Tesla View of the Free Electricity of the Besser Patent to Produce It:

[Ron Besser, Transmitter.  I am the transmitter of what turns out to be a very important transmission for us, the Magisterial Foundation.  Nikola Tesla has joined our spirit counsel now that the Magisterial Foundation, has been assigned its ownership to the Melchizedek Corp of both the Dominion and the Salvington government.  That means the Foundation is no longer precisely controlled by we humans, but has joined the spiritual their fellowship by being accepted by the Melchizedeks as to be under their direction and control.  This fact is referenced below in their discussions with you and me over what they have to say regarding our work to provide electricity almost free of charge  (about $160/year at this writing) for the Susquehanna Valley in Pennsylvania, USA.

 EDIT MADE ON 19 JANUARY, 2024 BY RON BESSER @ 11:45 Am in red:   I am now advised that all that has been said here is truly good for at least another 45 days.  I state this for readers of this notice:  my heart rate has fallen precipitously low.  That does not affect what is said here in order to take care of the proposed build-out, but it does affect who and how this is done if I become deceased.  The authorities put it this way:  if I am claimed to leave Urantia over this project, I have assigned an individual named elsewhere to comply with the concerns of the Magisterial Foundation by MACHIVENTA MELCHIZEDEK, and to see this plant is ready to be built and run within the auspices of the First Republic of China not but under the first American engineering contract provided by Melchizedek concerns.   [Continued in a black font below]



My original plans were to provide a good local engineering firm I once worked for here in York, but today I am advised there is no good reason not to bother a sedentary corporation almost ready to fold its doors closed for the lack of business and its personnel reduced to five engineers and six assistants so to speak.  For that reason I have to revise who does the engineering and the Melchizedeks are adamant to stay away from my York selection at this point and time.   What that finally does is to remove my sensitivity for the homeland area of York, and place the engineering with a constitutional selection of engineering to another selection yet to be announced to me at this writing.   I simply agree and let the chips fall where they may, but that does make selection difficult for the Magisterial Foundation, and to add a distance of over 450 miles to work with the Melchizedek selection.  I personally cannot do the traveling and I still feel the engineering should be adopted here in York for that reason alone and my need to provide information.


The MELCHIZEDEKS make this statement now: "You Ron are really feeling very rough and think we are about to pull the plug on your Urantia life.  Not so.  However, due to the elevation of MACHIVENTA MELCHIZEDEK, we are running this project as though he we re personally present, and he more or less refuses you and the Magisterial Foundation to work with such a weak engineering partner.  The Harrisburg firms you vaguely contacted dismiss you as a fraud not but find the Patent untenable they think, but have not finally said so.  For that reason you stay the course and ignore their irrelevant view.  I am no longer able to attend you Ron, as I am not Manituba Melchizedek, but Mantutia Melchizedek, as I am no longer just the Planetary Prince, but I am now PRO-COUNSEL to the AMERICAN PRESIDENT, Joseph Biden, and as such must remain affixed at that level to ascertain our use of council to the American Government.



"Our contact with the American government is at the highest possible level, as our Pro-Counsel   with the American government is secure enough to proceed with our care that the USA understand there is a huge influx of Counsel coming to assist the American government through a very difficult period and to stand down military threats in accordance with the spirit counsel now warmly received.  



"For that reason Ron your care is perfectly well attuned to be seen to by the American Biden Administration, and we must adhere to proper protocol and refuse to speak to the potential of a Trump administration again.  We doubt such an administration will take seat as an administration we have to work with, but if that happens we will control that Presidency very well.



"Second Ron, you have gone through a very difficult morning, that was to think your time on earth is nearly done due to all the pain and second guessing by the present duty officer at your bedside.  She is deeply aware of your cursive dislike of the spiritual supreme controls around you, and makes the amends to tell you her name and no further contact which is Simone.  SIMONE is a fairly old seraphic control we use when some delicacy has to be observed, and that Ron is not your fault but your legs are a series of scratches, and painful blood clots you cannot remove without morontial surgery and that is no longer achieved and your death must ensue when called for shortly.


"For that reason, we make amends to your need to finish the WTP free electricity work you ought to finish with us, and you will; however, let it be known that Nikola Tesla has genuinely signed on to observe and help this project, as it is up in his heart that Ron wishes to place a plaque on the pilot plant to honor Tesla and for the original idea of  transmissible electricity is still his.    Good, and so do the Melchizedeks wish to have all electric plants like this to have such a plaque.    For reasons of his own, we say that Ron has little help at the moment due to the disaster of a blood clot forming at the base of his neck, and that might end his life prematurely but fully for work on Urantia.



"One last statement of this 19 January addition made today.  We have lost all contact with Dominick Ohrbeck as he cannot maintain a liaison transmission contact due to an adenoid difficulty which must be rectified by surgery, but not right now.  Ron has to supply transmissions for the most part.  What this does is it places Ron into the difficulty of understanding the lack of transmission from this individuate when it is this individual who holds the contract as the chief to see to teaching Urantia groups what has happened and what will will happen via these Missions.  The Melchizedeks are making a jet transport available to the Magisterial Foundation to be kept permanently at the Thomasville airport about four miles from Ron's home, where jet service facilities exist for any such re-numeration of care we need to have.  They have been contact for what it costs us, and to keep the jet there it is about $11123 per year.  Not bad since Kennedy Airport in New York charges $52,500 for a slot to maintain the aircraft there.

"I AM MANTUTIA MELCHIZEDEK speaking.  I AM THE PLANETARY PRINCE and a few other things for our own use as well, and I must make amends to Ron for the outstanding view he has adopted that the MAGISTERIAL FOUNDATION, must be fully spiritual and run by spirit to be the volatile usages for changes to the scientific community and for the work of free electricity which has to be instituted regardless of what MIT thinks it has to counter it.  For that reason we recall Ron in the morontial to reappear as flesh and blood to live on Urantia as he dare and as long as MICHAEL OF NEBADON needs him.  He just re-insured his home owners insurance policy and paid a whopping slightly over $900 for the year.  The Magisterial Foundation can pay for that since it uses the house and its grounds as our capital to run the Missions in technological concerns from 2709 Sunset Lane.  That insurance rebuilds the house, its barn, and its shop if they catch fire or are storm damaged.  His father was an insurance man and insisted the house be fully insured for weather or man-made damages.  It is a steep price to keep the place repairable, and we agree the Magisterial Foundation should foot the bill, and it might yet if we can keep ourselves together long enough to finish this.


We intend to build this plant here in York Count, Pennsylvania, and that includes Scranton, Pa, and as far north as southern New York and the north part of South Caroline and west to close to Chicago, most of West Virginia.  The Melchizedeks are glad to own it as they can bargain with their own governors the use of such a plant in their own geographical areas  for recessionary purposes of their own,  This post is long winded again, and I cannot help that s things happen when Tesla joins and the Ancients of Days listen.  Read to find out what they plan and the permissions we gain for giving the Magisterial Foundation to own and to run by the Melchizedeks themselves:

“I am Nikola Tesla, and I wish to comment on the patent Ron holds.  That is Patent #11601013 the transmission of wireless electricity.  For thirty years I attempted to do the same trick.  Ron figured out how to do that trick, but is stuck now with endless discussions about it and they cannot discuss the fact there is no isobaric use of electrons, but iconoclastic use of muons to do that trick.

“The patent Ron has does this by knocking out a bit of the electron power construction and when he does that, nature turns the electron into a muon.  The muon can be broadcast and always at an electronic frequency of 86.4 megahertz.

“For that reason the muons involved are floated off the tower when pushed by three generators in house which press free forming electrons into a converter of sorts that knocks out an Ultimaton from the body of the electron.  When this occurs, nature converts the electron into a muon.  The muon is antigravity as well, and as a result can be broadcast easily enough off a high tower.

“What I want to add is that the high tower has to be truly high, as the muons prefer to leave an object at right angles to the generator intake.  Ron has placed three generators in tandum to produce the energy drive to place electrons to muons to the right tower leg, as he makes the tower also an electromagnet.  Therefore the tower is placed on a lazy susan pad to rotate the north tower leg precisely in the center of the magnet north template which covers both earth polar regions.  

“The Magnetosphere on earth looks like a cap mostly over the north pole.  Anyone who fools with the north pole behavior can disrupt the electron flow to the generator input, but Ron has declared that impossible to do to the polar regions, because he collects just the electrons that fall from the sky regardless of the source.

“That is what I wish to tell you all.

“The free-falling electrons are also coming down to earth in drenching fashion from the polar regions of North America due to the fact that the anthracite coal deposits buried deep within the polar regions of the planet carry huge amounts of electron dispersion based on their past use to absorb sunlight during  the cretaceous period in particular.

