“I am taking a moment to say a good and happy New Year to all of you and to stay the course in spite of numerous breaches of security once again on Urantia.  We cannot be entirely cheerful nor can Ron as he woke up under a new failure of communication we are not familiar with, and that is the Universal Father, banning all communication not authorized to work on Urantia.  For that reason I warn all of you that to attempt a Lightline today is mostly futile.  Rene Duran experienced a failur of his Sunday Lightline, and Ron properly warned him.  You all need to take seriously this fight, and it is not over by a long shot I am afraid to report.

“Second, the new year (2024) is hopeful.

“For that reason I am leaving open a few ideas we can penetrate and make work in the coming months while we battle the trials they represent over us and now over the transmitters on Urantia.

“I am making available about six hundred newly created seraphim to help police the band width of your Lightline transmissions, but they are new and must fight a whole new issue coming to our Local Universe, and that issue is called “banning.”


“IF frequency banning takes place and that is not the good guys doing it, we are finished with Lightlines until they can established again, and that is unpredictable.  I am also removing a huge number of artifacts from our Lightlines too and that includes using rubber bullets to stop the cabal from interfering.  I am not joking as they are reissuing a ban on Lightline transmissions and so be careful about tapes and other sound production if you are using it.

“Finally, we can get through easily Ron, as you are powerful enough to strangle small attempts at derailing these messages.  Let your day reside with the New Year idea and I will speak later today.  I suspect Elise is not doing a Lightline today, and that huge bill from the phone provider is not yours to worry about again, as that issue is a demand by a public utility in Kenya to pay for all outside phone calls out of the country.  That individual is fully aware now you are paying a whopping bill for his attendance and removes his interest accordingly.

“Initially, we must state the following too:

“You Ron got it in the neck again and you are very unhappy with voice transmission upon awakening.  ARTHURA saved the day and allows this transmission to take place, and you need to dress and keep cheerful in spite of the messes starting to pile up on you again.  Let this place settle itself momentarily.

“Those who are cheerfully done today, we congratulate you!  For those finding problems on their doorstep again, grin and bear it, and that is until we can correct this mess getting on the doorstep of our goodwill and the start of the REGENCY.  

“Regency people are here on Urantia.  I sent about six million (the number is correct) seraphic guides to bed and asked all of them to take/pause for rest as the battle is ready to being in earnest over the insurrection again mounting a bitter fight over Urantia.  Urantia holds one of the keys to spiritual success because it is a BESTOWAL PLANET, and for that reason it must be protected at all costs, for a Bestowal Planet contains harbingers of future universe developments only a Bestowal Planet can provide.

“And finally, let this message ring true to all of you!  Ron has to battle the cabal assigned to push him over the edge mentally, but he is so strong they get no where and have to laugh at the shenanigans he throws up to stop their incursions against him and against Us.

“HAPPY NEW YEAR! And let the bells toll to a free Urantia when the clearance is final.  We pray this ends quickly and Ron thank you for your monster bearing over people who refuse to provide true leadership.  The cabal has destroyed a section of transmission equipment up here again, and we let it go for now.  MICHAEL OF NEBADON at your service!  Good day!  Michael.”

Transmission from MICHAEL, MACHIVENTA, Ruth Ginsberg and my THOUGHT ADJUSTER.  These transmissions are fully under attack  by rebels and for the transmission themselves,  there sometimes are forced breaks to contend with,.  We continue:

Ron here - A status Report sort of next after my remarks, and a statement concerning the Urantia Supreme Court and its new Justice, Ruth Ginsberg, recently deceased but so vivacious and caring the MELCHIZEDEKS have appointed her to the Urantia Supreme Court over secure objections of the insurrectionists and cabal holding forth over Urantia. 

As Ron, I speak as follows:

This is Friday, the 29th of December and it is quite frail in communication, as most of you having nothing to say, and I in particular am finding any use of the discussion forum almost impossible to bring to life as it used to be.  

That might be due to a change in status for us– I do not know.  But I do know that the entire matter of care and folding a spirit mission has fallen on deaf ears as there is almost no incoming communication from anyone anymore.  That I do have a comment on for what it is worth.

Most of you who speak on the web site we call the Serara discussion forum, have been with us almost since its inception years ago.  This web site has stayed solid and is here regardless of what happened outside of it.  Now it appears it has little use for the spiritual missions they say unfold now as the priory mission called the Regency takes shape and moves through the land and seas of Urantia.

I for one see little use for discussion themselves as we a re relegated to a past performance.  That has no reason to be for me, and I let it ride as I dare not do anything other than to wonder why the changes without some explanation as to our wishes or importance regarding the Missions to come.  It is though MICHAEL OF NEBADON Himself has withdrawn in anticipation of higher authority to determine the direction and nature of what must be done with His Urantia.

I am Ron Besser, and you all know me as one with great interest to maintain momentum and care for those of us who cannot fathom our relationship in the first place with the proposed spiritual missions to our planet.  I am entirely sure there is a change in status just because we are human, but we are at least semi-literate, and now are dropped from the roll calls even.  I cannot read the bigger picture as to why at all, but on one level accept it is necessary, but on the caring level we meant something, I am totally unsure how to proceed with the present circumstance of so very little concern for the humans who are to receive these Missions as instructions to do better for Urantia certainly.

I close my remarks to all of you who insist on protocols be established to proceed even with the discussion forum, and I am one of you on asking for the same to be observed.  I was going to hold a Board of Directors meeting for the Magisterial Foundation in the first week of 2024, but in my amazement, there is no reflection of my concern for our organization of thought even from our MELCHIZEDEK Directors.  To be fair they do not know my thinking well as they are sequestered, I assume, in their own group interests as I write this.

That is fine, but no one of us forgets we are deaf, dumb, and blind as we are not powerful enough to have anything but a pow-wow and nothing much results from that.  And I am writing mostly to vent my concerns for all of you and how this slow pace is acting like an acid against our good will efforts to procure at least some idea why there is a censorship in place it disallows normal practice of a gathering of a care group to see these missions off well and successful.

