SALVINGTON:
Today's topic is a key word, regulation. Regulation has, for the sake of this concept introduction, a couple of phases. One being an outside regulation, and two, being inside regulation. Outside regulation correlating to things outside of yourself as an individual, regulating your behavior, thoughts, and so on; regulating the rules of the environment, and the playing field, and so on. And then there is inner regulation, regulating the automatic things, say, in your brainstem. That is one form of regulation. But then there is the regulation pertaining to this lesson, and governance of regulating your appetites, your proclivities, your behavior, decisions; about the benefits or drawbacks in relation to your wants and needs, and the greater units of things outside of yourself, family, society, civilization and so. Or are the organizations you get involved with. And certainly, we can look at the animal kingdom and see how there is a regulation amongst the pack or the tribe, and more of an autoregulation amongst the mind circuitry of, say, insects. Or even the regulation amongst an ecosystem that somehow tends to balance things out, or in fact regulate, upon each other. And certainly, there are cases, often, where we see this regulation become out of balance. Where something overrides something else, invasive species and so on. Or simply resources running out and migration patterns affected. So, with that in mind, we turn to the regulations and regulation of the human, or for that matter, regulation amongst the Order of
Sons.
 
So, in summary, we have autoregulation of your unconscious mind, willful regulation of your conscious mind, and regulation imposed from the outside, based off of your human structures of organization. And then finally the spectrum of that which we will term governance with its factors of relationships and its relationship to the environment. In fact, let's modify that. The environment certainly plays a role in all of these mentioned. But we will have unconscious regulation, conscious, willful regulation, and governance regulation. Governance pertaining to various sizes of structures, ranging from a familial relationship, even a spousal one, all the way to governance. There.
 
Some questions abound, as to what Peace looks like. How will Peace be known, other than the absence of war? Which constantly has its phases of planning, and contingency and threat of war, its economy of war. And with that comes various threats of enforced governance of essentially warfare of regulation upon its own populace. Which may or may not be citizens based off of how participatory they are allowed to be in their own governance. And of course, that's where you have conflicts. When these various forms of governance, not inherently or eventually, but evolutionarily, become in contrast and contact, and friction with each other. Certainly, if your government is putting you in quarantine, to the point of starvation, you are in conflict of that regulation for your own survival. Whereas, a skin to skin transmission, of say monkeypox, is a collectively self-regulation failure of behavior.
 
So, back to the rhetorical questions of evolution of governance and regulation. What will Peace look like? A different a new peace with the absence of war. The prediction, simulations, and patterns of evolution from past experiences on different planets, indicates competition-warfare will turn inward and begin to regulate bad actors, bad behavior, non-compliance. In other words, with the focus of warfare being changed to or from conquest and existential threat of its neighbors and their ideologies, and philosophies, and religions; and into an inward prosecution of those behaviors and decisions that threaten the civilization at various levels. In other words, if there is regulation to save an ecosystem, then, the behaviors of groups of people, whether they be tribal, or whether they be a tribal Corporation, we will call a Syndicate. These bad-acting behaviors will be regulated, evolutionarily, if and when peace is upon the civilization. To the point where the focus of existential threats becomes the focus of real threats.
 
Now, let us go on to a different subject within the same lesson. And that is the balance between the individual unit, who is allowed enough freedom that they have a risk of harm to themselves or others through a lack of self-regulation. And this has proven to be not as disastrous as over-regulating the thoughts and behavior to the point where there is no freedom for the individual or group. Why? Because a group and individual society able, enabled with Freedom has a flexibility in a chaotic environment to respond to adapt. Evolution is the name of the game is it not? And those societies and civilizations without it, have in the past, last conflicts, lost response-times to inward disasters. And the people have suffered more when evolution has been called for.
 
That's a key word to call into focus. In other one words, it is an evolutionary adaptive ability, not an ideology. And what also entails is a learning ability. Adapting and evolution suggests there is learning involved. And when a civilization governance is, really, just after absolute power, there is only a greater and greater draconian over-control, to the point where it invites disaster upon itself. We observe and we submit, rebellion governance takes both of these extremes and invites disaster upon itself. It is overly free. And with its universe insanity becomes overly draconian, with its freedom to rebel and invites disaster of its own insanity and becomes iniquitous. Hence, it is a shining example of irregulation, mal-regulation, on all levels.
 
Let's examine one philosophy of governance regulation, and that is their insanity beyond the evolution of the logic, which is, security through mutual destruction. Political blackmail through self-destruction. These are the insanities, if not irrationalities, of time-space mind. And nothing sums up this irrationality then the self-evident fact, that you took your life for granted until that flashpoint when it is gone. And so, how do we resolve these universe phenomenon dilemmas? For you the Ascender, you are granted eternal life, in so much as you are finally at the stage of self-regulation. And that is enabled by your will becoming, evolving, in line and in synchrony with the Universal Father.
 
We submit war-ism is a form of slavery, it is an evolutionary form of slavery. And therefore, Peace, we will define as the absence of war-ism, is a new, evolutionarily attained status unseen on this planet before. A new era of peace is not just the absence, temporarily, of war, it is the sustained, stabilized state that war is no longer possible. And we submit that this new evolutionary state of planetary civilization, will breed the attention span of humans to redirect that energy, into enforcement of governance it may have established in the first place, that was simply never been enforced. And there will eventually be this balancing out, between freedom, and lack of freedom with enforced conformity. And individuals and groups of individuals will have an environment where they can evolve and learn. And certainly, with an education, to boot, about the universe, about who they are in the spiritual material, mindal world of reality. That they will eventually evolve into a state where they can learn self-governance, through their endowments of spirit. and that is what it takes to have sustained governance. That is what we will define as Light and Life.

This is Arthura. I would like to be known as, or referred to as, Arthura, today, to represent the fact I get through to transmit through the Personality Circuit. And this is how I will associate with any of you. It is the reason I respond to however you pronounce my name. I remind you, speaking plurally, I remind you all, one of my enjoying work tasks is to bring out what are your strengths in you, set it free and prove it, identify it. You have enough problems getting in your own way, self-censoring yourselves, having such fear of what others will think, family, friends, the gallery. And one of the more appealing experiences of spiritual living, religious and spiritual experience, is the experience of having those fears melt away, and be a non-factor and insignificant in the grand scheme of things in your life, life in general. But it also does not put food on the table. So, we come back to the keyword, or root of a word, and that is operation. Because that bridges this gap between religious, spiritual experience and putting food on the table.
 
Whether you are spirit or mostly material there needs this experience of living that requires operation and co-operation. In this sense, I Arthura, help you identify how you operate, without judgment. And the fruits of our co-operation, help you in your operation, and then obviously help in your future co-operation. And this is a little bit different than the ministry of angels and seraphic aids who are working mysteriously in tandem with your Thought Adjusters to forge a soul. My work is a little bit different, in that I am tasked with crafting a team and staff for any human participation in the Missions. In this sense I both train you, vet you, and present you for service.
 
You do not pray to Me You pray to Father. You pray with Michael and Jesus. But I, Arthura, am one of these first legs of a journey you are asked to participate in if you expect to meet the requisite of transmission ability. And this subject has been quite a bugaboo, but I am here in service to help you develop that ability as your own. So, that you feel you are able to receive Our input, to petition for Our input, and defer to Spirit when you work with and for Spirit in these Missions. In an organization where your operation is essential, and your co-operation is essential. Speak the words that flow into your mind. This is an art form of transmission. It is not a science in your experience. It is more akin to an art form that will take practice, relationship and other things, such as your willingness to co-operate with me in the Personality Circuit. You may connect with me in so much as you petition to have someone else be designated for your training. Just understand I co-operate in that as well.

