There is about to be a statement from higher orders of government and the re-institution of civilized standards in government and socialization of the human species to change present policy and behavior. This is what the spiritual government on our planet earth wishes to institute on earth and it may well succeed, as there is a large contingency of spiritual guides now on earth to see to it. No one need regard this as useful unless one is fully understanding such a planetary government does exist over our heads. I am repeating their instructions to me to institute a program and inversion of time and space to speak to how they will institute a protective institution with the United States Government shortly. That protection is a cooperative Regency for the United States Government.
The Proposed Regency is Renewed Shortly
The idea of a Regency to protect what representative government we still have working is not new. In the 1930's the Spiritual Administration which we will refer to it as “The Salvington Government,†attempted to revitalize the losses suffered by the appearance of terrible financial concern, we call today as the GREAT DEPRESSION. There was institutionalized an epochal revelation placed on the planet to provide insight into the prevailing situation by spirit forces to protect what democracy existed in a world shortly to go to war as the Second World War, begun by the National Socialists in Germany, still referred to as the horrors of Nazi occupation of Europe at one point.
Further institutions of war existed simultaneously on Asia through the militarization of the Empire of Japan. Japan launched a world war in 1941 by bombing the American Pacific Fleet in Pearl Harbor located in the future State of Hawaii on the 7th of December, 1941. This act of war was preceded by the Nazi invasion between 9 May and 22 June 1940, of north-west Europe, known as the Battle of France, which to this day has resulted in a loss of democratic revival for the western democracies entirely. The spiritual government has also had its problems, and the planetary government over this planet was attacked on June 16, 2019, destroying the seraphic government then in place.
By a decree, the ruling Ancients of Days ordered the Melchizedek Order of Emergency Sons to reappear on earth with the designated name as the planet Urantia. Urantia is the designated name of earth in the archives of those spiritual forces now realigning earth into a holistic government under spirit control. The spiritual government on Urantia, is now a fully organized and operating Melchizedek-let government fully under te control of the power of the Paradise Trinity.
The URANTIA Planetary Government
September 26, 2019
The Planetary government is spiritual and is placed over mankind fully renewed by the Melchizedek Order of Emergency Sons of God. Its Re- institution to replace the seraphic government was occasioned by the plasma explosion removing the supreme presence from the Master Universe on September 26, 2019. Since then the Melchizedek Planetary Government has instituted the following organization and rules:
1 - The Planetary ruler is known as the Planetary Prince and this Prince is none other than the compiler of the 5th epochal revelation, Mantutia Melchizedek.
2 - Further, a Master Melchizedek has been assigned as liaison between Paradise and the Planetary Government, so that there is a replete instruction to the Melchizedek Corp and the Planetary Prince in an additional organization issuing its own policy concerning the work of the Urantia Planetary Government and Paradise.
3 - The Planetary Government under its Chie, Mantutia Melchizedek, together with a subsidiary government of additional six (6) neighboring Local Universes, have combined under the leadership of the Nebadon Salvington group and now known collectively as the Dominion.
Description of the Security Organization to Also Prtect the Planetary Government:
The 2019 response to supreme destruction resulted in Nebadon instituting the administration of a Federated collection of Local Universes. The original Seven LOCAL UNIVERSES (now called by the name, DOMINION) are now Six Local Universes along with another two (2) Municipal Universes. The entire collection is called The Dominion.
DOMINION:
The Organization named Dominion is derived by the need of security defense against the attacks of marauding bans of abeyant seraphim and the remnants of the Lucifer rebellion personnel still resident in deep space.
Lucifer was destroyed and the decree announced as final to the Salvington Government on March 16, 1986.
A decree by the Ancients of Days was announced on June 12, 2023, fully recognizing the death of Lucifer but warning the Dominion and Nebadon in particular, that a new insurrection occurred on June 19, 2019. The Dominion was organized later in response to attacks by over seventeen Local Universes, but most refused to reorganize under the Dominion flag.
The capital of this Local Universe Federation is called Dominion,
and it is administratively overseen from the capital spheres
located in Nebadon.
Salvington, which began life as the Nebadon capital then
consisted of five spheres, collectively known as Salvington.
Recently, due to the circumstances of Nebadon becoming part of
the Dominion Federation, five (5) more architectural spheres have been add to the cluster.
The sphere which administers the Federation is called Dominion
and is the 8th largest sphere in the Local Universe of Nebadon.
These architecture nine planets constitute the capital of the Local Universe of Nebadon and the capital of the Federation at the same time.
