The Creation of Adam

Hello, The Creation of Adam  painted by Michelangelo (1508–1512) on the Sistine Chapel's ceiling, seems to symbolize some points.

In the below picture, the purple cloak surrounding celestial existences looks like a cerebrum of brain while the green scarf resembles brain stem beneath.


Furthermore, in the picture illustrated below, the three major figures who are of adult while others are of child, make the Trinity of God the Father, God the Son and God the Spirit.


Then, did Michelangelo think the God the Spirit as a feminine God?.. We don't know.
