The greater purpose is the glory of God, the Universal Father of all.

People have different characteristics, different personalities.

And many people develop skills that they inherit genetically, through inheritance from their ancestors, or acquire through their actions, for example, through studying or working.

In any case, we have the potential for eternity in heaven, and yes, life is important, because we are a collective child of God, the Universal Father of all, and we live a unique and personal experience here, helping each other in some way.

We are complementary. My brother's happiness is my happiness, because we are one.

I don't know, but I feel that I have a gigantic capacity for analysis, making true eureka moments, discoveries, when analyzing information about a certain subject.

Who knows, the many eureka moments, the many discoveries that I make, can help others in some way, because we are brothers in spirit and complementary.

Yes, I know that if I had, for example, a stroke, all of my intellectual capacity could be erased from my personality.

Why do I say this?

My father, who passed away many years ago, had several strokes in his life, mainly due to diabetes.

I have a tendency to have diabetes and have always taken care of my diet throughout my life to have a long, lucid and happy old age.

On the other hand, the administrator of the Serara Forum (International Forum of Readers of The Urantia Book, in the English language, which represents the updating of The Urantia Book), Ron Besser, channeled divine messages for many years on the Serara Forum and, if I'm not mistaken, on October 1, 2024, he had a stroke, causing him to lose his memory and cognitive activity, which he had done for a long time.

In my life, there were many times when I could really have died. It is a true miracle that I am alive, because like a cat that the popular proverb says has seven lives, I could have died more than seven times in my life.

In fact, in the new trilogy The New Universe Age - Love, the character John, a Brazilian of American descent, almost dies seven times. I will not give details, so as not to lose the curiosity of those who read the three books, but these episodes of near death from the trilogy happened to me and I simply adapted them to John, in his fictional story told in the three books.

As pessoas tem características diferentes, personalidades diferentes.

E muitas pessoas desenvolvem habilidades que herdam geneticamente, por hereditariedade dos ancentrais, ou adquirem conforme suas ações, por exemplo, o estudo ou o trabalho que desenvolvem.

Seja como for, temos potencial da eternidade nos céus, e sim, a vida é importante, pois somos um filho coletivo de Deus, Pai Universal de todos e vivemos aqui uma experiência única e pessoal nos ajudando, de alguma forma, uns aos outros.

Somos complementares. A felicidade de meu irmão é minha felicidade pois somos um só.

Eu não sei, mas eu sinto que eu tenho uma capacidade gigantesca de análise, fazendo verdadeiras eurekas, descobrimentos, ao analisar informações sobre um determinado assunto.


Quem sabe as muitas eurekas, os muitos descobrimentos que eu faço, possam ajudar de alguma forma os outros, pois somos irmãos em espírito e complementares.

Sim, eu sei que basta eu ter, por exemplo, um derrame cerebral que toda esta capacidade intelectual que eu tenho poderá ser apagada de minha personalidade.

Por que eu digo isso?

Meu pai, que já faleceu muitos anos atrás, teve vários derrames cerebrais em sua vida decorrente, principalmente, de diabetes.

Eu tenho tendência a ter diabetes e sempre cuidei de minha alimentação a vida inteira para ter uma velhice longa, lúcida e feliz.

Por outro lado, o administrador do Fórum Serara (Fórum Internacional de Leitores do Livro de Urantia, no idioma inglês, que representa a atualização do Livro de Urantia), Ron Besser, canalizou mensagens divinas por muitos anos no Fórum Serara e, salvo engano, no dia 01 de outubro de 2024 teve um derrame cerebral, fazendo com que perdesse a memória e atividade cognitiva que fez por um longo período.

Em minha vida, por muitas vezes eu realmente poderia ter morrido. É um verdadeiro milagre eu estar vivo, pois como um gato que o provérbio popular diz que tem sete vidas, por mais de sete vezes eu poderia ter morrido em minha vida.

Inclusive, na nova trilogia a Nova Era do Universo - Amor (The New Universe Age - Love) o personagem John, brasileiro descendente de americanos quase morre sete vezes. Não vou contar detalhes, para não perderem a curiosidade de quem for ler os três livros, mas este episódios da trilogia, de quase morte, aconteceram comigo e apenas adaptei para John, em sua história de ficção contada nos três livros.

Antes de publicar meu primeiro livro em 2010, eu também tinha um blog (que não existe mais). E de tanto escrever mensagens em blog eu resolvi escrever livros.