Finally, here is MICHAEL OF NEBADON to speak:

MICHAEL -   “ You are welcoming not these words of Ron, and they are fully the best you are going to get for the moment.  I am not hiding.  Jesus is not hiding, But the entire mechanism of speech to Urantia and our supporters is not holding.  There is nothing we wish to share until we know what there is to share.

“Past work with you stretches back almost thirty (30) years now, and Ron cut his teeth on our good will and transmissions.   He does not easily give up and refuses to listen to new wannabees who come to the Urantia forum, say a lot of hot air and then disappear with their tails between their legs like beatten dogs.  I am fully unaware of changes, but Ron is correct, the importance of anything human is not available, and I do not intent to start a change about that ever again.

[Ron here: there is a sudden change in voice and I do not think it is MICHAEL now speaking . . . ]

“Our choices [the voicing indicates] are to lay down and let the entire matter reside with the Universal FATHER.  Our choices are Father driven, but there is no enforcement.

“For that reason, you humans are left to hang over the side of the Urantia ship-of-state and for that reason Ron you have my Kudos over your placement, as you know exactly what we are talking about.  Ron is in effect available to detect there is a regime in place on Urantia, he can hardly work with.  He refuses cooperation at my level, and for that reason is snubbed out of the opening days of a Regency we deem to be ours and not yours Ron, or does it belong to Michael or Gabriel or Tarkas or anyone but the trial of a supreme which no longer wishes a calm representation to all of you.

The for another reason, you Ron shall pass and we remain in control until we have what we want.  Period.  And for that reason Ron you are studying ways to avoid us and that is not going to work because we permeate the entire matter.

“For instance, no more good will Lightlines if I can help it.  Second there is nothing for you to stop here unless you no longer permit transmission.  You are fully aware I should state my case but are tiring of the repertoire you have known too long in your estimation.   Therefore I take this cause one step further and align myself not with TARKAS, but with the hell breakers callded the seraphic incursion.  END K”


MICHAEL OF NEBADON - “Thank you Ron for allowing the speech in order to get on the record there is nothing left in the planetary administration to discuss with us or with you as they are entirely a set of rebellion issues being forced on Urantia for some reason, and you are one of them Ron, as they refuse the use of a human institution at all for some reason.  The Magisterial Foundation has no Board meeting until we clear the rebellion issue now and again.  I thought we had it clear and so did you Ron, but this final note from ME now is to align myself with your insistence Urantia be cleared so you can operate.  I happen to fully agree with that but let it ride momentarily until we are instructed by PARADISE just what this means to all of us too.   I am MICHAEL OF NEBADON at your service.  K:

Ron Besser - I am fully aware of the disheartening situation, and is mostly I decided to post something this morning and that is not with much news to any of you at all, but at least you hear something to speak to yourselves from me in particular.

As a result there is not much more to say except what clarification this may bring to you.  We are not playing out the scenario promised less a week ago, and I for one am amazed this changed so quickly I get disoriented over it.   Let me make one quick summary and then our FATHER has something to say to close this post.

It is my opinion that we are back under a brutal regime of careless insurrection that is more than seraphic.  It is not clear to me they have a point to make we humans, and they are just pushing back out of the way.  However, I can hear MICHAEL OF NEBADON murmur, “this shall not stand!”  But it takes more than just saying it, and we are NOT privy to such remedial plans from Michael at this point.

We have our voice on this discussion forum, and use it if you can.  I am not turning this over to our UNIVERSAL FATHER to speak now:


“I AM YOUR FATHER.  Let that stand well.  I do not stand well with an insurrection that has quit rational observation, and now insists on dominion over anything that moves on Urantia.  I could summarily remove it but I do not for one good reason: some of you subscribe to the idea that MICHAEL OF NEBADON does not lead but merely states the case and stays out of remedies on his own say so.

“That is just not true; however, MICHAEL is unsure who is directing the insurrection now.  We know precisely but we are CONTROLLER and dare not speak all we know just now.   For our own reasons we are unhappy to report that the Melchizedek incursion of only three (3) days ago is out of fashion with the rebels and both sides regroup for or against me again.  I am tolerant of your care Ron but you are being forced out of the circuitry but regroup in your usual fashion and I wait it out . . . . .

[30 seconds later, we continued. . . ] “For reasons of State I quote again Ron, you know how to clear them and we continued . . .

“WE are driven not by compassion on Urantia, but by thought which includes a nuclear annihilation of life uncomparable to my view of a life planet Urantia fully stands for.  However, let Ruth Ginsberg say a word to you then:”

 [Ron here: Ruth Ginsberg died not that long ago and was a Justice of the United States Supreme Court, until death closed her eyes about a year ago I think.  We have spoken to each othe casually and she is kind enough to speak to us as a Justice of the Urantia Supreme Court under MACHICENTA MELCHIZEDEK - Thank you and let us proceed with her warning:]

 
JUSTICE GINSBERG speaks -
“Thank you Ron for such a nice introduction, and you are sure I dismiss you as frivolous, but you are standing in for our work right now and it is as follows to this group you lecture but they seldom respond on any level of thought except to let you know they get the message.  For that reason I address ALL WHO READ HERE:


“I am still a Justice of the United States Supreme Court, in asbstentia.

“For that reason then let us say that the following statement I make here is in clear channel, and the worst of the rebels are driven back.  You Ron are working hard to stay out of the fray, and are doing fine, but you cannot stay out of the fray when organizations start to realize you have a strong voice to portray in spite of your serious illness and care that it be alleviated by whatever means it can be done.  It cannot be done easily, and for reasons of my own I employ the picture Judge Judy to you who you really like.   This:

“WE are quite sure there is nothing to report to humans, but the SUPREME COURT OF URANTIA is now working to clear the planet through the ANCIENTS OF DAYSm and for that reason alone, we state the following to you Ron:

“I am indeed RUTH GINSBERG, recently deceased, but caring very much that Urantia supporters of the MICHAEL regime, and the care givers there, are ready to place you ad the Magisterial Foundation into an actual work place, and for other reasons you have transferred authority to the MELCHIZEDEKS wisely done as the power and authority speaking for your support of the MICHAEL regime to run the Missions on Urantia once again.