The Executive Branch of Government
for the Dominion Federation
The 162-member delegate legislative branch is under the final say of each Creator Son (as policy executive representation to its Board) represented in the membership of the Dominion.
WARNING:
There are no longer Creative Daughters in the Administration
body either in the Local Universe executive branch or in the 162
member legislature of the Federation. Supremacy issues are
delegated to Paradise entirely now since the supreme is no longer available.
The Creative Spirit of Nebadon has been disbanded. Her presence is no longer available to the Nebadon creation. Her affiliation with the Salvington and with the Nebadon Creator Son, was annulled on June 4th, 2022 and affirmed by Michael of Nebadon on May 05. 2023 as final. Those who cannot belive these things are reminded that the supreme, now spelled with a smal “sâ€, is no longer a relevant part of time and space, and no longer exists as a personal Deity either in Havona or represented on Paradise in the Paradise Trinity.
The 5th epochal revelation is not germane in any descriptions whatsoever as to the Creative Spirits in all Local Universes including Nebadon, and in Nebadon, Alvoring, and Henselon, they as the Dominion do not recognize spirit personnel as operating on Urantia or the Local Universes mentioned by name here, any longer or further.
The Holy Spirit, the Spirit of Truth, still exist but are no longer under the control of the Creative Spirit in Nebadon, and are no longer consider updated well enough to be called “universal.†Those who insist on referring to themselves as Agondonters are severely punished now by understanding that all such designations are no longer fully valid.
The REGENCY will re-establish spiritual status designations when it can.
The Insurrection Organization to the Dominion
However for the time being, there is maintain aliaison executive Council of Seraphic Custodians to the Federation Legislature on Uversa, the capital of Orvonton, the seventh Superuniverse.
The REGENCY & The DOMINION
We establish the order of Dominion concerns to be as follows:
1 - Respecting that Nebadon established a Urantia Corp to study the issues of the Dominion concerns for the Bestowal Planet of the Creator Son of Nebadon, that counsel has determined that the Dominion has every right to examine its needs and security protection by utilizing the Divine Missions to Urantia as in their interest too.
For that reason, we state the following:
2 - Dominion is to be represented by their Salvington Ambassadors to Urantia as an ad hoc issue for represention of the doings of the Nebadon government with regard tothe Urantia Regency and the results that may obtain as an experiential practice of the early beginning of God the Ultimate policy mandates. No further discussion on this subject is available to this Paper.

Part II
Description of the REGENCY
This Paper is not premature to announce the establishment of the Regency before the United States Government.
The US Government is now host to several incarnated Melchizedek statesmen who have infiltrated the Security Council. As per Wikipedia:
It is in their interest to avoid a confrontation with the Biden Administration, and for that reason, they are deep underground by names and concerns. There are 37 (thirty-seven) incarnated Melchizedeks as what we call with ‘Ron, as Governors of land sectors on the planet Urantia. Thirty-six (36) are no fully employed in their respective districts, and Ron represents an Adjunct human to represent the Melchizedeks if he is able to discharge those duties with further concerns for his health no longer an issue but fully implemented at this time.
The Magisterial Foundations is a recognized organization of the Melchizedek Planetary Government and its subsidiaries are functioning departments each at their own initial operation under the direction of the Salvington Government to the Planetary Government by mutual consent. We are now utilizing Ron Besser in order to obtain the requisite degree of authority to the planet and its spiritual government as of today.
The US NATIONAL SECURITY COUNCIL AND THE REGENCY
The Biden administration is totally unaware of the infiltration and must recall its work slightly in order to understand there is not further elucidation of representation to the President as the Security Council.
The UNIVERSAL FATHER decrees this Paper is to be issued only to the readership on the Serara discussion forum under the control of the Magisterial Foundation, as it also represents some confidential concerns of the Grand Universe which should not be generally known by the public just yet. However, since the entire matter I already well discussed not by the US government, but by Great Britain M6 and the CSIS (Canadian Security Intelligence Service), and to insure coherence with these reports, we are insisting that CIA learn to do better s it refuses to listen to domestic mail where much of the intelligence is free for the asking. The National Security Council has fourteen board members operating at this moment of writing. They are engaged primarily with the war in Ukraine and the difficult task of supplying armaments to that region. For reasons of State we state tht the following issues are current for the Urantia Planetary Government with regard to the war in Ukrainian, as non alignment and neutrality; however, if a general war breaks out, the Salvington Government will refuse decisions made by the Urantia Planetary Government and order its own Council to prepare Urantia for a full scale inundation of our plans to annihilate certain land masses which facilitate Russian war designs and American SEATO interests as well.
