Turkey earthquake

Turkey and Greece were struck by a powerful earthquake of magnitude 7.0 on Friday 30th October 2020, killing at least seven and injured hundreds of people, buildings crashing down and triggering a mini tsunami. According to earthquaketrack, as of to-day 31st of October, 470 aftershocks have been recorded during the last 24hrs around the world, 35 of which were over 4.0 magnitude. California and Central Alaska are among the most that are repeatedly shaken by earthquakes. Are we coming close to what is predicted ?
