Lesson 20 ARCHANGEL ORION
Setting New Standards

ARCHANGEL ORION:
Wednesday July 27. Volume Lesson 20, Re-establishing and Setting a New Standard. This is a continuation from Lesson 19, on Cooperation and Non-Cooperation. Although we will not mention these terms [much].
 
This is Orion, Archangel Orion, Head of Urantia Planetary Spiritual Government. Soon to be upon you are the Michael mandates. The instrument of these mandates shall be through the continuation of the Jesus Bestowal. However, many of the mandates of governance will come through the Magisterial Sons. What is meant by the title lesson, is how setting a new standard will set the table for the planet organizations and institutions -- states, super states, and international institutions. And the power structures that operate them, will have the opportunity and choice set forth by such standards, to cooperate or not. They will see it being -- the standards – instituted, first, in the countries we implement them in. Such as the United States where the Regency would be established.
 
The gray area of questions you may have around how much perceived coercion is done from our side, compared to how much coercion we will endure from your side, is to address the extremes of theoretical and tangible cooperation and non-cooperation. The most stark example, is currently playing out in an example of a war. Where the policy of war is essentially the threat that says, “If you do not adhere to our political rationale and demands, our existential expression of threat to ourselves, then, you leave us no choice but to create a lose-lose situation. We would rather see everything burned to the ground than you, the other party or parties, succeed over us at our disadvantage, and injustice.” This example is at the state level, but it is exemplified in the immaturity of the family unit, when the child, given a rational explanation by a parent or parent-like authority, would rather see their siblings or fellow students lose then win over them.  In these situations, even though the party or parties are in control of their destiny, in creating a lose-lose scenario, such as mutual destruction. The spirit rationale of (in this case the context of true reality) the true reality of the situation, is essentially a spiritual one. And these merit an intervention. A policy where essentially such behavior will be curtailed and disallowed.
 
Now, to the opposite end of the spectrum, creating the win-win scenarios. And these are almost equally as hard to implement, if not greater. Because it requires spiritual maturity to go beyond the temptation to win over another, to accede in power and authority, material benefit, status, and so on. Only in recent modern history has there been any type of groundwork to even begin to approach and evolve these types of scenarios, either in science philosophy, or even religion, and institutions such as a League of Nations or United Nations. And while we are not espousing these things as perfect, we are simply saying it is the seeds of where we need to go. It is the beginning.
 
And if there is one takeaway from [the] rebellion education, as in the effects of rebellion, do recall:
 
The rebellion itself takes the forms and the Whats of the universe and uses it to its will and its advantage. It cannot create, to the extent that it is an originator. It must take from the existing and innovate it. But what we are saying is, in a sense, it must take from existing reality, it cannot invent Reality. And therefore, we are saying the What of anything does not change. An example is the rebels set up their own governance institutions, their own courts. So, did they invent governance? No! They simply set up the-What of what they knew how and did it themselves.
 
Therefore, the trap of conspiracy thinking is to examine the facts that there are courts or institutions in place, and somehow this proves the existence of one thing or another, because they exist. So, when we establish Divine Presence, understand these will be setting new standards. But, when we say the loose things like “these,” meaning regencies, courts, [and] representatives, that what we mean is, we will be setting a new standard. And because one side [rebels] existed [for a time], and the other of the Paradise Trinity regimes have always existed. And we [Paradise Trinity] are re-establishing what has always existed and what shall always be. With the goal in mind and the aim for the highest good.
 
Rebellion simply states that they are not aiming for the highest good, they are aiming for their good. And then isolating themselves from the rest of the [Paradise] systems in the attempt to create, your language, Utopia. And behold the fruits of that -- murder and mayhem and chaos.
 
So, we will end it here for now, this is a short continuation. As there is much interference in the broadcast. However, we do entertain clarification requests and questions. They do help flesh out the lesson especially when there is such strong interference. A cacophony of noise, much symbolic of what will be coming and dealing with by all in the days ahead.

Lesson 19 STAFF
Co-Operation Non-Co-Operation

Saturday July 23, 2022, York PA. Volume Lesson 19: Cooperation and non-Cooperation.

This is STAFF again. We will clarify what this means in the future, but it means We represent the office or offices of what will be determined as Divine representation on the Planet and in the System. Today's discussion is around the theories, philosophies and applications of real experiences and scenarios, and wisdom-forecasts; around decisions and behaviors that determine whether you as individuals interacting with your environment, at various scales, represent cooperation within it, or non-cooperation within it. The theoretical scenario with human comprehension has been to war-game the theory. This has culminated in doctrines such as Game Theory, Mutual Destruction, and Prisoner's Dilemma.

The simplest to comprehend - and you can get as complex as you want in these scenarios, when you start simulating them out, but the simplest one - is a quasi-mathematical quadrant. Four squares and within a larger square. The simplest quadrants are the combinations of cooperation and non-cooperation, represented by either numbers or outcomes such as winning and losing.