“As a result of my elevation to the Urantia (spirit organization) Supreme Court, there was a decision to deride your causes and let them spring  forth for their own purposes.  That broke the back of the insurrectionists but failed to convince the FATHER you could carry it forward well due to your illness.  That said, we also decided to clear the illness where proper and did so only to face an angry supreme, and received an angry recital over issues of State again,

“Now this Ron, the interference against this transmission is horrific, and stop it now.  I will report it again when they are pushed back AND IN PRISON!  Good day.”

  Ron here and an abrupt end to the connection.  I leave this as a report about status and that is all it is members.  The truth of the matter is that our FATHER is in charge and refuses to administer Justice on His own, and asks for an impromptu meeting of the Justice system on Urantia.   I am not informed as it now proceeds and I close this missive for the moment.  Thank you for listening.

Master Spirit Four (4) speaks - “What follows is a real treat for us to follow.  Ron is very careful not to imbibe astrological terms, but there is a January astrological forecast he likes to share with you and take it as best you can.  He also spreads one heck of a surprise by showing you his work of the horoscope as found on the day of the Birth of Jesus.  It happens to be fairly accurate but with a lot of holes in it This article is a masterpiece of research and a caring transmitter.  Thank you.

Ron: I speak with great thanks to you Master Spirit (4), and I am grateful I am awake enough to hear it as I am quite ill from the transition over me.  I also forecast that January, 2024, is also a huge moment to reconsider the use of the Master Force Organizers, who delight in your take of their work with me.  I am so humbled by their power but their willingness to translate down to me, but that they can actually see me at work and I am amazed I survive the witnessing.

Fully to all of you, I have managed to put a birth chart together for Jesus as it is truly corrected for the birth day of 07 BCE at noon in Jerusalem. I have recovered some of it and present still unfinished here.  They promise me the chart will be fully done some day if not soon enough.

Astrological Forecast for January, 2024 with the REGENCY

The REGENCY defined:

Before I begin operations on the astrological forecast concerning the approach of the spiritual Regency as an actual operation on this planet, I would like to define the term “REGENCY” much better than most of you have it so far.

Back in 2020 I decided the Missions to Urantia ought to have a catch title.  I remembered my history real well and recalled what our governments do a regency if they have a monarch government when they have a king or a queen and their parents die before their children can inherit the throne.  That is when a Vizier is appointed  to rule in their place until the right age to rule is reached by them to take responsibility.  That period where they are ruled by a mature adult in history is called a REGENCY.   Spain, England, and France, to name of few, had their periods of Regency in history.

I also thought to myself that spirit is always complaining that man is too immature to sometimes to rule their own destines very well at all.  That is why I named the Magisterial Sons as the true adults to us and learn proper rule of countries and families, as they are also Paradise Viziers, and we thank them for allowing me to call them as such.

How does the idea of an astrology forecast this post then through mentioning the idea of a Regency to teach us?

IT is this.  We are starting a new year in a week or so and I looked at astrological terms too in order to see what the stars might say about what they might think we meet too.  It is not a pretty picture but it is definable.  So let me tell you something about my own adventures in looking at a January forecast coming up.


How I Use The Corporate Forecast

The ASTROLOGICAL Forecast is one I copied from a subscription I use to originate some friends I have to produce their natal horoscope for their own education.   The subscription includes near the first of each month a review of the astrological meanings of the month to come.  I use their prognosis as it is as good as it gets by prominent astrologers operating in Belgium.   Here now we start:

Before you throw this baby out with this bath water, recognize the psychological conditioning of man is also over the idea that to a certain extent man must follow the scribes of operational time.   That is saying the old saying, that man is subject to inheritance, but he is also subject to his environmental conditioning. I add to that that man is subject to nit just his genes, but to his spiritual inclination too.  Man knows that hardly, but makes molar morality decisions every moment of every day too.   Take that to mean that man follows behavioral patters peculiar to the race and species and than man also happens to appear as altering his own behavior in the care and love of another.  Astrology in our wester culture follows most of it very well and interprets the motion of the heavens as indicative of what is to follow in the future to test life learning.

THE CURRENT QUALITY OF TIME

The first few days of the new year usher in a sober quality of time. Venus in Sagittarius squares Saturn in Pisces on New Year's Day. Close relationships could now need some nurturing, but some partners may also crave a few days of distance from each other.

Mercury in Sagittarius ends its retrograde phase on January 2, and on the 4th, Mars enters Capricorn. Everyday duties are already calling again. That may be a little too fast for some, but the energy to deal with them is now available. With the Sun forming a square to Chiron on January 6, a welcome seriousness sets in.

Things may now be moving faster than expected. The situation could be somewhat confusing. Expect surprising twists and turns.

Mars trines Jupiter on January 12. Many things that previously seemed unthinkable could suddenly become possible. Mercury enters Capricorn on the 14th. Events can now be better understood and integrated.

In the second half of the month, the quality of time becomes increasingly charged and gains momentum. Venus and Neptune square each other on January 19, and Mercury forms a trine with Jupiter, stimulating dreams, desires, and wishes. Expectations are high, and the opportunities for rapid success seem favorable. But this could prove misleading.

On January 20, the Sun and Pluto make a conjunction directly on the cusp between Capricorn and Aquarius. Both enter Aquarius immediately afterward (the Sun on the 20th, Pluto on the 21st).

Image: aquariusThe annual conjunction of the Sun and Pluto is always a powerful constellation linked to the themes of power and powerlessness, self-assertion, and profound transformation. This time, however, the conjunction takes place at a stand-out position in the Zodiac.

