Thank you, Ron. It's this: there are now 18 people in this audience. We expect a few more, as they are just realizing this is Sunday and that there is a Light Line at two. For that reason, Ron, I want it to be understood that it was sheer hell for you this morning, you could hardly get awake. For reasons they had to sedate it and also that the pain erupted tremendously. You decided that more or less, it had to be called as to your life and as to other reasons of state, not to bother with this Light Line if you could get to the computer and advise people you weren't going to hold it. That brought the international Father. And let's call him that for the countries in Urantia, that do listen. For reasons of state, we must announce that the Light Line for Sunday may be held by someone else. We haven't really declared who. The reason it might happen is that Ron initiated the Light Lines in order that all of you could maintain some interest in what we thought should be done on Urantia. Well, what should be done on Urantia is not entirely the Regency any longer. Ron fully supports the Regency and says that it is essential to press back the evolutionary demands made by the powers on Urantia since the bestowal of Christ. He says that the civilization, you now are entertaining all the time, is now so well in place it needs to be broken down, not merely lectured to. For that reason, Ron says it needs to be an authoritative Regency and not one where you use the views of the church or the state. We happen to agree with that. But the Universal Father says if you force a planet, like Urantia, to behave in accordance with the requirements of the regime of spirit, you break the spirit of man and he no longer invents sufficiently to change his governments and his ways. For that reason, then, Ron is not overruled but the Regency is resubmitted for application to you on Urantia and your governments. Starting today the Regency is no longer proposed just for the United States government. What will be proposed is a Regency for the European Union, the Middle East, the United States, Canada, and any of the South American democracies that can afford it. China, Russia, and certain South East interests are no longer included and must obey what is performed by those governments of the EU, United States, and more or less Western civilization. Western civilization is partially and I mean partially built on the bestowal of Christ (in the first century A.D. = two millennia ago).

This is Father, thank you. We know your attitude, Ron, thank you. Fully to those who are now listening, which are 24. Thank you for joining what is promising to be a raucous Light Line. First of all Ron, you are to continue Light Lines as long as you live. That seems to be barely conditioning, to know if that's possible tomorrow. Today you took it as well as you could. You are going to be protected. But we can't stop the intrusion of enemies. The truth of the matter is that Paradise considers the insubordination of the seraphim of what is primary supreme seraphim as conditional upon their death if they promise to stay on the line no longer. You are no longer welcome as part of the Master Universe. You are removed.
And finally, this Ron, you and Steven Gitz had a wonderful conversation before this Light Line started on the auspices of God the supreme and what led to the suicide. There is a table you put up last, well I think it was yesterday, in which you showed the steps of the insurrection, as it became noticeable to you in 2019. It is an amazing document, as it shows the individual steps we had forgotten that led to the removal of the supreme from Urantia and Nebadon. For those of you who do not understand this, you're just too late. God the supreme is to use Ron's term, dead. The Deity no longer exists. It blew itself up through a use of energy you are not familiar with. It blew a hole in its headquarters planet. The planet still is in the Havona Third Circuit. You can pass it by and view it's hollow, with its mantle partially covering the void. We've left it in place so everyone can see the violence. Ron did not mention in that table the explosions on Uversa and the attempt by the supreme on Uversa to destroy portions of Uversa. It is left unrepaired. There were also terminations on Edentia and even on Salvington. We have tried to rebuild what we need to but the advocacy of supremacy is over. You are no longer working with supreme adjusters or supreme destinies. You are now working with destinies unnamed. Time will continue. But there is no use for time if we cannot correct its purpose and that is to gently teach and promote perfection. If it is destroyed, the idea of ultimacy is not predicated on those steps so much, but is predicated on that time existed and that it must do with what time left it to promote as a second universe age. That is not contemplated for over a trillion Urantia years.

But there are hard factors in the cabal that will never relent sufficiently to keep you out of choking. For reasons of state, we are directing the Ancients of Days to promote the abolition of anything that is of the supreme regency of time in any factor left including entities and programs or agencies.