The lesson associated with it in name is not to be found. Instead, we have a status report that we would like added to, and it is this. The status report was graciously provided by Magisterial Son Monjoronson. Speaking now, I am Arthura Melchizedek. I phase, as the Order. And my Office takes on more than that, when necessary. This is such an occasion when I add to the status report. What we have is a state of the planet; a trajectory and forecast, that if left to its own devices, is due for a marshaling of resources. Not aimed at correcting its problems but blaming and persecuting anyone in its way between partisan interests. As such the Second Return and anything associated with missions is a lightning rod of these latent and pent-up aggressions.

A keyword phrase We would like to introduce to address a response as a lightning rod is, a recalibration of cooperation. In other words, recalibrating circumstances and attitudes, proclivities – everything - biology, government, civilization, and so on, towards a recalibration of cooperation. And to assuage you this is not all coming down upon you, in the species or the planet, this is also happening to the entire Universe apparatus. In some respects, with a New Universe Age, but specifically in your neighborhood, with the Rebellion, having taken place. And those legacies, and identified contingencies, and the Universe responses to those through its various agencies, and administrative, and court systems. Not to mention the relationships between existential Deity, Paradise Trinity, and sub-Coordinate Deities, all the way down to Divinity and potential divinity that you are.

And potential meaning it is Our responsibility, Our delight, Our prerogative to graduate you to that status, it is not Our desire to keep you from that. Quite the contrary. We just remind you as an Order you are, that you are not there yet, and you have the adventure of providing your own experience that way, and providing Us, Our own experience, and associating our adventure with it and with you. In this sense, in the words of a Thought Adjuster the other day,

(and this is what you can, as an individual listening or reading, take away from this, too)

that universe status of yourselves becomes an absolute, when you attain, or become destined to attain, fusion with the Universal Father fragment within you, part of you. You become a universe absolute.

Those in rebellion or participating in such, take that for granted. And over the long haul of rebellion, become reminded, that which was created could be uncreated. As opposed to that, which you are, is earned and attained. And therein lies some of the jealousy, if you will, of the privilege of rebellion

So, perhaps that is the title of today's lesson, the privilege of being dissatisfied. And to ask those as a social movement, not necessarily an individual with stress and emotions, but as when you choose to be part of something greater than yourselves. A social-political movement to be dissatisfied on behalf of something representing you. To then step back and examine this from the planetary, Spiritual Government point of view. And we guarantee the perspective will be different. And, in fact, a better approach, a better home in your mind.

If and when Michael and Jesus are one on the planet, who appears first, a Magisterial Mission or Michael-Jesus as Christ Michael, in the Second Return, we will refer to as Jesus? If Jesus announces Himself first, followed by a Regency, will the perception be fanned by the Cabal residue? Well, look who brought the thugs to enforce the Antichrist; or vice versa, look at the thugs who are the Magisterial Mission, who if they arrive first, bring their imposter Jesus. These are some of the public perception dilemmas we grapple with. Furthermore, with any other scenario, too, public perception asks, where is the Spirit Consort of Michael in all this? Other questions like, what rebellion, why are you even here, Jesus who? Or the proclivity of human nature on this planet to be dissatisfied with anything and showcase that dissatisfaction. And then there is the real, clear, and present danger of posturing of war being mustered by the actual warfare, we politely refer to it as warfare, and not say, some label as war or operation. But it is warfare. Warfare is ongoing on this planet right now. And we remind the listeners, the other planets involved throw exponential complexity to the timing calculations, with their commensurate problems. but for lack of a better phrase, misery enjoys company. And what a pleasure it will be to have the thrill of interplanetary introduction as a result of the Second Return and Magisterial Missions. Together with a mitigating referee with a Spiritual Mission overriding the material threat otherwise felt by races and planets.

We think, We observe the sub-human trait on the planet is underestimated. In so much as the Thought Adjuster has an unprecedented difficulty getting in. And with this lack of access to human mind, to human will, through the totality of a human personality, the personality is unable, and eventually, subtly unwilling to co-create its own soul. And this is what creates a subhuman at the morontial level. And as, even your science now stipulates, the equivalent of its science terms, of what happens at a morontial level, affects the material-physical. So, there is no unprecedented concept of what we're talking about that creates subhuman attributes in masse.

What are some qualities that might reflect this? It is not just an uncaring, unwilling thing we lecture about, but it is a fear, a compliance. It is like the Good Samaritan lesson only on steroids. Meaning it is exponentially more difficult, the lesson of the Good Samaritan. Exponentially because it is a feedback loop, creating a society within the unit of a civilization, that is quite cancerous. Then the cancer is the atrophy of the human condition to be salvageable in the Mansion Worlds and thus become subhuman. Other qualities are, complete disregard for environment and resource, future in favor of the now, survival of the self, blind loyalty to evil through oppression and authority, fear, harm, lies; not-truth.

And so, what do these qualities deserve if we remove your collective ego out of it, so to speak? What would this deserve? And so, it deserves something not-so-swell. It deserves to be put at peril, so that what is true, and good, and beautiful, can be recognized, and preserved, and sustained and stabilized. And it deserves the chance any planet is destined to receive. It deserves that chance and that is what is represented by both the Magisterial Mission, and the Second Return, and any series of incarnations provided to support that. It deserves the respect of the Principalities of Man who cite the Divine Right to Rule. And if you assert such, behold the Divine and submit!

Which brings us to the elephant in the room and that is rebellion un-cooperation, cabal, insurrection. These are forces and entities outside of the human condition, fighting what is precedent in the universe for its own ends. And that has been the status of this planet for centuries, the System these two to three other planets associated with our Incarnations and Missions here. And we are in the same boat. Call it what you want, it does not change the fact that there is, too, spiritual warfare. Rather one-sided, until it embroils both sides. So, what happens in warfare? Well, we all know this. A lot of entities and people get caught up in it, whether they were directly involved or not.

If you are a rebel, one of your strategic objectives is the knowledge of the lethality of the Ancients of Days, at least as a threat. And to work on disbarring and preventing their precision strikes against you. Likewise, another objective would be to muddy up Communication Circuits, to breach quarantines, and to spread propaganda for the sake of undermining Governance and into your cause. And We as Paradise Sons, representing the Father, also represent the culmination of all Paradise Trinity combinations of Deity expression as the Seventh Superuniverse. And with Our own innovations of governance to handle this. And those innovations, taken on by Paradise Sons, created its own set of problems of un-operation, defined as insurrection. Whose origins is also in the Universe, of Time and Space. Certainly, regarding its jurisdiction thereof. And it's so obvious that the Paradise Sons and the Paradise Trinity are the ultimate jurisdiction rulers of Time and Space. For God's sake, who created it?!


So, we conclude this message with the image of the cat being picked up by the scruff of its neck. The same could be had for a dog. These are the friends of humankind, and occasionally their insurrection merits being picked up by the scruff. And in general, to what we spoke to, this is what is going to happen. We don't have much further to say beyond this short status report. No details forthcoming, no announcements. But a certainty is upon us all.

