We have concluded that there have been so many exceptions and changes to our Lightline schedules to just take down the original Category on this site announcing the details of your weekly schedules.  We have lost two or three days used as schedules, and while the time slots have remained consistent for what is left, the schedule has also been modified by spirit itself that makes the Category almost useless.

Until there may be a justification for placing this Category back up, it is much less confusing to just remove it fr now.  The listener to these tapes has other Categories by Lightline self designation for other Lightline listening information and I do not intend to touch them at least for now.

Importantly, we have modified a time schedule for the Netherlands International Lightline from 3PM Monday to 2PM Monday with Elise Van Ruth your host.  Phoenix, USA Sunday, France Friday are still running when allowed on their old schedules.   Wednesday with Lemuel is not currently running and there is no consistent use of Tuesday or Thursday due to the lack of transmitters.  That is the current situation at this time on 29 June 2023.
As always, the discussion forum is happy to change your schedules transmitters if that is what you would like to do.  We do not have the luxury to schedule the way we did a year ago until somehow we get the idea just what spirit would like to use, or not use, Lightlines for information gathering by all of us.  And I thank all of our transmitters for staying the course while we deal with the earthquake of changes that we do not know where they may lead, and that includes Lightline schedules at the moment.  Thank you all for your interest and solid support for the Voice of God.  Enjoy your day most certainly!

REPORT ON RAYSON ELECTRIC/ The Project Standing as of Today


We would like to update you about this technology and what we have to accept as the reality of the moment.

I review some details with you first.

WHO DOES THE BUILDING?
The Rayson Corporation is assigned to do the construction work as the owner of the pilot plant.

WHO OWNS The PATENT?
 It is owned by the Magisterial Foundation, Patent #11601013, in a Trust Department placed inside of that Foundation.

WHO DIRECTS THE USE OF THE PATENT FOR ITS USE?
A Trust was constructed inside the Magisterial Foundation so that the Chairman of the Board of the Directors of the Magisterial Foundation is the Trustee and makes the decisions how to use the patent. The Board of Directors does not warrant control, only the Chairman is the Trustee and he acts independently of the Board itself on any final decision to warrant the patent's use.

WHO IS THE CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD OF THE MAGISTERIAL FOUNDATION?
The TRUST IS controlled by the Chairman of the Board who is an incarnated Melchizedek, and recently named to our Board as MANITUBA MELCHIZEDEK.  He alone concerns himself with the proper displeasure of controlling this patent which is the heart and soul of freely broadcast electricity easily and cheaply.
I Ronald Besser own the patent fully, and I act as Chairman of the Board when the incarnation of MANITUBA MELCHIZEDEK is not present.  I have assigned the Trust that when the Melchizedek is present to ordain the Board with His presence, that automatically places control of the technology and its patent under the divine control of their Office as emergency Sons of the Local Universe of Nebadon.

I, Ronald L. Besser, bequeath all such property to the Magisterial Foundation in the event of my death, and that the Chairman, the Melchizedek known as MANITUBA is the recipient of the Trust and Controller of all future decisions regarding the patent's use.

WHO USES THE PATENT INFORMATION TO BUILD IT?
The Magisterial Foundation has opted out to build it and assigns the RAYSON CORPORATION to advise the Magisterial Foundation, when it is ready to take on the responsibility to built the pilot plant to broadcast electricity of a tall FM radio tower.  We assign the RAYSON CORPORATION full control for two major reasons:
1 - We are divine institutions run and standardized by the Melchizedeks and the Salvington Government of the Planetary Prince and the Sovereign of our space area Local Universe of Nebadon.  For that reason alone, the Salvington Government requests that all money handling be out of their control so as not to get public inquiries how they spend money to unnecessarily influence any public (USA in particular) policies regarding its regulation and build out.

2 -  The Salvington Government through the Planetary Prince, Mantutia Melchizedek, has assigned that since they may not handle the money and that any expenditure the Rayson Corporation makes, is now through the hands of Ronald Besser as the human representative of the Treasury for construction only.  I therefore retain the ownership of the Rayson Corporation, but assign all authority and care to its operations and policies to the Magisterial Son, RAYSON OF NEBADON for the foreseeable future. 

3 - The MAGISTERIAL SON, RAYSON, and his staff direct me to spend the money as they see fit and I am conditioned to do and spend as they direct only.  That is how the build is paid for on a regular basis.

4 - The Magisterial Foundation Board is a Interlocking Board, and that means it is the same Board of Directors for the Subsidiary Corporations, which The Rayson Corporation is one such subsidiary.

MANTUTIA MELCHIZEDEK speaks:  This item calling for the interlocking Board of Directors is horrible misconstrued by the US Courts, and if necessary the Board of Directors of the RAYSON CORPORATION is assigned to Me alone in a way to avoid further controversy with the United States St ate Department.  We consider this a valid statement in all cases, and will assume leadership roles when MANITUBA MELCHIZEDEK resumes incarnating for the purpose of holding a Board Meeting of regular standards on May 30 or May 31, in York, Pennsylvania at an appropriate time.  End of Message."

5 - The RAYSON CORPORATION and its template, RAYSON ELECTRIC (the assigned name to the completed power plant build out).  Rayson Electric is not a separate Corporation but operates only as a Trademark.  For that reason the RAYON CORPORATION is also Chaired by the Magisterial Son, RAYSON OF NEBADON.

6 - The MAGISTERIAL FOUNDATION recognizes that the technology of Patent 11601013 is mostly the contribution of the Magisterial Son, Rayson as named here, and that it is RAYSON who directs the entire matter concerning the issue of construction and the electrical policy the RAYSON ELECTRIC plant shall follow.

7 -  A fabrication plant is an additional subsidiary, operating also known as, the York Preparticle Technologies Corporation (YPTC),  YPTC is where personnel build cowlings and covers and provide the electronics for inventions and stand by to provide additional technologies to the free electricity technologies provided by the US Patent for a Tesla-style broadcast of electricity plant known as Rayson Electric.  This corporation has no Board of Directors and is operated as a department although the US Treasury Department knows it as a charitable corporation (501 -c0 3).