Before we get into this further, Our concept from the Staff level of cooperation and non-cooperation, is represented by the extent to which any individual is in a state of cooperating or non-cooperating with its Adjuster; or the will of God, being about the Father's business. You see the various expressions there. You can look at it as cooperation with your Adjuster, you can look at it as your cooperation of being about the Father's business, or executing the will of the Father, or being out of step with that, with all of that.

Those are individual units that make up these theories. And then when we aggregate that upon a civilization, or a planet, or a system of governance, this cooperation or non-cooperation extends to the Divine representation that is somewhat represented by Staff speaking to you right now. And it is also measured by various states of cooperating or not. And We take on [the role of] civilization’s Thought Adjuster, We take on civilization’s alignment with the will of God, or being about the Father's business. So, you have two scales of the spectrum, you the individual and you the civilization, the individuals make up. And the will of the Father either within you, or externally, within your institutions and organizations that make up the civilization.

We could end the lesson here, we could speak to more about how this goes about. However, in the spirit of absorption and comprehension, the seasonality of the heat in the summer, we will pause this lesson. Even though it is incomplete and to be determined. Lesson 18 FOR THOSE WITH EARS. Composure

Untitled as of yet, but in response to, “what could I, the Receiver, possibly have to say anymore?” With a bit of wonderment, how much could be produced up to this point? And at the same time, how little it is.
 
And the response I (the Transmitter) gave, was there is always something to be improving upon, perfected. And when, for example, you reach a threshold in your terrestrial lifetimes, say, that 10,000-hour mark, that is a good indicator, a proficiency - even more than a proficiency - is earned experientially. So, using that example, how proficient might you be, any one of you, if you were to put in 10,000 hours in prayer or worship, or the exercise of transmitting and receiving transmission in a dialogue of sorts (that the word transmission is meant to express)?
 
There comes a point of exhaustion within your own mind where you feel less creative, that perhaps you have expanded your capacities. Yet, at the same time, this process that we're going through individually and collectively, is such that you do not want [xxxxx] – (you) begin to perceive how empty life might be without it. And this is not necessarily in reference to reading transcripts like the news but having this relationship with God and this large family you are part of. Such a feeling is an indicator that the brotherhood of men and women, or humankind, brotherhood, whatever meets your fancy, is tangible, is beginning to take hold. And it cannot but begin to express itself outwardly.
 
At the same time a reversion occurs when such aspects are not expressed in your environment. Sometimes it takes patience and wisdom to -- and time and effort -- to help your fellows receive and give, and experience this for themselves. Where they catch it, too. And then sometimes it might be instinctively at a species level now. Where the spiritual advancement is so absent from the biological entity that it does not express the capacity for spiritual aptitude. And there is a repellent, like magnets, between the species that is now, in some sense, bifurcating.
 
Nothing is such a stark example of what we just spoke to then the knowledge and information around Divine Incarnation. But such a large example can also be related to in a small example, where say, an individual or group or institution is reticent to accept a new fact or be corrected in fact. So, your expression of your own reaction, to say, these facts that will appear are enough. Meaning your composure, your -- maybe it's your fellow, your fellow’s -- almost your non reaction. When you neither express a profound disbelief, or a euphoric rapture of religious confirmation.
 
When it comes to Incarnation, even Bestowal, but more commonly Incarnation, understand, it is a reality of larger timeframes of Eternal Life that meet your finite reality and short lifespans. And [your] struggles within that timeframe to build enough experience, that you qualify and desire to grow, both remain and sustain yourselves in the worlds beyond your world of origin. Realize Stability is upon you even though in the short run it is perceived and welcomed as a destabilizing Event. We say amongst ourselves, almost under a breath, that's a destabilizing excuse on your part. And we have the patience and wisdom to get through that, but no miracles up our sleeves either.
 
Today's volume-lesson is a reminder. It is more of a reminder to and about composure. How the personality-mastered, leads and begets inner an outward expression of unification, somewhat described as composure. Meaning someone around you might not be able to put their finger on it but they know they see and feel composure. So, if there's one thing I ask of you upon My appearance, is that you recall this lesson, and remind yourself and remain within yourself, composed, above all else. And when you need more specifics around this lesson, that is when you have, and you know, the additional spiritual resources you possess and have access to, that will help you in the situation you are in.

Lesson 17 MAGISTERIAL MISSION
Violence of the State

MAGISTERIAL MISSION:
And I don't know what the title is yet, but we start off today's lesson with the acknowledgement that the transmitter is tired. It is a lot like a Monday for you. But the lesson being related to this topic, we will call and label, Government. The lesson has to do with transforming your fatigue with intentional breathing, you acknowledge that this indeed did help. And we start the lesson off by comparing this physical exercise of intentional breathing to government and governance. The lesson being, when there are these seemingly insurmountable, constant harms and injustices of government and the way it's run – governance - the intellect, together with the emotions, tends to gravitate towards an animalistic instinct to destroy.
 