Although supreme was over them as well it had not so fully adjudicated itself because, and don't forget this, Superuniverse Seven, Orvonton which you are part of speaks for the supreme. The truth of the matter is Ron you can never remember which is right. Truly, and you say in the morontial; that is the truth. I have no memory. The truth of the matter is the memories will be replenished, Ron. You cannot operate all of these considerations without memory. We thought we were done with it but we're not. For reasons of state Ron, you will enjoy the production of WTP and the Chronicles insofar as they may be allowed under the new Regency which is no longer to be used. We're going to use the word Regency but people, this is Master Spirit Seven. I am as ensured that it will work as you are but we don't know the design of it because it is brand new as of this past week. The Regency as proposed in 2013 is no longer the one we're using. The Regency as proposed new, perhaps we should call it Regency II, Roman numeral two, let's do that, to keep it apart. Regency II now does not address the government directly. It addresses the people through the use of mass media, revelation, and the totality of respect Ron holds to place a new service to them. We never dreamed that Ron would be successful in producing an agency that could promote an epochal revelation on its own. The establishment of a new way to electrify is Epochal Revelation. Regency II will report it as such. Ron will use it as such and as a result, will be funded as such. Now this: as a result, the health of Ron has taken a nosedive. Regency I promoted him. Regency II doesn't know him.
Michael of Nebadon visited Ron this morning and enjoyed the impact of his personality, which is always bubbling with new ideas and care. He is now aware that the Magisterial Foundation is not only part of the Melchizedek rulership, but that Michael of Nebadon assumes the head for direction to the Melchizedeks if they need it. Otherwise, I do not inform. Now this: to you Machiventa Melchizedek. I now place upon your shoulders, the need for the planetary government and the Magisterial Foundation to join together at the hip so that you are one with each other in the recommendation of how to use power on Urantia. For that reason, the technologies to do that will be made available through the technical auspices of the Rayson Corporation and the Rayson Electric Company. Both are viable corporations already and operate on their own. For reasons of state to you, Dominick, you need to dust off those proposed website redesigns and confer mightily with Ron to show how they should appear. He knows the public tastes a little bit better than your technicalities allow. For that reason learn to produce the Rayson Corporation and the Magisterial Foundation website as well as you can produce in accordance with the desires of the Magisterial Sons who are fully involved and will be visible shortly. Finally this: this Light Line may be a little longer than usual. I have got something important to tell you. First of all, Ron needs alliances. He doesn't mean between you as individuals. He means as agencies. The Fellowship is an agency. So is the Foundation. So is the college, an agency, but they are not satisfactory, they don't work. We need Urantia Book interests that have formed agencies to join with the Magisterial Foundation in promoting what changes are coming. That's all he wants them for. And for what you will enjoy a partnership with. For that reason, the one called the Unity, headed in Israel is a primary concern to do some of this work. They received bulletin 50 and cannot decide what to do about it. You are not working well in your minds. Please take it that if you don't do it, you fall by the wayside. And for the so-called UAI. You have made one error after another and you are about to be foreclosed. We leave it at that. And for other agencies that are adamantly against producing new revelation understand, the Fifth Epochal Revelation is withdrawn. There are too many errors. Ron has a chart of what particular papers are the worst. There are half again as many that have errors in them but not so bad you need not read them. And for reasons of state Ron, you are to promote bulletin 50 to the rest of the group here. If they are awake enough to read it they will learn, as they should, the circumstances you're dealing with. Post it when you're ready. There is a need for Bulletin 51 but not yet Ron.

Yes. I am the Chief Justice. Thank you. And for reasons of state, Ron Manituba is of the court system too. He is the chairman of the board of the Magisterial Foundation, people. It is not Ron's organization. It belongs to the Mechizedeks. As a result, we rule it. We rule projects one and two. Project one is the placement of WTP to electrify the Susquehanna Valley. And number two is project two, which is and are the Chronicles of the Life of Jesus Christ, on Urantia in the second bestowal, it is not changed. And finally this to the cabal which is hanging on by their claws: you are no longer required ever, near this individual or my care. The entire case with you Dominick, that you lead with your secondary authority, certain aspects of what the Magisterial Foundation must do under Ron's direction. You work beautifully together and it must continue until we are done setting it up. It's not that the rest of the board is excluded. You are distant, that's all. And finally this to you, Ron: your eyesight is deteriorating rapidly and your ability to breathe is being taken away slowly. You fold the entire idea as the end of your life. No longer. We have done this over and over. They are tired of hearing it. You are tired of hearing it. But it must be stated. There is no removal of you, Ron, so long as we employ the Magisterial Foundation as part of the security of the life and times of Christ.
And finally, this to the rest of you: Ron is fully aware of many things you are not. You're not ready for them. And for that reason, he lets it go because it would be not from you particularly, but there is a side group of audience that hears it and complains vociferously to Ron that he is a lying agent. Not so. He could care less. They don't belong with you. In any case, please let it be known that I Machiventa Melchizedek, Manituba Melchizedek, Mantutia Melchizedek, and five others I dare not name just yet that are fully responsible for being seen, with the exception of Machiventa, in place as governors of your territories. We will not tolerate insubordination. If you think you support the Fifth Epochal Revelation, then you support its iteration of change to meet changing circumstances. We believe you are loyal. But let the mind know there are changes you must accept anew as brand new Epochal Revelation that is not necessarily in continuity with the proposal of the Sadler commission. Now that that has been fully stated, let me state one other thing. Here is Dr. William S. Sadler.

