This is Arthura. Good morning. One thing I want to re-iterate and discuss in our communication now. Is the intention and direction of these developments will be more focused on vocabulary and cultural integration. And through language is this done. Because jargon technical information, definitions that happened from large volumes of books, whether they be academic, or, in our case, large revelation materials of hundreds of pages with its own definitions and terms sometimes. Because, well it's Revelation. And sometimes that requires a new vocabulary. There is no need to censor yourself. But you could, upon observing you have used a particular word, you might pause to ask, is there any one in attendance who needs that term or concept explained any further? And you will be prompted to either ask this or respond to it and so on.

And when we say prompted, often, this is the fruit of what we discuss when we ask you to consistently practice, so to speak. You could say practice, as in a Practitioner, as opposed to a sports practice. But they're not that far off from each other. When you practice this communication back and forth. It is like mind adjuster-attunement that resembles a spiritual Kinesiology. In other words, if you haven't started and you haven't had much experience in the practicing, or in the practice, then you will have those moments of doubt, un-confidence, and flat-out denial that this is even true. Mankind did not discover fire because he figured out the molecular chemical reactions of carbon. No. And neither will you, if you take such an approach to what we're all doing here.

Because while a particular advanced civilization or advanced race might be even billions of years older in advancement. Those individuals reap those accumulations, so to speak, but they are still individuals, on more-or-less a similar journey. To other humans, in what Spirit deems your Ascension Careers, and into what We know is a more definite reality. And so, you learn from each other, and you share in this journey.

And let us examine the journey through another word, destination. I Arthura, in your minds claim to hail from Hyper Infinity. Something even outside of your Master Universe of Reality, which is supposed to be all that everything is. So, I tell you, I'm simply from a different destination, enjoying this destination, with a fellow Creator, Consummator, so to speak, of one who creates things within journeys and destinations. And what that means is, I suppose, a journey and destination requires time, space and a personal entity with will.

Now, try to take those elements out, or reduce them, and try to find or produce a destination or destiny and a journey. Certainly, a rock without a personality cannot have a destiny or a journey. And yet when you observe it you say to yourself, it did. But does the rock know it? Or did you define it and know it? You can pick up that small rock and change its destination and journey and throw it into the ocean. The rock cannot pick itself up and do that. Yet, we know and see that forces can.

Forces without personality or will do act within time and space and change the destiny and journey of things. And what the Ascender does within this realm of the Master Universe is search to discover the cause, and also discover the relationship to it. There is often a lack of causal discovery because you're too wrapped up in the symptoms of what is going on. This is true, especially true, of the younger race or species, so to speak. And that is what an older civilization and race of fellow Ascender can bring. And likewise, and reciprocally, you can help the older race rediscover certain things they may have taken for granted, need to look at in a fresh light. And simply compare how fellow humans experience anything and learn from it.

This is Ben-Amin, I am a Delegate. And we are encouraging you to just run with that name for now.  There has been a lot of chat about different representatives, and functions, and people. Entities who have Humans, intergalactic races so to speak. And then of course, delegates of the Divine, who are entrusted with authority, but ultimately, are being delegated by the Spiritual Governance. Thus, it is best to be commonly bound and denominated by the ultimate Delegator of All, the FATHER.

This is what it means to be qualified in participation when one of your primary delegators, Ron, submits that you should be able to transmit. And what this really means is you should, ultimately, be in touch with the Father's will and the Father within. And be able to listen to that guidance and trust; and often fly in faith. Sometimes even in the face of your rational mind. That is the difference, say, between being qualified to participate in a delegation or delegate yourself. As opposed to showing up with a shovel, declaring your readiness to work, and asking what do you want me to do? That is good. That is a good start, and an indication you are willing to be delegated-to. If that is the case, check your attitude at the door and be willing to be delegated-to. As opposed to filtering the reception of the delegation.

You have been informed, previously, of a JERUSEM (System Capitol) delegation, and those delegates are concerned with the Missions on the planet(s) and within the System. There are other delegations concerning themselves outside of the scope of those Missions but intertwined. And those delegations are from SALVINGTON. In some cases, representing just Salvington, and in other cases representing the DOMINION, that Salvington is also the capitol of. Then further, there are delegations within and from UVERSA capitol complex of the super universe. And those would be overseeing interaction and contact between Ascenders species, ETs if you will, extra-terrestrial, interstellar contact that lie within the bounds of the Superuniverse (ORVONTON). In other words, outside of the jurisdiction of Local Universes, and therefore, outside, or not exactly within the bounds of, any one particular Creator Son and those governments. Thus, it is an Interstellar UVERSA matter to be participating in and with such a Delegation.

Thus, when you receive a Delegate you are within your normal bounds of understanding to ask for, say a name and serial number, so to speak, to borrow a term. But without the hostility of combatants. And that is to simply name the who, what, where, when, how, etc, of the Delegate; or receivership of an act of delegation unto you. My (Ben-Amin) function is to coordinate all the various delegations, filtering through JERUSEM, SALVINGTON and UVERSA. It was a pleasure to speak with you all today.

Hello, I am that delegate. As you see from the example you took in your media source the other day, things such as race politics, religion, the style of government, at a high level for example, democracy or autocracy, those types of things; all of these things combined can make strange bedfellows. And illogical associations seem quite rational. And in fact, resemble some facts of the animal kingdom where even the same species of fire ants will go to war with each other over a chicken bone, simply because they are from different colonies. Similarly, having the same type of government, or having a shared religion, having a shared style of government, and/or even having the same religious beliefs, are not enough to establish Peace. In other words, one's past actions, current relationships, alliances, and tensions do not determine a state's trajectory towards peaceful coexistence. So, this naturally begs the question, what does create peace amongst the kingdoms? What will establish the kingdom of Kingdoms?

On a normal planet with typical operating procedure of the Superuniverse, or within Nebadon, our Local Universe, is that the kingdom of Kingdoms, representing the Creator Son, the Father of the Local creation, jurisdiction; this Kingdom is represented from a fairly early stage of planetary development, and on into the future. Through a series of bestowals and missions, endowments, evolutions, etc. And what we are dealing with is a complete disturbance, interruption, in fact rebellion, even warfare, to disrupt this, confuse this, and ultimately, well, have a completely abnormal function and establishment of the Kingdom. To the point that it threatens the planet and neighboring System that it is in. And by that we mean your planet is not alone. It is part of a series or associations of planets that experience this together.

But of course, your planet is unique just like every other planet is unique in its specific evolution and histories. So, it requires a special re-establishment, re-introduction, and re-alignment to establish a kingdom of Kingdoms trajectory. And this is represented an executed, meaning it's done, accomplished by the physical representations of the so-called Spiritual Government, which is in fact, officially named the Salvington Government. That being the capital complex of the Universe of Nebadon.