8 -  YPTC shall operate  as a department in the Rayson Corporation only.

FINANCIAL OBLIGATIONS AND PRODUCTION PROGRESS TO MAY 16, 2023

1 - The somewhat arbitrary cost analysis to complete the Rayson Electric pilot plant has produced a build number to offer banks and fiduciary considerations a sense of value and investment size.

2 -  Early cost estimates place the plant value together with its land and licensing work, at approximately between $30 and $50 million USD.

3 - Early estimates are that one bank has stepped forward to promise financing but insisting on partial ownership of the patent. 

4 - The Trust Department inside the Magisterial Foundation will not accept other ownership or co-ownership of Patent 11601013.  The patent is indivisible a divine technology lent to the Magisterial Foundation by the Paradise Force Organizers and its subsidiary offices meant to improve the technologies of any earth they see is lacking in proper power production.  Urantia, our earth, has received this update through Ronald Besser transmission work and he is assigned as caretaker of the Patent as well. 

TVA
5  -  There is an investment possibility that can be accepted and that is for the Bank to form a community of interests which the Board considers to be on the same scale as the Tennessee Valley Authority. (TVA) in which we share licensing funds with that organization as payback and operations of how to electrify the United States in particular with this technology.
 
This is only a preliminary report, and will be followed up later if there if further development and requirement to comment on financing critical to the build out of the RAYSON ELECTRIC plant as proposed by the US Patent 11601013.

“I am MICHAEL OF NEBADON, and I have a brief statement to make for all of you.  Ron has been working hard to keep me from saying more than I should, and that is to just stay quiet except when I insist on a transmission.  He also asked Lemuel to start producing and he, Lemuel, really does quite good when goaded into action.  He needs to do more of it but it takes pushing for him to realize he needs to do more of it.

“Lastly, let me say this to all of you:

“Ron has a very difficult debilitation, but he never lets it get in the way of working to get us heard.  Why do we need to be heard so much now?  Well, as Ron said to me this morning, I feel like a trial of stones without a creek running water around me, and now the entire matter suddenly has too much water as in the Sargasso Sea which is the ocean with so much grass on the surface ships that used to said to the new world would get stuck in it.  Ron feels stuck and I want to then explains something you all should know:

“We left Nebadon about a week ago really.  I made sure it sounded like I was there beside Ron and he was sure I was as I can project.  In any case, the matter is now rushing to completion and that is about how I must interact with the Jesus Mission.  For reasons of State I dare not say much, but for the same reason, please understand there is little to do with Jesus at the moment, but with Me at the moment.

“Ron quickly assumed there were ulterior reasons for this movement.  He is correct.  But he is circumspect and leaves it alone, but he said something you should all appreciate, “I feel like rocks without water running around them and therefore no sense of motion as to what we are having to work with.  Ron is aware that the cabal filtered in over night to this morning and that they are trying to rule the place.  HE says “over my dead body,” and they agreed to that easily.  However, he also has a paralysis that is persistent and getting worse sometimes, and then spoke to the Midwayer attending him from the cabal.  “You,” he said, “have nothing to do with me but what is your name?”  No name was given.

“So Ron asked the lady Midwayer, “why do you persist with something that cannot continued?”  The lady said, “because that is what we do.”  Ron had not reply to that but I do.

“I am sure they understand what Ron understands, but they think I am going to let most of this pass, but I am not.

“For sure, let me know what I must do to end the rebellion, but in the mean time let me understand why it happened at all?  Ron asked the same thing?  Just what is all of this self righteousness all about it ends in rebellion?  The Midwayer responded with a “I do not know.”   But I respond with this to all of you reading this transmission: ‘IT has to do with regicide and why the Supreme died.’

“For that reason, I suggest the rebellion learn to understand itself first before making demands.  Ron is quite sure the loss of the supreme is the loss to their minds of an important element of loyality and that results in a psychosis and a rebellion patter in and of itself.  I agree with Ron on this and he is always asking the same of himself too.  “Am I Ron, running my own psychosis of care where it is not needed?”

“For reasons of State I conclude he is not running a psychosis, but he is making changes as they occur and for reasons of his own there is scant reason to maintain the illusion that the Magisterial Foundation is needed when the rebels take over and chop it down or off.  They tried to do it this morning again, and he just plain refuses to hear it.  For those reasons we come back strong and say this: ‘DO NOT GET TOO FAR AHEAD OF YOURSELF RON!’    For reasons of State he finds it to just stop and listen, but that is what he did today, and now he is running ahead of the pack down on Urantia entirely.  The entire issue of the ANCIENTS OF DAYS is now present again on Urantia, and it bodes a harsh reality for Urantia and for the cabal trying to seize Urantia as their prized headquarter planet to operate the rebellion from.

“That is why Ron says to Lemuel this morning, TRANSMIT!  We will get more information that way in spite of the cabal sitting on us like big fat hens to hide us from the hen yard reality.   

“We are now moving at a dizzying clip and soon you may seem some things very unusual to see.  In any case the entire matter is over for Russia not, but almost for Ukraine, as it must accede to the demands of the Soviet building strength again.  That is what Putin thinks, but Putin has no idea what forces he has unleashed up here, and that is to decide the fate of the Ukraine first, and second Russia itself.   Let us look at something then:

“Russia is using up its military quite well, but badly to win territory.  They think the best way to take territory is to grab it under their artillery.    Not so.  The best way to gain territory is to repair what they broke and then offer good government over them.  IF they did that most would agree to the occupation and let it go for now.

“However, Russia is an oligarchy and no longer pretending to be a democracy.  For reasons of State then so does NATO think it is going to swoop up Ukraine in its arms, but not so.   What NATO is going to do is stand down and let the REGENCY reset the parameters on Urantia just what constitutes a government and then reveal they have no such government anymore, and that the entire region known as the Ukraine becomes a REGENCY PROTECTORATE.  Ron saw the name first and said it to me when looking at the situation and I fully agree with him.  Ukraine must find its new life as a PROTECTORATE first and then government reinstituted for it later.