Por que pequenas mensagens no blog?

Realmente eu tenho muito trabalho, e, por isso eu me considero um escritor amador, na verdade, tanto de blog, como de livros.

E com a escassez de tempo, a única maneira de fazer uma mensagem, é fazer um texto simples para reflexão das pessoas.

Quando eu escrevo eu penso: - Quem sabe alguma mensagem possa ser útil para alguma pessoa?

Eu já escrevi, várias mensagens no meu blog atual e que eu não publiquei no Forum Serara, e uma das mais interessantes para mim é uma mensagem simples que fala sobre as pinturas rupestres de baleias na Serra da Capivara, PI (Brasil).

A Serra da Capivara que fica a centenas de quilômetros do mar está no estado brasileiro do Piauí (Brasil) e tem o maior número de pinturas rupestres do mundo.

Estas pinturas rupestres de baleias a centenas de quilometros do mar, no sertão da região nordeste do Brasil representa, possivelmente, a última reversão total dos polos geográficos que causou a grande extinção da megafauna do Holoceno e que eu já tive oportunidade de escrever. Isto quando o mar avançou por centenas de quilometros usando, principalmente, os rios e a planicie como verdadeiras rodovias e levando baleias a centenas de quilometros aqui na América do Sul (Brasil).

E o importante detalhe, este local, a Serra da Capivara é o local que tem mais pinturas rupestres do mundo.

Tudo indica que a qualquer momento isso vai, possivelmente acontecer de novo, uma reversão total de polo geográfico, a grande tribulação, por exemplo, megaterremotos, megatsunamis, ventos congelantes da troposfera atingindo o solo, baseando em fatos da ciência. Ressaltando, o extremo enfraquecimento do magnetismo do planeta.

O renomado escritor gaúcho Luiz Fernando Veríssimo tem, por exemplo, um livro que eu li quando era adolescente, o analista de Bagé. Pequenas histórias com muito humor.

Luiz Fernando Veríssimo é filho de outro renomado escritor gaúcho, Érico Veríssimo que fez o famoso livro que virou série de televisão, o tempo e o vento.

Me parece que perguntaram, certa vez, para Luis Fernando, por que não fazia um livro extenso como o de seu pai. Em síntese, disse que cada um tem suas características próprias.

Da mesma forma, eu tenho características próprias na escrita e na personalidade.

Mas este característica pessoal  minha eu dedico totalmente para glória de Deus, Pai Universal de todos.

First of all, a brief introduction regarding the research I did, mainly in the years 2009 to 2010, which is why I wrote the fiction book: 2012, the dark rift, a warning saves many, launched on August 21, 2010 at the International Book Biennial in the city of São Paulo, Brazil.

Scientists know about the serious events in the planet's magnetism, which I have already mentioned in this blog and in my book, but they remain inert. In the same way, the main governments of the entire world.

They believe that they should think: - What are we going to do? 2/3 of the world's population is in the risk area, such as coastal and plain regions. There is no way to move all this contingent of people to the safest areas.

As for the governments. Okay, but yes, it should be analyzed by governments around the world, looking for the safest areas near their respective peoples. In order to do this, it is necessary to look at the geography, mainly the relief and the access roads to these areas. And create structures for food, water supply, and shelter in these safer regions and on the route (roads and highways) that lead to these places.

As for people. They can try to visit safer regions, such as highlands, preferably plateaus, and try, for example, to take vacations in these places. If they have the financial resources, they can buy a house or a farm in these safer places to serve as a possible refuge for their own family and friends.

And if God wills, so that these missions of God and the return of Jesus may occur before these gigantic catastrophes, let's call them the great tribulation. The great tribulation that is mentioned in writings related to faith, but that is mainly proven by scientific events linked to the extreme weakening of the planet's magnetism as is happening today.

Be that as it may, I place my future in your hands, God, Father, with the trust of a child.

Be that as it may, I believe in eternity in heaven and that everything we go through serves as an inner spiritual learning for each one of us.

In any case, I believe that the spiritual recovery of the planet is possible, so that our planet known in the universe of universes as Urantia can resume the path toward the era of light and life when most people continue their walk in the heavens after the physical death of the body.