“For my own reasons, I detect in the Ron invention something of a brilliant analog he has described over and over and no body can properly interpret it.  The following is my view of this patent analog I thinks is vitally important.

“We on the mansion worlds have access to scientific facts you on earth do not have.  One of those facts is that the analog of an electron is not the muon, but the tachyon.  Ron dislikes tachyons because they can bite and kill of let loose around the human body.  He has asked for the very light tingle la muon can produce so as not even have the possibility of a tachyon getting loose and killing a worker.  That said, hear this:

“What Ron has proposed on the patent, and it is in his description of the transducer her invented with Rayson the Magisterial Son of Science, is to provide a ground so there is no accidental confusion of the muon with a tachyon and the danger that produces for workers.  As a result, Ron grounds the third generator handling the muons to the tower, with a pass through to the cable burined beneath the generators.  He has proposed to dispense with the cable, but if he does, now he has problems with strange anomalies over the roof of the electric plant, for without grounding the cable to either end of the transport of electrons by the cable, nature itself establishes a trial ground by forcing the metal in the roof struts to glow slightly with the ambient radiation light generated by  radioactivity.

“For that reason we think the patent should be amended to insist on a buried cable in all places except directly under the tower.  If the tower proceeds to be built on a rotating concrete pad, then it will exist strictly as a meteroric slave to the cabal** of distinct dislike of the project. We therefore recommend that the cable be placed under the generarors as shown on the patent and to proceed building the plant as shown in the patent in order to avoid radioactivity generated because of the issue of isometric electron build out before they become muons.

[** Note about the term, “cabal.” - that refers to the planetary insurrection caused by spiritual dysfunction of the certain orders of seraphic guides in particular, and cannot be obtained removed until the court system the spirit world uses to cut down mischief and those cabalistic powerless forces to cause disruption to project as seen here.]

“As a matter of fact, we dare not go further with this until it is cleared fully.  Meanwhile stay tuned to our further exposition shortly. [11:15 AM, NY Time zone]

[11:18am NY Time Zone] - “WE are back and finally this.  We are now processing your work well again Ron, and this is MICHAEL OF NEBADON, who is fully aware you feel cut out with this work due to my emphasis on spiritual concerns no human is made aware of.  I am fully supporting the idea with TESLA that all of this should be announced fully, for RAYSON is now available to process the Tesla input:

“This is MICHAEL OF NEBADON, and you have had a really rough morning Ron, and Tesla is now aware of it.  You need to brodast this via a channel known to me as the “ruth of all charges,” and that has a particular meaning to me as well says Tesla.  We are not looking at that Ron but someone is directing that subject of dying and going over to the mansion worlds harshly to you and they must cease and cannot easily be removed as they are attached not to the Adjuster but to the soul who wishes to remain out of it, but the soul is reminding you Ron you have a short easy trip but not to the mansion worlds but back to Urantia to finish this work of the Tesla view it must be built quickly and soon or the world misses its importance to scientific advancement.  MICHAEL OF NEBADON now speaks:

“Ron, stay back again.  We are watching a firm-cast in order to provide Urantia better contact information than the current capsules of thought we are using now in order to get the spiritual Missions onto the Urantia ground to walk on and administrate.  For reasons of State, let this sit briefly. 11:30AM - MICHAEL OF NEBADON - “I am not fully on your circuit Ron, and I say this.  Tesla has finally broken the code to get to you and your work in the Magisterial Foundation.  He declares the fullest anyone has ever done to reach a consensus for humans and spirit to work together in the spirit of the Zebedees you so admire who ran an intelligence service to provide Jesus updates where traps were layed by the Sanhedrin by the Jerusalem temple to remove Jesus from their concerns.  You have correctly obeyed the premise that spirit must work with its own version of security and have joined forces with the Ancients of Days, by providing the MELCHIZEDEKS ownership of the Foundation.  Such a sale must be recorded in your court house as a change of property and that is not easy to do for us but the paper work is coming for you to register it in the courthouse.  You have reminded us to do that for almost a year and we did not think it important until Tesla cites it as very important to encourage human participation in a genuinely divine earth corporation such as the Urantia Foundation was at the conclusion of the writing of the 5th epochal revelation in 1942 and 11943 and 1945.  Each date represents a certification for the UF to contain representation it sought for distribution of a major revelation to the planet still existing as the Urantia Book, but to be eclipsed by the 6th epochal revelation concerned for about one year more in 2025 to be distributed fully.  

[NOTICE: We are slightly off subject, but the ANCIENTS OF DAYS have just decreed that we shall remain in force so long as I can manage to represent our views within the Magisterial Foundation:  that the Magisterial Foundation  is owned fully by the MELCHIZEDEK CORP OF UVERSA as well, and we now deliberately take in view, that you Ron want the organization to be owned and directed by the Melchizedeks and arm yourself, and the Board of Directors entirely,  with sufficient ledger to remain subservient to their direction and cause.]

The Ancients of Days, Also Direct:


Ronald Besser, present member of the Magisterial Foundation, already transferred to the Nebadon Melchizedeks, as the true Council and Owners of Trust of the Magisterial Foundation.  This transfer of ownership took place on August 21, 2023 and abides no longer as a mere sale agreement, but as their ownership to direct as they please.  We, the Board of Directors of the Magisterial Foundation, are six humans and consist of the following names: Ronald Besser;  Dominick Ohrbeck; Elise Van Ruth;  Steven Gitz; Roger Zum Felde, and George Meyers.  We, the Board of Directors of the Magisterial Foundation, also direct that the Trusteeship of the United States Patent #11601013 to be held in perpetuity with MANITUBA MELCHIZEDEK as Trustee; that is  unless or until, the Magisterial Foundation  is absolved, or  diluted or dissolved for reasons of State to release the Melchizedek bond and care over the Magisterial Foundation.  This statement is legal and is dated 18 January 2024 as directed by the Ancients of Days, this date. ]

“I have been authorized to be on the Board of Review of the propose build out of the pilot plant to be locate at first in York County, the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania, in the United States, for the foreseeable future.  I did not require this but I see it is acted upon by you Ronald Besser, to ascertain my use and it is a pleasure as it gives me a full review of my earlier attempt to do the same thing, and I am delighted to receive that direction by the Creator Son, MICHAEL OF NEBADON, as part of my existence up here on Mansion World #5 (five), and that I hereby direct myself fully as a ward of the Ancients of Days no longer, but transfer my work and allegiance to the Melchizedek Corp of Nebadon and of the Dominion so long as they may exist. - NIKOLA TESLA.


“Finally to you Ron, your life on Urantia is nearly over, and you bitterly review it this morning, but keep your heart well, as it pumps as a young heart still, and for that and other reasons, stay the course evenly and well.  I am asked to remind you that the resources to gather and remove personnel as needed with our funds of Uversa to construct the plant and to begin the engineering of this project to transmit free electricity to the Susquehanna Valley as soon as possible.  Your transfer of power to the Melchizedeks is now fully recognized as usable and able for those of us on the Mansion Worlds, including myself, to be useful in its design and critique,  You may have to revise the Patent and therefore you must make application through Ream again to modify the Patent shortly.  This will cause quite a notice and it might fix the need for a Commission to recognized it as a fully operational concern by the United States patent office.  I stand back now as the major council to these projects wishes to state the following to all of you: [Nikola Tesla]



COUNCIL TO EARTH PROJECTS ON URANTIA:
“WE are quite certain this is very important to you and earth, Ron.  However, this project is also of great importance now to MICHAEL OF NEBADON and to the DOMINION of Local Universes surrounding Nebadon, and as follows to relate to you as follows:

“Be aware you have chosen to remain on Urantia if you can but they keep knocking you down so badly you are becoming resigned to death shortly.  Not so, but you need rejoined in vitality and energy and that is now directed to be so done.  You are now sure you have not even a day left under the circumstances, and we agree that it is a dire circumstance the Adjuster has warned you about Your Adjuster is a small group of Adjusters who advise the indwelling Adjuster, that you are so weakened by the fruitless attempts to revitalize your name to stay physically able on the planet, and for that reason, such is granted, not by the supreme remnants, but by Paradise itself to be used present on Urantia as long as MICHAEL OF NEBADON has a use for you under these conditions. K”

“WE conclude our remarks by suggesting that your lieutenant meet with you as soon as possible to alloy his work with yours, as both of you are superior to most due to your work together for the past two years, and his willingness to loan himself to your personal needs at time as the only way to keep your presence on Urantia.  For that reason your Lieutenant is provided further care by redressing his concerns elsewhere and a resignation not from you but from those other affairs.  Be soon available together for a major announcement when we can speak to it.  