“For reasons of State I use the mind of Ron trying to find solutions on Urantia all the time.  IT is a fertile mind without a lot of hoopla over anything but what is. For that reason he lets this place you call a discussion forum run without much doing on it recently, but it used to be a hot bed for us to pick our words, read them, and understand your thinking for those who still respond on the forum you are read vociferously and dropped because you are not thinking either.

“I want it to be known that Ron uses about 80 percent of his brain, and that is astounding, as I have never seen that happen before.  As a result he carries huge amounts of information and resources in his mind over what is to be done for Ukraine but refuses to speak to it since you have a Russian member and Ron feels he is monitored too.  So we must make it clear that nothing here is spoken to without making sure Prozonov hears it too.

“As a result of Ron illness we have have to curtail some of our wording here, but he must be assured that the MAGISTERIAL FOUNDATION is ready to burst its sides with huge amount of work to be taken on.

“Last evening Ron and Dominick were instructed to maintain a certain list and prepare to being operations the following week.  That is not usable already as it is too much to do with something we cannot maintain yet.  However, it is not a loss either as the list needs to be gathered and the decision about what to say decided.  I am not ready to dictate that yet as it comes at a cost, not to Ron, but to Rayson, and that I do not want to get in the way of.  

“One last thing before we go:

“Ron has nothing but praise for us but he is too ill to make his own life work anymore and asked to truncate it if we dare not broach the subject with action.  He is not wrong, but shows little faith in promises that have been for years and never worked on.  Now he is lost again as the cabal has covered him with forfeiture not but the seeds of muscle dissolution.  For that reason the pain has increased again and he makes it clear, NO MORE LEG injections.  I agreed and they are stopped entirely now and he says he cannot tell them from the cabal poisons they inject too.  

“We now must make this thing work without Ron soon or face another decision, and that is ho to get Dominick to behave as he should to transmit but he just does not like working.  For that reason we have to decide about Ron again and this time we have the solution.  That solution is to remove the entire matter of the MAGISTERIAL FOUNDATION and keep the entire matter of the patent just for Ron to do.  That is not bad to him, but it means money must be filtered through the solution and not the Magisterial Foundation, and then it gets taxed at an ungodly rate.

“For that reason the Magisterial Foundations stays but with the proviso it belings not to us but to you Ron and that is not your liking at all as I reduces our footprint too much in your own opinion.  For that reason we will buy it but stand still on development within it until the Magisterial Sons decide how they might use it for their own purposes.

“Ron just said to me, ‘That is no real difference at all with what we already have and fine, I can live with that entirely.  I also state there is a huge conglomerate ready to take Ron on if they could only ascertain why he is silent over the new patent.  They do not know I enforce it and Ron is a brave soul without much to say as he is so tired of the recrimination over nothing.  Let us then look at this before we go:

“Wireless electricity is rare to understand.  It is not easy to understand that electrical units call preparticles are also magnetic to a certain degree, and magnetism is not easy to understand unless you are a preparticle.

“For that reason we are sure that last story he told about a Muon coming out of a Selenium molecule is the culprit.  It happens to be, but the physicist is most ly interested to know the preparticle stands in such a molecule.   For that reason the major corporation who wants to hear how Ron determines these things will get an earful about preparticles before they ever understand how he gets wireless electricity.  

“Wireless electricity has two components:
1 - preparticle fusion within the preparticle itself;
2 - preparticle fission within the production of electricity.

“For that reason we must stand back and let RAYSON stand alone on this one:

RAYSON - “You Ron are slow not, yet you miss the idea that the Ultimatons provide self fusion inside the preparticle.  You believe the fusion is removing a portion of the atom itself and is not associated with preparticles in particular.  That is correct.  However, you feel that fusion is an explosive product and it is on Urantia.  However again, the truth is that preparticles fuse inside themselves to heal the Ultimatons into place as a single unite of plasma.

“You Ron desire to make the idea available, but if you do, you make fusion easy to understand but impossible to invent.  You can make fission work on Urantia, which you do, but the fusion part is in the process inside the Ultimaton itself.    The strings are after the fact of fusion as you state to me just now, but you are not confused but fail to understand that the strings are plasma constructions, and not materialized units as you thought they are.  You now are gather the fact you are also dealing with a phenomenon they do not know about and you are now ready to leave Urantia if it were not for your need to get this thing going.  Let it ride for a description in your Ultimaton paper soon and let them figure you out later over it.  Right now they see it as a foible not but truly outrageous in construction yet cannot refute it.  That is no theirs to worry over soon as the entire matter get shushed up not but is realized shortly by a proton number you give as correct.  They did not know it was a spin factor.  You are in like gravy soon.   

“WE are sure you know nothing about any of this to start with but you are also sure the entire matter is leading to a huge breakthrough for science to confirm as you are sure there is a trial with Ultimatons you can prove but do not know how to go about it.   It is this:

“Ultimatons reach the electronic boiling point twice!

1 - Once when they enter the time-space arena;
2 - Once when they fully fuse all 100 Ultimatons to form an Electron.

“For that reason Ron, you make this very clear for me to tell you, your art is the transmission, and my art is the preparticle explanation.  For that reason we must revise the patent not, but make sure you are secretly bestowed on some scientists who can make it work for science and that individual is coming to Urantia.  The pearly gates do not receive him but it is you Ron, and you have the wherewithal to release huge amounts of data to support the patent at once or so.

The Magisterial Foundation is reporting to you our donations and expenses as of April 15, 2023.  This accounting takes all the financial activity from January 01, 2023 to 15 April 2023.


January 01 - In January our beginning balance was    $27,235.82




Donations - $1,530.68 (this number includes small interest payments)




Expenses  -  $2,251.87
     Expenses of note were in order to move the Discussion forum for security reasons  we had to provide a new ISP subscription cost and that was over $1,800..  The phone expenses are about $150 for the conference calls to this point,  and the printing of brochures,  envelopes and cards for the Rayson Corporation cost about $300.

Subject the Magisterial Foundation & Wireless Electricity & Preparticle Issues

Dear List,
“Today Ron finished the last reports for the tax year 2022.  Dominick did and filed the reports quite nicely and they have fulfilled their oboligation to the United States Internal Revenue Service of the US Treasury.