Distinctions Between Ministry of the Infinite Spirit and the Mercy-Justice of the Eternal Son in Your Lives and Upon the Dawn of the Incarnated Missions

This is Arthura Melchizedek. And I thank you for turning on the tape. I remind you (Dominick) that despite how you may feel I still have something to say through this transmitter. Now, you have been shown a picture of a working cog attributed to the universe, broadly speaking, as a concept. And certain clockwise and complementary counterclockwise motions; and then given a simple picture of those mechanisms stuck, like a gear twitching, but not turning. This is the state of the System of planets who are recovering from rebellion and default.

Interrupting this note for the transmitter’s benefit: please drop [from your hand] the tape recording and edit out any long pauses later.
Okay.

This is Arthura Melchizedek speaking once more. I come to you, the audience. I also come to the organizations representing people. Let's talk about this concept. Do you as a Government, responsible for governance of people, do you represent them or do you rule them? And when you rule them, we have discussed what is your right to rule, responsibility to rule, and so on. Your notion of rulership has evolved, needs to evolve further. And in the past has always referenced, whether you believe it or not, a Divine Right to Rule; or that the Principalities of Man are determined and influenced by Rulers from above. It is in your legends it is in your lore, it is in your mystic, occulted expressions of Divine Right of Rule.

And what happens when it is right in front of your face? What will happen? I am here to assuage but authoritatively claim it will be so. I am the Herald of this, and at the same time, I am not the One or Ones to be so. I am part of what you would call the Administration with a capital A. We have outlined, and in past volumes, Our expression of operation, our principles; and a vast education, over some years has been laid, as to the values that we may all agree upon to move forward in our decision making process, whether we are involved directly or not.

But I tell you today, there will be no longer an occulted version over the Regency of Mankind, it will be explicitly visible, explicitly known, and attributed to visible people. I speak with a little bit more authority and stern voice, and remind you that the Sonship Order, when performing administration, is concerned primarily with the aspects of Mercy and Justice.

When you want to feel good, and even more, when you truly experience Spirit, there will be this aspect of Mercy – yes - but the Spirit Order of the Infinite Spirit provides the much-needed value of religious experience through spiritual ministry. Remember this when you receive or perceive Justice being done and be able to distinguish this. The Mercy and Justice distinctions of physical outcomes in the material plane, are not to be equated with spiritual experience and spiritual ministry, designed to mitigate the need for Justice over Evil and Iniquity in the world. I remind you that Justice always overcomes through its administrative, judicial rule, Evil and Inequity, who in and of themselves are a greater, shall we say bad, than Sin.

Sin is a consequence of Error. And Sin is being educated on whether that Error is good or not. And upon such education, knowing it is bad, choosing to continue to do it. The Court Systems, the Adjuster, the whole scheme of things, eventually decides, at some point whether Mercy Credits run out, and such sin becomes evil. And then furthermore, if that evil perpetuates to the point of no return, which is defined as iniquity. And no return demands the justice, of no longer being part of Reality. And that would be for the personality no longer existing as such.

So why do we go through this exercise, for those who may have listened to past lessons and volumes? Well, what is new in today's volume lesson is to assert that when you see visible incarnation, whether that be through your televised means of a live audience, that such an appearance is not the appearance of anything but Justice and Mercy upon you. It is not Evil, it is not consumption of rebellious overlords. It is the reestablishment of peace of the Father, through his Sons, who will work in harmony with the Infinite Spirit through further ministry.

But that the Sonship Order is here to work with you not minister to you. We do not incarnate to mollycoddle. And that is not to say the Spirit mollycoddles, but to simply educate you that the goal of Incarnation is not ministry. And for you to learn, and set your own expectations, and adjust your own reactions. And also, to assure you that when you do need ministry, there is no shame, nothing bad to that. It is essential. And you will be turning to the ministry of the Spiritual Aids of the Infinite Spirit to help you through the matter.

Tribe, Nation, State, Civilization.
 
 
When does a tribe become a nation, a nation a tribe and when does that nation qualify as a state? Well, a state tends to have distinct borders it begins to have institutions beyond the king or ruling tribe. And then the State graduates to a civilization, and a Civilization tends to, and begins to, blur these distinct lines in an expansive quality. Race, philosophy culture, these things within the states, still on your Urantia, create conflict within the civilization. However, strength ultimately does flow better through this diversity as opposed to the mono-cultural, heterogeneous-and-homogeneous policies of a state. There is, and has been, a striking balance, and nothing is perfect nor prescribed. However, it can be said and seen, that attempts of strict policies of one or the other extreme spectrum of hetero or homogeneous states do not lead to an evolution of a sustainable civilization. Let's call it a successful civilization.
 
For example, the Romans like many other nations, and even a state, became an empire that formed a civilization. And one of its successes was predicated on, or based upon, its decisions in the future of its evolution, to expand what it meant to be a citizen of the Empire. Citizenship was expanded beyond, say, pureblood Roman. Likewise, what can be seen even through now to modern times, is how rapid expansion still invites isolation and non-integration to the point where nations isolate themselves within the state, and form pockets of non-cooperation for the sake of their perceived survival. We don't necessarily have a complaint or prescription to fix this. But this is a problem between nation, state, and civilization.
 
The point of this lesson is to clearly distinguish the distinction between the nation and the state, and to ask of the tribe-slash-nation, what is best for its survival and success, if it cannot establish statehood? How will it survive and integrate into, not-a-state, but through the civilization? Meaning, it should not pursue statehood it should pursue civilization integration. As a quick recap in lesson 28, we espoused Civilization, and not the State, is the Safety guarantor and Security guarantor. That it was not a privilege of the State to claim these privileges of Safety and Security for its citizens. And that Civilization itself was this guarantee.
 
And, so, having just defined, roughly, at the beginning here, what civilization is, which is greater than any one nation-state. For example, when one nation state has gone out and conquered, those empires have tended to evolve a civilization, but never have a successful, in other words, sustained civilization. Partly because it was never designed to be that, it just became that through conquest. Rather, what sustains a civilization is typically Commerce of all natures of Science, Agriculture, Trade, Manufacturing, and so on. And having said that, perhaps you can make the link, now, between homogeneous and heterogeneous states and civilizations. Where a heterogeneous civilization will have advantages in these civilization-binding, and literally, chemically bonding so, to speak in analogy, ties that make a successful civilization. And therefore, should guarantee the safety and security of the states within them.
 
Now, we will move on to a related topic within the thesis of this lesson, and that is to address the eight-hundred-pound gorilla in the room. And that is, what to do with the phenomenon of War and military within the state, within the nation, within the tribe; and ultimately, this perceived clash of civilizations. And let us tell you the policy of Spiritual Government addressing these. It is simply stated: Military will be following the swords into plough shares. But what does this mean? It is not just a phrase. It means that military service, will in fact, remain to be mandatory in the early stages. However, Military will transform into marshaling something else besides the conquests of the State, or the vehicle of growth for any Civilization, in order to be successful.
 
No, the threats faced today are so dire that survival of the State will depend on the military providing Organization, Resource to the people within its civilization. In other words, the apparatus of the State will have to rescue its Civilization. And now you can forecast the threats to the State will be such a blur of borders, that there will be this natural identification of proximity defining the civilization. In other words, for example, if a disaster were to strike North America, Canadians and US people would not necessarily identify as citizens, if the militaries of one or the other were to come to assist the other. In such a dire situation, say an earthquake, or tsunami, or something even more Earth-category, such as a tilt, where inundation of the Great Lakes occurs upon land.
 