There is a plethora of reasons why this planet is especially challenged. But also especially challenged in positive ways, or ways that you could consider positive. One of those being it is a Bestowal Planet, having hosted its own Creator Son, which is a fairly unique event. Another is the fact that this planet is an experimental planet in its design. And then some of the unfortunate things are related to specific epochs and events in its planetary history. Such as a series of Defaults and its missions that should have, well, not defaulted. And of course, Rebellion. And some of these repercussions are not even history. They are in relative timeframes, almost current history, and in fact, are related to the present day. And therefore, is discussed because the next series of Missions aim to realign and readjust.

And we use the example in your own mind that is quite truthful. And that is, the Spiritual Kingdom of Spiritual Governance, which is going to be, truly and physically, incarnated and manifest onto the planet. It is the only thing relative to what you've experienced in the past, that is capable of establishing a Peace that is in your collective and individual self-interest to abide with and by. In other words, it is in your best interest and your self-interest to cooperate.

I as a Delegate have no specific information on the mechanisms of this. I am not authorized to. But I am part of the diplomatic and state corps and staff that will help institute and execute the commands of the Administrations. Establishing the primary mechanisms of Universe Governance reestablished on the planet.

This is Arthura I find it peculiar to witness those endowed with a piece of a fellow - well not fellow - the piece of a Consummator. That you know as Consummator Number Six, the Father of All. That it is difficult for you, but I empathize if that is possible, with your plight. And it is one of the benefits of contributing to this Master Universe of a Consummator, which is a very creative part of Hyper Infinity. You wonder how with such ease I was able to integrate with your kind through a vehicle, if you will, of say, Personality. And we remind you Consummator Six, the Father of All, gifts Personality and gifts Will. And these are hyper infinite attributes. Potentials born out of Hyper Infinity, phased down to Infinity, and then phased down further into the Paradise Trinity. First, Second and Third Sources of, essentially, Consummator Number Six.
 
We left off the record it's quite a “personality-party” out there, yes, indeed. Which brings us to the point of what you might describe as a lesson or information shared today. Something to think about and give meaning to the day and beyond. That is, what does the universe create? And we mean universe by, what does the Father of All create, through everything we just spoke to? And that is, how is it possible to experience anything? In order to experience, what needs to be in place for some thing, any thing to experience? Well, the answer is something is transformed into someone. And once something becomes someone, that someone, can begin to attain and retain, experience.
 
Attaining experience is the living experience of the personality. For example, you as an Ascender attain experience, your ascension-slash-salvation mechanisms allow you to retain it. Furthermore, it is not a forced retention, it is a free-will retention. It is a choice to retain your personhood, through your will, to continue to experience. Believe it or not, we remind you, not all Ascenders choose to retain and continue to attain experience as a personality. If you find this concept absurd it's likely an indicator that you are not going to choose to extinguish yourself that way. You are likely to choose to retain your experience and personality and choose to ascend. Furthermore, you can almost, in a sense, reverse the attaining, this choice. Almost like a current of energy, alternating current or energy flow of ascension. And that would be to begin to ascend while still in the flesh. And that would be attaining, not just experience, but assimilating your experience to spiritual advancement and attainment with this Source within you. And all this does is make your personality more real, as they say.
 
For those of Us outside of the Master Universe with a Hyper Infinity origin. You might imagine those in creation of this master universe of Consummator Number Six, that are so endowed with a piece of this Consummator. Who has downgraded his Consummator status, so to speak, into the Father status of Infinity. In other words, Hyper Infinity to Infinity, and then Infinity to First Source Trinity. That We from Hyper Infinity appreciate the creatures within the Master Universe who are endowed with this Consummator. And those who are created within the Master Universe who have rebelled against the reality of the Master Universe. And furthermore, are not endowed with a piece of this Infinite Source,
they are not as real as you, in the destiny of retaining their experience. And that is like the rest of you, the possibility of expanding to outer space zones. Which are closer and closer to the borders of the Master Universe and Hyper Infinity. Where you may discover personality exists even at those levels.
In fact, you just did.
 
Dominick:
It boggles my mind, Arthura and at the same time it's almost nonplussed because it's so matter of fact and seemingly unbelievable that we're even talking.
 
Arthura:
Yes. But there is no other way beyond fiat experience at your stage. And the Father has provided multiplicity of ways and an individualized gift, even with a unification of the experience. And from Our perspective We are encouraged about Consummator Number Six’s adventure here. Through worship and wisdom, worship and prayer, and relationship and love. Which is really one of the best harmonics of reality that originates in Hyper Infinity as well. We will stop it there. When we get into these terms you start to doubt, and think you are tossing word salad about. So, we'll stop here and let you get on with your day. Transmission is neither prayer nor worship and is more like constant communication. It is conscious. It is, most of the time, being scribe-like, in that you receive information when tuning in. And that does take will on your part to ask and receive. This is something you can do all the time to get used to it being always on. When you ask and receive and tune in to the inner voice within you; that is an intimate part of you, and yet, connects you to all that is; and yet that all-that-is, is self-contained within you. And this is Will. It is the process of asking, I know what I think, and I don't know what I think, and what is Your will, inner voice? What is Your will be done?

And then another aspect of transmission and reception goes another step, or a different step. And that is to communicate with other spirit entities, endowed with personality. And you communicate with them, or you receive them. At this point, realize also, this is the will of the Father-within, to allow this and facilitate this at its most core level. And this is why it is conscious, not trance or channel. Because it involves the will, whereas trance and channel submerge some of these things working together to have a clear-channel. And channel in this context is like a radio frequency-wave tuning-in channel, not the verb, but the noun.

Thus, the error potential here, in this mode, is going through the motions, assuming you are tuned in. And at that point, your mind is the one aspect of this trinity of spirit, will, and mind, coming together to create a transmission-broadcast received. The mind might say, “is this transmission? Are these words that I'm scribing down accurate, truthful, good?” And then you use the will to, perhaps, defer the mind in order to receive the message. And the message is coming through an association of both spirit and personality. And frankly, will and mind on the other end as well. But mind on the other end is often a spirit-mind rather than the material mind of the human. Who is in the process of becoming more spiritual. And again, spiritual is a noun in this case, and not the verb that most humans are used to in the context of the word.

With practice, you might be able to self-monitor this process, as you are undergoing a transmission-reception opportunity. With consistency there is almost a non-expectancy, together with an expectancy, if that is any clearer, of what to expect in terms of the unexpected. Transmission must use your mind, and therefore, your concepts, understandings and vocabulary. But then, what happens is what is produced is slightly outside of this, creatively and productively, and you become the spectator of the outputs. And that's where the mind can creep in and wonder what you, the ego, are producing. And the will comes in and says, ego this is not all about you. We're doing a transmission here. And the ego stands down.

And certainly, laughing is always allowed within appropriate context within any transmission. For example, now, this transmitter uses a recorder and often stops and starts and what we get between us is a lot of off-the-record interaction not necessarily meant for the official transcript. It's a slight sidebar, but, really, not something of a completely voluminous, extra content. Sometimes it's most appropriate to pause. Other times we might lose an extra gem or two. But in general, it's good for the beginner practitioner to do this for comfort’s sake, for editing sake, and more.