Greetings everyone. You never knew me at 533 Diversity Parkway, Chicago, Illinois. That's my mansion and the place where I was a doctor, along with my doctor wife, Lena. Lena, and I, William S. Sadler sat down and became the commission for the Fifth Epochal Revelation. We no longer receive it as the Fifth. We now receive it as the Sixth under my auspices on the Fourth Mansion World. We are now far enough along to discriminate between what we intended to leave and what we are now getting. What we are now getting is a simple corporation that wishes to perpetuate itself in authority. I never spoke to the first Urantia Foundation, as needing authority. We are inherently the producers of the Fifth Epochal Revelation and need no further explanation.
The legalities and the temptations of the Urantia Foundation to this point, are too much to maintain it as a representative of my original concerns, as to what and to whom we address the Fifth Epochal Revelation as a saving grace to humanity. Don't forget, I was a doctor in a tuberculosis hospital in California, from 1905 to 1910. There I was part of the Church founded by Ellen Gould White. It is an honorable church yet today as the Seventh Day Adventists and for that reason, they must be honored yet for producing several individuals that made the Fifth Epochal Revelation possible. My dear wife, Lena, my son, William S. Sadler Jr., and the Kellogg's, Emma., and I can't think of his other name right now. But both of them, all of them, join with me in order to make sure that there is a smooth transition from the Urantia Foundation to the Magisterial Foundation, however they want to use it in proposal to the Sixth Ephocal Revelation revelation edition. I am fully commending Ron for being able to wade through my own transmission.
I sat at my desk and chewed these things over for over two decades trying to get an understanding with Archangel Ryan, who is the one who established the commission known as the Sadler Commission. That Archangel is present with Ron today, as he is particularly experienced in how a revelation is to be produced. Ron is conversant with Ryan, and is conversant with staff. He knows what he's doing. For reasons of state, he has included Dominick to be personally present in what is now a commission. For that reason, Dominick in particular, formulates the essential command of humanity, their purposes and care, to produce the Sixth Epochal Revelation. They are not to assemble it, but to publish it.
Ron has the technical capacity to put it together and get it published. So does Dominick and the board if they are willing to participate. You have been asked to come to York, Steven. Prepare, come as you can. Don't force it. Elise, if you come to York, you will be used as the Secretary to command the phone and meet those who enter the Magisterial Foundation for business. Your training will be for several years and you will always hold and maintain the secretarial position unless or until you wish to return to the EU and the Netherlands. Your husband is of no concern to us. And thank you, Elise, for listening. And now this: the one people call Raz, which is Roger zum Felde, you are fully welcome to achieve all that you can as the archivist, Ron needs that badly done. You need to do it well. It is the history that historians will use to put together the events that led to the Magisterial Foundation and its presentation of Regency II. For that reason, proceed carefully and fully. Thank you. Either do we Ron. The truth of the matter is you're always entertainment. And for that reason, Ron, we say this to the group as well. The entire administration, through which you have come up through this Light Line, through the discussion forum, and through individual emails is not concluded. Ron is asked to maintain it. But we are forever at odds on how to adjust it to his schedule. He considers it his duty to take care of it on Sunday, he sees to others when they run into what you might call availability schedules. He fills it in so that there is always a full Light Line to produce. That will continue Ron as you need to. However, to you Dominick: more and more, you are going to have to understand that you need to fill in where Ron can not. For reasons of state the entire rest of this month, Ron will be available for the Sunday Light Line. But for other reasons of state, more and more, you will have to start filling in in order to have a transmitter. We do not know quite how Regency II is going to affect schedules. You're gonna have to play it by ear more or less. Now, the entire issue.

The entire issue must be considered this way. The concern that all of you have to continue in this, what you might call regime of change has to be settled. If you stick with the discussion forum as it's formed right now, you will be informed. We are going to make other programs available through transmissions. We are not promising you any information. But Ron will be part of that. It is not unlikely that we buy a broadcast studio, maybe an FM station to produce programs that inform the population through transmission just exactly what is happening. That has a huge opportunity to inform, but also a huge opportunity for mischief. We're not quite ready to do that. And finally this: the entire matter over which we are to produce any information will remain primarily with the Light Lines, so long as they adhere to schedules, and that Ron is here on the planet. If Ron leaves, the entire probability of transmissions is reduced. And finally this: we're going to give you a Q&A.