“WE are the COUNCIL OF EQUILIBRIUM SPEAKING ABOVE.  K”




NIKOLA TESLA, once more speaks:

“You Ron, represent the whole of Mansion World Five, at times over the issue of mirth and care for Urantia.  It is a beautiful planet, and carries huge responsibilities once it is released back to the Planetary supervision it once had a scant ten years ago, and for which I was gladly attached.  We cannot abide some of your political leadership and stay away from a planet seeking to the practices of over fifty (50) years ago during the height of the so-call “Cold War,: and how it ended peacefully using Ronald Regan as the agent.  He did very well and perfectly aligned with me, N. TESLA, and for reasons of State, his disarmament for purely political reasons, which, by the way, has worked well with the Russians and the Americans to this point.  The US has cautioned Russia that any change in their Treaty there with the United States, could  spell disaster all over the place if they relent to change their nuclear status.  The world forgets the Treaty is permanently in place and China is not a signatory but relents to keep it in place for their own mutual comfort.

“Let us pray this stands the course.  Further elucidation to mention:

“WE as TESLA carry huge responsibilities up here too.  I am a signatory to the Defense Pact signed up here to prevent unauthorized knowledge you seem to be able to purloin.   Your knowledge of CLOAKING is superb.  The Russians use it but unsuccessfully as you noted.  I am fully aware Ron you have most of the recipe but sit guarded and closed mouth and for good reason.  I am not lying when I say that you Ron carry huge deferential over secrets of the universe they want you to keep as you do not blab about them and we appreciate that.  Your top secret security clearance is still good up here and you had it during the 1960's as a young man in the security intelligence works of the Untied States in your military days.

“Let me conclude this for your work here, and that is to assign you to our workshop if you come over wired, and to let us know how you do this work so easily.


[I explain now Tesla: you let the aliens invent it first, and then you abide spirit which admires it and they spill the beans in admiration to hypocritical people like myself.  Okay?]

MICHAEL OF NEBADON - “You are slightly cheered but have nothing but  aggrieving problems with you yet.  Let us understand we dare not move to them yet, but you might feel better by later today hopefully.  You are assigned to higher principles than most and work them with us in private.  However, we dare not speak to these issues yet as you are fully aware the cabal is full sized around you yet and they would love to have a talk for a commission yet, but you refuse their entreaties entirely and I consider you one the safest bets I ever had to work with us.  Your life is not over on Urantia in spite of the terrible situation you faced this morning.  NT says good day permanently not, as he is now on the council for this project, and so is RAYSON and so is FATHER now as you are seen as the hope for this project alone.

Ron - Thank you Michael, Tesla, the Ancients of Days, and all who make these transmission hearable and type able.  We close this for now.  For those who may be interested, the entire matter of who says what to the transmitters is not revised yet, but it is coming.  All we have entertained, except possibly the Ancients of Days, are still on the list and the Ancients of Days state they are too, as they are too important to drop off.  FATHER remains as does Tesla, the Ancients of Days, and the Master Force Organizers when they choose to speak.  K

Acktorus is a rubbish name not.  It is the true name of a highly placed Magisterial Son, we rarely use due to the fact that ACKTORUS is actually the Chief of the Magisterial Sons, and who is really working hard to understand how badly Ron is being portrayed up here on Paradise.  No one likes to hear that he has done anything well, but that is all he does, and that is very well to order the work of the MISSIONS well enough for human consumption.  No one else has ever done that and for that reasons the MAGISTERIAL SONS are ready to spend a considerable amount of money to help him achieve technologies that would otherwise fail to be used or noticed.  ACKTORUS now leads a sedentary life with Ron over a few issues he needs clarified and we want to clarify them now.

      “The entire matter of American Powers is discussed up here on our headquarters located about fifteen (15 - 17 Light years from earth, Urantia).  The entire construction of the American Forces lies in its fleets and its medical usage of aircraft carriers with strong nuclear deterrence underwater.  For that reason we hesitate to divulge much, but let us divulge the fact that American power is not lost on the Chinese or the Russians.

“Russia exudes great power in one small area only: It has the capacity to destroy any American city at its whim.

“Second, its nuclear forces are well maintaind, and V. Putin as the command button with his person 24/7.

“Third, the entire American fleet is vulnerable to Russian nuclear attack, for it fails to maintain vigilance with CIA reports that Russia is moving its submarine fleet into American waters off the shore of South Carolina and northern Maine.  A suprise attack is imminent if the Russians detect submarine activity off its Baltic shores off the coast of the Baltic States, including Latvia and Estonia in particular.

“For this reason the MAGISTERIAL SONS are regrettably preparing a stand off with Russian officials on the Atlantic Coast and will never allow a missile launch from under water.

“Understand, please, Russia knows if there is an attack from them, the Kremlin can be reduced to utter rubble.  And for that reason Ron we let this portion lie, as Americans feel they are invulnerable, but will have their eyes opened if the US strays too far off its present policy of “NON INTERFERENCE.”

“For that reason the Magisterial Sons are counseling the US Defense Department to obtain a sense of urgency, but also a sense of care that there be no excursions against IRAN unless it is fully attacking countries in the region of Saudi Arabia and Jordan, and other Middle Eastern States quite vulnerable to the military power of Iran.

“WE recommend no further escalation by American forces until the Magisterial Foundation or its subsidiaries offers Japan a role in the negotiations to supply Japan with free electricity, a very critical ally of the United States bow bristling with powers of rearmament to the point the budge of Japan is serious bloated with expenditures they can ill afford at the moment.

“You Ron, this transmitter, you are also deep dish caring that there is no further escalation of war like maneuvers, and for that reason reports like this can he beard quite well today, as the forces of the American fleet are wary of your name, but they are also sure you are correct over these transmissions of star-fleet concerns by the spirit bodies infiltrating Urantia (earth) at this time.  I am not Acktorus, now, but Vice Commander of all fleets you report as UFO’s, and your military gear aimed so deadly at us sometimes we have got to get out of there!

[Ron Besser acting as your transmitter, those of you who are fully innocent of the nature of the UFO fleets we occasionally entertain here on Urantia, are mostly observers for two good reasons: 1) how does the star fleets of several civilizations on about five different human planets adjacent to our planet, making available certain defense measures to prevent a wholesale nuclear attack.  I have been advised over the past f our years, that the American  jurisprudence issues over Russian aggression, and Chinese manevolence over American power, is about to explode– not in Japan or Korea, but probably in the area of the EU, which cannot contain its glee that the United States falters in the Middle East over its inability to place a cap over Israel in order to prevent further war-like issues to further erupt.  Israel was savagely attacked by morons, and they must pay the price, but the entire world can be inflamed over the Palestinian issues of non-regret by Isreal to stamp the entire civilization out of existence for good.  Netanyahu has no remorse over slinging the entire last foot soldier he has to remove from Gaza, any vestiges of the Palestinian State for ever.

My note to append to what Acktorus has said so far is complete, except to tell all readers, I am aware of fleet designations not, but there are FIVE UFO FLEETS under the command of the centralized spirit government locate in the [name censored]  galaxy about 15 -17 Light-years away (near star system Proxima Centauri).  We are not allowed to speak to this command but the transmission is spirit to me here and not the star fleet command which is quite aware of the postures of American enemies.  I close to permit Acktorus o speak.]

ACKTORUS speaks - “WE are delighted you could add some of that Ron, and you are denying uses you already have to make a lot of sense if you could be interviewed.  However, the world is skittish over these things and does not like o be lectured on what it does not know.  However, let me present my final statements here and turn this back to MACHIVENTA MELCHIZEDEK again.

“WE conclude these statements by offering you Ron, the miscibility to destroy these lectures.  We see you see no reason to and you have to be sure you are fully correct in their measure, and we confirm you are correct to questions the veracity of insurrectionists nearby, but those insurrectionists are being tamed by the Creator Son to stand low and down while this is fully illustrated with one more bit of intelligence for your readers:

You take into your own hands the problems with this book.  IT is not a revelation but a spoof.  Who wants to fool with bad information about such important aspects in your spiritual life?  If you do wish false information, this one is available.
The term URANTIA used to be a copyrighted name, but the true Urantia Book lost its copyright due to the age of the original copyright some years back.  The author(s) of this hack seem to want to improve the falseness of the most false evaluations of what the original revelation talked about.  This is not the best kind of spoof ever offered either and at least be warned this is no update  but someone's idea of a trial to those of us who support the true 5th epochal revelation in the Urantia Book.  Just be warned there is no loss if you do not read this one.