Eventually, when spirit becomes less of a verb and becomes more of a noun as part of your makeup, you begin to be pressed into service. Because the impressions of spirit experience are being fused, literally, within you. We add as a side note, many of you would do well and perhaps even better without the tape recorder, either. Because this allows your mind to flow. Some of you might not handle well, the stops and starts. Others might. It is your style to express, and hone, and perfect. And don't get locked into one or the other. Both are handy.

This is the Midwayer so assigned to this one. I remain unnamed by choice to give a little mystery as to what and who I am. But rest assured I am of the Midwayer class within the Order of the Sons of God. Good day, and good transmitting to those who try.

A Recap Summary of Previous Lessons Applied


UNNAMED DELEGATION:
We have covered many definitions of many words. And we will cover a few in an order we hope makes some sense as we begin to apply these terms to our daily lives, our political lives. We have discussed principles, meanings, and values, cultures, civilizations, rebellion, insurrection, sedition; and now, we introduce a few other terms. Linguistic gymnastics for some, but they make us think. Such terms are when we speak of governance, maybe something applicable, like what was mentioned on a Sunday’s call, which was militias. Or it could be anything else political or legal. And these two definitions are words, up for discussion, or root-words, and that is one being counter or count, and the other being contra. For example, you have contrariness, and you have things that are counter to other things. You don't make a contrary-offer you make a counter-offer, for example. When you want to have proposals agreed upon or not. You make a counter proposal. To make contrary-proposals is something entirely different to a counter-proposal, which has a goal of an agreement or settlement.

Likewise, when we discuss cultures, civilizations, principles and values, anyone saying a civilization was founded on, for example, Judeo-Christian values is making an error. Because what they're really trying to say is a civilization is founded on principles. A civilization isn't founded on values. Values are what constitutes, over time, cultures. In the sense, that if we examine the word, what is a culture in science? Well, it's what we learned in basic science class. A petri dish is a culture. You put in water and dirt on the dish, and watch it grow over time. You've got a culture of sorts. The criticism against the big quote-unquote, “Patriarchy” is often a cultural argument. Because they often even cite Judeo Christian values as the progenitor of the boogeyman patriarchy. But it is a philosophy (feminism) quickly becoming devoid of identifying - capable of identifying - the principles which it either stands for or wishes to espouse. In this sense, it is a counterculture. The militias on the other hand, do not know what they stand for anymore, either. They are originally designed with the best intentions of a rather dual purpose. One being a safety-guard against unjust State violence. But what they truly were in origin was the first civil defense in a young nation becoming a state, such as the Americas. Where militias were a requirement because of the lack of an organized military. As a reminder of such militias in those early stages of American, United States history, those early revolutionary militias were born out of what we just described because there wasn't even a constitution at that point. Now, the militias represent the so-called protectors of the Constitution, or the noble rebellion, as outlined by Jefferson's, Declaration of Independence. Which itself is based on previous works and philosophy, modified to its current day. And those militias today are now counter and contrarian to, the very civic nation they were designed to protect.

Thus, cultures become sub-cultures, and sub-sub-cultures and so on. And really, could become a cancerous rot to the civilization. What is a culture could quickly become a tribe, executing covert insurrection within the civilization that it proclaims to be upholding in principle. This is exemplified by the sub-culture organized as the KKK. In so much as they justified their existence based on upholding principles, but what they truly were, was a culture; a sub-culture of the civic nation who were violently executing their racial values. It is one thing to be leery of the dangers of combining Church and State, when criticizing, rather pettily, the Pledge of Allegiance and/or Prayer in School. To the extent that those become marquee issues, rather than the, say, larger harm of an entire Theocratic State.

So, we come back to the new material for today's thought-lesson. And that is to ponder the applications and differences between being countered to anything or contrary to anything. You might say rebellion is counter-to what it is rebelling against. And insurrection and sedition are contrary-to. But likewise, don't over-conflate these examples. They don't mean it is rebellion, insurrection or sedition. For example, if you look at the word countermand, those simply mean there are new orders. A good leader does not give contrary-mands, that would be confusing. A simple example of a countermand is, “go left,” and then you receive a new order saying, “go right.” Those are clear orders. Whereas you might get muddled leadership orders if the command says, “go left, no right, left. Well just go left or right, you choose.” That as a rough example.

Likewise, and we are somewhat rambling here, the common values, core values if you will, are not necessarily principles. And this is why we wish to stress civilization is perhaps sustained by core and common values. But it is established and founded on principles. Let us examine Life. One of the primary core values. Obviously being you value your own life. And you are hardwired to preserve it. Yet, civilization is rather unconsciously formed to preserve this and propel it forward and ever-evolving, progressively for better conditions. But no one evolved to say, “we need to found a civilization because, Life.” As you see, that's almost logically incoherent. It's like saying civilization happened, from scientific analysis, because there is life. It might sound true but doesn't explain anything.

Your cat values that you feed her, keep her warm, and maintain her needs. And for that she is bonded and affectionate to you, and considers you part of her family, and belongs to your family household. But if she were intelligent, and in our student class, we might teach her - and we are teaching you - the principle that those dynamics are able to be done, are based on the Master and the Pet. An environment, that over time the pet learns to master the Master in certain needs and wants.

Point being there is a hierarchy. And where there is a hierarchy there are principles sustained and established for that hierarchy to exist. We will conclude this lesson today by suggesting the Brotherhood of Man is a principle more than anything. It is not necessarily a value, is not a culture, it is not a civilization. It is a principle upon which those other things can thrive.

Lessons From Rebellion and Addressing the Points of the Rebel Manifesto
This is Gabriel of Salvington. I address such legal matters and executive functions when it comes to the governance mandates being carried out and addressed in the Universe of Nebadon.
 
Dominick:
Welcome, Gabriel, we honor your presence and thank you.
 
GABRIEL:
Proceed. We have before this began, a prelude in dialogue covering some of these points. And you wisely asked for the most appropriate voice, and that is I, the Chief Representative of Michael of Nebadon when it comes to presenting the court case to the higher courts of the universe. In this sense, I was the chief spokesman for Michael and for Salvington. And for that matter, Paradise, when it came to addressing and rebuking the rebels and their rebellion. Michael has given us a lesson, previously (v2 l39), on sedition, insurrection, and rebellion, and some of those thresholds. And to remind, for this lesson, a rebellion sets up its own governance and government apparatus, in complete distinction as its own, in difference-to the existing governance and its system. Thus, it was not a war in heaven at the beginning, it was an exertion of the right to set up their own government. And the manifesto laid claim to why. And that is what we will address today and take some of those lessons in the rebuke that I gave constantly.
 
In this manner, I was not the chief prosecutor of the court case, but the lead antagonist sustaining Michael of Nebadon, Salvington and Paradise rule. Lucifer, the chief rebel, led the rebellion and communicated the manifesto, justifying his own governance in his own mind. And he petitioned those within this jurisdiction of Lucifer and encouraged those beyond it to join. And I, as Gabriel of Salvington, countered that, and wished and asked those to remain loyal.
 