Well, Jose, you have, but you tend to dismiss it because of the daily news that churns out of more complications. The Second Return as far as to its exact status is not to be spoken to, until we know what the specific details are. One moment.

Yes, it is. The usual curmudgeon. And this to you Jose, reduce your fire for the Second Return. I am for everybody, not just your mother. You can smile. I know her concern. I know she listens carefully. This was to be finished over a year ago but you can thank the cabal and the essential problem of supremacy for getting in My way and tangling My feet. I must work it out as best I can through the hollows left to me of the spaghetti-like confusions the supreme has introduced. I am returning. I am returning, but I am not coming in the fashion described in Regency I. Regency II has a new plan. It's up to Ron to promulgate it when I'm ready to say something. I don't think it's soon. I don't know what I mean by that. Understand that too, Jose. The truth of the matter is you and a few others live to see what I may do and it is too difficult for me to keep you informed individually. The Return is on. If I am not there by the time your mother expires then she will see Me on the mansion worlds. Guaranteed. That is also My Return folks. I haven't advertised it. But Ron is in contact with certain groups I must visit. One group is headed by a woman named Marian Rowley, who was the secretary to the Urantia Foundation for decades. When you called it she answered the phone. She answered your questions. She is now on the mansion worlds. And those early forumites are now part of the group that has discovered the joys of meeting Ron.

Yes. Ron. Now this: he also has a group of former Popes. Benedict the eighth who died recently is among the few who were open to hearing Ron. As a matter of fact, when the Pope died, Ron was contacted and asked, what path am I on? And Ron explained how to get to the mansion worlds. Benedict the 8th is not the same because of it. He thought it was an angel.

In any case, the truth of the matter is, Ron is aware of those who pass when Michael addresses that they may speak to a human who knows the way. He knows the way but he will not have to wait for finding the white light. Which is true when you go over. If you're on the path you have popped out of your body and are ready to find your way through to the seraphim to the mansion worlds. There will always be a light off your left shoulder wherever you stand. Follow it, it takes you to the garden where the seraphim is waiting to take you to the mansion worlds. They will speak with you. You get in the seraphic cover and off you go for arrival. Don't be afraid of it. Just follow the light. It'll get you there.

I am Benedict the Eighth. I was Pope until recently. For reasons of state, I am sequestered to my own group on the mansion worlds. Pope John the 23rd is with me, as are several other popes of astounding knowledge about spirit. The truth of the matter is until Ron was allowed to speak to us did we understand that there was an Epochal Revelation on Urantia that outdid the Vatican 1000 to one. Why can't we assimilate it? They have a copy. I don't know. Ron says it's like teaching moles; until they are awake they do not realize what they have. What's in their home, they could use and don't. I am Benedict the eighth and I speak directly to all of you. You are my children too. I was Pope. We are a universal church. In spite of our theocracy. Peter founded the church in memoriam to Jesus. For that reason, I pause. We forget that. I would be a different Pope if I knew that. But we forget.
The truth of the matter is Ron and Peter talked about how one day they walked into the meadow in Rome, wanted to stake out where the church would go in the meadow, and had to go to seek permission for the land from the Emperor. They marched up to the palace and got an interview with his wife, it was early morning. She says, show me where you want it. The retinue of the Empress followed Paul and John Mark to where they wanted to put the church. Peter picked up a rock, had a little peg in his hand, and said this is where the corner goes may I strike it into the ground Highness. Well, she said, that's what I'm here for. Show me where you want this building. And Peter put the peg into the ground. The Empress started to laugh and she said; oh my, now I remember. That's right on top of a dead hippopotamus. The poor thing died last week in the circus. That's where we buried him. Peter says dust to dust. I have no need of that past. This is my memoriam to Christ, to Jesus. My love.