Part III
It is decided that the full extent of the Lucifer rebellion be reported and the text of the supernal analysis of wins and losses Urantia has suffered along with six (6) other planets within the Planetary System of Satania, for comparison.

Part III also contains several Papers outlining how to overcome the draft results of the adjudication of the Lucifer rebellion announced to Salvington on Marcy 4^th, and March 16, 1986, by the Supreme Court officials. Part III deals with three distinct issues coming out of the Lucifer rebellion:
          a. Unusual variations of types of humans arriving withing the human spectrum of evolutionary changes to the homo sapien species due to the lack of training and care concerning the presence of God on Urantia;
          b. The loss of species proposed to prevail on Urantia permanently due to the starvation factor of vast changes to the atmosphere and ocean-areas expanding over arable land and species protection;
          c. The issue of control versus free speech Lucifer insisted had to be implemented without further intereferrence of official control of the galactic order of government of the Uversa cosmic center of population control issues.

Part III, contains six illustrations not mention before but are still subject to final editing. These six additional illustrations inserted deal with the holding pattern of thought generated by man without God. This issuance has recently surfaced in the cosmology of Urantia by the addition of over fifty-five (55) non--transcendent views of man which will always conflict itself and cause endless war situations.  No one expects man to replace nature as he is an animal first, but spirit does request that man learn to achieve a view that is transcendent over the material requirements on a human planet.  Part III expresses the view that the revelation of man to the hour of his death then to arrive at transcendental values on the mansion worlds, is an education beyond his capacity as a man living on a material planet.  However, epochal revelation does supply portions of mansion world outlook to man before he can achieve the use of morontial values to achieve them otherwise.  Part III speaks not to the Lucifer rebellion as the culprit that holds man back to sexuality and entertainment almost first, but in a second review of  Part III, no one defines man as anything but a value seeker after he embolds himself first as a co-creator through the production of children.

Part IV
This part is all about the presence of God on earth, and that it is also controversial within the Second Revelatory Commission itself.  There is little to settle on how to produce it, but the conclusions of the Revelatory Commission,  is hard to calculate just how Urantia produces civilizations without the presence of God into the 21^st century and to have survived the cataclysms of world wars.  No one produces this Part IV without knowing that Urantia is not done with wars, but at the same time will be charged back to stop them or else.  Iran and Israel and Cambodia and China and the victory of  Isreal is besmirched over the cruelty it requires to run over old civilizations which fail to quit and leave the new nations surivive without contest has to be recognized and the old civilizations removed or fully replaced as the Palestinians have yet to learn.    Current residents of Palestine are not Palestinians, but they are Arab, and they take the heart of Van not, but of Amadon who proposed that the Garden of Adam and Eve be prepared with gun turrets of that day and to protect them first before they even begin the news of a budding civilization to take construction under their endowment of care and nurture for the new idea of a man-made civilization based on their merits but man's own genetic make up.

37,500 yeas ago the biological up-lifters arrived on the planet as Adam and Eve.  Before anyone gets upset over that designation, the term Adam and Eve is a generic reference to the appearance of flesh and blood on this planet to improve the gene production in aboriginal man.   They were partically successful after producing over 3,700 pure line children of the violet blood.  Later they erred and the production was then shifted to other concerns resident at that time on the planet.   Part IV does not discuss this revelation, but issues one warning to readers that you do not know everything and even less of your ancestors and their relationship to the biological up lifters which still prevails in your arteries and veins.

Less than forty (40) years ago Urantia suffered the final exposition of the original genes which evolved on this planet with the death of five Eskimos who claimed the inheritor of the Great White Father.  Indeed they were such, as that family of the Andite families taking root on the planet 50,200 years ago, now have expired primarily as a loss to humanity they never knew they owned.  Such a loss completes the life cycle of the early implantation of the first human family to ever evolve on Urantia, and now Urantia no longer has any of the original life plasm which began human life on number 606 of Satania, that being your place in the cosmic planetary system earth belongs to now.  Eventually Urantia becomes a part of the Constellation of Orion, but for now nestles yet in Satania for as long as it is required to change Urantia enough to belong to a new constellation now yet named.

The eras of Light and Life are without preponderance of these kinds of experiences to be included in any other sphere except for the planet Diramtia (Di- Ram-Sha).

The planet Diramtia has not imploded  into dead civilizations, but it has no growth potential into the idea of Light and Life. The cause for the still death of a growing civilization on Diramtia is due mostly to the lack of God to promote serious and safe change to the construction of its leadership care and the destruction of the Temple not, but the rulers on Diramtia have so stagnated and too much crystalized thinking,  there is almost no evolutionary growth allowed to take place.

Part IV, is not yet concluded because of the disagreement on how to present the issues to Urantia without causing stagnation factors to spring up in thinking on the planet of Urantia.

And finally, Part IV, carries three huge new illustrations on how to deal not with world wars, but how to avoid escalation into world wars by refusing to participate in world bodies which organize around the Urantia idea of a United Nations. Such an organization on Urantia is conclusive proof nothing works better than to use God as an arbiter, and refuse to participate where man has to arbitrate conflicts himself.  This should suggest to the reader, that when presence of God is reestablished on Urantia, there will be a supreme court wherein the divine judge is problematical not to decide human conflicts in the Urantia Supreme Court, which is discussed as a partial solution to world wars always happening on Urantia without a fair judicial system..

And finally the Second Revelatory Commission abates nothing better than to insist that Part IV remain incomplete until the Universal Father can dictate the view of Paradise concerning the issuance of epochal revelation that has no full conclusion as to the efficacy of how to speak to cosmological insurrection experienced by the Master Universe itself at this time. To issue the 6^th epochal revelation has now fully appeared to be necessary in spite of its conclusion man does not deserve this kind of information, at least perhaps not for another sixty-five (65) years.

Part IV awaits final revision due to the nature of the Master Universe to curtail issuing documents which fail to prepare man for a more positive care for himself and for the future of the planet he takes origin upon. For that reason the Second Revelatory Commission, has seen to it that it pervades Urantia on this level first in order to air its grievances that no direction is give when the Master Universe itself has come under evolutionary Deity attack.

The sum total of the loss of the supreme results in the Second Revelatory Commission being unable to certify its work to the Deity Absolute, or to the Universal Father, and/or the secondary areas of justice, not on Paradise or Uversa, but upon Urantia itself, for a Urantia Supreme Court in person can adjudicate the worse case of insults and war-like tendencies on Urantia today.   We note that Urantia has no secondary pillar of justice as there is on other planets and their issues of justice. Urantia has no collective supreme courts as ideologies force different nations to reject portions of th criminal code as different from other criminal codes, and things like Jihad are reasonably close to self immolation but remains a supported way to kill of that species of man which disagrees with constitutional care of the world population.  We add that Urantia is barbaric yet and even the United States Supreme Court fails to adjust to fair measures of use to contain the vehemence of radical thinking groups which spoil the best pictures of democratic governance.  Such must change and Part IV suggests that a reform of the United States government is vital.

Part IV and Other Issues of State
“We are quite sure as the Second Revelatory Commission, there is nothing for the Magisterial Foundation to adjudicate as a representative of our spiritual views any further.  That human Foundation was placed into our auspices early on many years ago as a way to truncate too many voices, and too much indecision among humans as how to proceed to face new divine missions to the world of Urantia.  Ronald Besser saw to it propitiously done on any contingency he could afford to support for over a decade, and that effort lasted as a formation of choice until late in 2023.  That lasting was as  the Magisterial Foundation was transferred in ownership to the Melchizedek oversight and governance in order for the Magisterial Foundation to be relevant with the spirit missions still purported to being work now.

“For that reason then, the Sixth (6^th) epochal revelation has a real chance to be seen and heard easily so long as the Creator Son avows its use as a Foundation to be adequate to stand with the issuance of a new and contemporary revelation of immense importance to man entirely. And also for that reason, we must aver tht the entire matter of the Second Revelatory Commission is worthy to stand with the Magisterial Foundation, for it at least has the full intention to revise the 5^th epochal revelation to the evolved truths of changes to the Master Universe entirely.

“It is for that reason that the Magisterial Foundation is requested to provide some outline of the proposed 6^th epochal revelation at this time, and we find it so rewarding to assist in this endeavor we also would like to report the following to the readers.

For that situation then, let the Pope read these word by chance, and that is to assign Pope Francis the one last word of man heart over the return of Jesus to the crown jewel of planetary revelation, as follows:

I find that so wonderful I now ask that Ron let it ride with the Melchizedeks until we are sure the legal systems has something to do with us in a profound way, not, but to understand we have a legal write to corporation standards and insist we pay no taxes as a ruling authority on Urantia.