Antes de tudo, uma breve introdução em relação as pesquisas que eu fiz, principalmente, nos anos de 2009 a 2010, motivo pelo qual eu escrevi o livro de ficção:  2012, the dark rift, um aviso salva muitos, lançado no dia 21 de agosto de 2010 na Bienal Internacional do Livro da cidade de São Paulo, Brasil.

Eis as importantes informações para reflexão de todos:

O extremo enfraquecimento do magnetismo do planeta ocorre antes de uma reversão total do polo magnético, acionando a reversão total do polo geográfico.

Eu fiz muitas pesquisas principalmente nos anos de 2009 e 2010 para o conteúdo de meu livro de ficção sobre 2012.

Uma das pesquisas mais importantes, de todas, foi no idioma inglês. 

Esta pesquisa feita no magma das montanhas Steens no Oregon EUA demonstrava que antes de uma reversão total de polo magnético, ocorria um extremo enfraquecimento do magnetismo do planeta.

O extremo enfraquecimento do magnetismo do planeta, exatamente, como tem ocorrido principalmente nas últimas décadas, sobretudo nos últimos anos.

Os cientistas sabem dos graves acontecimentos no magnetismo do planeta, que eu já mencionei neste blog e em meu livro, mas se quedam inertes. Da mesma forma, os principais governos do mundo inteiro.

Acreditam que devem pensar: - O que vamos fazer? 2/3 da polução mundial está na área de risco, como regiôes litorâneas e de planícies. Não tem como deslocar todo este contingente de pessoas para as áreas mais seguras.

Quanto aos governos. Tudo bem, mas sim, deve ser analisado pelos governantes do mundo inteiro procurando as áreas mais seguras pertos de seus respetivos povos. Para que isto seja feito, é necessário olhar a geografia, principalmente, o relevo e as rodovias de acesso para estas áreas. E criar estruturas de alimentação, fornecimento de água, e abrigo nestas regiões mais seguras e na rota (estradas e rodovias) que levam a estes lugares.

Quanto as pessoas. Elas podem procurar visitar regiões mais seguras, como regiões altas, preferencialmente, planaltos, e procurar, por exemplo, tirar férias nestes lugares. Se tiver recursos financeiros, compra uma casa ou uma chácara nestes lugares mais seguros para servir de um possível refúgio para a própria família e amigos.

É um verdadeiro milagre de Deus, ainda não ter acontecido as gigantescas catástrofes que podem acontecer a qualquer momento.

O Fórum Serara, fórum internacional de leitores do livro de Urantia, que representa a atualização do Livro de Urantia tiveram uma quantidade grande de mensagens canalizadas no sentido de que sim, vão ocorrer estas catástrofes gigantescas no mundo inteiro, em mensagens canalizadas há muitos anos. 

Eu acompanho este fórum internacional no idioma inglês ativamente desde 2015, com o nome Julio da Luz. Hoje, em dia, depois da trilogia bilingue português e inglês, a nova era do universo - amor (The new universe age - love) eu prefiro se chamado como escritor Steinmetz, sendo mais preciso Caesar Steinmetz como nome artístico de escritor amador.

A questão é que sim, eu acredito pode ocorrer missões de Deus, incluindo, o possível retorno de Jesus antes destas catástrofes gigantescas previamente anunciadas. É essa é minha oração pela qual eu peço que todos rezem. 

Mas eu relembro que mesmo que ocorram as missões de Deus e o retorno de Jesus, possivelmente, as catástrofes gigantescas ocorrerão, por serem um fenômeno natural da natureza.

Mais do que nunca a humanidade precisa de orações. 

Mais do que nunca a humanidade precisa de recuperação espiritual. 

Eu repito para que a gente faça esta oração: 

- Uma oração coletiva para que as missões de Deus e o possível retorno de Jesus ocorram o quanto antes possível.

E se Deus quiser, para que estas missões de Deus e o retorno de Jesus aconteçam  antes destas gigantescas catástrofes, vamos chamar, a grande tribulação. A grande tribulação que é mencionada nos escritos relacionados a fé, mas que principalmente é comprovada por eventos científicos ligados ao extremo enfraquecimento do magnetismo do planeta como ocorre hoje.

Seja como for, eu entrego meu futuro em suas mãos, Deus, Pai com a confiança de uma criança.

Seja como for, eu acredito na eternidade nos céus e que tudo que passamos serve para um aprendizado espiritual interior de cada um de nós.

