well written thoughts and ideas that make us stop and think.   And your words always do that.

As I said before,  I have not always agreed with you and I know there will be times in the future when I will feel like I am back on your merry-go-round to nowhere.   But today is a good day and I am enjoying the ride!..........................Allie

Some Thoughts Muses & Meanderings / Let Us Be Grateful
« on: September 24, 2017, 10:20:12 AM »
As we scan the headlines this morning, may we remember to be grateful for what we have:
1.  A roof over our heads
2.  Enough food to eat
3.  Clean clothes to wear
4.  A warm bed to sleep in
5.  Drinkable, running water
6.  Electricity !

We take so much for granted when there is so much for which we should be grateful.
Today, from our abundance, let us reach out to those less fortunate than ourselves.
Let us remember we are all children of the Father.

Threads for New Transmissions / A Reminder
« on: September 04, 2017, 08:34:18 AM »
I barely had a chance to sit down for my time of meditation this morning, when these words came pouring out:

"This is the day which the Lord has made.   Let us rejoice and be glad in it!"   (Psalm 118:24)

"The Forum is a diverse group comprising those who hold strong opinions on many subjects.   Very soon, people will be coming up to you, looking for an explanation of what is happening.   In answering them, always remember who you are.  You represent the Magisterial Mission!  Everything you say and do reflects on them.   You are the face of the Mission!    Be aware of your tone of voice, your facial expression and body language.   Do not talk in a condescending manner to anyone who has less knowledge than you.   Stay humble!   This is no place for ego.

"Stay patient.   There is no other place you need to be except right there.   Stay centered in the Father.   Remember that He is Love.

"Take your focus off of yourself and place it on the other person.  They are a child of God and most likely have an Adjuster within them.   Notice their own tone of voice, facial expression and body language.   People who strike out in anger are usually coming from a place of fear.   Stay calm.   Surround yourself with the Peace that passes all understanding.   You are also surrounded by unseen helpers that have been sent by the Father.

"When a question is asked of you, do not answer immediately.   Take a moment in silence.   It will look like you are gathering your thoughts.  What you are really doing is allowing your Adjuster to come forward with the words that person needs to hear.

"People have long memories.   They will remember that person from the Mission who spoke to them with such kindness and treated their question as important.

"Remember that you are all so dearly loved."