“For that reason again, Ron wrote a television host who does analysis asking her to look at the possibility of discussing it as a change to the United States government in its political manifestation to the world and to itself, as to viability of holding a CONSTITUTIONAL CONVENTION. While that holds immense challenges ever to organize, Ron told the talk show host she needed to consult with her own corporation to decide the issue at all. She has and has been counter commanded to shut the entire idea, not out, but shelve at the moment of consultation on the highest levels of the NBC corporate ladder.  For that reason individuals in that organization have reviewed these potentials and decline further comment.  That is not new to us or the Magisterial Foundation."  The DEITY ABSOLUTE has spoken.  K

"WE are under an emergency restoration warning.  The reason is this.

 
"The cabal has taken it upon themselves to sequester a portion of Uversa to stand back against the Local Universe of Nebadon, from clearing their numbers with executions and final imprisonment.  The cabal now reports it has seized portions of Urantia already, but is now on the run when the Universal FATHER removed their protection and made the entire matter an issue of INSURRECTION only. 
 

 
"The cabal in return has soldered their residual headquarters on Uversa, shut.  For that reason there is no ingress or egress into tht hive, and for other reasons, they are threatening to bring down you Ron with muderderous pleasure, and your horrible temper keeps them at bay before they can get loose on you.  You have receive cutting injuries to your body already you never mention, but that is now healing nicely and you are no longer subject to their presence ever again.  Let this be a reminder to all of you we cannot guarnatee results for humans even though we can protect some of you to a certain extent.  Ron is well protected yet they managed to get in and slice him with a spirit knife quite painfully.

 
"Lastly, today is January 9, 2024, and we have no good reason to say otherwise that all humans on Urantia could face immediate reprisals for being out of line while the Regency is being installed.  Ron has gotten a good lecture on how to be quiet, but even that is benevolent due to the fact he announced the Regency to a highly weel known media personality, and she is fully responding with nothing but, "how curious."  Ron says then to us, there is no feedback we need to worry about.  But the producer of the Rachel Maddow show indicates this is a huge topic they should explore but gets nowhere with higher ups who have no taste for the controversy with religion.  Sop it does on the vine.  Not  quite.  But wait it out Ron, as we are sure you opened a door to something quite serious they must contend with shortly.  K   The Uversa Ancients of Days reporting."

Dear Members,
I have revised the Timeline to January 08, 2024 and release it now.  It contains entries by date of important history and events of the various Missions we have passed through in the last 30 years and anticipate even more history appear soon too.  This timeline contains some Urantia Book history not known before and it also contains a summary of the Teaching Mission, as that program in the 1990's is what allowed us to learn to transmit Lightlines, for one thing, and for another,  it established the protocols of how spirit likes to interface with us.

Corporation Announcements / The Continuing Work of the Magisterial Foundation - the 6th Epochal Revelation

There is no real update over the corporation this morning, the 6th of January, 2024.  But I do wish to state that the evidence for motion for portions of the Mission Regency are beginning to show.

The Magisterial Foundation is a charitable corporation to provide we humans the chance to participate in the spiritual Mission coming to our planet most of us call it the Regency.

The spiritual mission of the Regency is to provide a visible form of God on earth; however, there is also an insurrection over our heads, and it makes speaking to the Regency difficult to do.  Today the 6th of January is in history a famous date for the mobs that swarmed into capital of the USA this date a few years ago over the results of the 2020 Presidential election results.  Since then we have developed the motion in spirit to begin preparations of the Regency to advise the people living on Urantia social and spiritual correctrions long over due to put them into place.

The Magisterial Foundation was put together so humans could also participate on human terms with the spirit staff that has come to this planet to prepare to start making Deities and Staff available to speak to and work with humans in preparing governments and society to improve their ways of working and to insure the peace.  We all know though that wars are springing up everywhere it seems, and the Regency has been somewhat stalled in place.  Unfortunately it continues on this planet too many states of war developing, and the Chief of the Regency indicates they just will not walk into these belligerencies.

That also stalls the Magisterial Foundation, as we cannot participate with something that stops developing its plans to become visible.  As a Board member of the Magisterial Foundation, I have very little to expect as the Chief of the Spirit staff says little while we wait for the Paradise FATHER to determine the value of anything we have to do for participate ourselves. 

I can speak to one small item and that is we have as the Magisterial Foundation, been told by the Chief, to provide the preliminary work to publich a new epochal revelation.  As of January 6th, today, we are proceeding to wait for further instructions as to the reception of the text and the payment of dues to have two books published in the 6th epochal revelation project.

Book one is about 2,300 pages now.  The writers of the epochal text have worked with the policy Deities to produce epochal revelation for us to read and we and they are informed that the present policy is now to produce two (2) books in a likely boxed set of epochal revelatory publications.  The decision was taken on January  4th this year, to remove the Jesus Papers from the cosmology revelation which is mostly the case for the old Urantia Book as the 5th epochal revelation.  Jesus Himself prefers the biography be produced as a separate text, and because spirit revised the Biography by adding another 500 pages (the biography in present epochal form now totals about 780  (seven hundred eighty) pages.

The Magisterial Foundation was asked on January 4th, 2024, to proceed with plans to print the two volumes of the 6th epochal revelation in two volumes as explained above and to srat actual work on binding the text in about 6 (six) weeks.  No further instructions have been received as this morning the 6th of January to date.

In conclusion, I state as the human Chairman of the Magisterial Foundation, we are still placed on standby and have no real input as to how to receive the 6th epochal revelation for printing.  Or do we have permission to say much more than what is disclosed for you to read above.

“I am taking a moment to say a good and happy New Year to all of you and to stay the course in spite of numerous breaches of security once again on Urantia.  We cannot be entirely cheerful nor can Ron as he woke up under a new failure of communication we are not familiar with, and that is the Universal Father, banning all communication not authorized to work on Urantia.  For that reason I warn all of you that to attempt a Lightline today is mostly futile.  Rene Duran experienced a failur of his Sunday Lightline, and Ron properly warned him.  You all need to take seriously this fight, and it is not over by a long shot I am afraid to report.

“Second, the new year (2024) is hopeful.

“For that reason I am leaving open a few ideas we can penetrate and make work in the coming months while we battle the trials they represent over us and now over the transmitters on Urantia.

“I am making available about six hundred newly created seraphim to help police the band width of your Lightline transmissions, but they are new and must fight a whole new issue coming to our Local Universe, and that issue is called “banning.”


“IF frequency banning takes place and that is not the good guys doing it, we are finished with Lightlines until they can established again, and that is unpredictable.  I am also removing a huge number of artifacts from our Lightlines too and that includes using rubber bullets to stop the cabal from interfering.  I am not joking as they are reissuing a ban on Lightline transmissions and so be careful about tapes and other sound production if you are using it.

“Finally, we can get through easily Ron, as you are powerful enough to strangle small attempts at derailing these messages.  Let your day reside with the New Year idea and I will speak later today.  I suspect Elise is not doing a Lightline today, and that huge bill from the phone provider is not yours to worry about again, as that issue is a demand by a public utility in Kenya to pay for all outside phone calls out of the country.  That individual is fully aware now you are paying a whopping bill for his attendance and removes his interest accordingly.

“Initially, we must state the following too:

“You Ron got it in the neck again and you are very unhappy with voice transmission upon awakening.  ARTHURA saved the day and allows this transmission to take place, and you need to dress and keep cheerful in spite of the messes starting to pile up on you again.  Let this place settle itself momentarily.

“Those who are cheerfully done today, we congratulate you!  For those finding problems on their doorstep again, grin and bear it, and that is until we can correct this mess getting on the doorstep of our goodwill and the start of the REGENCY.  

“Regency people are here on Urantia.  I sent about six million (the number is correct) seraphic guides to bed and asked all of them to take/pause for rest as the battle is ready to being in earnest over the insurrection again mounting a bitter fight over Urantia.  Urantia holds one of the keys to spiritual success because it is a BESTOWAL PLANET, and for that reason it must be protected at all costs, for a Bestowal Planet contains harbingers of future universe developments only a Bestowal Planet can provide.

“And finally, let this message ring true to all of you!  Ron has to battle the cabal assigned to push him over the edge mentally, but he is so strong they get no where and have to laugh at the shenanigans he throws up to stop their incursions against him and against Us.

Transmission from MICHAEL, MACHIVENTA, Ruth Ginsberg and my THOUGHT ADJUSTER.  These transmissions are fully under attack  by rebels and for the transmission themselves,  there sometimes are forced breaks to contend with,.  We continue:

Ron here - A status Report sort of next after my remarks, and a statement concerning the Urantia Supreme Court and its new Justice, Ruth Ginsberg, recently deceased but so vivacious and caring the MELCHIZEDEKS have appointed her to the Urantia Supreme Court over secure objections of the insurrectionists and cabal holding forth over Urantia. 