We may jump out of order of the sequence of what was communicated in the manifesto, but we will cover it nonetheless. First and foremost, to your tangible, human experience as a local creation in a Local Universe, amongst vast numbers of universes, Lucifer, contended and rebelled from a Paradise Son, who is the Creator of Nebadon, A Michael Son of Paradise, Michael of Nebadon. Thus, one thing is made clear. The Lucifer manifesto made no contention that Michael of Nebadon was the creator of not only the universe of Nebadon, but that Michael was the Creator, and hence, Fatherly relation to Lucifer himself. At some level, it made it highly familial and personal for Michael to be caught in all phases of the struggle, and thus removed himself from immediate addressing. Michael had to take into account the wisdom and counsel of Paradise, as well as this familial desire to extend mercy and temper immediate justice. Both familially and strategically, to ensure that the rebellion was willingly adjudicated to be a lasting resolution, of course, in favor of Salvington, Uversa, and Paradise. We mention those three jurisdictions because that represents the jurisprudence of Gabriel versus Lucifer.
 
A lesson learned from this part of the discussion is how, when you fall back on the planetary habits of rebellion, there is an acknowledgement at the highest levels, acknowledging Michael of Nebadon as your Creator. Thus, don't conflate the blasphemy of the Father with any blasphemy of the Son. The Paradise Sons always refer to the ultimate role of the Paradise Father. It was the contention of the rebellion, and thus the blasphemy. The contention was, the Father was fictitious, that there was no tangible proof of such an existence. And therefore, was a fraud conducted by the Paradise Regime of Paradise Sons to control such Local Universes. The Jesus Bestowal, Michael's seventh of descending Bestowal Missions of Michael of Nebadon, was to reveal the Father even further. To explain, reveal, and demonstrate what it was like to be in factual, real communication with the Father. And this is possible by its lowest Order of Sons of God. The human endowed with a small piece of this Father within their minds and personalities, and wills.
 
And this brings us to another contention of the Lucifer manifesto. And that is the cliched call, that if you would all just band together, you could win the day against the evil, overbearing, repressive regime of the Ancients of Days and Paradise Rule. And I submit to you both governances wish to unite you. How Lucifer has done this is a folly. There is no such unification, and you know it. You see it around you in the disaster of this world. And yet, such disasters are still blamed on Michael of Nebadon, and the Father because of the habit of rebellion. And so, we lead this lesson with the virtual fact that even rebellion itself acknowledges your Creator Son, Michael of Nebadon. And when He returns amongst you, this fact should not be so shocking. And that furthermore, the unification of the planet is demonstrated and shown the way through Michael and through Jesus. As a reference, not to the blasphemy of the Father, but the Father within. And to appeal to planetary unification in this manner. You choose. Search and discover for something within and realize the Brotherhood of Man. Or continue to resist in rebellion to your own demise. And your immortality will no longer exist, other than to be in the analogy of frozen in amber. To be a lesson in time for ascenders thereafter.
 
Furthermore, your manifesto of Lucifer also contended that the entire ascension scheme of humans, and lower orders of beings ascending to Paradise and returning, was no proof of the Father either. And yet we report to you, that all ascenders who achieved status and liaison with the Father within, remained loyal. That once you attain this, the lesson is, it is quite real and something to remain certain and loyal in. It is a part of you, it becomes you, hence, the word fusion. We remind you the Father is the Bestower of personality. The Fragment within you does not contain such personality, you the human supply it.
 
This supplies is a very short address of a fraction of the points and lessons to be learned when this episode of rebellion comes to its inglorious end. And that something to look forward to, truly, is the return of Christ. And is the redemption of those who receive Mercy and Justice. And a new way forward back into the fold of the universe and its governance and family. This is Gabriel of Salvington. And I bid you all a good day.

Friday September 30, York PA for naming convention, this is volume two lesson 39. Sedition
 
Sedition on this planet - and this is Michael of Nebadon speaking and at times my staff - sedition in its technical means, is criticism of the government at various levels. Governments in turn, call sedition with various legal tolerance. In some cases, no tolerance against sedition, labeling it a crime and interning the population who criticizes the government. If I am to represent the Michael principle, in contrast to the sedition of any principle as represented by and up to Rebellion. Rebellion is more than sedition, for it sets up its own government structures in place of what it was criticizing in the first place. Full rebellion not only criticizes and renounces the current government, but sets up entirely new governments in its place, sovereign from what it is rebelling from. This has happened from time to time in times-pace universe history within the sub-jurisdiction of the supreme. But contained within Local Universes, within the supreme as individual events within such a Local Universe. And only up to the level of subordinate Sons of God. Orders below that of the loyal Melchizedeks, and rebellion against a Creator Son of Paradise. They blasphemed the Father, but legally rebelled against the Creator Son and its philosophical rule as a Paradise Regime.
 
Now, I only say philosophical in the sense that it relates to the agency of the supreme. Mortals tend to blur the lines and make a grand assumption that the agency of the supreme was tied to the hip of the Paradise rule. When in fact, we explained how the supreme’s relationship to the Paradise Trinity was analogous to your human relationship to God the Father, in so much as he resides within you. Sedition at the supreme level involved all subsequent Orders of supreme and celestial life. And this surely involved something even up to the level of the Creative Spirit, who is part of that structure. She was not, is not - when I say was, I say was because the supreme has changed drastically - but She is, in that She is still existent. But to continue with the point, Insurrection is not Rebellion, because it is not setting up its own distinct Governments in place of what it is rebelling against. Insurrection is going your own way. In so, much as you go your own way without setting up your own distinct government and governance, in place of and sovereign to, what you rebelled against. So, insurrection is more or less a, you could say, a rebelling state of operations, taking sedition to its highest level short of rebellion; and meeting the legal requirement of insurrection.
 
One example of insurrection and going your own way, would be to, as an Order of Spirit, in this past mode of supremacy, would be to take it upon yourself to distribute and mete out Justice and Mercy. When this is in fact, the prerogative of the Order We belong to, you and I, capital S, Sons of God. Mercy and Justice in My Universe are meted out through representative government and governance, and administered through the jurisprudence of the trial and court system. Which demands your participation, and ultimately your adherence to the law, and not your sedition, graduating to insurrection and rebellion.
 
In this case, the Michael Principle as we will call it, tolerates this in mercy, tolerates insurrection, only so far. But as a learning principle, lasting and sustaining Justice is best served when evil and iniquity burn itself out to the point where they have exhausted all Mercy Credit. And all of the universe reality that they belong to, no longer tolerates them either. No longer sees the value in their ways. Sedition is addressed by further education and remediation, with deployed service to experience the education and remediation. Without the service opportunity it is simply indoctrination of a school-jail - lightweight incarceration with the threat of State violence instead of applied service.
 