Seja como for, eu acredito que sim é possível a recuperação espiritual do planeta, para que nosso planeta conhecido no universo dos universos como Urantia possa retomar o caminho em direção a era de luz e de vida quando a maioria das pessoas continuam a caminhada nos céus após a morte física do corpo.

Eu tenho muito trabalho por fazer e então escrevi este pequeno texto para reflexão.

Looking at the percentage above and the globe-shaped world map, the Eureka moment came, that is, the moment of discovery, when I was researching and writing the book around 2009 to 2010. I published my fiction book about 2012 in 21 August 2010, which, coincidentally, according to The Urantia Book, is a special date, since August 21st is the date of Jesus' birth, according to The Urantia Book.

Looking at the globe-shaped world map, the highest percentage of megafauna extinctions is in a region known to scientists as the Pacific Ring of Fire. Australia and America (North America and South America).
And this region (Australia on one side and America on the other) is the opposite of Sub-Saharan Africa, which had the lowest extinction rate, less than 5%.

A extinção em massa do Pleistoceno (ou da Era do Gelo)

A extinção em massa da Era do Gelo é caracterizada pela extinção de muitos mamíferos de grande porte, pesando mais de 40 kg.

Na América do Norte, cerca de 33 dos 45 gêneros de mamíferos de grande porte foram extintos,

na América do Sul 46 de 58,

na Austrália 15 de 16,

Olhando o percentual acima e o mapa mundi em forma de globo veio o momento Eureka, ou seja, de descobrimento, isto quando eu estava pesquisando e escrevendo o livro por volta de 2009 a 2010. I pray that God's missions and Jesus' return may occur as soon as possible.

God's missions and Jesus' second coming have been postponed many times, according to many old messages published here on the Serara Forum.

There have been several postponements. I will mention three consecutive events (2021, 2022 and 2023) in which Jesus was about to return and there were events that prevented this, according to news from the Serara Forum that I have been following since 2015, for more than ten years.

As missões de Deus e a segunda vinda de Jesus foram adiadas muitas vezes, conforme muitas mensagens antigas divulgadas aqui no Fórum Serara.

Foram vários adiamentos. Vou mencionar, três eventos seguidos (2021, 2022 e 2023) em que Jesus estava prestes a retornar e houve eventos que impediram isto, conforme notícias do Fórum Serara que eu acompanho desde 2015, há mais de dez anos.

1) A invasão do Capitólio (EUA), no dia 06 de janeiro de 2021, quando havia cerimonia sobre a eleição de Biden no Congresso Americano. A previsão era de retorno de Jesus  na mesma data do feriado cristão dedicado aos reis magos, a data de 06 de janeiro, conforme feriado católico. 

2) A invasão da Rússia na Ucrania, no dia 24 de fevereiro de 2022. Igualmente, naqueles dias estava previsto para ocorrer o retorno de Jesus, que foi novamente adiado, diante desta invasão.

3) O massacre do Hamas em Israel, em 07 de outubro de 2023. Também naquela época os preparativos para o retorno de Jesus estavam adiantados. E este massacre adiou novamente o retorno de Jesus.

Nestes adiamentos, muitos membros do Fórum Serara se manifestaram, por exemplo, em síntese, dizendo: por exemplo, até quando irão ocorrer eventos negativos que adiam as missões de Deus e o retorno de Jesus?

Agnóstico simplesmente não acredita em Deus, porque não vê, por exemplo, um representante de Deus.

No Livro de Urantia, durante a história de um planeta evolucionário do tempo e do espaço, como nosso planeta, aparecem representantes de Deus. Por exemplo, os Adãos e Evas planetários. Nos planetas evolucionários normais, sem rebelião, existe um representante visível de Deus.

É isso que eu peço, um ou mais representantes vísiveis de Deus em nosso planeta para recuperação espiritual de nosso planeta.

Com este representante, muitos irão voltar ao caminho de Deus.

Subject: - Prayers for the health of the Pope, and other matters, and trust in God, the Father as a child.

Pope Francis is hospitalized. And he is recovering. But since the Pope is old, I pray for the recovery of Pope Francis' health.

This website, for readers of The Urantia Book, in English, represents, in some way, the desires for a better world.

When I read The Urantia Book for the first time, in 2010, I wondered if there could be updates on news related to God. That's when I found this website. At that time, in 2014 and 2015, the Forum was called the Monjoronson Forum. Later, it was changed to the Serara Forum. What do these two names have in common? Both are Magisterial Sons of Paradise who may, perhaps, begin a Magisterial Mission on our planet, that is, a mission from God the Father, just like the return of Jesus, which has also been postponed several times.