“For that reason we are providing you a statement for our own purposes:

We are concluding this Magisterial Foundation arrangement not today but on March 15, 2023.  That is the approximate date for the Magisterial Foundation to entertain the idea of sever tranches to provide the reflective requirements to stand tall for the declaration of the control to build the WIRELESS ELECTRICITY PILOT PLANT in the United States.  Fon is being forced to write this without knowing what I have in mind and does as he supports always, “WRITE IT WITHOUT KNOWING IT!”

“For that reason we state the following too:

“The entire matter of work and play has been suspended for Dominick, Ron and most of the Board because they have determined this is their work to process and this is the work to finish always.  We now have finished the tax season and now enter the ENGINEERING SEASON.

“For reasons of State the engineering firm Ron contacted for some preliminary information has deprived itself of a large tract of concerns and wishes not to answer the question he proposed.  However, it is well established already that the new patent is worth listening to, as it is now necessary to consider the ELECTRON to be containing more than empty space as the definition for the classification of LEPTONS occurs.  For that reason we stand ready to question not only the reason Ron state it, but why does he make it part of the patent?”

RON - I explain for patent purposed that to provide electricity, we have to remove the electron entirely, as it is gravity dependent and does not transmit off a radio tower we intend to use to send wireless electricity to people’s homes and cars.   IF the electron has part of itself removed, it changes charge and is no longer subject to gravity to hold it back.  For that reason we remove one Ultimaton, and that forces the electron to become an antigravity particle, which is called the Muon.  When the Muon is transmitted it is connected to huge strands of Muons as they link to each other and go out like a long string which does not get broken until it hits the house antenna and there is reverts to electrons into the electrical box in the cellar for most people.  Without removing something inside the electron we could transmit the Muon to your home.  There the Ultimaton has to be mentioned to the patent office as the cause, when we remove one from the electron,  that allows us to broadcast the means of electricity to the home.


MICHAEL OF NEBADON  - “You should also mention Ron that the Ultimaton you remove stays alongside the Muon, and when the Muon flows to the radio tower, the Ultimaton stays beside it and pushes it up the south tower leg.  Why the south tower leg Ron?”

Ron  - For wireless electricity to work we have to make the radio tower an electro-magnet.  Spelled  properly, electromagnets have a positive pole and a negative pole.  On our tower, the north and south leg act like the positive and negative ends of a battery.  That allows preparticles, such as in a battery, to flow easily up and down the legs of the tower.  No one understands that and I do not make a big deal about it, but I am sure that if the entire matter were examined under a microscope, it could be observed that the preparticles from the sky about us fall down on the tower and attach themselves to the magnet the tower becomes.

For that reason then, when we aim the north tower leg to the compass magnetic north, the tower is an electromagnet attracting electrons onto the north tower leg.  The north tower leg then sens to south tower leg the preparticles it gathers and up to the top to broadcast if they are Muons.  We convert the electrons falling down from the sky into Muons and they7 easily flow up the south tower leg for broadcast at 86.4 Megahertz (the low end of the FM radio dial.)


MICHAEL OF NEBADON - “That is a precise explanation.  Why do you think you have trouble explaining that to people?”

Ron - Science teaches electrons are empty Leptons.  They also think Muons and Pions are empty Leptons.  They are not empty particles as they are constructed of pre-matter electric sparks you can never see but they make up the presence of a preparticle in the first place.

For that reason, science consider the patent to be a fantasy for they fully support the preparticle called a Lepton has nothing whatsoever inside of it and assume its construction is a nature unit of its own.  That is just not true as it contains construction materials called pre-matter for not materialized object is every empty.  Materialization of matter depends on electrical properties, and as such, those properties must be contained inside a unit we call Ultimatons.

There are one hundred kinds of Ultimatons, and each kind forms its own type of preparticle.  The electron contains one hundred types of one type of Ultimaton and the electron should be used as the standard for all electrons to be compared to as to charge, orbital spins, and other electrical properties.

MICHAEL OF NEBADON - “Why do you think this important to know then?”


RON - If science is ever to have an improved cosmology about the universe, it must recognized that the universe is divided into two (2) main components: The universe of life and matter are not one, and the universe of life is designated the Deified Universe; the material part of the Universe is the unDeified universe.  Those two major breakdowns of how the universe works are relegated as one in the central control of universe existence dead center in the mass called the Master Universe.

I use the term “MASTER UNIVERSE”, because time and materialization  are two different things, and there are universes without time and universes without materialization, but all obey the basic scientific laws of unDeified materialization, or if they have life in them, in Deified laws of medicinal operations.  When we say “Master” it means it controls every part of these differences as one Universe control factor from a Central Universe science does not even have a clue it exists at all.

The conclusion the Master Universe has a central control section is based on the fact that the flow of orbits of planets such as like moons and earths around stars, flow always in the same direction.  If there were no controlling central universe, there would be orbital chaos and that just does not exist.

THE EARTH’S MOLTEN CORE -

The report begins with a copy of a tweet message from Chinese scientists who discovered the earth core was very hot and not just iron material. They called it so hot it acted like a fluid and a solid at the same time. That is condition they call super ionic. IT is a break through really, but the Chinese government supressed this news and it now lies dormant in experiments on earth core identification. (Ron Besser).

See graphic at the end of this post please.  It refuses to enlarge on my computer and you may find it difficult to read, but it shows you the core which they show about twice the size it really is.  Thanks and read on as it is fascinating and we may be at the end of core problems according to Rayson, our Magisterial Son science officer.



CHINESE INVESTIGATORS shot . . . [the core] with a laser (used to determine depth of quakes) AND IT IS NOT IRON AND IS NOT SOLID and is superionic. That is a term used to say . . . it is more liquid and gasses diffuse through it as they appear and do not get trapped. The original idea about our earth core was that the inner core of the Earth was mostly made of solid iron, giving the planet it's magnetic field.

However, the research now points to a totally different makeup of the inner core.

'It is quite abnormal,' said Yu He, lead author of the study, 'Our result shows that [in] the Earth's inner core some light elements, such as carbon, hydrogen, and oxygen, behave like liquids and diffuse freely in the lattice of solid iron. This suggests that the inner core is not a normal solid but a composition of solid iron sublattice and liquid-like light elements.'