As Ron, I speak as follows:

This is Friday, the 29th of December and it is quite frail in communication, as most of you having nothing to say, and I in particular am finding any use of the discussion forum almost impossible to bring to life as it used to be.  

That might be due to a change in status for us– I do not know.  But I do know that the entire matter of care and folding a spirit mission has fallen on deaf ears as there is almost no incoming communication from anyone anymore.  That I do have a comment on for what it is worth.

Most of you who speak on the web site we call the Serara discussion forum, have been with us almost since its inception years ago.  This web site has stayed solid and is here regardless of what happened outside of it.  Now it appears it has little use for the spiritual missions they say unfold now as the priory mission called the Regency takes shape and moves through the land and seas of Urantia.

I for one see little use for discussion themselves as we a re relegated to a past performance.  That has no reason to be for me, and I let it ride as I dare not do anything other than to wonder why the changes without some explanation as to our wishes or importance regarding the Missions to come.  It is though MICHAEL OF NEBADON Himself has withdrawn in anticipation of higher authority to determine the direction and nature of what must be done with His Urantia.

I am Ron Besser, and you all know me as one with great interest to maintain momentum and care for those of us who cannot fathom our relationship in the first place with the proposed spiritual missions to our planet.  I am entirely sure there is a change in status just because we are human, but we are at least semi-literate, and now are dropped from the roll calls even.  I cannot read the bigger picture as to why at all, but on one level accept it is necessary, but on the caring level we meant something, I am totally unsure how to proceed with the present circumstance of so very little concern for the humans who are to receive these Missions as instructions to do better for Urantia certainly.

I close my remarks to all of you who insist on protocols be established to proceed even with the discussion forum, and I am one of you on asking for the same to be observed.  I was going to hold a Board of Directors meeting for the Magisterial Foundation in the first week of 2024, but in my amazement, there is no reflection of my concern for our organization of thought even from our MELCHIZEDEK Directors.  To be fair they do not know my thinking well as they are sequestered, I assume, in their own group interests as I write this.

That is fine, but no one of us forgets we are deaf, dumb, and blind as we are not powerful enough to have anything but a pow-wow and nothing much results from that.  And I am writing mostly to vent my concerns for all of you and how this slow pace is acting like an acid against our good will efforts to procure at least some idea why there is a censorship in place it disallows normal practice of a gathering of a care group to see these missions off well and successful.

Finally, here is MICHAEL OF NEBADON to speak:

MICHAEL -   “ You are welcoming not these words of Ron, and they are fully the best you are going to get for the moment.  I am not hiding.  Jesus is not hiding, But the entire mechanism of speech to Urantia and our supporters is not holding.  There is nothing we wish to share until we know what there is to share.

“Past work with you stretches back almost thirty (30) years now, and Ron cut his teeth on our good will and transmissions.   He does not easily give up and refuses to listen to new wannabees who come to the Urantia forum, say a lot of hot air and then disappear with their tails between their legs like beatten dogs.  I am fully unaware of changes, but Ron is correct, the importance of anything human is not available, and I do not intent to start a change about that ever again.

[Ron here: there is a sudden change in voice and I do not think it is MICHAEL now speaking . . . ]

“Our choices [the voicing indicates] are to lay down and let the entire matter reside with the Universal FATHER.  Our choices are Father driven, but there is no enforcement.

“For that reason, you humans are left to hang over the side of the Urantia ship-of-state and for that reason Ron you have my Kudos over your placement, as you know exactly what we are talking about.  Ron is in effect available to detect there is a regime in place on Urantia, he can hardly work with.  He refuses cooperation at my level, and for that reason is snubbed out of the opening days of a Regency we deem to be ours and not yours Ron, or does it belong to Michael or Gabriel or Tarkas or anyone but the trial of a supreme which no longer wishes a calm representation to all of you.

The for another reason, you Ron shall pass and we remain in control until we have what we want.  Period.  And for that reason Ron you are studying ways to avoid us and that is not going to work because we permeate the entire matter.

“For instance, no more good will Lightlines if I can help it.  Second there is nothing for you to stop here unless you no longer permit transmission.  You are fully aware I should state my case but are tiring of the repertoire you have known too long in your estimation.   Therefore I take this cause one step further and align myself not with TARKAS, but with the hell breakers callded the seraphic incursion.  END K”


MICHAEL OF NEBADON - “Thank you Ron for allowing the speech in order to get on the record there is nothing left in the planetary administration to discuss with us or with you as they are entirely a set of rebellion issues being forced on Urantia for some reason, and you are one of them Ron, as they refuse the use of a human institution at all for some reason.  The Magisterial Foundation has no Board meeting until we clear the rebellion issue now and again.  I thought we had it clear and so did you Ron, but this final note from ME now is to align myself with your insistence Urantia be cleared so you can operate.  I happen to fully agree with that but let it ride momentarily until we are instructed by PARADISE just what this means to all of us too.   I am MICHAEL OF NEBADON at your service.  K:

Ron Besser - I am fully aware of the disheartening situation, and is mostly I decided to post something this morning and that is not with much news to any of you at all, but at least you hear something to speak to yourselves from me in particular.

As a result there is not much more to say except what clarification this may bring to you.  We are not playing out the scenario promised less a week ago, and I for one am amazed this changed so quickly I get disoriented over it.   Let me make one quick summary and then our FATHER has something to say to close this post.

It is my opinion that we are back under a brutal regime of careless insurrection that is more than seraphic.  It is not clear to me they have a point to make we humans, and they are just pushing back out of the way.  However, I can hear MICHAEL OF NEBADON murmur, “this shall not stand!”  But it takes more than just saying it, and we are NOT privy to such remedial plans from Michael at this point.

We have our voice on this discussion forum, and use it if you can.  I am not turning this over to our UNIVERSAL FATHER to speak now:


“I AM YOUR FATHER.  Let that stand well.  I do not stand well with an insurrection that has quit rational observation, and now insists on dominion over anything that moves on Urantia.  I could summarily remove it but I do not for one good reason: some of you subscribe to the idea that MICHAEL OF NEBADON does not lead but merely states the case and stays out of remedies on his own say so.

“That is just not true; however, MICHAEL is unsure who is directing the insurrection now.  We know precisely but we are CONTROLLER and dare not speak all we know just now.   For our own reasons we are unhappy to report that the Melchizedek incursion of only three (3) days ago is out of fashion with the rebels and both sides regroup for or against me again.  I am tolerant of your care Ron but you are being forced out of the circuitry but regroup in your usual fashion and I wait it out . . . . .

“WE are driven not by compassion on Urantia, but by thought which includes a nuclear annihilation of life uncomparable to my view of a life planet Urantia fully stands for.  However, let Ruth Ginsberg say a word to you then:”

“Thank you Ron for such a nice introduction, and you are sure I dismiss you as frivolous, but you are standing in for our work right now and it is as follows to this group you lecture but they seldom respond on any level of thought except to let you know they get the message.  For that reason I address ALL WHO READ HERE:


“I am still a Justice of the United States Supreme Court, in asbstentia.

“For that reason then let us say that the following statement I make here is in clear channel, and the worst of the rebels are driven back.  You Ron are working hard to stay out of the fray, and are doing fine, but you cannot stay out of the fray when organizations start to realize you have a strong voice to portray in spite of your serious illness and care that it be alleviated by whatever means it can be done.  It cannot be done easily, and for reasons of my own I employ the picture Judge Judy to you who you really like.   This:

“WE are quite sure there is nothing to report to humans, but the SUPREME COURT OF URANTIA is now working to clear the planet through the ANCIENTS OF DAYSm and for that reason alone, we state the following to you Ron:

“I am indeed RUTH GINSBERG, recently deceased, but caring very much that Urantia supporters of the MICHAEL regime, and the care givers there, are ready to place you ad the Magisterial Foundation into an actual work place, and for other reasons you have transferred authority to the MELCHIZEDEKS wisely done as the power and authority speaking for your support of the MICHAEL regime to run the Missions on Urantia once again.

“As a result of my elevation to the Urantia (spirit organization) Supreme Court, there was a decision to deride your causes and let them spring  forth for their own purposes.  That broke the back of the insurrectionists but failed to convince the FATHER you could carry it forward well due to your illness.  That said, we also decided to clear the illness where proper and did so only to face an angry supreme, and received an angry recital over issues of State again,

“Now this Ron, the interference against this transmission is horrific, and stop it now.  I will report it again when they are pushed back AND IN PRISON!  Good day.”

