This is the most wonderful news!
To Father, Michael of Nebadon, Nebadonia, Jesus, and Monsonloran a big "Thank You".
I would also like to take this opportunity to congratulate Steven Gitz and Larry Gossett on their
appointment as Apostles. I couldn´t be more pleased for you both!

What a fantastic weekend this is going to be for all concerned. So much has been achieved
in so short a time. You are all to be congratulated, especially Ron, a worker of miracles if ever
there was one.

I look forward to more exciting news to come on the events from the weekend´s activities.

Thank You all again for such wonderful news.

Hi Amethyst, glad to know I´m not the only one.
I just lost a written transmission just as I was about to post it.

Also in recent days, "problems with connection" has appeared several times.
Something´s up?

Clency, you will see that I have corrected your errors and posted it again but I do not know

how to remove yours.  I hope you don´t mind.  :)

Nationalism vs Patriotism

Lemuel : Good morning everyone. Our talk this morning is entitled ‘Nationalism vs Patriotism’. Just following on the from yesterday, being Armistice Day and celebrations to remember the end of the 1st WW in 1918. The ceremonies that took place at the ‘Arc de Triomphe’ in Paris yesterday was televised around the world, I was very taken with the words of the French President when he mentioned and in fact, stated emphatically that patriotism is the exact opposite to nationalism.

It is the first time that I have heard a European head of government or in fact, any head of government to be so specific with those words and I found them to be quite heartening. Perhaps it is the first step towards other nations as the heads of government thinking about this and hopefully coming to the understanding that patriotism is the fatherhood and that we are indeed brothers and sisters of one Father.

Now, I know that sounds perhaps too meek or childish, but the word patriot means of father and so patriotism we are speaking of that of Father, that our identification with our Father in terms of our country. So looking at all those Heads of States on the television yesterday, east and west in France, I felt something, I felt that perhaps this is the beginning of something that could be wonderful and all let us hope and let us pray that this is true.

After all is said and done, the feelings and thoughts yesterday around the world was not just in remembrance of the 1st WW, but just think of all the wars around the world since then and those that are still going on today, it’s an utter lunacy and obscenity that I keep saying. Almost immediately after the 2nd WW, there was the Korean war which ended in the separation of north and south and we all know what that has meant over the years.

And before that, the separation of Germany between east and west and all the heartache that it has brought to all the German people for years and years. Even in India and Pakistan, separated between east and west Pakistan, and so it goes on and on, the Vietnam war and before that the war in the Congo with the Mau Ma. I don’t want to think about that anymore because there are so many.

Anyway, coming back to yesterday and those words from the President Macron of France, patriotism is the exact opposite of nationalism. So, dear brothers and sisters, I hope with me you can pray that more and more people will take those words to heart and begin to realize that sovereign states or nations, in fact, don’t mean anything, there is only one sovereignty and that is the sovereignty of humanity, of brotherhood and the Fatherhood of Good.

This is something that we all want and something that the people of the world desperately need and so I leave you all with these words this morning. It’s a lovely morning here in Gerona and I love Mondays, I suppose that most people will think that I am crazy, but I love Mondays because it means that there is still a full week ahead of things to do, I think it is wonderful.

Anyway, thank you so much for listening, it is always such a pleasure to be able to talk to you and I wish you all a very good day and a very good week, so bye-bye for now. Domtia

Hi Sue,  if you put up " Speaking in public" on your search machine, you will find all the help
you need. They are very professionally presented and easy to follow. I found them to be excellent.

100 years not eighty!  How could I have made that mistake?  Sorry 😐 Lemuel.

Singer: Marlene Dietrich
Song: Where have all the flowers gone?

Lemuel:  Today being Armistice Day and remembering the end of WW1 eighty years ago,
I cannot help but think of some of the most memorable music  that speaks volumes of the stupidity
of war.

For those of you who are perhaps too young to remember,I recommend you search on Youtube
and listen to Marlene Dietrich singing "Where have all the flowers gone?  This song was recorded
live at the Royal Variety Performance in November, 1963 and became one of the most famous
songs of the sixties.

Marlene Dietrich was a German actress and became as popular in England as she was in Germany.
In the fourth verse of the song, you will hear the following words by Peter Seeger :

Where have all the soldiers gone, long time passing?
Where have all the soldiers gone, long time ago?
Where have all the soldiers gone? Gone to graveyards every one.
When will they ever learn, when will they ever learn?

The song has been recorded by many artists over the years but the Marlene Dietrich version
is the most moving. Enjoy!