How was this discovered?

The research was undertaken using earthquake readings. These suggested to suggest that the inner core was likely composed of elements in different states including 'mushy"' material, not simply solid iron.

It suggests that the liquid-like elements prevent as strong seismic currents from traveling through, making it clear that there are non-solid aspects of the core. End Quote with some editing I did.

From the Transmitter Ron Besser and about the report from the Power Directors who actually maintain work on the earth core to keep it healthy, or at least try to. Here is what they say about our earth core compared to what the researchers are speculating:

POWER DIRECTOR #3: “We see these researchers as making a marvelous contribution to earth science. The graphic does over exaggerate the size of the core, but not over much, as there are some suggestions that the earth core inside Urantia (earth) is twice the size it was meant to be.

“In year’s past the entire matter would have been shunted off into a top secret examination of why Urantia has to go through these perturbations so much so all the time. That is true, but lately we are discovering that Urantia ha two dipoles, and what that means is there are two poles of electrical activity on Urantia, so unusual we have no data to explain what to expect from such a condition.

[Note added March 6, 2023 - RAYSON here - there are two dipoles on Urantia, and we now know that means the planet is “HERMATIC.” To be “hermatic is to be a planetary wild card in planetary assignment of electrical activity. The magnetosphere is lost never, but the entire matter of the earth’s core is not clearly understood by even the highest Power Director authority. For that reason, the Chinese involved here have carefully ruled this announcement as not valid entirely. However I do consider it quite valid and they should e recommended for Nobel Prize for discovering the earth core to be superionic.

Superionic means the heat is so great ions that form on the cooler fringes of the pile of material that represents the earth core is flowing and not rolling in the earth core vault is stays in. For that reason the wobble Urantia used to have is now almost gone, and we are issuing a rare day in planetary history for Urantia without time deviations we had years ago when NASA determine the earth core was too hot to handle and warned of a pressure explosion.

That kind of explosion is NOT possible now, but one should be caring that the heat in the core has to be vented or other problems will come into existence. Friction is not the cause of all this heat, but the loss of a diurnal means to discard refuse out of the core has been shut off for years now, and now we are faced with lots of magma flows to vent the core maybe more than it should be. IF it cools too much earth can experience a shrinkage impace and that is a lot of wild earthquakes as the tectonic plates adjust inward. RAYSON at your service. K”)

Those Chinese researchers deleted their material about heat because they thought it was a bad reading. Actual temperatures in the innermost sanctum of that core is now about the temperature of the electronic boiling point. If that is the case, the inner core is not iron or lithium but plasma di-tritate and that represents NO ELEMENT you know on earth outside of the core.

US PATENT ISSUED TO BROADCAST ELECTRICITY / PATENT NOTIFICATON AND ANCIENTS OF DAYS setting Standards For IT

Dear Members and Guests who take interest:

The US Patent Office has issued form confirmation number 5839 which attends the publication of Patent Number 11601013 to my property. Full issuance date as to be published on March 7, 2023.

What this does is to finish a long drawn out process containing heated arguments and disguised dislike for the whole idea of free electricity, but in final summation, the patent could not be denied because it is in order and reasonably provided insofar as to its workability. That is the view of the Department of Energy, I am sure, and the view of the Patent Office is that it must be issued. The patent office reviewed this patent with several universities, and none could report they fully could understand the process. MIT I am told wished it deep buried, but upon reflection, reversed their course and recommended it be issued for an experimental build of the pilot plant.

I am telling you this because for those of you who hold this worthwhile I am belonging to the group which knows it works but I am hamstrung for the lack of resources. In plain English, the estimated cost to build the pilot plant is roughly estimated at $30 million. My social security check will not cover that due to that resource being a little low.

Further, I am told by my co-inventor, the Deity of the Magisterial Sons, to bug off, but that is the result of a fried cabal trying to interfere with any and all plans to start operations to provide Engineering for blue prints and specifications for construction bids (RFP). However, MICHAEL OF NEBADON, insists this must proceed, and yesterday, the 24^th of February, 2023, my attorney’s office showed me the issue slip document that the Patent is now to be in printed form release date provided above.

Let me say this too. I am informed by the celestial realm that the issue of this patent is a red letter for them. For the first time in universe history, man (moi) has proceeded to become part of a divine mission to a material planet. The material planet in question is Urantia.

Also, for the first time, the patent office has issued a patent surrounding free electricity. Up until this time, they have refused to issue patents surrounding the idea of a Nikola Tesla style idea that electrons out of the magnetosphere can produce sufficient electricity to use in a community of people on earth. They now admit that my means to produce electrons is valable and understood, and that they do not understand the idea of ULTIMATONS. OF course, I tell you, Ultimatons are so critical, we worry about their ease of availability in the coming dust and snow and rain storms coming to Urantia in the next few years.

That the patent office has secured enough nerve to issue this patent is a bit strange to my Attorney who has been advised by his counselors from various universities, that if this works they will eat crown and a number of hats, as they believe it is impossible to drive useable electricity off a tower using an FM broadcast frequency. That is, in case you are wondering, is what we can do.

That is big news enough, but let me point something out to you who can get excited by this invention. We have produced chilly fission.

Most of you know the only fission you know about is how our sun converts helium to hydrogen, and then burns hydrogen to provide light and heat. That is mostly how all suns operate.

What we have done on Urantia with this invention is to take not a helium atom, but an electron preparticle, subject it to an electronic smack that dislodges 1 Ultimaton, and the electron dissipates and a Muon appears in its place.

What science does not know is that a Muon preparticle is not a normal preparticle. It does not form atoms at all. What it does do in its normal function as a preparticle is to heal damaged atoms by present them with an antigravity sauce which removes the source of the stress damaging the atom. This happens usually in bright stars (suns) and then the Muon goes on its way to provide triage to atoms elsewhere.

However, a Muon behaves very differently than an electron.