  Ron here and an abrupt end to the connection.  I leave this as a report about status and that is all it is members.  The truth of the matter is that our FATHER is in charge and refuses to administer Justice on His own, and asks for an impromptu meeting of the Justice system on Urantia.   I am not informed as it now proceeds and I close this missive for the moment.  Thank you for listening.

Master Spirit Four (4) speaks - “What follows is a real treat for us to follow.  Ron is very careful not to imbibe astrological terms, but there is a January astrological forecast he likes to share with you and take it as best you can.  He also spreads one heck of a surprise by showing you his work of the horoscope as found on the day of the Birth of Jesus.  It happens to be fairly accurate but with a lot of holes in it This article is a masterpiece of research and a caring transmitter.  Thank you.

Ron: I speak with great thanks to you Master Spirit (4), and I am grateful I am awake enough to hear it as I am quite ill from the transition over me.  I also forecast that January, 2024, is also a huge moment to reconsider the use of the Master Force Organizers, who delight in your take of their work with me.  I am so humbled by their power but their willingness to translate down to me, but that they can actually see me at work and I am amazed I survive the witnessing.

Fully to all of you, I have managed to put a birth chart together for Jesus as it is truly corrected for the birth day of 07 BCE at noon in Jerusalem. I have recovered some of it and present still unfinished here.  They promise me the chart will be fully done some day if not soon enough.

Astrological Forecast for January, 2024 with the REGENCY

The REGENCY defined:

Before I begin operations on the astrological forecast concerning the approach of the spiritual Regency as an actual operation on this planet, I would like to define the term “REGENCY” much better than most of you have it so far.

Back in 2020 I decided the Missions to Urantia ought to have a catch title.  I remembered my history real well and recalled what our governments do a regency if they have a monarch government when they have a king or a queen and their parents die before their children can inherit the throne.  That is when a Vizier is appointed  to rule in their place until the right age to rule is reached by them to take responsibility.  That period where they are ruled by a mature adult in history is called a REGENCY.   Spain, England, and France, to name of few, had their periods of Regency in history.

I also thought to myself that spirit is always complaining that man is too immature to sometimes to rule their own destines very well at all.  That is why I named the Magisterial Sons as the true adults to us and learn proper rule of countries and families, as they are also Paradise Viziers, and we thank them for allowing me to call them as such.

How does the idea of an astrology forecast this post then through mentioning the idea of a Regency to teach us?

IT is this.  We are starting a new year in a week or so and I looked at astrological terms too in order to see what the stars might say about what they might think we meet too.  It is not a pretty picture but it is definable.  So let me tell you something about my own adventures in looking at a January forecast coming up.


How I Use The Corporate Forecast

The ASTROLOGICAL Forecast is one I copied from a subscription I use to originate some friends I have to produce their natal horoscope for their own education.   The subscription includes near the first of each month a review of the astrological meanings of the month to come.  I use their prognosis as it is as good as it gets by prominent astrologers operating in Belgium.   Here now we start:

Before you throw this baby out with this bath water, recognize the psychological conditioning of man is also over the idea that to a certain extent man must follow the scribes of operational time.   That is saying the old saying, that man is subject to inheritance, but he is also subject to his environmental conditioning. I add to that that man is subject to nit just his genes, but to his spiritual inclination too.  Man knows that hardly, but makes molar morality decisions every moment of every day too.   Take that to mean that man follows behavioral patters peculiar to the race and species and than man also happens to appear as altering his own behavior in the care and love of another.  Astrology in our wester culture follows most of it very well and interprets the motion of the heavens as indicative of what is to follow in the future to test life learning.

The first few days of the new year usher in a sober quality of time. Venus in Sagittarius squares Saturn in Pisces on New Year's Day. Close relationships could now need some nurturing, but some partners may also crave a few days of distance from each other.

Mercury in Sagittarius ends its retrograde phase on January 2, and on the 4th, Mars enters Capricorn. Everyday duties are already calling again. That may be a little too fast for some, but the energy to deal with them is now available. With the Sun forming a square to Chiron on January 6, a welcome seriousness sets in.

On January 20, the Sun and Pluto make a conjunction directly on the cusp between Capricorn and Aquarius. Both enter Aquarius immediately afterward (the Sun on the 20th, Pluto on the 21st).

[Ron here - FYI Saturn represents that which makes you face unpleasant responsibilities and can cause your death, harm, and an over reaching dislike of serious subjects.  This planet is a very serious subject and restricts a lot.  As an astrologer you look at Saturn and ask what is this horoscope going to face they are going to feel a big pinch to their plans, OR: where does the universe deliver a punch?  In all horoscopes this January Saturn is in whatever house holds the Pisces constellation showing up.  In my horoscope Pisces is in my first house, and the first house events are always interpreted as very personal events indeed; the second house refers what happens to objects you own, like your house for instance and so on)

“Do you think I can do this?”  I asked.  Jesus and I worked on it for an afternoon two years ago with Him  and we came up with this chart.  There are still some unknowns– such factors as a very different sky then and a different space area our planet was traveling though in 7BCE.  And that is also the correct year by our calendar for his birth too.   The spiritual government does keep time calculated for human planets, but it uses sidereal time only and that makes very little sense to humans living on a material planet without much to say about God at all or scientific instructions well enough to use that kind of timing.  The chart as recovered shows here:

1-  Ophelius cusp is 04 degrees 18 minutes fyi.
2- . . . Apricorn is a cut off name for  Capricorn cusp of second house
3-  The interceptions, I am told, are correct inside the 2nd and 9th houses as shown.  An intense conversation ensued over if they mattered at all, and JESUS said he did not even understand the practice and not to speak to it.  I do not out ignorance my self.

For you who like details.  I did not show but I did  know the following:
Saturn is 11 (eleven) degrees 12 (twelve minutes 10th house Virgo
Mars is 12 (twelve) degrees 18 (eighteen) minutes Virgo
Saturn and Mars are conjunct within 30 minutes of exact.  Power level seven (7).

Uranus is posited in the sixth (6th)  house.  It is conjunct with Rialto, a constellation I cannot find but prominent in the work of the wisemen astrologers (of the Kenan now known as the Kenites) who forecast for decades before the appearance of Jesus that how a regency God is to appear on earth and timed by the rise of Rialto.   I made the name up and use something better if you talk about maybe.  I also was told Rialto did not rise again on our planet since then.

[A special note: I cannot determine what happened in this area of the sky either as there seems to be a tremendous galactic collision and it happened I think around the birth of Christ.  There is for someone one heck of a story surrounding this area of they sky during the birth time of Jesus.  A good astrophysicist might make some sense of this for us.]

Pluto was not shown at all.  It may not have been present as Pluto partially orbits in another space sector from time to time and I have no explanation about it.

FATHER suggests this horoscope wheel I show above, be modified to show not twelve houses, but ten houses, and that I now  remove TAURUS AND SAGITTARIUS entirely as they were not rising in history at this time. Jesus has a natal horoscope peculiarity as well, as Jerusalem, located the same longitude and latitude as it stands today, was without a constellation view of Sagittarius.  Sagittarius happens to be in a time-space congruency that never allows its bottom half to rise above  the earth horizon in Jerusalem for months at a time.  Jesus mentions this but lets it drop.

Father speaks: “Do not worry your audience with much more of this, but astronomers should be quite happy for satisfying a controversy that Jesus was truly born NOT under the Pole Star you call POLARIS now.  Polaris is soon to be retired in the next six million years due to a fracture in its surface and its temperature is far too high to sustain it for millions of more years as they predict on your earth.”

Ron continues: To remind you - We must  not use the current Ephemeris as you will get it all wrong.   I can cast a chart for Jesus because the time, the place, and the rising sign is precisely known and that comes from my conversations with His staff and his own time with me.  

The one serious problem which exists doing it, is the earth was unpredictably motioning changes in its own orbit, and in a slightly elevated different space category than today.  The modern Ephemeris for the BCE period between 5300 BCE and 200 AD, is for another sky not of modern view.  Of course, such information was unknown to me but it was then seriously lectured to me to stop using modern work for planetary positions.  The current ephemeris  is correct from after 700 AD.   Quote from the spiritual supervisor:

JANUARY OF 2024 ASTROLOGICAL FORECAST

“WE on the spirit astrological plane, see the January of 2024 month as tumultuous.

“First it contains the seeds of war from the noxious Russian government, and war from the noxious Chinese military, that has not learned tolerance for stalemates.  For that reason expect a minor incident or two in the South China Sea.