Certainly, this is comparable to sacking leadership with a new leadership. This is what we mean by, say, dominance hierarchy. Where a pack animal or a pack leader is no longer acceptable to the pack, and either steps down or is often deposed. And so, this is really no different on a group level, when you see rebellions, philosophies of anarchy, for the sake of protesting this predatory nature of Government not doing its job. For Government more than implies, it demonstrates civilization. And as we have said before in the previous lesson, civilization is born out of advanced and higher order processes spiritual in nature.
 
When we discuss intentional breathing, and try to compare this to government, we are asking you to, in some sense, change the way you approach the improvements needed even when they're [in response to] malicious neglect, or predatory upon, the very citizens they're charged to. Benefit to, not benefit from, benefit to. So, the intention, transforms away from destruction and into intention.
 
Let us take for example, a famous revolution, the French Revolution. This one is being used because there is enough proximity to the current day and age where it is a good example. And we could just as easily take any other country’s, say, Russia, where an aristocracy is deposed violently, spectacularly, through the decapitation method – brutal!  The French Revolution was, in comparison to the Russian, spectacularly bright in its energies and flamed out as a revolution and transformed in a different pendulum swing to empire building. Where you saw the revolution rise up and create instability to the point the population craved a strong leader who was conditioned by the day and age into a strong nationalism. We're referring to the Napoleonic Empire. Whereas, the Russian Revolution played out in some ways, empire building, but not expansionist, and was even more destructive internally with its backbiting amongst the people to depose of their adversaries through violence of the state.
 
And we suppose that is a good title for today. Taking a look at the title, Violence of the State. And in many ways, violence begets violence. The revolutions and conflicts between say Labor and Industry, Bureaucracy versus Leadership (you might even say Innovation), status quo versus any planning to correct the harms of the status quo.
 
And when we, on the levels of the Divine, explain to you evolution will and must stabilize this cycle of violence inside yourselves, and therefore, to the level of the state. This is what begins to define as the starting point of Light and Life. The first phase of Light and Life is this change point. That the future holds corrections that contain an intentional motion through a civilized means to perpetuate civilization. And so, the future philosophies will in some ways dictate and socially shame, the brutality of Brutality, as unfit for the destiny of a species. Illogical, irrational, to plan for war to the extent that scarcity exists to benefit the few and not the whole. We say, and avoid the word -- we say whole and avoid the word many -- benefit the whole, w.h.o.l.e.
 
 
Dominick:
This is the transmitter speaking for [to] the audience. My cat is looking at me with an agitation, just to my left. That she wishes I could put my intentions where my mouth is, and let her outside, and that would benefit her. But I can't.
 
 
MAGISTERIAL MISSION:
We resume. And of course, we leverage this example, meaning we use this example to indicate the relationship between you and the domesticated cat is a good one. You are not resolving your conflicts with violence. There is an outworking of the emotions, and attention shifts the intention to go there, to go towards violence to get what you need.
 
There is a relationship, a communication; and simply what is expedient and necessary to run the business of the day. For your cat it means she is not allowed to go outside based on the policies of the location you live. And she does not know that. But she becomes accustomed to the governance of the household and adjusts and evolves to the allowance of nighttime excursions in the cover of darkness.
 
Such a rough analogy is projected to take place. When it is discovered the warlike resources and apparatus, that take up so much of the planetary attention and intention and resource, cannot even be employed for its destructive purposes. Like your science fiction imaginations, such an enforced change and technological handicap is not Peace, though. This is not the introduction of Peace. Rather, a curtailment of the destructive capabilities of the violence of the state. And as has been explained, with the animal nature this does not curtail violence of sticks and stones, fists and so on.
 
So, there will be a, perhaps, an instinct, a call for the revolutionary instinct, the mob phenomenon. And whether the violence of the state is curtailed for destruction of conventional war, nuclear war, mass destruction or . . . .  Policy will be set forth setting up parameters of new conditions. And at that point it is up to the individuals and groups to comply or not; and whether they comply, or not, to an extent that they use violence as a means to an end. And at that point governance demands and mitigates the use of force once the violations are so evident, that mercy is not applied, and justice is as swift.
 
The problem arrives when the planning and the principles of a revolution, let's say, are not an evolutionary advancement of the harms or status quo they are replacing. And this is what the REGENCY is here to provide. There may be this condition of war-like capacity being disabled, and the environment-condition of human proclivity to violence is not guaranteed by any means. And then as you begin this process of adjustment, and violence needs to be policed, processed, or enforced. That you do so amongst yourselves for the most part. And then when you need direction in the aftermath – the, where do we go from here? moment -- that is when the leadership of advanced philosophies and government fill the vacuum traditionally filled by evolutionary pendulum swings of the past. With one harm or one extreme to the other. Instead, we are balancing that out through the Regency.
 
We stop here for the moment. And surely this will invite questions, perhaps scenario questions, perhaps not. But we wish you all a cool-off period, certainly, with this weather. Peace be upon us all and at least the potential to see it through. A good day upon us all.