For one thing a Muon likes to run very fast. They streak through the air or space within one-tenth of the speed of light. They are also so light, they float rather than press a way through space or atmosphere. And, a particular way of behaving that really helps us out, the Muon has a low frequency that forms a carrier wave, and it runs through space like a choo choo train with links in a line to other Muons like box cars on a freight train. When we send a Muon up the tower leg at the box top for broadcast, it is a big train, actually an infinitely long train, composed of Muon box cars that go up the leg single file and fly off the top of the tower at the speed of light.

The trick our patent has learned to do is that when the Muon strikes a metal antenna on the house, the Muon automatically converts it back to an electron, Then you have free electricity again. It is cheap, and easy, and fully renewable and plentiful. And it is super safe as the Muon chain is so weak electrically you could put your finger on it and it would only slightly tingle.

Patent 11601013 is a miracle of transduction. Transduction is a term that says we can take a free preparticle, run it through a device, and make it work for us in some way. This transduction work results in the process of fission, and fission is the ability to able to change one element into another element. The medieval idea of turning lead into gold is really possible, but you have to use fission to do it. We do that here by changing electron particles into broadcast particles. The fact that we change electrons of gravity control into muons into anti gravity control is a separate problem for science to work out too.

And finally this:

I am advised that the entire matter of this patent is such an interest to the collegiate view of universities who also know about this, and we will estrange many to the point they cannot eat anything I say. That is then a project that I must prove how this works by building the plant, and then light streets up in towns and farms around our tower. To do that we need money to build and that is provided not by SALVINTON now, but by UVERSA.

UVERSA NOTICE:

 â€œWE are the ANCIENTS OF DAYS and hereby certify that Patent 11601013 is considered epochal revelation.

 â€œFurther, we insist that we provide the resources to produce this patent for pilot plant building. That reference is settled already to the Salvington Government and its THIRD REVELATORY COMMISSION. That 3^rd Revelatory Commission is in fact the same as the 1^st Revelatory Commission which configured the 5^th epochal revelation, known on Urantia as the Urantia Book.

 â€œFor that reason we certify that Ron Besser and the other transmitters as the Board of Directors of the Magisterial Foundation are a Contact Commission of this date.

“Concluding this statement is the following advice:

“WE THE ANCIENTS OF DAYS, do conclude that the entire measure of issue of Patent 11601013 is certified as epochal revelation in and of itself and no further revelation is forthcoming. That is, until the 6^th epochal revelation is prepared by that said Board of Directors of the Magisterial Foundation under the Chairmanship of MANTUTIA MELCHIZEDEK and his Co-Chair Ronald Besser of York, Pennsylvania. Further evidence of this transmission is that the assigned Co-Chair of the Magisterial Foundation is part and parcel of the entire Contact Commission at once. Members of the Board of Directors who do not transmit the Voice of God are necessarily included but are not considered the transmitters of record for the 6^th epochal revelation.

4 - Finally, the Magisterial Foundation is the Grantor to provide the issue of twenty million USD to begin the Engineering process by 04 or 05 March 2023. Further tranches of addition monies will be afforded by the Account Manager, MACHIVENTA MELCHIZEDEK . Lastly, Ronald L. Besser, must accrue dollars spent for him in his own worth back to the Magisterial Foundation for tax rebates received from the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania ($700)

For that reason the Board of Directors, as appointed so far shall receive a legacy prepayment of $5,000 each for the beneficiary duties to the Magisterial Foundation. 1 - Attempted theft resulting in stealing it;
1a - Reduction of fees to the point there are large sums left over and heisted by the Board of Directors;
1b - Malfeasance of two members of the Board not caught by the Chairman;
1c - Loss of trust by the spirit administration over compliance to duties;
1d - Loss of funds due to extrapolation of demands not reported to the Board of Directors;
1e - Lack of surgical protection of the zone of employment.  Security must be total and enforced.            


The following must also be concerned over:

      2 - Security must be available at all times and Ronald L. Besser, the Co-Chair and Treasurer must be fully vetted for this project. Ron you are fully vetted already and your lieutenant is already vetted too so you are clear to proceed. Rayson Electric and the RAYSON Corporation are to have separate accounts and not with Truist for the Rayson Electric account alone. Rayson Electric should be posited with TRADITIONS BANK alone. Keep it sacrosanct too for the moment Ron as that must run its course with them briefly and then style it your way later.
       3 - There is no security deposit on your funds Ron, so find a suitable bank for your personal accounts as you exceed the limit of FDIC losses. Fully vetted individuals wil advise you of your liability we are sure. Losses over ten million dollars are not insured by us.
       4 - Leave residual checks aside: the exact total of check amounts must be procured by a bank teller residual care giver by us before we allow the dispersal of the amount of the check out of your funds Ron. That means leave a lag of 12 minutes between writing and issuing of the check to them.
       5 - Run a bank stress test not, but ask how much they can afford to lose before they must resign banking services. With Truist it about 40 billion, and with Traditions it is hard to tell but 60 million is about it. We are not after secret information but we are going to run millions through the bank for construction using Buchart Horn as our engineers.
        6 - Losses by you are expected with such large numbers and an accounting service must be engaged to write checks for salaries and health insurance for persons working in the Magisterial Foundation alone to start. RAYSON Corporation uses the same Board of Directors as the MAGISTERIAL FOUNDATION.
       7 - The MAGISTERIAL SONS will contribute a like sum for the RAYSON Corporation when the times comes as you have the YORK PREPARTICLE TECHNOLOGIES Corporation to fund when the time comes.

US PATENT ISSUED TO BROADCAST ELECTRICITY / Gammaray Defeat Dome showing Building #2 of WTP Pilot plant

This is Building #2 of the free electricity pilot plant to be built as WTP.  I threw this together to show you the concept that will look something like this when it is built.


The dome is glass, mostly, and it is filled with the blue-white light of Ultraviolet lamps.  Ultraviolet light cancels gamma-ray destruction of the preparticles we are generating to send up the tower to broadcast electricity without wires.  It is to be lit 24.7 and will fill the night sky with the blue-white light we depend on to stray the atmosphere for other preparticles we do not want either to get into this building.


