The Magisterial Foundation gratefully acknowledges your support and help during what is a rather modest expense period in the past.
We are still waiting for a very late report on the patent issue for construction of the WTP electric plant and with that patent comes resources to begin the various activities required to site the electric plant, licenses, and construction. Much has to be decided shortly. I also expect once the resources become available, the divine will ask donations to end, as it becomes a divinely funded corporation at that time. The funding by the divine will also end my tenure as the sole Director of the Magisterial Foundation and to open the door to an expanded Board and Executive numbers to satisfy the request by the Creator Son to expand our Board to professionals and an executive committee maybe. The Board number will likely be about twelve (12) and the Executive concerns unnumbered at this point. We thank every one of you for your donations and other help too which makes the Magisterial Foundation to function fully with sufficient funds to do so to this point.
As of this writing we still rely on donations entirely to feed the discussion forum on line and all of the outreach publications to date. For your information, we do not plan to publish any books this year out of this fund. At least that is our plan as of today the 6th of May 2022.