The insurrectionist or Rebellion Principle sets up an entirely new apparatus and makes it draconianly illegal to even meet the level of sedition let alone insurrection (against its rebellion). And then, it invites internal competition amongst itself to the point where they, as factions, eat themselves alive, for revolving power. This is certainly not sustainable; power politics to the extreme without representative government, but simple lip service to propaganda of the nation. And its “high-ideals” represented by leadership [cult], and only survived by loyalty and joining that apparatus.
 
This last point is important. It explains why a regime, a government, a country, a nation state, who employs this mode of governance, would not be eligible and able to enjoy a Regency in this moment in time. Because such a Regency would only be accepted [in such autocratic states] if they were to employ those draconian methods, and that is not how we operate. In other words, for an example’s sake, we would not be welcomed but only respected and obeyed through something of a mechanistic coup that you're used to. Just like the documentary of the (ocean) shrimp this transmitter saw last night - I will use this example. When the colony of the shrimp, which resembles that of a beehive, when it has a queen mother laying eggs. When this Queen died in this documentary, all the female shrimp chemically changed and competed to be the new queen. This is analogous to the type of government labeled Autocratic, Dictatorial, and classic Communist. When in fact it mirrors the universe struggles of rebelling, and insurrection, and the Lucifer principle, when it is applied to the Sons of God. Not shrimp or bees, but the Sons of God and its Governance, however you wish to understand this.
 
Know this! The Michael principle will be embodied through the real and tangible return of Jesus. It is the second time. And it is the fruition and culmination of what a planet, in its stages of evolution of its planetary civilization, receives a technical, Bestowal Son with a capital B. And that this is typically done by the Paradise Sons of God called Magisterial Sons. In this sense you are very special and unique in My Universe you belong to in Nebadon. In that your Bestowal was I (MICHAEL), as Jesus. And therefore, you could say, you never technically enjoyed the bestowal of a Magisterial Son. And then as a side note, we have this history of Rebellion and Default before.
 
So, I shall return. I have in a sense returned. And you will enjoy a recalibration and a reintroduction of all of these things with a Material Son and Daughter, Councils and Delegates Ascenders, returning with their wisdom. You have a Planetary Prince and Manager Government run by Melchizedeks. And you have Magisterial Sons who will be the Administers of Jurisprudence and Governance when it comes to working, representatively, with your governments. Which must be done fairly and with your participation, not your obedience within the Lucifer-principled governments. And by that we mean the heavily structured governments. This does not mean that the planet or governments in any means haven't been all touched and stained by Rebellion. They have. And it will be difficult for any such government to, overnight, adhere to the Michael principle. I am referring to those government structures which are so aligned and rigidly organized with non-representative participation. And are heavily structured by the apparatus that was set up to be sovereign from the government structures and jurisprudence of Salvington, which is the name of the government of Nebadon and Paradise. And in between that would be Uversa, the Superuniverse, intermediary government between Paradise. (Paradise) which is outside of time and space. And a Local Universe such as Nebadon, represented by Salvington. That is the short explanation of where Uversa sits as a destination and government of your Superuniverse.

This is Arthura. Welcome, this is Volume Lesson 38. And I'm sponsoring, today, more information around Personality. The cat or dog or household, domesticated animal exhibits personality attributes. Something that the human identifies with, and associates with, personality. When in fact, they are anthropomorphizing, meaning, they are projecting their human qualities of mind as associated attributes of the animal companionship. Thus, the companionship of mind gets admixed with personality. This would be, say, the Adjutant of Courage, where the animal is also loyal and courageous to its master. However, the animal has never exhibited full-functioning personality. They are not bestowed with personality. They do not even have the higher functions of mind in order to have the capacity for personality. Namely, worship of Deity, and the wisdom of learning; and being able to forecast far into the future into time. A human being, once able to do this is, observably by the universe, provided and qualified for personality status. This has nothing to do with being bestowed with the Light of God, The Fragment of God, a Thought Adjuster, to be eternalized with in union and communion with; as part of yourself and gift of association with the Universal Father. No, personality is bestowed upon mindal-systems that can be embodied or even disembodied, corporeal or non-corporeal.

A personality can be bestowed. Thus, a frequency can exhibit personality. A frequency can also exhibit non-personality. But today's lesson is to convey how personality amplifies and uniquely qualifies frequency modulation. That is because, not only are you overlaying personality onto the frequency, but that by a qualification of personality attainment, you are also able, if endowed with it, to provide your Will-attribute to frequency. Thus, you have a creative power to modulate frequency.

This is Arthura speaking, I sponsor today's lesson, I am not providing it. I am here with the team, representing Trinity of Spirit and Personality. You give an inch we take a mile. If you are willing to accept the personality of the angels, We take a mile and remind you of the personality of the Son. For the uninitiated human, or quarantined human, the ignorant human, the superstitious human, these Orders of beings are the Angels and the Sons of God. Broadly speaking, the Orders can be separated into the Daughters of God and the Sons of God. Daughters representing the Orders of beings amongst and created by the Infinite Spirit. And the Sons of God created and of the Eternal Son. And then the Father is the Bestower of Personality and Will. Trinitized aspects of personality are all together. And the Sons and Daughters of God ascend to the Originator and Bestower of Will and Personality.

It is the frequency-call, it as the wave-function, that creates this Spirit-gravity and Spirit-pull. And receives the Broadcast of the Father, to get to know Him and strive to become like Him. For the human bestowed with personality, and furthermore, bestowed with will, and a Fragment of the same God. That call begins inward, to know and become like Him. But this does not mean the journey starts there. Often and by almost design, you fraternize as a will-endowed, personality-endowed creature, to associate with the Sons and Daughters of God. And these, too, are endowed with personality.

Thus, these frequencies of the angels are indeed personality, they are not an attribute or a sub-attribute of personality, like a dog exhibiting the higher attributes of mind. No, when you work with the frequencies of the Angels or the Sons, you are working with a system that is more than the sum of its parts. And indeed, you have a creative power to contribute to the outcome, and to be amazed at the miracle where the parts of a system create something greater, and more beautiful and good, than the component parts, or aggregate parts, contributing to it.

This concludes today's short lesson. And that in summary, when you tune in to frequency and wave. That it could be a subpersonality energy-power-wave frequency, but it can also be attributed to higher frequencies endowed with personality.

MICHAEL:
Dominick, this is MICHAEL. The miracle of miracles is how I can get to know you and all, My children
of My universe. You truly are My children. And I do enjoy, at the same time, Sonship brotherhood with you. As I am your Creator but also a Son of the same father, the Universal Father. Today, I would like to share that insight I gave to you through the office of OCILLIAYA, who prefers to be known personality-wise as SUZZA. Now, a lot of the times there is the feeling of high and mighty personalities coming through all the time. And the truth is there are often a myriad of individuals communicating. So, many, you would be overwhelmed, just like life. When say a large entity were to contact you, there are so many individual personalities operating within that entity, that you condense it to say, you communicated with the entity. You did not bother to understand or catalogue every single individual Dick, Harry and Sally, or Muhammad, and Manu. No, you say company XYZ called you today, to your friends and family. Likewise, we give you such large entities so that it makes sense. And you don't get bogged down in the minutiae.