Similarly, those states claiming even civilization status, who isolate themselves, will be perpetuating cataclysms within their own borders. They may be the last to accept help from Spiritual Governance. But regardless of the, quote-unquote, Spiritual Government’s association with any particular state, know that Our intention is to help on a civilizational basis. And that We will be implementing policies which use the instruments of the state we might be working with to help the civilization, beyond the interests of that particular nation-state itself. Thus, even that state that we work with, and within, will find itself in initial conflict in accepting this policy of the outlook of the Spiritual Government to have a successful Civilization.
 
Therefore, any nation or tribe should have this general application of the social contract. Where in the past they were conscripted into wars, but Our guarantee is their conscription into service, to marshal the success of Civilization’s survival. And in so much as they are migrating away from their cataclysms, the civilization they migrate to, merits and demands, that they contribute a not isolate. And Our social contract with them, is that they will benefit through this conscription and assimilation into the civilization.
 
So, what we are also getting at, is that the tribe will die of evolutionary extinction, if it does not become part of a civilization. It should not, and cannot, aspire to statehood as an automatic and granted privilege of being a nation. One evolutionary change that will happen is the return of Jesus, is the known, visible Regencies of the Magisterial Mission. Even other bestowals, such as a Material Son and Daughter, for the sake of Education. This will instigate and put a damper on the conflicts between religions of these nations and tribes. It will be an evolutionary fact and not a conflict, and the same goes for the confusion of Rebellion.
 
Now, how do we take this macro lesson and apply it to the local situation of a local government? And it is this: the measure of any enterprise, any entity, whether it be a Person, a Business, or a Syndicate; the measure of this benefit of these entities, is measured against the Governance of a successful Civilization; and the Founding Principles that it is based on. From there you beget the Values that ensure your cooperation and your decision making.
 
You can see how this might reform Education. When generations are taught and asked to measure the success of any enterprise and any entity against the principles and values of the civilization; that the unit of governance that it is in. Just as the State eventually gives way to the Civilization in priority, so must the international business, down to the mayor, or the head honchos of the local Chamber of Commerce, even the head of the PTA, the Parent Teacher Association.
 
Another area that we suggest will be policy-enforced is the phenomenon of Enforcement as well. Part of the problems is the human proclivity to put a law on the books, and then congratulate themselves for solving a problem. When in fact, nothing actual is realized -- nothing real, actually happens. And so, this will be a form of measurement of these entities, obviously, and the Regency will be, to some extent, demanding enforcement of policy. And the circumstances of civilization survival, and the significance of what the human unit is to Spiritual Government, ensures that the marshaled resources will be used  in enforcement as well. Note how this is not marshal conquest but marshalling human accountability. Which is ultimately what the quiet majority of a Citizen wants anyway. What they assume exists but is not necessarily the status quo on the planet today.
 
This leads us to another aspect we covered briefly in lesson 28. The institutions of a modern state, and what any civilization has within it, amongst these, say, multiple boundaries of states; and blending of boundaries to create a civilization. And that is the Courts referred to in the previous lesson as the Judicial system. And that is to say, amongst these subjects previously covered here, that marshalling and enforcing by no means will mean judgment by the marshalling forces. And enforcement will mean a summons before a tribunal, so to speak, and a ruling will come down, or a judgment will come down, an order, and so on. And that will be enforced at that point. In other words, if someone is breaking policy, breaking the law to some extent, that they are brought forth before the judiciary or the court system,
 
then that system will base its judgment and bring an order upon that entity to be done. And this time, there will be follow-through. That's all we are saying. That the military or in marshaling of resources will not be made for conquest, but for an enforcement of, and accountabilities of, the entities within that civilization to ensure the success of the civilization.
 
So, as you see, if these prerogatives are housed within the singular border of any particular nation-state, that state will act in its own self-interest; and become, as in the past, evolutionarily corrupt by entities within that state, aiming for social, and political, and status-hierarchy dominance. And we are correcting that. We're not eradicating that drive, we are simply correcting and guiding that drive.
 
For all intents and purposes, a new philosophy, a new policy, and a new branch of Social Science education has been innovated. We don't say invented but innovated. Because we are not here as destroyers, but uplifters, evolvers, co-workers. But what should be exciting is that there is a whole new branch of education along these lines. And that this education is practical, it is to be applied. We anticipate upon such an implementation, that the Sciences could, and will, indeed, flourish. No longer quarantined in military jail. No longer financed by military conquest and competition.
 
Lastly, we feel what binds this lesson is to remind you the definition of a Epochal Revelation. Not to be confused with the other word similar to epochal, which is epic. Epochal means that the information, the message, gets proliferated and known throughout the lands, throughout the world. In modern times, not so far-fetched in the world of global communications. But what we mean by this is how Epochal Revelation, translated into education and applied policies, will in effect, begin to put tremendous demands upon the last vestiges of tribes and tribalism on this planet. And we urge those people within the tribe, so to speak, that they will best survive and thrive under Our governance. And we wish them to survive as much as the next person.

This is Arthura Melchizedek. I have with me, today, Adam and Eve, and representatives of the Most High. I will be the one voicing the lesson. It is a confusing, real-time dilemma of the various philosophies and implementations of societal and cultural governance within the civilizations of Urantia, let alone any planet. But we remind you that this planet is experimental in its racial makeup and therefore, has enjoyed a diversity not seen on many other planets. And since your Rebellion and Default history has added to this diversity, it has perpetuated confusion, along with complexity and its diversity. But we will simplify this in one overarching theme. When we compare and, contrast, and guide the way forward in a new synthesis of the representation of human life, together with Spirit.

We will go back to some rhetorical questions about what is Governance, and to resolve this need by humans to, somehow, address Church and State. We go back to a fundamental human drive, and that is the spectrum of Creativity. This is one of the fundamental aspects of the Sonship Order, creativity. You are children of your Creator Son, Michael of Nebadon. You are endowed with the Father, the Creative Spirit, the Holy Spirit, the Infinite Spirit; and you are of the Sonship Order, stemming from the Eternal Son.

Now as a reminder, we want to address this fundamental ability of Creativity. And in Governance the immature being from a small age is want to be destructive in its creativity. The young child goes out and knocks off all the flowers in the garden, and then is taught, and told, and scolded not to do such wanton destruction of beauty and life. Now, we take this, and extrapolate on up to advanced civilization, and we still have this conundrum. It is easiest to complain, to destroy, to rebel. To say, I don't want to be part of this. Not on me!, and assert your freedom from something, than to be more constructive and be part of something. This becomes complex, when we see this, in governments and civilizations, that lack some Church with its State. In other words, we do have, despite all its flaws, a check-and-balance on the destructive nature of the human being, when Church is part of the State.

For behold, those civilizations who are enemies of the church, enemies of God! They control ruthlessly. And their societies are ruthless, uncaring. This is a face of evil. Governments of all shapes and sizes, even the ones with church are immature enough that they, too, fight evil with evil. It is a raw power game sometimes. The tough choice of choosing between the lesser of two evils for the sake of an opportunity for good. This is evolution. And these are what the Most Highs evolve.

But when certain evolutions need to be handheld, guided, and then evolution truly kicks in, with a hands-on, hand-in-hand approach, this is when an Adam and Eve, Material Son and Daughter arrive on a planet. Because the evolution of the human unit, the biology, really takes a leap to advance civilization. Into epics of mortal living, truly capable of handling this creativity-and-destruction, balance.