I want you to know I met Peter that day along with John Mark. John was holding his neck to the side just slightly. They slept under the open sky before they came to see me. John Mark tried to put his head on a rock and paid the price. Peter just curled up and tucked his head on his arm that saved him. They came to see me about 8:30 a.m. in your time. I was just getting ready to sit on the throne when those who serve me advised me two ruffians were about to see me. I said by all means let me start my day with services. They came to me and explained they wished to take a piece of land to build a temple. I said to whom? They said to Jesus Christ. I said who is this? I know not the gods. Peter said He is no God as you know him. But as you will, He is your Savior. He is real. I wish to memorialize him of his life in Jerusalem. She said yes, I've heard my husband discuss the rigamarole that he created. Pontius Pilate is still an issue with us. What do you want? To build a place of worship. Oh, all right. But let me see where you want to put it. We have use for that land ourselves.
Peter and John Mark led the Empress in her chair being carried by her servants, followed by 20 equestrian guards, followed by what was then passed for a historian; not Justinus, but one who has disappeared from history because he got to be a drunk and everything he wrote burned. Finally this: we arrived in the meadow not that far from the palace. It is what we call as you know it today, the Vatican. Why we called it the Vatican is because it had a small stream running down the middle of it, which was depressed between two hills. If you look to the west, on the right side, further back was the palace. If you look to the left, higher up the hill and behind it was a circus Stadium. The hippopotamus died there in a fire. If you turned around and looked to the east, Peter led us to the corner of the temple. He handed it and banded it and stuck it into the ground. And I was shocked that it might hit the dead hippo. I squealed. I laughed. I like oh, don't do that. That's a dead hippopotamus just buried. Why he chose that scuffed-up ground, I don't know. But he did. It became the southeast corner of the original Vatican which still exists in a little pathway to the left of the grand concourse you see the pope appear above in the window.

Thank you, Ron. I am just I just want to add that we heard on this Light Line, that now it's going to be different for the Regency to include different nations and the European Union. So that means it's not completely counted out. It is just a new way of view viewing Regency. Is that because the contact with the United States government, the attempt that we have made to contact somebody in our government failed?

I'm not quite sure of your question, Valerie. But the United States government is not the only recipient. But it will have to start here, primarily because the Regency begins in the United States with the Magisterial Foundation, and its Epochal Revelation, not only of wireless electricity but also eventually a written textbook called the Sixth Epochal Revelation. Does that answer any of your question?

Yes, I understand that. But we were told that now, it's not to the United States but to the nations instead. Is that because the contact which attempted to be made was not successful with the United States government because I remember hearing that in another Light Line (in) past weeks. That the person was contacted and he was just brushing it off.

But we have to make it later until the United States understands it is the place of the headquarters for the missions. Insofar as I know.

Thank you very much, Ron. I have been wondering if you have any plans for creating a working model miniaturized or somehow smaller to make sure that WTP works like it is intended to. I have some concerns about the receiving antennas and the mechanisms for getting it into the homes and places cars and where it needs to go. And I would imagine there could be a number of unexpected problems arising from not having seen how this works in real life. So I was wondering if you have plans for putting out a small version of WTP and the receiving antenna.

Carol, I smile. We tried to do that. And we wound up with me shocking my tablecloth with brown spots. That is as far as we decided to take it. We cannot miniaturize the process. We don't have command of preparticles on a very small scale it takes to produce a model. We wanted to very badly to show it works. But we can't do it because it's too small. We wind up with very unhappy electrons feeding back into the table I should add and I've put a brown smudge on my tablecloth. At least the device was working to produce electricity, but not the way we designed it. It's too small. I will work on that. I agree with you it is needed. But I don't know how to do that. I am going to have to need the expertise of materialized Material Sons, or at least Magisterial Sons, to show me how to build a model that allows the use of muons. The big plant can easily and the antenna that connects to your electrical connections, Carol is directly to the wire that connects it with your meter on the outside. Those cables are connected to by the antenna. And it can only be directed to the electrical hardware in your cellar, or wherever you keep it. It's entirely safe. Where it can become a problem is if you have a lot of electrical storms in the area, and it strikes your antenna. Then it may be turned off. I don't quite know what we're dealing with there and it's never been spoken to. We have never received a lecture on it. I hope that helps your question. It doesn't answer it fully. Go ahead.

Thank you, Ron. It's this: there are now 18 people in this audience. We expect a few more, as they are just realizing this is Sunday and that there is a Light Line at two. For that reason, Ron, I want it to be understood that it was sheer hell for you this morning, you could hardly get awake. For reasons they had to sedate it and also that the pain erupted tremendously. You decided that more or less, it had to be called as to your life and as to other reasons of state, not to bother with this Light Line if you could get to the computer and advise people you weren't going to hold it. That brought the international Father. And let's call him that for the countries in Urantia, that do listen. For reasons of state, we must announce that the Light Line for Sunday may be held by someone else. We haven't really declared who. The reason it might happen is that Ron initiated the Light Lines in order that all of you could maintain some interest in what we thought should be done on Urantia. Well, what should be done on Urantia is not entirely the Regency any longer. Ron fully supports the Regency and says that it is essential to press back the evolutionary demands made by the powers on Urantia since the bestowal of Christ. He says that the civilization, you now are entertaining all the time, is now so well in place it needs to be broken down, not merely lectured to. For that reason, Ron says it needs to be an authoritative Regency and not one where you use the views of the church or the state. We happen to agree with that. But the Universal Father says if you force a planet, like Urantia, to behave in accordance with the requirements of the regime of spirit, you break the spirit of man and he no longer invents sufficiently to change his governments and his ways. For that reason, then, Ron is not overruled but the Regency is resubmitted for application to you on Urantia and your governments. Starting today the Regency is no longer proposed just for the United States government. What will be proposed is a Regency for the European Union, the Middle East, the United States, Canada, and any of the South American democracies that can afford it. China, Russia, and certain South East interests are no longer included and must obey what is performed by those governments of the EU, United States, and more or less Western civilization. Western civilization is partially and I mean partially built on the bestowal of Christ (in the first century A.D. = two millennia ago).