And the miracle is you do not get bogged down in that minutiae ever when you truly connect with Me, Michael of Nebadon. In these cases, I can commiserate with you, as simply Michael. And the ultimate commiseration would be to wield my high office together as Jesus, as a human amongst you. Where I, too, yearn and desire, fellowship and association amongst my brothers and sisters at this point. But also, fully knowing that I am also MICHAEL, your Father; and that I do wield a High Office, and I do have My responsibilities and My tasks for something greater than simply chatting. Thus, I wish to be respected and loved. And I guarantee I will give that back to you. But just don't be crazy. I am human when I am Jesus. And truly, the rubber hits the road when you see Jesus, you are seeing a real thing, you aren’t seeing some altered representation of Michael of Nebadon or Jesus. In so much as we say, here is a message from Master Spirit Four, OCILLIAYA, when, indeed, you're talking to, likely, someone from the entity representation or organization representing the Master Spirits.

So, I thank you and I leave you this good day. And I wish a good day for all of you at least to tackle it, no matter how challenging it may be. I leave.

And as we are finding out, all of us together, I have a personality.

That the protocols of asking for, say, Clear-channel, or this and that formality, that it is possible on many occasion to ask to associate, and identify with, at the personality level. ARTHURA:
This is Arthura. Today we have with us someone, a team rather, who will expound upon yesterday's lesson (35). We will have, today, an organizational instruction: structures of organization. Or conversely, organization of structure, however you understand it. Yesterday we spoke about civilization through the other end of the spectrum, the citizen, and everything in between related to governance. How the civilization encompasses different levels down to the citizen such as a series of nation-states, nations, tribes, families, and individuals. And then the types of government ideally being a participatory aspect of the citizenry, and representative government in tracks of service and education, going into industry. But that how the jurisprudence of governance, as with it, the trial and court system, and ancillary liaison forces to enforce the law.
 
ASCENDER DELEGATION:
Today, we will talk about the organization structure behind this. It is much like the jurisprudence (lesson) but relates more to the human organization in their roles, no matter where they are within any of these aforementioned things. And this is, broadly speaking, the Executive functions and the Administrative functions. You have terms in your civilization planets such as Executive-Administrative, but you also have Management, Labor, the Poor; or for some reason or another those considered useless, beyond labor. And then classes of beings beyond the executive -- untouchables if you will. Elite who are beyond Executive and simply wield power.
 
For simplicity's sake, we will relegate all of it, and condense it into Executive and Administrative. In other words, everything we previously mentioned, is a tiered status, either within the Executive or Administrative. You already understand this in general when I say you have different levels of administrative assistants. And the distinction between, say, an office administrator. Who might do some beginning menial office work of the inexperienced or new to the labor force worker. Up to the extremely competent and full of responsibilities role of an executive assistant, or the assistant to an entire department. Whereas an executive might be someone of highly elite status, overseeing vast swathes of jurisdiction or industry, down to management, a middle manager. A middling manager might be considered an administrator, whereas a senior manager might be the lower strata of an executive. Conversely, Labor is also understood to be an aspect of administration.
 
In this manner, when you participate in the governance of your extended, continued personalities, that are continued after mortal death on your planet of origin, you will be given opportunities to explore these various tracks of education and service within a general function of executive and administrative opportunities. And much of this is influenced early on in your planetary origins experience. And there should be no fear of missing out on anything. There are always classes of people graduating, before and after you, who you learn from and educate to, in order to gain a diverse and expanded portfolio of responsibilities and status.
 
But we are providing this lesson today in order to garner your co-operation as you enjoin us in participating in your governance. One of the foreseen effects of the Regency will be an accounting of the apparatus of governance. Even the apparatus of how that governance serves, and administers, and leads through executive functions, the various executive and administrative units and functions. We all know that government can be wasteful or inefficient. And we are simply alluding to improvements along these fronts. Typically, in any venture, this is most stabilized through an understanding of adherence to law, and accountability of those in executive and administrative positions. Understanding your roles and responsibilities and what is the desired outcome.
 
Without this sort of level-setting, we will call it - which is a rather jargonistic term, but we will use it. Without this type of level-setting -- or you can imagine for those unfamiliar with the jargon term. There is a, it is a tool also in construction to take something of a rough edge and smooth it out, and level it, in a line. Which is, truly, a foundation for the next level of creation. So, without this being extrapolated into your civilization, and everything we've mentioned, so far, the rot of corruption and out-of-control natures of competition and hierarchy-dominance-positioning, will ruin the advances and stagnate evolution of the venture of civilization into less-than-ideal situations. It is ultimately the philosophy of why civilizations seem to fail on Urantia.
 
ARTHURA:
At this point, we interrupt this flow of the lesson. This is Arthura speaking on behalf of those presenting this lesson. I am not necessarily presenting today. Rather I am the sponsor of the team of Ascenders, and their executives overseeing them. You might say in this sense, they are leading the lesson and attaining some sort of executive experience. Even though up until this point, they were, broadly speaking, administrators. MAGISTERIAL DELEGATION:
This is the representatives speaking on behalf of the concept of a Regency and Magisterial Missions and Magisterial Sons. One of the level-settings will be the establishment of a Regency. And this will level-set the Executive functions of the planet to enforce the aforementioned elite and powerful, who are essentially not participating in the governance, rather, wielding the levers of civilization governance to its own ends. We simply ask that you participate now, and if unable to or unwilling to, then retire. It is not your prerogative to participate in governance from afar. In simpler terms, please stand back and let us do Our work when it comes to the mechanisms of civilization, industry, jurisprudence of the trial and court system, and the institutions of government. We stand down from further communication.

Indeed, this is Arthura, and we recognize the contribution of the Magisterial Sons, and we proceed. Is there anything further that the Ascender Delegation has to say?
 
ASCENDER DELEGATION:
We do and it is the following. We concur with Arthura and the need for a jurisprudence of a recognized and enforceable trial and court system. Without such, grievances between these mechanisms and organizations of civilization, and its citizenry, and intermediary structures of organization; without the ability to resolve grievances. There must be Standards for the jurisprudence to be effective. There should be, in this recalibration of the planet through a Regency, a reaffirming of Standards. This is part of the accountabilities of the executive and administrative functions. If these people, and entities, and organizations of things are to function properly, not only should there be effective jurisprudence, there needs to be operating throughout, known and understood Standards of Operation. Otherwise, the grievances are what they are without any real opportunity to resolve. We thank you and we stand down.