We would also like to go back and amend a certain point. And that is a government representing some aspect of the Spiritual Governance would, more-or-less, represent what your world calls the modern Democracy. With its commensurate branches, Executive, Legislative, Judicial, and its various bureaucratic administration units. The apparatus of the State is not a Leviathan of the devil. It is not a cult of personality. Nor is it a tyranny of the poor and uneducated mob. Nor is it a playground for the rich.

So having said this, the primary purpose of Civilization, and therefore Governance, is to perpetuate the civilization. Civilization is what safeguards and guides human sustenance. Those things previously under the wing of the State, capital S, of Security and Safety, are not inherent privileges of the State. It is the privilege of Civilization to safeguard against famine, natural disaster, even to some extent, in the early times, War. It has been demonstrated enough that the State’s privilege of assuming Security and Safety, has only led to war games. Gaming philosophies and ideologies; these are the vehicles and mechanisms of universe rebellion. And soon this comes to an end, with the ultimate statements of Church and State, Incarnate, Again.


I am Arthura, representing the Ancients of Days in this message. I thank Adam and Eve, and the Most High Representative for their contribution today. I hint at the Magisterial Missions and the Second Return, and I bid all on this planet a good day. But to remind you and have you, in your word, reflect on what is Creativity. And this would be a Volume or Lesson 27, but that is not the case today. This is Arthura Melchizedek. Normally, we might have a lesson, but today it is a matter of sharing with the group what it is We have in mind from our side of the veil.

I wish to be known amongst the transmitting corps. This is Arthura Melchizedek speaking. I will help each and every one of you hone this skill. There is a time to read each other, to learn from each other, and then there is a time to take direct instruction. And I have that goal in mind in unique and individual association through the exercise of transmission.

Frankly, I can phase and I appear amongst you in the Order of Melchizedek. I am Arthur-ah. You may end up pronouncing it Ar-thura, and so on. And that does not particularly matter, what matters is that we work together on a connection. So that in the near future, your transmissions and your abilities, are confident and with the authoritative voice of God, the confidence of God walking with you.

Whatever it is that you do best, I aim to bring it out. I am particularly capable of teasing out what is your strength, unabashedly. And then translating that into the Father's Will in the field of your daily lives, and so called, “work,” of doing the Father’s will. I could lay it out for what that means, but now is the time for me to personally have a conversation with you as to what that means for each of you. But it does entail daily applications of mercy and justice applied to the work.

This is Arthura, although the title of any lesson, and who is delivering it today, is not all that important because the lesson and information is interchangeable. The art of Transmission-Receiving is like a golf swing. Now, Dominick, here, has never really played golf and understands from the little attempted at an early age, there is much to it. And just like transmitting, which is today's topic, at least for the start, is how transmitting is somewhat difficult when not in the muscle memory, so to speak. For example, you are fully conscious and yet asked to adhere to protocol. Yet at the same time asked to remove yourself and be the scribe. That is an example amongst many things that make the golf swing comparable, as so many things can lead to imperfection

So, why is this being talked about?  It is one of the sources of reticence to transmit at all, to defer and put it off. This one has a tendency to fill in the words before receiving them. And practice of routine is necessary to hone this proclivity to, we shall say, unsubscribe from being the scribe. We on Our end find it a necessary teaching and drilling to make the human receiver uncomfortable; in that they have to attempt tuning in to the Father in order to trust the process. Not that much different than a school technique to force the student to utilize what is being learned.

For this reason, it is good to practice and use a tape recorder that can be paused. Because the early training requires a flow of words coming in through stops and starts. The training being, for that moment when the muscle memory takes over. In not practice and not drill, but when the situation calls for it, turning inward to your spiritual resources. And in protocol when the time calls for it, those in service deferring to the rank of Spirit. In determining with you, what is the Father's will, or in protocol, what is the will of Michael of Nebadon, Jesus, and Magisterial Sons, Melchizedeks, and so on.

Jesus may in some ways, be easiest for that is your brother right before you. Whereas an un-incarnated Spirit, who is nonetheless your superior, might be running part of the missions you're involved in, as the ranking officer, if you will. Which again bears repeating the ranking officer, if you will. And that is the crux of the matter we are referring to when transmitting. You may have to turn in protocol to confer with Our will in the matter at hand. And this is what we asked, and this is what you gladly do.

And this is also a good technique, to experiment with attuning to your Thought Adjuster. What would you have me do, Father? And this answers the question that humans find such a virtue-signaling mystery, when asking, what would Jesus do? And Jesus would ask you to do exactly what we just said, ask the Father, what would you have me do Father?

And then over time and through your own experience, you will receive the Father more and more. And in such recognition, you will understand the worthiness of prayer and worship. You will enjoy service in its many forms. And one example of that is, the beginnings of not really enjoying a life of ease as the ultimate aim. Because a life of ease signals, really, no growth and no attainment. Certainly there are times for ease in your life for rest and recuperation. But to sustain ease is to cease growing and evolving.

And we'll come full circle before we dive off like a rambling grandpa. That ease of these daily transmissions is not always easy. And so, we thank you as your transmitting teachers to our student receivers that someday soon you will be in the field. Good day. This is Arthura Melchizedek wishing you all a very good day.

August 10, York, PA, Volume Lesson 26. Words about universal quarantine. This is Arthura Melchizedek speaking today through this one here. We have a different microphone. We cannot pause and therefore, there will need to be post edits to take out the long pauses. What our intention is with this lesson is not to repeat what has already been written and expounded upon in the past. A quick summary entails that a relatively small section of the Local Universe subsystem of planets within a System totaling less than 40 planets experienced a Quarantine. Due to the fact of the System Sovereign and the Planetary Princes going along with that rebellion of the System Sovereign. The System Sovereign by their very nature of their name is the ruler on behalf of the Creator Son, and they are so close to perfection, their temptation is the greatest for rebellion to occur. What happens in quarantine is that the connections of broadcast services throughout the rest of the Universe is halted. There is no communication upward and there is no communication downward. This has been explained in terms of broadcasts.
 
What has not been revealed previously are all the other mechanisms such as travel restrictions, energy throughputs and outputs, and protective shielding that would disallow different Orders from literally traveling outside. One of the benefits and drawbacks of this shielding are that everything within the quarantine has more-or-less total free rein to do as they please. And what this had done in the past was provide a feeling of victory and sustainment by the rebel cause. Victory that they were indeed seceded, and victory in that their perceived freedom of movement was a sustainment by the universe, somehow, that they were effective.
 
Whereas, I have just explained to you why that is indeed not the case. They were in fact disbarred and by being disbarred they, in a sense, had to prop up their own administrative systems. You still had representatives who were not disbarred, who were loyal within this quarantine, but they, too, being cut from the access to Universe Governance, simply had to get along with everything and making do, if you will. The minutiae of those adventures are the stories and histories of those personalities and administrations to tell. You can make your own comparisons of examples, but this is the general key word, is that rebel systems are effectually disbarred from the rest of the universe governance.
 
And then when Quarantine is lifted, the Mercy having been extended and offered, is really coupled with Universe Justice, which must compensate, somehow, for the harms having been done. And any personality receiving mercy must compensate in somewhere else of universe healthiness if you will. And that is why you often see a relocation or reassignment in some other part of the universe when these entities have accepted the rulings of Mercy and Justice from the highest courts.  To repurpose themselves in the examples of places where rebellion has not occurred. So, this provides some sort of context as to why and how - when we say, why, we say why at all - are these administrative apparatuses set up, constructed, attacked, broken down, several times now, in reestablishing quarantine or lifting quarantine. These represent various stops-and-starts of the process. You are learning through hard experience. This is not a clean cut-and-dry mechanism.
 