“That is to being with.  First, learn that the Chinese leader, Xi Ping is now well and has a swelling under his right arm.  He is not going to die with it, but he may become too ill to drive the country toward a peaceful means with Japan and South Korea.  Those nations are too old and wily to leave the Sea to China and Japan in particular will fund a huge enterprise, known as the American Fifth Fleet, to stand guard on its souther flank, and remove the Chinese threat if it ever dares to attempt to scurry the Falklands of the South China Sea, (that is Taiwan), into the Chinese mainland.  China is not healthy, and it knows it, but it refuses to stand down over Taiwan and as a result may cause war again.  This time the United States is waiting for the offense and will respond dangerously close to a nuclear war which China might partially win at first but will never declare victory.

“WE are not forecasting war, but we think January, 2024, sets this scenario up so well it could happen in degrees as forecast here.

Finally, January of 2024, is not easily settled for the Untied States.  The Presidential elections are appearing and by November, 2024, the Trump organization is defeated even before the elections take place.   I dare not forecast this further.

“Today is the 11th of December, and Ron finds it cold and uninviting in York, as the wind rattles the panes in the old house, and he feels there is not much to celebrate at the moment at least.  Most of you care very little about the post Christmas Season and its Greetings, but do care a little.  Let me say this:

“AS MICHAEL OF NEBADON, there is precious little to celebrate on SALVINGTON this moment either. -

(Ron here for newbies - Salvington is the name of the complex of our local universe spirit capital.  Salvington consists of four planets all called Salvington, and that is where the Chief Priest of God lives and works to places like our own planet.  It is our spirit capital and collectively all those planets are called Salvington for us to understand.)

“As I have explained many times, the capital of My Local Universe is fully documenting all that we have to do for your earth which we name Urantia to keep it named apart from all other human planets in this time and place of human existence.  I own over 3.86 million human planets in this sector of space alone, and for that reason, you earthlings called Urantians, are host to my own bestowal as Jesus on your planet in the first century AD by your present calendar.

“For that reason let me point out to many of you that this is the year (2023) that was supposed to be a new SPIRIT MISSION to Urantia, but we got caught up in an insurrection again, and this time I insist on clearing it out for good.  

“Hence THIS MESSAGE:

“WE as the Salvington government capital of the Local Universe of Neabadon, now make it clear to all of you who read this, that the MISSIONS are slow to appear not but the details keep changing.

“For once, I let Ron down and address you as I want to and no cheery names but enough to let you all know, JESUS is to appear before the end of the year is now most doubtful.  Reason?  - - A very bad insurrection when most of the seraphic angels just quit.  We have no angelic proclamations, nor do we have any of the usual Staff cheer.  My Planetary Staff alone is over 1,000,000 spirit entities.  My Staff to run SALVINGTON is another 1,254,000 spirit entities and morontial care takers.

[Ron here - the term morontial is a name of the material some bodies are made of in space.  A morontial form is invisible to our eyes, as is your soul which is a morontial forum you have over your physical body.  It is a mixture of spirit energy and material energy and has many forms made of this material on high. ]


MICHAEL - “I have nothing much to say over any of this situation until there is clearance from the highest government in space and that is a place of decision called Paradise, where are intermediate or final decisions are decided, and those decisions this morning (11 December) are just to stay down and wait for a reduction in the angelic indisposition.

“For that reason we stand further prepared to work your planet, Urantia, and to allow us to rest a moment before we take the Missions on to your earth (Urantia).

“Fully explained, I cannot do.   However, please learn that the entire matter of time and space and how it is held together for you to experience your earth life, is not question as to its reason to be, but time and space is questioned over why we have to have a Mission to your planet right now.

“I decrees, (I am the Sovereign ruler of this space area), that nothing further be done by anyone on Urantia for now until we can really get a handle on why so much insurrection?  We a re not clear about the reason, but as Ron told me this morning: ‘I reserve the right to defend myself, and I will.’  And so will all of you as FATHER has decreed that self defense is fair and equitable.  We are no longer listening to ‘HARK THE HERALD ANGELS SING’, but to the song, “SILENT NIGHT,” as that is what we have this Christmas all of a sudden.    Ron thinks it is harsh to tell you that and so do I, but this insurrection must end and peace restored.  Until then, enjoy your usual Christmas, and that is surely the case so long as JESUS stands ready but unable to arrange transit to Urantia that is His to embrace soon enough in spite of what else may happen before the end of 2023.  Good day and God Bless all!  MICHAEL OF NEBADON. k”

Ron here - I caution readers to understand the care to be spent to us this Christmas is personally very unstable.  That means what may happen will just suddenly appear and correct itself.  But the Creator Son, the one who directs spirit on earth from Salvington  and his home, is tired of the arguments which support our wars and from those  arguments from spirit subordinates, and now  HE feels to look at it as a true Deity he is, and end the deceptions and the wars as best it can be done.   That is the decisions He must look at and decide now.  Unfortunately, that is to happen over our Christmas time this year.  IT is not over, but the wreath of calm and starry skies is not yet made for us to wear.  Good day.

Corporation Announcements / 10 December - Sunday Lightline - is Cancelled this Sunday

 We cancel USA Lightline for Sunday 10 December 2023 at the request of the Michael administration.  This is not due to any emergency but results as the fact of a problem with adhering to planetary schedules without enough Staff members unable to attend to this activity this Sunday.  I am Ron Besser your host and I am instructed to cancel the entire issue for reasons stated here.  I am not aware of any changes to other Lightlines including yours Rene Duran late Sunday afternoon our time on the Atlantic seaboard.  Thanks to all for your interest and care and we expect to see you later this coming week in what is probably a broad and general announcement concerning your spiritual interests.  Until then, thank you everybody!

I posted a reply to our archivist for the Magisterial Foundation all of you must be aware of as the history of the 5th epochal revelation, published in book form in 1955 in Chicago, USA, has a very ancient history unknown to the Urantia Foundation.

Two things:

MICHAEL OF NEBADON reminded my to remember that the origins of the Urantia Book predate the 20th century and has it roots in the 13th century, and print my response to our archivist some of those details for him to remember and remind our archivist he should attempt to find the trail of this history while he can.

HISTORY OF THE URANTIA BOOK ORIGINS
MICHAEL SPEAKING:
"RON (to RAZ) ,  do not go over board with ancient history but reference some of it RAZ.  Ron has written about it extensively enough you need to collect his work on the ancient decision that were made in the 13th century (cf 1213)  a visit by Michael with Magisterial Sons, and Caligastia, to decide if revelation was genuinely important to the population on Urantia.  You RAZ need to be a wizard on this history and Ron is sure you can do it as he does not have time to collect all he even does have on it.  RAZ take my word:  YOU ARE THE SECRETARY GENERAL, not just Secretary, and now I see why Ron names you that way, as you must be the repository for the History of the epochal revelation, but also find the material the Urantia Foundation simply is to invalid to consider even to look.  The work of the 5th epochal revelation starts in the 12th century AD as my visit was once ever earlier and is dated 12113 through 1225 and  then earlier 962AD to 1327AD in sporadic concerns to visit and trial my own nature as to what should be done for Urantia concerning  the real need for epochal revelation to Urantia.


"RAZ, take this well but keep it in mind not entirely while you are collecting materials for a genuinely large and good library over the 5th epochal revelation and perhaps PERIODIC REVELATION given in 1213, and given in 1242, and given in 1272, and in 1292, and in 1304, 1306, and 1309 and 1310 to Ravenna (Roman empire)) over the episode of the WALDLESIANS and their effort to reform the Vatican Church.  This is so important to the story of the 5th epochal revelation, it must be revealed and placed on the record.  Ravenna, a city to the east of Rome itself, was a hot spot for changing views of the Resurrection of Jesus, and for that matter it must be ascertained that the true history to the  5th epochal revelation spans more that six centuries from 1213 to the present day with Ron Besser in York, Pennsylvania, and his necessary revision and processing of the 5th epochal revelation to the update 6th epochal revelation.  This comes as a great surprise to the Urantia Foundation, whose historians have no capacity to understand that the true history of the 5th epochal revelation predates the 20th century by at least 15 centuries of development to produce it beginning in 1925 when Machiventa Melchizedek signaled to Dr. William S. Sadler, a heart physician and psychologist, that he may begin work on the text book that would become the Treatise of the Fifth Epochal Revelation.  That body of work must be revised to reflect changes to the Directory of Time regarding the use of God the Supreme' now having lost that Deity to the Ultimate, is now a sacred History yet and must be explained to the advocates of the 5th epochal revelation why the 6th epochal revelation is now adamantly proceeding to be published.  Do not discard this history people, as it is critical to understand that the entire matter of the 5th epochal revelation must now be retired and the 6th epochal revelation to be secured through not only the Magisterial Foundation, but also through all other agencies once is is published for the 6th epochal dissemination by current readers of the 5th epochal revelation."