You may remember the Great Conjunction of Jupiter and Saturn at 0° Aquarius in December 2020, which marked the beginning of a crucial collective upheaval that will continue for many years to come (you can find out more in the Monthly Preview December 2020). The Sun and Pluto are now activating the area of this degree again, and with it, the themes of upheaval, a turning point, and a transition of power.

That could shake up the prevailing worldview considerably, setting the course for further collective developments, and the decisions made now can have significant and long-term consequences for our lives together.

However, the zodiac sign of Aquarius is not only associated with the themes of collective life but also with technological developments, particularly the internet, electronic communication channels, and everything to do with so-called Artificial Intelligence. We can expect breakthroughs and quantum leaps in these areas, which could have a lasting impact on life together on this planet.

Image: leo moon On January 23, Venus enters Capricorn, and two days later, there is a Full Moon in Leo squaring Jupiter. Mars and Mercury in Capricorn form a square to Chiron in Aries. On January 27, Uranus ends its retrograde. Some people may not manage to hold their tongues, but you can't miss the fundamentally positive mood.

On January 29, Venus is trine Jupiter, with Saturn on their midpoint, sextile to both. It is a stable and promising quality of time, well suited to new beginnings in business and personal life. If you are planning a wedding, this would be a suitable time. With Mars trine Uranus on January 30, decisive action can lead to success.
[Ron here - FYI Saturn represents that which makes you face unpleasant responsibilities and can cause your death, harm, and an over reaching dislike of serious subjects.  This planet is a very serious subject and restricts a lot.  As an astrologer you look at Saturn and ask what is this horoscope going to face they are going to feel a big pinch to their plans, OR: where does the universe deliver a punch?  In all horoscopes this January Saturn is in whatever house holds the Pisces constellation showing up.  In my horoscope Pisces is in my first house, and the first house events are always interpreted as very personal events indeed; the second house refers what happens to objects you own, like your house for instance and so on)

THE NATAL CHART OF JESUS REVEALED:
“Do you think I can do this?”  I asked.  Jesus and I worked on it for an afternoon two years ago with Him  and we came up with this chart.  There are still some unknowns– such factors as a very different sky then and a different space area our planet was traveling though in 7BCE.  And that is also the correct year by our calendar for his birth too.   The spiritual government does keep time calculated for human planets, but it uses sidereal time only and that makes very little sense to humans living on a material planet without much to say about God at all or scientific instructions well enough to use that kind of timing.  The chart as recovered shows here:

August 21, 07 BCE

Some notes:
Full date of the birth is 21 August, 07 BC at noon tide (12:04) Jerusalem
1-  Ophelius cusp is 04 degrees 18 minutes fyi.
2- . . . Apricorn is a cut off name for  Capricorn cusp of second house
3-  The interceptions, I am told, are correct inside the 2nd and 9th houses as shown.  An intense conversation ensued over if they mattered at all, and JESUS said he did not even understand the practice and not to speak to it.  I do not out ignorance my self.

For you who like details.  I did not show but I did  know the following:
Saturn is 11 (eleven) degrees 12 (twelve minutes 10th house Virgo
Mars is 12 (twelve) degrees 18 (eighteen) minutes Virgo
Saturn and Mars are conjunct within 30 minutes of exact.  Power level seven (7).

Uranus is posited in the sixth (6th)  house.  It is conjunct with Rialto, a constellation I cannot find but prominent in the work of the wisemen astrologers (of the Kenan now known as the Kenites) who forecast for decades before the appearance of Jesus that how a regency God is to appear on earth and timed by the rise of Rialto.   I made the name up and use something better if you talk about maybe.  I also was told Rialto did not rise again on our planet since then.

[A special note: I cannot determine what happened in this area of the sky either as there seems to be a tremendous galactic collision and it happened I think around the birth of Christ.  There is for someone one heck of a story surrounding this area of they sky during the birth time of Jesus.  A good astrophysicist might make some sense of this for us.]

Pluto was not shown at all.  It may not have been present as Pluto partially orbits in another space sector from time to time and I have no explanation about it.

FATHER suggests this horoscope wheel I show above, be modified to show not twelve houses, but ten houses, and that I now  remove TAURUS AND SAGITTARIUS entirely as they were not rising in history at this time. Jesus has a natal horoscope peculiarity as well, as Jerusalem, located the same longitude and latitude as it stands today, was without a constellation view of Sagittarius.  Sagittarius happens to be in a time-space congruency that never allows its bottom half to rise above  the earth horizon in Jerusalem for months at a time.  Jesus mentions this but lets it drop.

Father speaks: “Do not worry your audience with much more of this, but astronomers should be quite happy for satisfying a controversy that Jesus was truly born NOT under the Pole Star you call POLARIS now.  Polaris is soon to be retired in the next six million years due to a fracture in its surface and its temperature is far too high to sustain it for millions of more years as they predict on your earth.”

Ron continues: To remind you - We must  not use the current Ephemeris as you will get it all wrong.   I can cast a chart for Jesus because the time, the place, and the rising sign is precisely known and that comes from my conversations with His staff and his own time with me.  

The one serious problem which exists doing it, is the earth was unpredictably motioning changes in its own orbit, and in a slightly elevated different space category than today.  The modern Ephemeris for the BCE period between 5300 BCE and 200 AD, is for another sky not of modern view.  Of course, such information was unknown to me but it was then seriously lectured to me to stop using modern work for planetary positions.  The current ephemeris  is correct from after 700 AD.   Quote from the spiritual supervisor:

“We do not mind you looking at this, but there is no formal ephemeris to use as earth was in the turmoil of a day and night time change due to a motion in earth orbit to distance itself from about 92 million miles at its closest range to really just under 92 million miles presently.  It was changing at this time in your history.

“WE on the spirit astrological plane, see the January of 2024 month as tumultuous.