This is Father, thank you. We know your attitude, Ron, thank you. Fully to those who are now listening, which are 24. Thank you for joining what is promising to be a raucous Light Line. First of all Ron, you are to continue Light Lines as long as you live. That seems to be barely conditioning, to know if that's possible tomorrow. Today you took it as well as you could. You are going to be protected. But we can't stop the intrusion of enemies. The truth of the matter is that Paradise considers the insubordination of the seraphim of what is primary supreme seraphim as conditional upon their death if they promise to stay on the line no longer. You are no longer welcome as part of the Master Universe. You are removed.
And finally, this Ron, you and Steven Gitz had a wonderful conversation before this Light Line started on the auspices of God the supreme and what led to the suicide. There is a table you put up last, well I think it was yesterday, in which you showed the steps of the insurrection, as it became noticeable to you in 2019. It is an amazing document, as it shows the individual steps we had forgotten that led to the removal of the supreme from Urantia and Nebadon. For those of you who do not understand this, you're just too late. God the supreme is to use Ron's term, dead. The Deity no longer exists. It blew itself up through a use of energy you are not familiar with. It blew a hole in its headquarters planet. The planet still is in the Havona Third Circuit. You can pass it by and view it's hollow, with its mantle partially covering the void. We've left it in place so everyone can see the violence. Ron did not mention in that table the explosions on Uversa and the attempt by the supreme on Uversa to destroy portions of Uversa. It is left unrepaired. There were also terminations on Edentia and even on Salvington. We have tried to rebuild what we need to but the advocacy of supremacy is over. You are no longer working with supreme adjusters or supreme destinies. You are now working with destinies unnamed. Time will continue. But there is no use for time if we cannot correct its purpose and that is to gently teach and promote perfection. If it is destroyed, the idea of ultimacy is not predicated on those steps so much, but is predicated on that time existed and that it must do with what time left it to promote as a second universe age. That is not contemplated for over a trillion Urantia years.

The truth of the matter is Ron you can never remember which is right. Truly, and you say in the morontial; that is the truth. I have no memory. The truth of the matter is the memories will be replenished, Ron. You cannot operate all of these considerations without memory. We thought we were done with it but we're not. For reasons of state Ron, you will enjoy the production of WTP and the Chronicles insofar as they may be allowed under the new Regency which is no longer to be used. We're going to use the word Regency but people, this is Master Spirit Seven. I am as ensured that it will work as you are but we don't know the design of it because it is brand new as of this past week. The Regency as proposed in 2013 is no longer the one we're using. The Regency as proposed new, perhaps we should call it Regency II, Roman numeral two, let's do that, to keep it apart. Regency II now does not address the government directly. It addresses the people through the use of mass media, revelation, and the totality of respect Ron holds to place a new service to them. We never dreamed that Ron would be successful in producing an agency that could promote an epochal revelation on its own. The establishment of a new way to electrify is Epochal Revelation. Regency II will report it as such. Ron will use it as such and as a result, will be funded as such. Now this: as a result, the health of Ron has taken a nosedive. Regency I promoted him. Regency II doesn't know him.
Michael of Nebadon visited Ron this morning and enjoyed the impact of his personality, which is always bubbling with new ideas and care. He is now aware that the Magisterial Foundation is not only part of the Melchizedek rulership, but that Michael of Nebadon assumes the head for direction to the Melchizedeks if they need it. Otherwise, I do not inform. Now this: to you Machiventa Melchizedek. I now place upon your shoulders, the need for the planetary government and the Magisterial Foundation to join together at the hip so that you are one with each other in the recommendation of how to use power on Urantia. For that reason, the technologies to do that will be made available through the technical auspices of the Rayson Corporation and the Rayson Electric Company. Both are viable corporations already and operate on their own. For reasons of state to you, Dominick, you need to dust off those proposed website redesigns and confer mightily with Ron to show how they should appear. He knows the public tastes a little bit better than your technicalities allow. For that reason learn to produce the Rayson Corporation and the Magisterial Foundation website as well as you can produce in accordance with the desires of the Magisterial Sons who are fully involved and will be visible shortly. Finally this: this Light Line may be a little longer than usual. I have got something important to tell you. First of all, Ron needs alliances. He doesn't mean between you as individuals. He means as agencies. The Fellowship is an agency. So is the Foundation. So is the college, an agency, but they are not satisfactory, they don't work. We need Urantia Book interests that have formed agencies to join with the Magisterial Foundation in promoting what changes are coming. That's all he wants them for. And for what you will enjoy a partnership with. For that reason, the one called the Unity, headed in Israel is a primary concern to do some of this work. They received bulletin 50 and cannot decide what to do about it. You are not working well in your minds. Please take it that if you don't do it, you fall by the wayside. And for the so-called UAI. You have made one error after another and you are about to be foreclosed. We leave it at that. And for other agencies that are adamantly against producing new revelation understand, the Fifth Epochal Revelation is withdrawn. There are too many errors. Ron has a chart of what particular papers are the worst. There are half again as many that have errors in them but not so bad you need not read them. And for reasons of state Ron, you are to promote bulletin 50 to the rest of the group here. If they are awake enough to read it they will learn, as they should, the circumstances you're dealing with. Post it when you're ready. There is a need for Bulletin 51 but not yet Ron.