The Dome is about 100 feet wide and sits at least three storeis above the floor over the slave generators.  They are called slave generators because these two (2) generators have all the magnets taken out of them and we speed them up over twice the speed of the first two generators sitting in building one with magnets and they are picking up the electrons out of the sky and fed to the slave Generators in Building #2.  Electrons do not suffer gamma-ray damage but the preparticles we send to the Generators without magnets are easily damaged by cosmic rays including gamma-rays.


The building, Building #1, sits in front of the Gamma-ray Building #2 by at least thirty feet.  There is a tall antenna sitting off the back left of this graphic building.  I took a free building picture and put this dome on it, but this building is not unlike what we intend to install.  It is to help us all get the concept about what is to be built we hope withing a year or two.

2 - DISCUSSION FORUM is being moved to a new home.

Dominick has secured us a new service provider and is in the process of moving the site to a server there where we have access to repair and power to keep us going.  Right now we use a server on the east coast and the new server is in Virginia which I asked to keep it in the eastern states since we are expecting troubles maybe in the western states.

It is our intention to let the one you are using now remain in place until we switch to the new  server.  We are also upgrading the version of software we are using and knock on wood you will not see version 2.1.13 (now using 2.0.9) look or act much different from what we have now.  I also mention we are also moving Tmarchive.org which needs repaired too. 
All of this change hopefully is finished before the year ends and we expect no disruption of service to you.

US PATENT ISSUED TO BROADCAST ELECTRICITY / The MESOTRON - ITS FUNCTION AND PRESENCE for your information

The Urantia Book wrote about the Mesotron as part of the 5th epochal revelation in the original indictment of the typed papers to the Sadler Contact Commission in 1935.

Yet the press did not get the announcement about the discovery of the Mesotron until 1937.  These facts are not related, but I remind you that the Contact Commission was advised by the Revelatory Commission at least 2 years before the people in the United States at least, knew of such a discover by two Frenchmen, I believe.  In 1940 several newspapers picked the story up, and I reprint below a newspaper article that appeared in the United States in 1940.  The Scientific American Journal also published the Mesotron in June. 1940 as well.  Here is the Arizona Republic story:  Click the graphic to make it larger to read.

The presence and function of the mesotron also explains another atomic riddle. When atoms perform radioactively, they emit far more energy than would be expected. This excess of radiation is derived from the breaking up of the mesotron "energy carrier," which thereby becomes a mere electron. The mesotronic disintegration is also accompanied by the emission of certain small uncharged particles.

And also, the paragraph describing the action of the mesotron within the atomic nucleus:

As atoms are constituted, neither electric nor gravitational forces could hold the nucleus together. The integrity of the nucleus is maintained by the reciprocal cohering function of the mesotron, which is able to hold charged and uncharged particles together because of superior force-mass power and by the further function of causing protons and neutrons constantly to change places. The mesotron causes the electric charge of the nuclear particles to be incessantly tossed back and forth between protons and neutrons. At one infinitesimal part of a second a given nuclear particle is a charged proton and the next an uncharged neutron. And these alternations of energy status are so unbelievably rapid that the electric charge is deprived of all opportunity to function as a disruptive influence. Thus does the mesotron function as an "energy-carrier" particle which mightily contributes to the nuclear stability of the atom.

Ron: Let me dangerously put this into TV advertising language:

AS FOLLOWS:

1 -The mesotron, number one, IS AN ATOMIC PARTICLE.

2 - It is only ever in an atom’s nucleus and never outside of it.

3- The Mesotron is not in every preparticle. It is in the Muon but IT IS NOT in the Electron. And it is NOT IN the Gluon, or the Tachyon either.. All of the other preparticles have it in their nucleus.

4 - Its function is to change the valence of the nucleus particles back and forth so rapidly that the nucleus actually floats above the mass of the atom itself.

5 - Its other function is to force the protons in the atom’s nucleus to change state from negative, to positive, to neutral, and back again so rapidly the nucleus protons do not get super charged and blow away the electrons circulating in shells around the nucleus.

6 - The Mesotron actually has six legs on its round central architecture, and they float above the body head of the Mesotron, and scatter light energy into spectral colors and force the atom to start bringing in white light rays so entities like we humans can actually see the material that is materialized as to color, appearance of smooth and so on, and other characteristics we take for granted.

The amethyst quartz crystal is purple because the quart atom is a silicone (sand) based creation hardened by fire, and the Mesotron acts like a light filter, and forces the sand color to show purple by emphasizing the appearance of magnesium to glow its natural purple frequency spectrum.

7 - The Mesotron is in the Muon I use to produce an FM station broadcast of free electricity to homes around our big tower. That tower is 280 feet tall and has four legs, with the north leg always moved to face true magnetic north. When you force a four legged tower to have its north leg face true magnetic north, the tower becomes an electromagnet, and we harvest electrons from the sky above the tower very easily. For that reason we convert the electron to muons because the muon drops the voltage of the electron but carries  the electron's amperage alone. Such is in a Muon which is an antigravity preparticle, and it float very easily over the ground until a home antenna picks it up and transfers the Muon as an Electron to your electrical box in your home.

The Mesotron is inside the Muon because the Muon has to have six or sever Muons connected to the first Muon to form, and they form what looks like daisy blossoms with the original Muon in the enter of the daisy and five other Muons clustered around it like daisy petals, and the petals form stems and other daisy Muons attach to it up the tower leg.

This should tell you enough about the Mesotron to make you a world expert on it. Science today downplays the Mesotron because it is not understood what it really does. We tell you above what it really does, thanks to the disclosures of the MASTER FORCE ORGANIZERS ON PARADISE, The Paradise Magisterial Son, RAYSON, and thanks to MICHAEL OF NEBADON allowing me access to these facts, you can read them very well too. Dear Members,

ADMIN at your service:

We have two large and looming problems.  They are:

1 - - This web site is dangerously unstable now;
2 - -  I cannot get this site moved fast enough to prevent a disaster.

1 UN-stability
This results from hacks now and then which are prevented due to the courage of the server master knowing their modus operandi.  However we have sustained software disturbances which undermine the stability of this web site and we cannot repair it easily.   If we have a perfect storm erupt via the internet, this site is history.  I have asked time and again for a review of code health and to rewrite some code if necessary, and in this case, that is to reinstall the site on a more secure server.  So far there is no comprehension of our true situation and nothing done to help us out of suffering a fatal attack just as the spiritual world is preparing vital changes for all.

