Appreciation
« on: August 25, 2016, 02:51:18 PM »
To my blessed mortal brethren of the forum, newbies as well as hero members, I continue daily in reading all of your transmissions and musings as to the revelations we have been blessed so far to receive, and to each in your own humble ways, to become a part of this great awakening and transformation of our world Urantia at this time in our planetary history.
I therefore humbly offer this following rhyme to express my gratitude for each of you and all that you each bring to this mission thus far.
... ...

I'm delighted in the company
I've been blessed so far to share
The open hearts and open minds
Of Such holy souls with tender care

My mortal family of like spirits
Each early courted to their call
By our Father, our Almighty
The indwelt Creator of us all

I am blessed your loving visages
I am blessed Their holy words
From mighty Angels sent from Heaven
Soon to unsheathe their holy swords

I am blessed
And No more troubled
By catastrophes or darkened skies
For our Lord and Holy Savior
Will soon be seen by mortal eyes

And reclaim His world
For all of time
That His children
Ever know Him
Eternal, loving and sublime

The godly and goodly part
of our each immortal soul
If we but choose on earth to listen
To His righteous loving goal

That we may one day live forever
In His mansions full of light
If we but serve our fellow brethren
And in holy brotherhood unite

I am blessed and always hopeful
That in Gods time, we'll see these things
With our Souls forever blessed
By the joy and happiness it brings

I am thankful and offer blessings
To each one of us thus called
in humble reverence and holy service
Working to become part of it all
... ...
Namaste and Domtia :-)

Thank you Marko821,
I always enjoy reading any type of deeper prose as it usually comes from deep within the heart.  I wrote a Prose and Poetry book a few years ago and it is still available on Amazon.com.   It is titled Years Of Memories.  The reason I bring it up is because there are many writings in the book that have to do with my search for answers to why I am here.  This forum has been the best thing I have come in contact with in my 52 years of diligent searching.  I am now 73, so you can see I started pretty young.  I was brought up a strict Roman Catholic.  My  dad's sister was a Mother Superior.  Get the picture.  I became disenchanted at a very young age and wanted answers that I couldn't find until I started reading.  My life long love of books has culminated in my finding my Urantia Book.  Anyway, I digress.  Below is a missive that I wrote that  might say it all.  Let me know what you think.
Subliminal Awareness
To the center of your mind....
Is the mind of your mind.
To be unconsious of the subconscious....

Is to be consciously blind................

Greetings to all our mortal and celestial members the forum. I humbly offer this simple rhyme  on the understanding of the many blessed messages that greet our eyes and ears here upon this forum. While my soul is filled with faith and trust, my mind still falters at times as it is finite and benighted of much spiritual meaning.

Not everything makes sense to ... me
There are spirit things ... which we can't see
There are talks of angels and their peers
Revelations that can't quite find our ears

In the interim, we just search for grace
look for God in every mortals face
Try to do our best, our souls withstand
What mere mortal minds, can't understand

We pray  life and life...  to overcome
this darkened sphere... where we come from
Pray this world of fear and hate and pride
Someday recognize their God inside

We mortal creations of such short time
Someday escape this  mortal paradigm
And in love and mercy to all things good
Return to spiritual brotherhood

We pray this world, one day, find peace
We pray that greed and hate will cease
We pray glorious angels soon descend
That all mortal minds might comprehend

But who are we? Mere mortal men
Who's short years, briefly,  just began
By what our ears can hear... And eyes can see
that judge ... this worlds reality

We pray you angels, quickly come
Before our world becomes undone
By fear and hate and greed and pride
That vilifies our God inside

And when you come
Our solemn pledge
To groom these souls
That you would fledge

From mere mortal brethren
Just doing right
To bright angels
one day, to take flight

And in mortal faith, and spirit trust
Employ what angels have discussed
To do the tasks that they entrust
To the mortal minds they must adjust

Not everything makes sense to me
There are spirit things which we can't see
There are talks of angels and their peers
Of revelations that just can't find our ears

In the interim, we will search for grace
Look for God ... in every ... mortals face
Try to do our best ... Our souls withstand
What mere mortal minds ... can't understand

Namaste to all.

Yes, well said brother Marko.
Time is a currency we can use to invest in our eternal future.
The riches of the possible are never fully mined.