And speaking of mechanism, it is the Paradise Trinity, who is the ultimate arbiter, determining when any quarantine goes in and out of effect. And of course, there is a liaison in this process with the Creator Son and with Paradise rule. But while the Creator Son creates a circumstance-capability and possibility of rebellion, by the very nature of His creation, it is the Paradise Trinity who determines through its mechanisms, what qualifies as quarantine. To ensure rebellion does not affect what it need not effect.

Now, there has been a long pause, but we have let this sink in as to the scope of a rebellion and its infection, if you will, to permeate. And in effect, then, what happens in one part of the body has unforeseen effects or correlations to other parts of a system. In other words, we tell you quarantine is in effect for this reason to stop the spread. But when the news occurs that spread indeed occurred. You question, Why is this possible at all? You have quarantine! So, on one hand the potential is always and obviously there. And yet, when spread occurs you beg the question, how is this possible? Even though we tell you it's possible.
 
But let's recall that everything in a Superuniverse has a destination-journey leading onward and inward through the entire Superuniverse all the way up to Uversa. And that every single personality of the Superuniverse is judged by the Ancients of Days. Certainly, this is the case, when deciding if the personality is challenged to the point of existing. What we mean by this is, we're hinting, that by the very nature of the universe, that there is a permeation. So this existing permeation is cut off through quarantine when the Paradise Trinity deems it necessary to do so. And that everything is connected, or was connected in the first place, to the supreme. And that the supreme is the repository of everything, regardless of whether it survived or not.
 
So, to continue, what we have, not only now, is what has been done with past rebellions in other sections of the Grand Universe, is that quarantine gets lifted, reinstituted and re-lifted a few times. As the Creator Son Administrations and Paradise Administrations, and Superuniverse Administrations re-insert themselves into the rebellion jurisdictions that are no longer valid, and have been disbarred, and are being reintegrated.
 
Now, not only is this the case and Nebadon, here, but there has been at the same time, this ramification if you will, of the New Universe Age and its effects. Based on, procedurally, what the supreme pulled, in its challenge to the Paradise Trinity. Which was essentially a challenge to the Order of Paradise Sons themselves, yet again, and the Creator Sons. Essentially, the supreme says, “Well, I am to have faith in the Paradise Trinity, like a human has faith in their own Thought Adjuster. And yet I am to share my supremacy with these Creator Sons who are Sovereign and represent this so-called Paradise Trinity?” It was a challenge not that different than a System Sovereign, just at a different scale. And its ramifications and effects involve a very larger Order of entities belonging to Supremacy.
 
So, what Michael of Nebadon has is a reinstituting of quarantine, and then re-establishing circuits that cause insurrection based on the confusion of the recent past, together with this New Universe Age. And this is no simple matter. We will suspend the lesson for now. But this is an ongoing process working itself out.

On August 9, York PA, the question was asked of the transmitter-receiver, “How do you feel?” and the reply is, a little bit empty, a little bit exhausted, a little bit excited. Not excited, enthusiastic to show up for a beloved work. All of those answers are correct, so to speak, but not quite capturing the totality of the feeling. In some sense, the creative juices are at a low, that being the time of the morning, together with the transmission output, over the course of many days now. And learning to trust the process and lesson plan, or any communication for that matter. To trust that it will be forthcoming from Our end.

What you the reader or listener don't pick up on, because of the post-production, are the long interludes between sequences of start-and-stops, pauses in the tape. Some of this is erroneously attributed by the receiver-transmitter as a bad connection. However, by analogy, we (at this moment of transmission) have a wasp stuck in the air conditioning unit that quite often makes a horrific buzzing sound, attempting to get in. It’s stuck and it only knows how to try to get unstuck and makes a loud buzzing noise but gets nowhere. And this analogy is the interference that We receive in a static attempting to insert itself. This is why We desire to have transmitters and transmissions and receivers of Our transmissions, so that we as a team can work these things out.

There is a marketing industry jargon-term called omni-channel, which is roughly a word representing all the different methods that any particular message, or propaganda, or campaign, of sorts, is broadcast and transmitted and received. In your terms that would be the TV, radio, written word, etc. But for Us and Planetary Administration, we are the “last mile” of the communications coming through all channels. Meaning all methods, we are referring to that word we used, omni channel, versus any confusion between the phenomenon of the trance-channel. Which we have provided some sort of definition prior. The point being, we need transmitters, human transmitters, to receive transmissions to the extent we can trust the circuits. Always adjust, not only to the phenomenon itself, from a techno-spiritual standpoint, but a very clear Mission to address the static and interference that We encounter because of the political-spiritual situation.

There will come a time soon where plainly speaking matters will need to be discussed on a daily basis. This might be a follow up on a decree by an Avonal Son, Michael of Nebadon together with Jesus. Not broad directives such as be good but practical directives like feed the hungry. Specific instructions such as how to do that is not by building ever advanced weapons, testing them, deploying them and rattling your swords. But deploying those marshaled resources as is being commanded by the Planetary Prince and the Ruler of Nebadon, its Sovereign incarnate.

And to that extent to begin to get these things done in cooperation. The quarantine in all respects, spiritual, physical, if you will, will, by mere status of Presence, be lifted. You might imagine based on the news, shipments of gold, or marshaling resources of extreme planetary emergencies, such as Earth catastrophes, as you might call them, of environmental nature. Quarantine being lifted would command physical craft or physical things, even of a planetary nature where humans are literally transferred from a dying planet to a habitable planet. These are the types of emergencies that a Universe Government plans for, has done in the past. We are not saying specifically this is your case. But we do plan for such contingencies, and we share those with you. In your imagination, you understand this. And in your imagination, the rebels who claim this planet in their confused manifestos, have threatened your imagination with destruction, in the propaganda of the hostile, soul-and-flesh-eating aliens.

So, by sheer announcement, however that takes its forms through what we are calling omni channel; again, meaning every communication resource being utilized. Through our shared announcement, Our arrival, you will know, if not explicitly stated so, that Quarantine is removed. The planetary consciousness has no choice at that point, then to know intuitively and instinctively that this is so. And all of these fears come to the surface. All of these hopes come to the surface. And all of these, what you term vacuums, the most common one referred to as a power-vacuum, when leadership in all of its places, feels an existential threat or crisis.

And so, you have this a period of time to simply have this, and let this be, and know that it is part of the course. Simply stated no matter how rational you might be during these times, you cannot predict any rationality from anything else, widely speaking. And therefore, we caution you, time and again, to remove yourself by not interacting with the outside environment beyond your immediate neighbors friends, beyond necessary. And to be as neutral and unthreatening as possible, without conveying much information, even, at that point, other than to share in the experience of the fact. And to come across as non-threatening. And then remove yourself so that there is no probability of an irrational event.

And certainly, by giving more information than you need at that moment you create a time vector of future irrational moments. This is what we mean by the wisdom of offering no information to elevate yourself in the eyes of any others at the moment. For that invites vectors of the irrationality we speak of to come visit you in the near future. You probably know this, reading this now, we simply remind you. Like a well drilled team listening to their coach.