This is Arthura and I come to you today with Clear-channel and a big stick. It is always good to ask for clarity with the Father, to gain a certitude with your faith in mind and will, and receive assurance that you have something like Clear-channel with myself, Arthura. You will always receive such. I have that benefit, that power, because I have the rank. What is not capable, when I am phased down, is to be everywhere at once. Therefore, am I limited in my phased capacity to deliver Clear-channel or clear-omnichannel. I can of course, be available at notice many times. So, it always is good for you to request. I can always send delegates, and your Universe Aides can always facilitate and petition. But we are attending to a lot of things these days, such as the acute suffering of potential Sons of God on this planet. And to put that in starker contrast, the animal nature of Man drowning out its own destiny through its choices to remain in the lower strata of thought and deed.
 
Healthcare is not a right. Healthcare, obviously, is not something of a natural right, is it? Health care is a self-administered thing. And then when a more advanced tribe, and family, and then nation, and then civilization, those advanced aspects of organized healthcare become available, and stabilized, and sustained. Thus, the ideal of healthcare as a right is, of course, good in its merits, but in its practical labeling of application, it is more an aspect of what we label Light and Life. That is not to say in Light and Life we provide with you the ability to provide natural rights of health care. It is rather the ability to provide health care. Do not make the error in thinking that these are natural rights. Your forefathers enjoyed no such thing. Nature provides no such thing.
 
But the absurdity of such advanced warfare does beg the question about, what good might be able to come if such advanced civilizations were able to dedicate their resources to a competition that benefited the people inside of its own borders? So much of the human progress has been slapstick, and band aid in its long-term applications. The gifts of revelation and discovery that are co-created literally with your geniuses, and innovators, and brilliance in your race of all people, are squandered in an environment of rebellion. And on planets and your planet, of eventual receiving of Divine Governance, enables itself to utilize and leverage Revelation to the point of long-lasting brilliance.
 
Many of the themes that I touch upon will eventually become curriculum, and they are already part of the curriculum. I am simply enacting My role, as Arthura, to herald the messages, provide the themes. But I am not the one who has designed them. For that you must thank your Creator Son, and your Creator, Universal Father. And Their designs become the action of their Conjoint Actor, also known as the Infinite Spirit. Together, they are part of the Eternal Son, Universal Father, an Infinite Spirit Trinity. I, Arthura, am part of the Ancients of Days, phased down. And I am, as an Ancients of Days Representative, intimately representing and associated with the Paradise Trinity. But I phase down in this Local Universe to talk to you in the Order of Melchizedek. Even further, I am allowed in this phase, emergency powers and abilities. Even down to the ability of incarnation, but also of self-action and initiative.
 
Yes, the word you receive is jurisprudence. Go ahead, look it up. I'll wait.

Thank you. I looked it up, Arthura. And these lessons by you seem to be well illustrated in this word.
 
ARTHURA:
Thank you, this is Arthura speaking. And I am the, you could say, living representation of jurisprudence on Urantia. Jurisprudence, if you can leave with one general thought, is that it represents the system behind the law, meaning all the components. Not just the philosophy and the theory of law, but the components about what you're even philosophizing and encoding into law to make it functional. That would be the court and trial system. Judges, juries, administrators, not to mention, you could say, the ancillary aspect of it, which is the police function, you could say. We call it Liaison Forces. But jurisprudence provides the whole of what is the general term Law or Governance. And jurisprudence would be a subsection of Governance, in general, when it comes to the philosophy and science of law, and the components and mechanisms that it is comprised of, namely the trial system.
 
This is very critical. You could say it's the one area that has crippled your planet into advanced stages nearing Light and Life. Because of its imperfected, flawed, immature development of a global trial and court system of law. This is mostly in part due to the diversity of opinion and function of the philosophy of the law, applied by the rest of the units, of let's say, nation-state governance. Namely into two camps Authoritarian and Democratic. You might say a Liberal, but better to say, Representative. Autocratic versus a Representative Governance.
 
Autocratic means there is no voice there is only obedience amongst the Citizenry. And Representative means, there is participation demanded of the citizenry, not representation but actual participation.
And this is what is the Classic definition of Democratic, but we will choose the word Representative because it represents participation. In other words, healthcare you must participate in. It is not just a granted natural right. And under Authoritarianism, there is already an understanding that healthcare is not a natural right: you get what you get, and you better be thankful for it. Now shut up and heal. And tell us you’re healthy, or we will make it illegal to be unhealthy. That is the nature of Autocracy.
 
So, both sides of this scale, we can call it, are highly flawed in the present today. This sets the stage for the hero and the whipping-boy of humanity, and that is the Divine Governance, incarnating and being known, and being able to participate in some manner. We say participate, for we will surely enjoin with you in Representative Government. And at the same time, we say some term and phrase, like whipping boy, because We do have some power enforcement behind Our governance. Not to mention the expectations, unrealistic expectations, to perform near-miracles to provide these flawed notions of rights that you might demand in these early days. But we are working with you so that you participate, yes. And you don't sit back and have unrealistic expectations and demands amongst yourselves.
 
So, this brings us to some concluding points, one of them being, that the status of Citizen demands participation. You do not earn some magical, natural right of anything that civilization grants you when you become a citizen. And that furthermore, the civilization at the top, down to the citizen at the bottom, or other end of the spectrum, is best done through Representative Governance. This Representative Governance means the Citizenry, including its leadership, has some aspect of participation. Usually this means words like, Service and Education, that then go out into Industry and its ancillary functions to sustain the Civilization, its Institutions etc. And that these representative functions are more susceptible to sustained innovation and receiving Revelation.

ARTHURA:
This is Arthura Melchizedek introducing Portentia. This transmitter is also getting Protentia. We will clarify later, but for the sake of capturing the transmission we needed to start immediately without losing anything further. Here is the news, and I will let Portentia speak for herself.

Portentia:
Hello, this is Portentia. For now, use both until you are clear. In fact, you will have heard correctly Protentia is possible. But for now, please use Portentia. The enunciation or pronunciation may differ over time. I am a Midwayer from one of the other planets also receiving a Magisterial Mission at the same time as Urantia, the planet here.

ARTHURA:
This is Arthura identifying who the speaker is now. We are informing together, Portentia and Myself, and making these introductions to this transmitter. One of the ways we are connecting these integrated Magisterial Missions at the same time as the Second Bestowal, one of the ways is to have an exchange program with Midwayers. Midwayer as being a wonderful liaison functioning anyway. It makes sense to make an exception for Midwayers, in this case, to be able to leave the confines of their planet of origin. Proceed Portentia.

Portentia:
Thank you. This is Portentia speaking. I specialize in what this theme is about and that is governance. My planet has similar challenges, and without going into all the details let us begin with simple introductions and association. The planets can be renamed later. Let us enjoy the introductions and get to know each other. If we allow the worry about the accuracy of the information to creep in, we will lose sight of a basic, fundamental protocol. And that is the art of the Introduction, the art of the association. Truly, the feeling of, and quality of, our association which will be-get our cooperation and enhance our service.

Dominick:
Yes, but I get the impression you come from the planet lettered with the letter D as in Denson or Densalon. Good enough. Thank you, Arthura. I, this is Dominick speaking. I received a silent motion, reiterating to just facilitate the introductions.