The entire case with you Dominick, that you lead with your secondary authority, certain aspects of what the Magisterial Foundation must do under Ron's direction. You work beautifully together and it must continue until we are done setting it up. It's not that the rest of the board is excluded. You are distant, that's all. And finally this to you, Ron: your eyesight is deteriorating rapidly and your ability to breathe is being taken away slowly. You fold the entire idea as the end of your life. No longer. We have done this over and over. They are tired of hearing it. You are tired of hearing it. But it must be stated. There is no removal of you, Ron, so long as we employ the Magisterial Foundation as part of the security of the life and times of Christ.
And finally, this to the rest of you: Ron is fully aware of many things you are not. You're not ready for them. And for that reason, he lets it go because it would be not from you particularly, but there is a side group of audience that hears it and complains vociferously to Ron that he is a lying agent. Not so. He could care less. They don't belong with you. In any case, please let it be known that I Machiventa Melchizedek, Manituba Melchizedek, Mantutia Melchizedek, and five others I dare not name just yet that are fully responsible for being seen, with the exception of Machiventa, in place as governors of your territories. We will not tolerate insubordination. If you think you support the Fifth Epochal Revelation, then you support its iteration of change to meet changing circumstances. We believe you are loyal. But let the mind know there are changes you must accept anew as brand new Epochal Revelation that is not necessarily in continuity with the proposal of the Sadler commission. Now that that has been fully stated, let me state one other thing. Here is Dr. William S. Sadler.