And those warnings are just against your natural fellows, whereas, we have the Cabal-Rebel, with the analogy of the wasp, who has threatened the transmission here for 20 seconds in between pauses. Which not only is the static interference of the buzzing but the threat and panic, that if it ever got loose, it's going to sting. And yet it is kept at bay.

MICHAEL and JESUS:
We know based off of the volume-lesson 24 there was a specific mention about quarantine. And certainly, this receiver of transmissions expected a lengthy discourse. However, We on Our side are more concerned about the success of the Missions. And so, today we gave more of a stress on the vocabulary and example of omni-channel communications when the quarantine is, de facto, lifted. Based off of the public knowledge that Missions and Incarnation is a fact. And they will come face to face with the image, and claim, and Personhood of Jesus, as the Son of God, within the form of the Son of Man. How to predict the rest we have given you an idea, but leave that in My hands, Our hands. And when things present themselves and calm down, you will have your part to play. And really, all of you will. Peace be upon you. And be at peace. My Peace be upon you. Good day.

ARTHURA MELCHIZEDEK:
It's Monday, August 8, Lesson Volume 24. And we would like to go, probably, to 25. This is Arthura Melchizedek. And once I am through here, in this series, others will be passing through. As well as myself coming through to others, and with others, to add to the flavor of the human mind, what is coming through, in general, in preparation for these missions. It is important that I be heard, or any others be heard, through the vehicle of the human mind, the personality of the individual, who is married, in a sense, with the Spirit of God inside them; that binds us in brotherhood of a higher order and magnitude, which is the Order we all belong to, you and I.
 
However, government on the spiritual level takes more than just kinship in their shared Order. There is a crossover in Spirit, even between different Orders, such as the Infinite Spirit and the Order of the Eternal Son. And with that, you are bound, and we are bound, and all of us are bound, together, by the Father's gift of personality association. And with such personality association, begs that there is governance in the order of the universe, the structure of things. A very rough analogy is that the Son Order, in a sense, acts as the teachers and authority figures within the home. It is like the primary teacher, where, whether you know it or not, a lot of your life is modeled after the parental figure. And the Infinite Spirit acting upon you is like the official teacher in your school. Some teachers are considered better than others in your subjective experiences.
 
And somehow the Father binds it all together. That each individual within these two Orders of the Infinite Spirit and Eternal Son, identify with the origins of the Father. Thus, the Father ultimately binds all Governance. This is near logic for the overwhelmingly, vast majority of the Universe, and only when it descends into a de-evolution of the mind does it become rebellion; in a convenient logic that forgets its own origins; cannot logically prove through its own faulty logic, its origins.
 
And so, nothing but the Paradise Trinity is the expression, and reminder, and upholder of the Time-Space Universe (Grand Universe) in this interrelationship. And governance starts at the border headquarters of all time-space Super Universes that connects the imperfect times-space realms with Trinity-origin beings who connect the governance of time and space to Havona, the first layers of perfection leading to Paradise. Where there, at Paradise, you meet, so to speak, and become associated and acquainted with, a new level of pilgrimage attainment; a new level of Father-attainment. And since Time and Space is founded upon a greater reality of Infinity and Hyper Infinity and Eternity, it is not a static journey of ending, but a perpetual motion.
 
And so, of course you are sent back out in service. And when it comes to the track record of rebellion in the Master Annals of the Grand Universe, it is notable to see the first human pilgrims - which on your Local Universe started in Jerusem - those first early pilgrims who understand the connection with their own Father, within themselves - Universal Father - are steadfast just as the Finaliters. Who are pilgrims who have attained that long and adventurous journey of time-space, to the origins of things, through the Paradise Trinity universes of Havona, onto the Paradise journey to the Father.
 
And all along the way you are educated and experienced in the governance of time and space on ever-expanding scales between the Orders of the Paradise Trinity, Father, Son, and Spirit. And you of the Seventh Superuniverse origin, are the expressions of the amalgamation of all of this working together. And therefore, have a Seventh Order Destiny within the Master Universe. As the Master Universe represents things that are outside of the time-space zones of what is labeled the Grand Universe. And this is the slowest of the amalgamating Seven Superuniverses because of this ability, if you will, to experience Spirit in a multiplicity of ways, through the Father, the Eternal Son, and the Infinite Spirit; and its Local manifestations representing those.
 
And therefore, this faulty logic mentioned before is, more or less, a finite-response to even near-perfect beings within the Local Universe, who experience one thing, and then cannot see the-forest-for-the-trees, that maybe what they're on about, is simply expressed in different ways through different Orders, and so on. And then, it just becomes a, really, a lack of trust between their own destiny, which takes such a long time, and that trust between a Superior within their Order, the Creator Son, and Paradise Sons themselves. The singular version being the Creator Son within your Local Universe, and then plural when we speak of Creator Sons, who are within their other bounds within their Local Universes. But all are considered to be known as a Michael Son, aka Creator Son. And the Creator Son is the ultimate liaison between the headquarters of a Superuniverse, and even on to Paradise and back again.
 
Thus, we have the groundwork to discuss, probably in the next and final lesson volume of this series, we will call 25 - today is 24 - and that is the subject of quarantine. Which determines when, and how, and if, there needs to be a quarantine between these different locations. And the effects of what it does, why it does, and how to ameliorate those effects. Sometimes it's not that great for all parties involved. It's just simply a governance procedure for the greatest effect and safeguards, as a procedure. A necessary thing just like what happens when one of your energy nuclear reactors is about to overheat. You have fail-safes set to go into motion for the sake of protection.
 
So, we have a precursor of what will be talked about in 25, and then we'll lay the groundwork into the next series, and so on. Is that we will talk about quarantine, yes, but in some sense, begin to launch a new and continuing series on a broader level, that discusses things to be shared and discussed in Mission-time. A synonym for this would be real-time, or when you could say the lessons are, in fact, an application of the lesson in a more immediate term.
 
Anyway, we will clarify this later, we want to whet your palate right now. We thank you for listening, for reading. Understand, it is sometimes worth your time to go through a passage, if you are reading, to hear my voice, ARTHURA. And understand what maybe I wish to stress a word of vocabulary or a phrase that you might have interpreted differently through your own reading. No problem with that. This is Arthura Melchizedek. The Mission details title may disappoint some expecting to see headlines. We are fine tuning what needs to be done. If we were to give you some perspective on the amount of preparation and detail, and we were to hand you the starting manual of preparations, it would be well over 300,000 pages. Now, humans hardly wants to read an assembly instruction manual, let alone a book of any strenuous length of small print. This is just to give you a relative idea of the details on the celestial side, that any one being given responsibilities must understand. What is more important for the human participant to want, to understand, and be able to carry out within their means, within their capabilities, is the execution, and doing, and being, and creating, what constitutes the Brotherhood of Mankind (Humankind if you will).
 
This is a prime directive much easier to follow than a 300,000-page manual. Just strive to bring the spirit of the Brotherhood, resultant in the Father within you, and you will be doing the equivalent. You will be able to follow the spirit of the manual. Each of you has a unique experience. Each of you has a specialty, then, to share with another. There is always someone who does not have your specific uniqueness, and therefore, you always have something to give. And conversely, you always have something to receive.
 