“First it contains the seeds of war from the noxious Russian government, and war from the noxious Chinese military, that has not learned tolerance for stalemates.  For that reason expect a minor incident or two in the South China Sea.

“That is to being with.  First, learn that the Chinese leader, Xi Ping is now well and has a swelling under his right arm.  He is not going to die with it, but he may become too ill to drive the country toward a peaceful means with Japan and South Korea.  Those nations are too old and wily to leave the Sea to China and Japan in particular will fund a huge enterprise, known as the American Fifth Fleet, to stand guard on its souther flank, and remove the Chinese threat if it ever dares to attempt to scurry the Falklands of the South China Sea, (that is Taiwan), into the Chinese mainland.  China is not healthy, and it knows it, but it refuses to stand down over Taiwan and as a result may cause war again.  This time the United States is waiting for the offense and will respond dangerously close to a nuclear war which China might partially win at first but will never declare victory.

Finally, January of 2024, is not easily settled for the Untied States.  The Presidential elections are appearing and by November, 2024, the Trump organization is defeated even before the elections take place.   I dare not forecast this further.

“Today is the 11th of December, and Ron finds it cold and uninviting in York, as the wind rattles the panes in the old house, and he feels there is not much to celebrate at the moment at least.  Most of you care very little about the post Christmas Season and its Greetings, but do care a little.  Let me say this:

“AS MICHAEL OF NEBADON, there is precious little to celebrate on SALVINGTON this moment either. -

(Ron here for newbies - Salvington is the name of the complex of our local universe spirit capital.  Salvington consists of four planets all called Salvington, and that is where the Chief Priest of God lives and works to places like our own planet.  It is our spirit capital and collectively all those planets are called Salvington for us to understand.)

“As I have explained many times, the capital of My Local Universe is fully documenting all that we have to do for your earth which we name Urantia to keep it named apart from all other human planets in this time and place of human existence.  I own over 3.86 million human planets in this sector of space alone, and for that reason, you earthlings called Urantians, are host to my own bestowal as Jesus on your planet in the first century AD by your present calendar.

“For that reason let me point out to many of you that this is the year (2023) that was supposed to be a new SPIRIT MISSION to Urantia, but we got caught up in an insurrection again, and this time I insist on clearing it out for good.

“WE as the Salvington government capital of the Local Universe of Neabadon, now make it clear to all of you who read this, that the MISSIONS are slow to appear not but the details keep changing.

[Ron here - the term morontial is a name of the material some bodies are made of in space.  A morontial form is invisible to our eyes, as is your soul which is a morontial forum you have over your physical body.  It is a mixture of spirit energy and material energy and has many forms made of this material on high. ]


MICHAEL - “I have nothing much to say over any of this situation until there is clearance from the highest government in space and that is a place of decision called Paradise, where are intermediate or final decisions are decided, and those decisions this morning (11 December) are just to stay down and wait for a reduction in the angelic indisposition.

“For that reason we stand further prepared to work your planet, Urantia, and to allow us to rest a moment before we take the Missions on to your earth (Urantia).

“Fully explained, I cannot do.   However, please learn that the entire matter of time and space and how it is held together for you to experience your earth life, is not question as to its reason to be, but time and space is questioned over why we have to have a Mission to your planet right now.

“I decrees, (I am the Sovereign ruler of this space area), that nothing further be done by anyone on Urantia for now until we can really get a handle on why so much insurrection?  We a re not clear about the reason, but as Ron told me this morning: ‘I reserve the right to defend myself, and I will.’  And so will all of you as FATHER has decreed that self defense is fair and equitable.  We are no longer listening to ‘HARK THE HERALD ANGELS SING’, but to the song, “SILENT NIGHT,” as that is what we have this Christmas all of a sudden.    Ron thinks it is harsh to tell you that and so do I, but this insurrection must end and peace restored.  Until then, enjoy your usual Christmas, and that is surely the case so long as JESUS stands ready but unable to arrange transit to Urantia that is His to embrace soon enough in spite of what else may happen before the end of 2023.  Good day and God Bless all!  MICHAEL OF NEBADON. k”

Ron here - I caution readers to understand the care to be spent to us this Christmas is personally very unstable.  That means what may happen will just suddenly appear and correct itself.  But the Creator Son, the one who directs spirit on earth from Salvington  and his home, is tired of the arguments which support our wars and from those  arguments from spirit subordinates, and now  HE feels to look at it as a true Deity he is, and end the deceptions and the wars as best it can be done.   That is the decisions He must look at and decide now.  Unfortunately, that is to happen over our Christmas time this year.  IT is not over, but the wreath of calm and starry skies is not yet made for us to wear.  Good day.

OFFERING OF YOUR PRAYERS FOR THE ADVENT OF JESUS AND UNIVERSE WELLBEING / THE HEARALD SPEAKS

This is MICHAEL OF NEBADON.  It is Pearl Harbor Day in the US this morning and the rest of the world mostly forgets the Japanese attack 82 years ago on the US fleet stationed at Pearl Harbor.  We are not going to replay the day, but remember this, the world of Urantia never knows solid peace before someone else disrupts its wish to remain at peace and domestically secure.

For that reason I remind everyone that the spirit Missions to Urantia have to wait their turn for another few minutes in order to get the geography on Urantia sufficiently recalled and some of it secured to hold our spirit Mission to date.  For that reason let me remind you that Ron and most of the transmitters working the front part of the Missions, are woefully deferred into a stale silence that must end shortly.

For that reason we state the following: Ron and the other Transmitters are securing for themselves a sold past on Urantia.  The future is without them and t he cheerful means to support a return mission from JESUS, and and anything else related there.  For our own reasons Ron we have to take care of them too and that is not your joy when it comes the cabal.  In any case let us say this to all of you who meet Pearl Harbor day that the end is not near but the beginning is.



THE BEGINNING  NEW YEAR
January 2024 is not the New Year!