Greetings everyone. You never knew me at 533 Diversity Parkway, Chicago, Illinois. That's my mansion and the place where I was a doctor, along with my doctor wife, Lena. Lena, and I, William S. Sadler sat down and became the commission for the Fifth Epochal Revelation. We no longer receive it as the Fifth. We now receive it as the Sixth under my auspices on the Fourth Mansion World. We are now far enough along to discriminate between what we intended to leave and what we are now getting. What we are now getting is a simple corporation that wishes to perpetuate itself in authority. I never spoke to the first Urantia Foundation, as needing authority. We are inherently the producers of the Fifth Epochal Revelation and need no further explanation.
The legalities and the temptations of the Urantia Foundation to this point, are too much to maintain it as a representative of my original concerns, as to what and to whom we address the Fifth Epochal Revelation as a saving grace to humanity. Don't forget, I was a doctor in a tuberculosis hospital in California, from 1905 to 1910. There I was part of the Church founded by Ellen Gould White. It is an honorable church yet today as the Seventh Day Adventists and for that reason, they must be honored yet for producing several individuals that made the Fifth Epochal Revelation possible. My dear wife, Lena, my son, William S. Sadler Jr., and the Kellogg's, Emma., and I can't think of his other name right now. But both of them, all of them, join with me in order to make sure that there is a smooth transition from the Urantia Foundation to the Magisterial Foundation, however they want to use it in proposal to the Sixth Ephocal Revelation revelation edition. I am fully commending Ron for being able to wade through my own transmission.
I sat at my desk and chewed these things over for over two decades trying to get an understanding with Archangel Ryan, who is the one who established the commission known as the Sadler Commission. That Archangel is present with Ron today, as he is particularly experienced in how a revelation is to be produced. Ron is conversant with Ryan, and is conversant with staff. He knows what he's doing. For reasons of state, he has included Dominick to be personally present in what is now a commission. For that reason, Dominick in particular, formulates the essential command of humanity, their purposes and care, to produce the Sixth Epochal Revelation. They are not to assemble it, but to publish it.
Ron has the technical capacity to put it together and get it published. So does Dominick and the board if they are willing to participate. You have been asked to come to York, Steven. Prepare, come as you can. Don't force it. Elise, if you come to York, you will be used as the Secretary to command the phone and meet those who enter the Magisterial Foundation for business. Your training will be for several years and you will always hold and maintain the secretarial position unless or until you wish to return to the EU and the Netherlands. There will always be a light off your left shoulder wherever you stand. Follow it, it takes you to the garden where the seraphim is waiting to take you to the mansion worlds. The truth of the matter is Ron and Peter talked about how one day they walked into the meadow in Rome, wanted to stake out where the church would go in the meadow, and had to go to seek permission for the land from the Emperor. The retinue of the Empress followed Paul and John Mark to where they wanted to put the church. Peter picked up a rock, had a little peg in his hand, and said this is where the corner goes may I strike it into the ground Highness. Well, she said, that's what I'm here for. I was just getting ready to sit on the throne when those who serve me advised me two ruffians were about to see me. I said by all means let me start my day with services. Peter and John Mark led the Empress in her chair being carried by her servants, followed by 20 equestrian guards, followed by what was then passed for a historian; not Justinus, but one who has disappeared from history because he got to be a drunk and everything he wrote burned. Finally this: we arrived in the meadow not that far from the palace. It is what we call as you know it today, the Vatican. Why we called it the Vatican is because it had a small stream running down the middle of it, which was depressed between two hills. If you look to the west, on the right side, further back was the palace. If you look to the left, higher up the hill and behind it was a circus Stadium. The hippopotamus died there in a fire. If you turned around and looked to the east, Peter led us to the corner of the temple. He handed it and banded it and stuck it into the ground. And I was shocked that it might hit the dead hippo. I squealed. I laughed. I like oh, don't do that. That's a dead hippopotamus just buried. Why he chose that scuffed-up ground, I don't know. But he did. It became the southeast corner of the original Vatican which still exists in a little pathway to the left of the grand concourse you see the pope appear above in the window.
I am Justinius. I am now a finaliter. I now recall fully this exercise and speak to Peter this way. Thank you, Peter, for making my day. I have never forgotten it. And I wondered its importance. That beautiful John Mark. He was in the flower of his youth, dark curly hair, dark eyes, and as handsome as a gladiator. So that means it's not completely counted out. It is just a new way of view viewing Regency. Is that because the contact with the United States government, the attempt that we have made to contact somebody in our government failed?

I'm not quite sure of your question, Valerie. But the United States government is not the only recipient. But it will have to start here, primarily because the Regency begins in the United States with the Magisterial Foundation, and its Epochal Revelation, not only of wireless electricity but also eventually a written textbook called the Sixth Epochal Revelation. Is that because the contact which attempted to be made was not successful with the United States government because I remember hearing that in another Light Line (in) past weeks. Thank you very much, Ron. I have been wondering if you have any plans for creating a working model miniaturized or somehow smaller to make sure that WTP works like it is intended to. I have some concerns about the receiving antennas and the mechanisms for getting it into the homes and places cars and where it needs to go. And I would imagine there could be a number of unexpected problems arising from not having seen how this works in real life. So I was wondering if you have plans for putting out a small version of WTP and the receiving antenna.

Carol, I smile. We tried to do that. And we wound up with me shocking my tablecloth with brown spots. That is as far as we decided to take it. We cannot miniaturize the process. We don't have command of preparticles on a very small scale it takes to produce a model. We wanted to very badly to show it works. But we can't do it because it's too small. We wind up with very unhappy electrons feeding back into the table I should add and I've put a brown smudge on my tablecloth. At least the device was working to produce electricity, but not the way we designed it. It's too small. I will work on that. I agree with you it is needed. But I don't know how to do that. I am going to have to need the expertise of materialized Material Sons, or at least Magisterial Sons, to show me how to build a model that allows the use of muons. The big plant can easily and the antenna that connects to your electrical connections, Carol is directly to the wire that connects it with your meter on the outside. Those cables are connected to by the antenna. And it can only be directed to the electrical hardware in your cellar, or wherever you keep it. It's entirely safe. Where it can become a problem is if you have a lot of electrical storms in the area, and it strikes your antenna. Then it may be turned off. I don't quite know what we're dealing with there and it's never been spoken to. We have never received a lecture on it. I hope that helps your question. It doesn't answer it fully. Go ahead.