And this is perhaps one of the good takeaways for today.  Because it is difficult to receive, somehow, in a planetary situation such as this. It is always a race to be recognized as something to give. Whereas, it is shameful, somehow, and looked down or frowned upon, to be vulnerable to receive. So, listen to your Thought Adjuster, Spirits of the Father, Son, and Infinite Spirit, to give you those cues; that this is a time where your service is to receive from another. Receiving is also a part of this brotherhood. It's not just giving all the time. Putting forth the effort to listen to another is a good example. There is no better way to do both as a gift to the Father and your Creator Son, than the gift of listening and receiving.
 
The ultimate fulfillment of attainment-feeling is providing this Brotherhood of Man and the Spirits in your life, in whatever doses you can muster. At the end of the day, status attainment, material wealth, while nice, is wisely understood never to be that ultimate pinnacle of human achievement. Somehow, it does not last either. And the really satisfying life achievement is this transcendence were talking about. No matter what life throws at you, a human transcending, achieves one of the ultimate goals of life. And they do so, at such a young and vulnerable stage as being a human on the planet.
 
The fruits of this transcendence adds to the concept of the collective consciousness, where the Brotherhood of Man is a resultant consciousness of the Fatherhood of God. A family concept experienced and lived with the Trinity of God and all it entails. To expound upon the combinations, to go beyond Trinitization, but the imagination of the Universe.
 
And yes, one of the fruits of transcendence is the capability of absorbing a 300,000-page manual.
Piece of cake, we promise . But for now, we command you to experience and have joy. We dare you.  Some of you might react unconsciously; that you would rather take the manual, thanks. “Real men read manuals.”
 
We shared a good laugh off the record. And this is exactly what I'm talking about. This one did not even care to share his laughter with you. Shame on you, Dominick, I say with the smile.

July 29, York, PA, Volume Lesson 22. Benefits of Civilization with Rest and Reversion.
 
This is Arthura Melchizedek. One of the benefits of the State is the luxury of rest and reversion. In old times lifespans were so short and so full of danger there was no time for creativity. Other than the innovation of the hunt, of the warpath, of the mating, and industry of the family. Eventually technology is one of these benefits, and with technology labor becomes more specialized and less demanding of certain parts of your primitive brains and begins to employ thinking. And thinking does not benefit you unless there is proper reflection time, and that is what rest and reversion facilitate. Thus, creative thinking or critical thinking, does not necessarily include crass leisure. While crass leisure might have its place in some aspects of rest and reversion, true creativity, rather, has some intention to it.
 
The difference is in the transcendent qualities of any thinking. In your case the animal relative to the transcendence of the spiritual. So, to put it more beautifully, rest and reversion facilitate transcendence. Otherwise take it for what it is, and that is energy replenishment; and to be careful that leisure does not further strain energy replenishment. Rest, ideally at least, does that.
 
Do you have a problem unsolved and it’s starting to frustrate you?  Walk away, take a pause, tackle it from a refreshed angle. Tell your boss in the sincerest way possible, the benefit of your work is best applied with a little will rest at the moment; that you've expended all your energy on the tasks and goals and will make up the rest if you just allot the time, currently, for revitalization.
 
In the Universe humor provides this revitalization in continual doses without the need for a serious rest. In other words, humor provides the small re-charges. It literally, in your brains for example, produces hormones and chemicals equivalent, and sometimes better than, rest and sleep. Even though they're somewhat different in their capacities.
 
Also in this sense, humor is a personality attribute that helps one personality to be known to any other. In so much as, it registers to any other personality, that the other, is also a personality. And to even see the humor in the sardonic observation that some other entities have more personality than another. And of course, that is quite unfair in the grand scheme of things, and of a lesser scale of good humor. But nonetheless, worthy of a frowning chuckle. Why? Because the truth of the matter is, you can see through wisdom, the finiteness of that observation, in and of itself, and then laugh at yourself, appropriately, in your own error.
 
This is Arthura Melchizedek, signing off on this brief lesson this morning, on the benefits of civilization and governance; and how it provides structure when there would otherwise be none to sustain you. METCALF:
This is Arthura Melchizedek, and you may also address me by my M. moniker, Metcalf. We have spent the last 10 minutes downloading some subject material and I will make [it] cohesive. We have discussed the individual relationship to the state, as that state might take form, in one way or another, throughout your history. We have talked about different epochs where some Divine presence, even Deity presence, has walked upon this earth. And one of the central questions has centered around, what keeps it all together? That is a rhetorical question. And more specifically, why does any one person merge into the river of many people to the point where the tribe or nation stays together? And as we can see, it morphs and evolves and sustains or fades for various reasons. And what [planetary] spiritual government attempts to do, from the pattern of Divine Government on Paradise through the Trinity, is provide a lasting and sustainable civilization at the planetary level. To provide the Light that provides a Transcendence into Life. Light transcends to Life, and therefore, your life on the planet transcends from the Animal to the Spiritual.
 
Such beginnings of this happened on your planet thousands of years ago with primitive Man. These were the legends and lore, somewhat acquainted with in your imagination, and clarified through stages of revelation. But coming back to that central question, in comparing modern man today, whose relationship with the state is often an uneducated one. And, for example, in the United States is only experienced through something like a payroll tax, and the headlines saying nothing at all. Whereas, in the epochs of the past there was simply the awe and knowing that superior, divine representation offered something to their -- meaning primitive man's -- advantage or benefit. And then when those benefits ceased, and their divine fall from grace, would ever appear, those bonds between primitive man quickly faded.
 
But that was also helped along through Rebellion, as there were [rebel factions] in later epochs of Adam and Eve, that Van and Amadon bridged for many years prior. The factionalism of rebellion between Lucifer-versus-Gabriel in the courts, still affects this planet throughout its young history. Even to the point where not just Divinity incarnates but Deity bestows. It may only be fitting, that in setting new standards and resetting and recalibrating all your history, that all the epochs will culminate once more, in a re-established whole. And to do that will require not just Divinity to appear before you. And why should it?  It has quote-unquote, “failed us before, failed you before.” But we prefer not to use that word. It is either Rebellion or Default, and Default can be corrected.
 
So, for example, all that you should have, up until now, will be re-established and re-inserted. But, so that the Earth citizen of Nebadon knows their place within the governance apparatus that is imposed upon them, whether they know it or not. And what we mean to convey by this, is that often you are born into a government, and you navigate the environment within it. That is simply what we mean by imposing, it is superimposed on the overall purpose of your life. Which [overall purpose] is to ascend and create a soul capable of continuing its journey of transcendence of life.
 
So, what we mean to establish is governance of this magnitude and this scope. [It] will have Deity incarnate, establishing this Divine Right of Rule. And that even though there has been Default and Rebellion in the past, to remind you, that such ruling aspects as the Divine Right of Rule, is what kept things together for a very long time.
 
Van and Amadon had their followers over generations who enjoyed this. And the nation always stayed together regardless of its difficulties. Adam and Eve enjoyed their relatively and comparatively short time. Until it became clear a Default happened, and their divinity was downgraded. And the repercussions were relatively swift in their ability to divinely rule. Melchizedek, divinely, was the power behind the throne, but not overtly ruling. That is the Melchizedek way. And Michael-Jesus was Deity Bestowal, with a purpose and mission to reveal the ultimate pattern of the Spiritual Kingdom; and was not the [mission] purpose to establish such a Kingdom on earth at that time.
 
And it naturally segues into the conclusion, that now is the time. With the begging of the question, “If not now, then when?” And we all ask ourselves this question. So, we end this lesson-volume by asking all who come upon this, to begin to shift your perception and focus, and live as if that time is now. Begin that dawn within you, The Kingdom of Heaven is at Hand.