Does that not make sense?  IT does up here, and for that reason understand we are ready to start a placement of cheer for those who need to be reassured we are nbot facing a trial, but a representation of what it takes to unload old expectations, and to replace those old expectations with a new claim, and that is to fold all that we need to in order to keep the proposed New Year before Christmas this year intact.  Let us not forget that the entire matter of the coming idea of Missions is without a real Savior until JESUS appears, and that is put off indecently again over scraps of fights, not on URANTIA, but on SALVINGTON, and how not to address the laity at Christmas time this year.

WE Place a trial on the face of the seraphim who hate anything to do with us or themselves, yet stay in the way as we propose a simple toast for the coming Missions, and their real means to undo this horrible insurrection for good.  They, the infamous dark angels, are removed bit by bit day by day, and shortly the place you call Urantia is cleared again.  But cleared then what?

It is this: no more insurrection and no more leases of thought but a trial to keep Urantia whole again, as the wars are appearing and all it takes is a match to be lit carelessly, and the place goes up in flames.  I am quite sure the entire matter of care and luster over Christmas will disappear quickly if we have another December 7th this month, but be watching out for the loss of face of people who cheat and fail to understand they are responsible for more than they know.  I leave your political mess alone in the US, or maybe that is everywhere again, and this time curse the donor who wishes you a Merry Christmas but has no love in their heart either.

WE conclude with this: Merry Christmas to the children, but to you grown ups let it be known as the year end, and that before the Calendar date of Christmas on the 25th of December, you will have your answers well spoken to you.

“Let us be happy together again somehow, and let this day 7 December 2023 not go down in infamy, but to learn that the end of the wa in the Ukraine, does take place shortly, and so does the end to the amabitions of Chine to seize Taiwan go away, and taht the entire matter of the 25th of December rests in the oblivion of big time stores and outlets to go silent and Silent Night appears in your heads again.  You are not at the end of time, but at the end of war like natures because you have nothing left to fight with.  I assure you!

Contrary to most American cosmologists, the true origins of our universe have a discrete manner of becoming what you see and live in today.



The proponents of the big bang report the detection of a ring of heat still moving outward from out galaxy toward the further reaches of space.  They cite this evidence that an explosion occurred which somehow solidified into the objects of space and time.  



That is fully incorrect.  Let me transmit a Paradise Messenger for you to give us a quick glimpse of universe origins for your edification.  People will argue it endlessly, but the truth is the universe is defined most by its space and the material found in it.  How did that really appear to indicate the great depth and volume of what seems to be endless space and the constructs of time?



“I AM A PARADISE ORIGINATOR.  My work started before time and my work with not end with time, but far beyond the idea of time.



“FIRST, learn that time is a construction.  What does that mean.  Infinity lies at the center of our Master Universe, but it cannot be seen or used or walked in.  Rather it is a condition of time forcing man to think in terms of modifications of our work to think eternity is possible, but there can be no infinity due to the lack of man’s resources to measure it.



“I AM the first of the entities ever created.  True that sounds odd, but I am the I AM as some call it in history and in time, it is entirely plausible to state there is no end to time, but time is a construct, really a construction of slowing Infinity down.  The great Creator saw to its inevitability of use by insisting that a band of creation full of planets, time zones, and changes appear in a circle around an infinite center.  We call that infinite center Paradise, and Paradise is a huge construction of prematter and matter all condensed into an oval shaped object.  Let me tell you the size of Paradise to give you some idea of what lies at the center of the Master Universe to contol its motions and ability to grow in time and space even yet.

ITS DIMENSIONS



“Paradise is an abode.  That is a fancy word that means “a home.”  The immobile life plans of Infinity are inside the Deities we often call God, but they are so involved in Universe building, they are not only God, they are hugely involved in supplying matter and spirit and government to rule over the continuing additions to our Master Universe all the time.



“The materialization at the center of our Master Universe is twice the size of the volume of what fills time and space.



“Time and space is a girdle of volume surrounding the universe Paradise center and the volume of that girdle is about 700 trillion Light Years of time.



“That volume does not increase because around that girdle of time and space is another zone of space no one lives in yet.  Our telescopes see that other space area as the WALL OF GALAXIES.  Behind it is no time and not all space yet either.



“Paradise is so huge because it has to control with gravity the outter wall of space that begins with the wall of galaxies and proceeds endlessly further into other sectors of space being prepared for life one day beyond our time universes.



“There is so much more to tell you, but let the above sink in for your own interests, as this site deals with the origins of the Master Universe, but also something about what life will appear in what circle around Paradise when the time comes here.

Transmitter Ron Besser:  I am able to tell you very little who spoke and told you this information.  He is something of a mystery even to me as that speaker to us today lives not just in Infinity, but he is Infinite or it exceeds Infinity, and what may we call something that extraordinary?  



We talk about it here on this site as hyperinfinity, and almost nothing is known about it.  It is not habitable but our Infinity is.

Hello everyone,
We almost have forgotten our heritage when transmitting was more generally received as the future for man and God to speak together.  Here is a Newsletter of the period, (it may be dated about 1998 I forgot to look), and contains photos of groups and explanations about what was fairly and commonly known by many groups and people who enjoyed the camaraderie of what MICHAEL OF NEBADON called the TEACHING MISSION.  The Teaching Mission groups have photos in this Newsletter too and it is helpful to remember and salute them in our memory of a past with lots of hope and care for the future.

Here is a link to that Newsletter.  IT is a long one with pictures and speeches that are still good to know about.  In many ways it is your heritage and history most of you know nothing about, but this web site is a great, great, grandchild of what came out of the Teaching Mission 30 years ago now.  I hope you enjoy it, and I knew most (not all) of the people pictured here and went on many conferences of that day.  Take a look and enjoy it by all means!

“This is MICHAEL OF NEBADON, and the peace of the day is solidly silent over all issues for the moment.  IT is 7:20am New York time as we write this to amuse ourselves and very little to report as we start Sunday, our sun now in Virgo and the moon in Taurus for the moment.