2  Site Move
The backup was secured several days ago but nothing done to move the site and reestablish its presence without interruption to present services.

In my opinion install the site as it is now on a new provider server, and THEN UPDATE TO ITS LATEST CODE VERSION.  We are behind in versions.

Second there needs to be daily backups and that is tedious and coolie labor to do but until there is some idea of security again, we must be vigilant.

Third, the discussion forum as it currently operates is silly at times and that is totally fine with me because un-ending tension is fatal to any forum.  However, the site is LIKELY to be used as an information center for important factual information to come forward in the event of the visible appearance of Jesus and the Staff of the Planetary Government.  IF you loose that that is a shame.  But remember this too:

You, each member, are dependent on Internet connects that are unsecured enough to guarantee you have internet either and then cannot access the site because of that too.  We cannot help that and I have no way of knowing how to get around service failure, but expect it.

SUGGESTIONS


 If you can at least maintain email, but that is so often bundled inside your subscription to the Internet provider, but if you can still have it.  Remember my email address which is the familiar   aronolac@comcast.net


That allows you to establish some contact with me and anything I might be able to say.  I also suggest that if the web site goes down permanently, write me so I can advise you if we can elect to provide a site to come to at least for information you are used to receiving.  There is ho guarantee I can do that.  This is real IF'Y because I am dependent on Comcast, and it is not a good provider in an emergency.



TRANSMIT:  Now you know why learning the ability to transmit allows you uninterrupted factual news regarding your area and your circumstances with what is likely to be horrendous confusion and violence.  Transmit!  And do not sit around waiting for it to happen.  They are busy too.  AND if you do not ask you are not heard!  Wall flowers will be deaf, dumb, and mute if that is how you act.

I have little more to say than PLEASE GET THIS WEB SITE MOVED AND SECURED!  Time is a problem already, but be aware of the danger we are facing too easily to keep this site running in an emergency situation like the Second Return represents to silly and awful Urantia in an emergency situation.

Discuss This Web Site / NOTICE: Site Not Opening to Some Members - please read 19 Nov 2022

Some members are not able to get onto the site this morning due to an error message showing when you try to.  What that error message does not tell you as to why.  The "why" is that the internet insists, at least in the United States, that a certificate of authentication be supplied to the site that it is what it says it is and not malware or a virus ready to harm your computer.  Our certificate lapsed yesterday unknown to me and I have asked Charles Lehner, our web site monitor, to please reestablish the certificate, as they are renewable and required.
There is a way to over ride the error message on your browser and your browser has a message you have to find to read that says if you agree to take you chances and look at it click here or something like it, and it goes there in spite of the certificate having expired.  I did it myself this morning and look at it easily now. 
I am very sorry for the error happening to you and apologize not catching this before it happened.  Charles I am sure knows how to take care of it,  and we thank him for his service to complete the renewal.   Thank you all.

US PATENT ISSUED TO BROADCAST ELECTRICITY / The WTP Patent is Approved and Ready for Issue - see inside 02 Nov 2022

We announce I received documents last evening advising us the US Patent Office has issued its NOA report.  Those letters stand for NOTICE OF APPROVAL.  The Patent Office has billed us as well for the cost of publication and distribution of the patent to those who have email reception of a new patent as a service of the patent office to them.

The Wireless Transmission of Power (WTP) Besser patent is obtain a new number and archived for the public to see on demand.  They placed on notice to us they have to print it in their archive style and formalize drawings in their format.  I expect this may take another twelve (12) to forty (40) days.  Meanwhile I have immediately paid the invoice to do this printing and archiving.

What remains to be done while we wait for the public document, is the consideration of the cost of having to do the world patent.  The attorney warns that most countries in the West use a patent process and that we may accept their view it needs a patent or not to determine what else we have to do by country to install WTP. Meanwhile, the focus is to build it first for the USA as we have full protection by patent in that case. 

I cannot predict how this goes.  In essence it changes the world.  In a second guess, the entire matter of energy production is withheld not by our celestial mentors which I am most grateful to report, have fully assigned a group of spirit wardens to help protect me, us, and you, over what will become a drastic change in how energy is allocated to Urantia for daily use in the normal world of commerce and home heating and cooling.  As a result of not being able to predict how this will play out, I can offer very little numbers or figures as to scheduling build-out or proof of concept, as there is a lot to settle even before we can get to the construction of the electric utility this will take to do.

I can tell you what RAYSON told me, and that is there is now a full scale investigation on how to do this on Urantia without disrupting my life and maybe some of you as we proceed to funding first, then construction.  His issue is not to quote any numbers yet, but energy costs will plummet, and go so way down energy for those who can be serviced first, will not long consider energy to be rationed because of expense.  We estimate that your utility bill for electrical use will be about $130 to $150 per year.

Furthermore, with this patent being issued RAYSON thinks in four (4) weeks alone, it sets a line of demarcation I have not had before, and while I must find the money somehow, it is well funded in fact by the MATISTERIAL SONS however much it takes to place on the ground near York, PA.  None of this has been found on any land we have to own and no addressed yet, and the engineering feat which has to be brought into production at a cost of at least one to two million dollars.  For that reason I am dependent on celestial rewards they have never attend to as a precedence ever yet, and I must wait for them to finally decide how important this is in the total context of providing Urantia this free gift from heaven,. for after all, it was RAYSON stepping in and allowing me to address the invention into a patent for all of us to enjoy once it is in place and running a community we think should be the little borough of Dover, Pennsylvania.  That said I am sure there is a huge amount more to relate once we have established how God wishes this to proceed with man fumbling not to get it into place on the ground.

Stay tune to this web site for news that does not get printed by the mass media if and when it finally reaches the public notice.  I have little doubt I will be asked to share it for nothing and that I cannot afford to do ever, but it is so close to nothing in service cost, I need not feel guilty for charging a little to operate the planet for personnel salaries of cost of materials charges.  I am also wondering just how taxes enter into this and a lot more to speak to as we move to initiate production now that the patent is ready to go public.