REGENCY RECALL FAVORITE CONCERNS for Discussion:
The Creator Son of the spirit government is a sovereign and personal being and knows well the issues which this earth planet assigns to itself all the time. Let it be known that the REGENCY is a gift, and if it is abused, it can be withdrawn and the consequences made very real.
We have warned readers several times already this is no picnic and we intend to make our authority overwhelmingly known. To do that here is listed what we are going to use in various modes and means to make our presence known:
1 - Mass media. We have the power to turn all broadcasting and satellite comminications down or off and preferably off;
2 - We will use mass media to announce exactly what we intend to do if the Regency is no longer operable or too much resistance occurs politically. The House of Representatives may well be removed from government operations until it can be reconfigured as a smaller unit and the Republican control decimated. That does not mean that Democratic control follows; no. You will be understanding of the solution if the Regency is forced to employ a re-organization of that branch of government.
3 - The national debt is ballooning far beyond expectations and is being fed and increased by munitions dealers smelling blood in the water and forcing consignment of munitions to Ukraine not through Poland, but through Belorussia, and that is a flagrant violation of the US law and it will be stopped cold by arrests if necessary.
4 - The United States is not at fault for the North Korean behavior this time, and Japan must learn to pull its horns back a little, but North Korea has no issue with the Korea to its South, but does dislike American inferences that the demilitarized zone is breachabel if the United States declares the Korean Armistice void and destructive to world peace. Any American analyst should be keenly aware that Kim Jung Un, has no real intentions to resume the Korean War, but will slap Japan now and then for even thinking it has an interest in the South China Sea.
5 - The Regency has no intention to build nuclear arms as its several abilities to defend itself even against American interests if they, the Biden Administration at the moment become hostile of our intentions to guide this plant back to a “no war†footing. Defenses are spiritual and physical where necessary, and te Regency will be headquarted, not in Washington DC, but in Pennsylvania in its own administrative location.
6 - The United States military is the most powerful in the world and it will be directed through the Biden Administration for first aide to ailing nations and its people.
7 - Totality of concern is for the people of this planet you call earth, For reasons of State no one will be configured to lead the United States except its duly elected President, and the Regency will not usurp those electoral concerns; however, if push comes to shove, the Biden administration will be ordered to execute military and immigration policies we deem much better than what is presently being used around the world and in the United States.

9 - Guns, war, violence will be brought under control by the elimination of base elements within the population. This is not euthanasia, but it is a priority to adjudge who is fit to rule and who is not by the divine judges of the Paradise Trinity.
The Regency is not a revolutionary machine, but unlike the Bastille in 1787, the thermidor reaction is not violent and maniacal, but reasoned and under the law. Violence does not precede God’s Kingdom, but God’s Kingdom must defend its portal by eliminating the potential of violence entirely and only God’s Judges have that power to initiate the identification of those who do not value life at all.
10 - The Regency is not a declaration of war; rather, it is a declaration of care to re-establish the morality of care and even love if it efer has a chance to reappear on this earth again. For reasons of State, we declare this destruction o heart and soul now on this planet so evident as the resolve of the Lucifer rebellion, which did happen about 250,000 years ag0, and only recently adjudicated, and that rebellion is still responsible for towering sin and inequity among the human populations on this earth.
For that reason we declare the essential gift to man, this REGENCY, and that I has to adhere to the life and times of millions and billions of humans now resident on earth. For that reason, we adhere to the laws of the United States for its administrative operation, and for its safety establish a Protection Zone in York, Pennsylvania, but as well is Washington DC. The Magisterial Foundation is aware of this charge and is prepared to answer it before Federal, State, and Local governments when the time comes.
The REGENCY is regarded as the MISSION, and therefore must adhere to the divine before it regulates before Caesar. We establish a court to determine these arguments by various governments and its final adjudication over rules any supreme court, State or Federal, as the eyes of God are scared and so are these Missions.
The REGENCY is afford great privileges in the United States, but it will not behave as a foreign potentate and will adhere to the laws of the land and the care of humanity as any good neighbor is wont to do on any street in the community of homes and good will.

You Ran Sha is a beautiful sphere and very few ever turn out so well. But your world has gone through so much in its 6 (six) billion years plust of existence, and while your scientists think the universe is far too new, Urantia is an old sphere existing as a thin rock sphere for over two billion years more in an old asteroid belt existing between Mars and Jupiter.