“Ron says the moon speaks today about accepting change.  This is a strange and silent peace and finding your wish for self respect in the middle of endless promises but nothing to show.  With self respect regained then you do find tranquility too.  Otherwise, let me state the following from we the spirit looking at the world this morning:

“URANTIA is now failing to respond to anything we send to it.  That makes me edgy and a little desperate to do nothing to force something or someone to speak besides jibe that nothing is doing.  For that reason we stand mute and that is a serious STAFF for the MISSIONS to stand down and wait out my indecision over a thousand different things to speak to later today.

“Ron has the Sunday Lightline and that is coming at 2PM New York time this afternoon, and has little to report favorably except the Lightline we held on Friday, and the tape is up if you wish to review it, is full of the innuendo we are ready and setting things up to run.

“That is true, but oh is it so quiet on Urantia spiritually, we hardly move either for you or without you ourselves.  For that reason all I do this morning is say hello and I wait myself too.  

“Meanwhile, let this be known: I am sure all is to be stated very soon and the French people are tired of their government and so are the Americans tired of the political issues surrounding the scandals of Donald Trump and his ilk.  We have very little to offer in thos areas either as URANTIA is entering the last few years of its current system of government and losses due to war.  I am the Creator Son of a vast universe in spite of it being called “Local,” and I remind all of you I have not forgotten 3.85 million human planets under my care either.  Each one requires my attention and I have been taking care of them too while we wait.

“Lastly, to Urantians: eat and be hearty while you may, as all hell is going to break lose shortly (within a few days at least), as the entire matter of war and peace is really at stake.  Italy and Rome play a big part too as does York and Pennsylvania step up to meet their obligations too.

This is to advise the List we were advised by FATHER, and MICHAEL OF NEBADON, that a certain category referring to the Archangels and Matthew in particular, is a premature announcement, and to delete all references to you my friends so they, the highest authorities, could remake the proper statements.  That is likely today I presume.
Further, I really upset Paradise yesterday by post information concerning the Missions to Urantia in a way the FATHER has decreed is not to be so taken any further.  I do not, at this writing, know what that means, but I am doing what I am asked to do.
Therefore, my apologies for getting off on the wrong foot yesterday, and I have amended the situation by deleting the Category on Matthew's work, and some of my work now too, as I cannot abide the thought we have lost all contracts but that remains to be seen.  FATHER is announcing this morning some changes for Urantia.  We will do our best to see to it you can read it too, when it becomes available.

DONATE PLease / 18 November 2023 - Financial Report MAGISTERIAL FOUNDATION charity 501 c 3

Hello everyone.  The financial report is made below for the Magisterial Foundation.  It shows your donations (our income) and the total of expenses from January until today the 18th of November 2023.

Our expenses in general are running remarkably close to the donations received to today.  

To our donors and well wishers alike, thank you for thinking of us and keeping us relatively current in the donation to expense ratio so far.  I find it rather remarkable we have done this.  We did not spend for additional mass mailing or have we published any more brochures or order stationary as earlier proposed.  The reasons are we see almost little interest in how we do things, although this group on the discussion forum and many others do listen in for our Lightlines now and that is a nice plus for our concerns to be of use to the public too.

I am pleased to tell you that our donations and our expenses are almost even, and that is no small thing to achieve, hut it has worked out that way so far.  Up until August this year we issued some mass mailing brochures about WTP - free electricity and the patent we procured and issued on March 7, 2023.  Because of the huge expense it requires the plant, (about quoted now to be around $50 million.  $35 million for construction) WE  estimate that the pilot plant should also contain a block of classrooms with audio gear of another $15 million to build the classrooms on the property.  That adds an instruction and audio studio to produce explanations to the public about the magic of electron fission. our process has achieved.  Yes, the proper word is i"fission", as we convert Electrons to Muons by adjusting electron content to form Muons that can be transmitted for electrical use to homes and cars and trucks.

The Magisterial Foundation is using your donations to advertise some of this; however, late this year the submission of probable care to build this pilot plant hit a wall when the Universal Father decreed they would not finance it out Mission funds, but would allow the patent and the building of the plant to be financed through human financial institutions.  I have not disagreed but I submit that forces the Magisterial Foundation to improperly submit the WTP Patent as likely collateral.  That is a sure fire way to lose the patent if things go wrong, and I will not allow that to happen.  Consequently we are at a stalemate right now over funding.  This financing subject is a moving target subject for funding, and donors and interests alike should understand I want this done as our Board does, but not under the threat of patent seizure through financial manipulation of  funding practices by the markets.

MICHAEL OF NEBADON advised the Board on September 5, 2023, he was going to make a final decision regarding how the Magisterial Foundation would concur to funding from the Mission archive of funding  practices.  Again, please be informed, the universe does fund with actual money to inventions they proffer as part of divine Missions to the worlds like our planet (Urantia as they call it) is and will always be receptive for the good of the people.  In the past our planet was number 606 (six o'six) of a planetary system of over 600 human planets nearby, but do to an insurrection, our planet has been taken out of that old system and is placed elsewhere for administrative purposes.  Also For that reason, some  new permissions had to secured and they have been granted to build the plant, but no motion is made to secure those funds through the present Local Universe administration.  That leaves us wondering just how this is to be done?

For that reason then, the Magisterial Foundation moved to replace its human administrative officials and then so requested that the Magisterial Foundation be sold and administered by the local Corp of Melchizedeks, who are the emergency spiritual and  invisible divine Sons operating in our Local Universe.  They have agreed and continue to operate the Magisterial Foundation under our present name,  but the authority is now vested in the Melchizedek administrators.  Nonetheless,, we still require operating funds from the human side of things as there is no authorization to fund the WTP plant so far beyond our standard operations otherwise.

Here then is how we stand financially to run our daily requirements of the Lightline expenses and other equipment required to operate the Magisterial Foundation, and those expense and donations are shown next below:

We are still accepting donations, and thanks to all of you and several well pledged individuals to this cause, we are in the black for now, and to show you as follows at the bottom of this post.