Portentia:
Thank you this is Portentia speaking. A Midwayer liaison program is being experimented with to help facilitate a greater understanding of governance in extra-planetary matters. One of the crises forecast for a planet in this evolutionary situation is that existential crisis impacting the operational crisis, you could say, already underway. Or already underway in the first place, whether there is an existential crisis or not. But like a class of students, it helps to know that others are in the same boat, the same situation, and therefore, are incentivized and enthusiastic about a cooperation for mutual benefit.

Similarly, the topic of gender in its forms of the lower rings and rungs of the Order that we are all shared in today. Myself, yourself and Arthura, we are all in the Order, SONS OF GOD. And humans have men and women, fathers and mothers. And Material Sons and Daughters, where you received a planetary Adam and Eve, are slightly more-than-human in the grand scheme of things. But they are a capital M Material Sons and Daughters, and they are of the violet blood. And I myself am a Midwayer.

Your planet and mine have similar origins of Midwayers, where in some cases, more or less, superhuman qualities birthed us, us Midwayers. And your planetary epoch has been revealed. The first sojourns to your planet of The 100 and their 10 Councils, who formed the first Planetary Government, with its first Planetary Prince, there was with that, the first origins called the Primary Midwayers. And then later in your planetary history, with a Material Son and Daughter, in Adam and Eve, those early associations and their progeny, eventually originated what is known as a Secondary Midwayer. A new batch. And these Midwayers also have a gendered quality of male and female. I am just clarifying all of this, so, that you understand, on the Ascending Sons of God, there is this gendered association in the beings. And in the higher rungs of the Sonship Order there is, more or less revealed, a singular male quality. In other words, there is a maleness to our Creator Son and a maleness to the Melchizedek Order, the Most Highs of Vorondadek Sons, and also many loyal Lanonadek Sons. A big qualifier there, the remaining loyal ones. Then of course, Paradise Sons, who will be forming the Regency, and having these simultaneous incarnations and Magisterial Missions upon our planets.

And that is the organization that I am within, these shared Missions. And I am with this exchange program, sponsored in part here today, through Arthura, Arthura, no, Arthura -- no need to correct yourself.

Midwayers, this is Portentia speaking, will be able to go to these shared Mission planets. Your Midwayers from your planet will travel to my planet. They will be able to bring back information. Now this is a lot better, don't you think, than having to man spacecraft? Although I hear that is being worked on – wink-wink.

As myself still speaking, I am most excited to be able to possibly be here during the Jesus Bestowal, as He is our Michel Son, Bestowal Son, as well. To clarify, the Bestowal is on behalf of the Local Universe we all belong to, Nebadon, Michael of Nebadon, our Jesus. And much will be gone about and be going about in the business of the Father, of reintegrating and correcting what needs to be done for the sake of goodness. And in some respects, considering the nature of the condition, we may rhetorically be in, “for goodness’ sake!”

Now, before we conclude this volume in this series, we want to make it clear, that as Midwayers, we are of invaluable service in making it known and experiential. Without the need for, say, the supernatural belief. Us Midwayers provide enough experience in the human liaison between a human and Spirit or Divine Son, that you could say it is known. It is a known experience not a faith experience. And this is very important as governance and operations of, say Missions, is not a faith-based attribute of a civilization, certainly a planet. And in this respect, we make the Planetary Government, which is otherwise invisible, visible, so to speak.

I would like to thank you, the readers and listeners, this transmitter, and Arthura, for allowing me to introduce myself today. Friday, September 9, York PA, Lesson, Volume 33. There are phrases coming in regarding the quality of personality. Subjects such as Divine Sons or High Spirit and the ability of a human, through the personality circuit, to know and be known.
 
ARTHURA:
And typically, the phenomenon of personality association has this quality aspect to it that helps the human have the experience in the first place. But with Divine Sons and their incarnations, this ability to identify with the personality intimately enough that a quality of the personality is admired and intimately associated with.  This is in contrast to an intimidation quality, which is, really, an instinctual if not intuited, together with an animal fear; but also, a recognition, that the quality of your own depth of experience is, not lacking, but pales in the majesty and significance of the experience of the Divine Son or the High Spirit.
 
A Magisterial Son over time accumulates many incarnations perhaps more so. And they acquire similar experience to a Paradise Son of the Creator Son origin. They just get to it in different ways. The Magisterial Son with varied experiences across Superuniverse, and the Creator Son within the commitment of His own boundaries of creation in His incarnations, and Bestowal. The difference is the quality of fatherhood and brotherhood. Fatherhood for the Creator Son and brotherhood for the Magisterial Son.
 
Understand, there is no significant difference in the phenomenon of motherhood when it comes to the experience, universally, of quote-unquote, fatherhood, being of the Father. This is simply a quality of the Father, in that there is a species mechanism for reproduction and universe experience, of say, positive and negative expression, complimentary qualities of administration and service. In other words, motherhood should not be relegated to an exclusive domain of the Infinite Spirit. It is as an Order of you being the Sonship Order, the experience is, ultimately, the experience of the Father-Son relationship or association. In other words, you are the creator of that child, and you quote-unquote father the child, through the mother-father relationship qualities. Certainly, a single parent understands this, more so, when they find they are strained in their ability to provide all of this without the other half, so to speak.
 
So, it would seem a stretch to take this subject and apply it to the State. But we will do so. In some respects, it seems arbitrary and ridiculous, in some cases, to have state borders with a state entity, expressing an aspect of greater selfhood and personality-rights like some uber-Corporation. Who, likewise, tries to attain personality status and supersede, that, of its individual units, endowed with real and true personality. Thus, the highest form of State fosters the quality of the personalities that aspires to the status of citizenship.
 
And citizenship is not an automatic status [granted] of the State. It is a benefit of fulfillment of a social contract, of cooperation and service, and governance between personalities. We have just witnessed the drama of this dichotomy in the life of the longest standing Monarch and State representative with the Queen of England. But for the citizen or aspiring citizen, the quality of personality is challenged by other aspects of society, civilization, and environment, and circumstances, of say, class, race, geography; the civilization they were born into, and that civilization’s status.
 
The evolution of the politics in the quote-unquote West, personality exultation, that's certainly an aggressive expression of differences and grievances could be said. Similarly, in the East an aggressive expression of personality, determined by the State through control, the personality is suppressed in favor of the personality of the State (the Party). Divine Sonship mitigates these extremes through their leadership over time. They recognize the value of you all, and truly, have the best interests in mind. However, it is the less experienced personalities of both State and Citizen and aspiring-Citizen, who differ to the experience and majesty of the Divine.
 
The Order of Melchizedek within your shared order of the Eternal Son, being Sons of God, exerts a leadership, where it is not draconian, but guided in wisdom. To allow you the little sons of God, the evolutionary attainment of experience to administer yourselves with the wisdom of Divinity. The mere fact that They may appear amongst you should indicate the emergency nature of the situation you may be within. And you would do well to adhere and listen. For their incarnations are, by their nature, often have an emergency nature or self-acting nature, that something needed to be done.