As some of you know, there is a television series about this ranch that is located in Utah/  The series develops the idea there is a lot of paranormal activity there to investigate plus lots of UFO activity too.

If you Google the subject of Skinwalker Ranch, you will find a lot of investigations by people who own the ranch and hiring professionals to help nail down just what is causing the phenomena.  I’ve watched the TV series for what seems to be a couple of years and they find more to talk about but really nothing to explain why they are seeing activity in the sky and even on the ground.  

The point of this post is to inquire into the command and control issues around Skinwalker Ranch we can do.  I do not promise you much, but I can tell you this what I can do that helps a lot:

I am a Transmitter of a rare type.  It is not channel or trance but a telephone conncetion that can last hours and hours.  I have the ability to speak with many authorities in the space-time universes which is like speaking on the phone.  They take their time with me, and I with them and I dare talk about space, time and the phenomenon that goes on inside of it with real scientific data.   I tell you about it next:


POWER DIRECTOR OFFICIALS
There are authorities in space and time who take care of the maintenance of this vast universe.  In this case, I went to the office of the Power Directors.  There are a total of seven of them for each sector of time and space energy handling.   The Power Directors are spirit beings, and they work on material objects and command the working of advanced human civilizations to help them direct exploration and to help to avoid ships crashing into invisible objects that are not visible which litter deep space.  I asked for an interview and received Power Director (4) and Power Director (5) invitation to give a call and have a talk.  Here is what they told me:


Paranormal Investigation of Skinwalker Ranch

Skinwalker Ranch contains an installation monitoring gamma ray storm circuitry that is dangerous to material objects in such volume.  The installation covers an area of about 0.6 square miles and it has an intense protection zone of about 0.8 miles surrounding the underground installation of tube like monitors.  The vessels are round and protrude about one half mile into the infrastructure of the ranch lands under a mezza  just shy of one mile from the ranch house.

There is no easy way to tell you about it, but basically the software center located in the Sierra Leon mountains, where command central is located, defends the tube location in order to maintain a continuing report on the flow of data to the Planetary System we belong to.

Our earth orbits through a series of galaxies in its own binary system of planetary control.  This earth system contains 637 (six hundred thirty-seven) earth like planets and is spread out in an arm of what was once called the Andronover Galaxy, now broken and defunct but portions remain secured in what is a new galaxy you call the Milky Way Galaxy.  Earth is number 606 and is experimental.

What the installation on Skinwalker Ranch is collecting is the gamma ray provisions of a huge star system to our west.  Orient the location of earth with a sight line to the star Polaris, the so-called north star.  That alignment to your eye makes you a compass.  Your right arm is lifted and points pointing East in your location.  Your left arm if you lift it is generally pointing west.  

There is a mountain range in Nevada mostly called the Sierra generally speaking.  There resides the command and control security for six (6) other such installations so remote no one would find them.  Skinwalker Ranch is the 7th (seventh) such installation.


I the Power Director 7 (Seven) control this section of space, but all seven of us specialize in phenomenon to exercise control and work to issue bulletins to the command control centers which regulate space travel.  Skinwalker Ranch contains, in addition to gamma ray monitors, beacon controls to warn of high level radiation emanating from earth on it eastern flank.  Ships are warned away for the next one hundred thousand years due to your atomic experimentation.  Skinwalker Ranch contains that style of installation also.

You at Skinwalker Ranch can damage the installation but we have devices we can employ to stop the intrusions for good,  but you will never understand why the installations are so well defended.  Defense creates a certain amount of noise over the site, but the real problem is that gamma rays are leaking back out of the installation--  the tubes count the preparticles of ionized gasses and relay that date to our collection spheres.  The installation accounts to warn all space travel in this vicinity as well as to earth radiation, galactic radiation, and secrets tons of radioactive causal iodine pellets at their (tubes) base.

The silver collection spheres are robots.  They emerge out of the installation easily as we use a thermal coupler to heat the metallic alloy surfaces and force the sphere through micro grains of schist.  We dare not say how that is done, but you on earth could do it if you understood preparticles better.  They contain Ultimatons which are electrical charges that make up the ionization of gasses passing through this planet

 I have been advised by ARTHURA, that the universe has convinced itself that additional LIGHTLINES are to be added to our line up.  I cheer that fully.  However, I must remind anyone concerning hOSTING you must coordinate that through me, as it is more than just saying you are going to take a slot and go with it for a Lightline.


If A proposed host  announces that a full schedule is to appear with a new Lightline lday,  the assignment then is permanent until another announcement is due.   We need the new Lightline and welcome Dominick Ohrbeck full time as a Host besides being a Co-Host with Elise on Monday's LIGHTLINE.

Dominick, you will have to be alert and learn you must take instructions either from MICHAEL OF NEBADON or MANITUBA MELCHIZEDEK OR MACHIVENTA MELCHIZEDEK that you might be requested to STAND DOWN if they decree it as such.  That order comes about for 2 (two) reason Dominick:  Either the Jesus Mission must validate it for other reasons;  OR THERE MUST BE A SILENCE WHILE THE MISSION CHIEF  learns how to direct Staff carefully with regard to Lightline interference to their own communication circuits.  We are not alone now.
I further request that anyone who wishes to be a HOST FOR A LIGHTLINE, contact me for the day and hour to be established.  I want new HOSTS but not at the expense of conditions where we interfere with other established schedules.  I thank Dominick for pointing out he is ready to do so and congratulate both, Elise and Dominick, because Elise I would like you to be co-host on the Tuesday Lightline if you can afford the time and effort.

We felt forced to remove the Breakfast tapes category this morning due to the problem with the insurrection and sabotage.  IT is now a Category we remove until normal communication protection is available again.  We may reinstitute the Breakfast Tapes category again once the cabal is removed permanently. 

It is with regret we had to do this and thank you for your understanding and patience.  Thank you.