Later, over time, after hearing so much about the book A Course in Miracles here on the Serara Forum, I researched it further and discovered that the book was dictated by Jesus to two psychologists starting on October 21, 1965, exactly the day I was born.

So I felt the need to read this wonderful book, A Course in Miracles.

There are many bad things happening on the planet, such as wars and rumors of wars.

More than ever, our planet, our humanity, needs true miracles from God to return to the path of light of God, the Father.

The evolutionary worlds of time and space evolve from imperfection to perfection, so they make mistakes, but these mistakes can be remedied, with a new spiritual direction, for example, with missions from God visible to the eyes of the world.

What most catches my attention in the book A Course in Miracles is that we consider ourselves as a single collective child of God and that we are complementary to each other.

So, at the level of positive spiritual energy, we must emanate all that is good and wonderful to everyone, because one of the most beautiful lessons in the book A Course in Miracles says that giving and receiving in the spiritual world are the same thing.

Coincidentally, lesson 265 that I recently read, from the Workbook, says I only see the kindness of creation.

In other words, we must see the wonderful things that emanate from God.

For everything here, in our physical body, in our earthly life, is temporary, our passage is a learning experience for personal spiritual evolution.

Another wonderful lesson, I place my future in your hands, God, Father, with the trust of a child.

A child who expects nothing, only trusts in God, Father.

So, this prayer, giving positive energy to everyone, and thanking at the beginning and at the end for all the wonderful things that God, the Father gives us, I add mainly that I place the future in your hands, God, the Father with the trust of a child.

This reflection is for everyone, visitors and members of the Serara Forum and I raise this prayer to our God, the Universal Father of all. Thank you for everything wonderful, God the Father. O papa Francisco está hospitalizado. E está se recuperando. Mas como o papa tem idade avançada eu faço minha oração para recuperação da saúde do Papa Francisco.

Este site da internet, de leitores do Livro de Urantia, no idioma inglês, representa, de alguma forma, os anseios por um mundo melhor.

Quando eu li o Livro de Urantia pela primeira vez, no ano de 2010, eu me indagava se poderia haver atualização sobre as notícias relacionadas a Deus. Foi quando eu localizei este site. Naquela época, nos anos de 2014 e 2015 o Fórum tinha o nome de Fórum Monjoronson. Depois fui mudado para Fórum ´Serara. O que tem em comum neste dois nomes? Ambos são Filhos Magisteriais do Paraíso que podem, quem sabe, iniciar uma Missão Magisterial em nosso planeta, ou seja, uma missão de Deus, Pai, assim como o retorno de Jesus, que também foi adiado várias vezes.

Depois com o tempo, de tanto ouvir sobre o Livro Um Curso em Milagres aqui no Fórum Serara eu pesquisei mais, e descobri que o livro foi ditado por Jesus para dois psicólogos a partir de 21 de outubro de 1965, exatamente, o dia em que eu nasci.

Então eu senti a necessidade de ler este livro maravilhoso que é Um Curso em Milagres.

Existem muitas coisas ruins que estão acontecendo no planeta, como por exemplo guerras e rumores de guerras.

Mais do que nunca nosso planeta, nossa humanidade, precisa de verdadeiros milagres de Deus, para retornar ao caminho na luz de Deus, Pai.

Os mundos evolutivos do tempo e do espaço evoluem da imperfeição para a perfeição, então comete erros, mas estes erros podem ser sanados, com um novo rumo espiritual, por exemplo, com missões de Deus visíveis aos olhos do mundo.

O que mais me chama a atenção no Livro Um Curso em milagres é considerarmos nós, como um filho só coletivo de Deus e que somos complementares uns aos outros.

Então a nível de energia espiritual positiva, devemos emanar tudo de bom e maravilhoso a todos, pois, uma das mais lindas lições do livro um Curso em Milagres diz que dar e receber no mundo espiritual são a mesma coisa.

Casualmente, a lição 265 que eu li recentemente, do Livro de Exercícios, fala eu só vejo a gentileza da criação.

Ou seja, nós devemos ver o que existe de maravilhoso, emanado de Deus.

Pois tudo aqui, em nosso corpo físico, em nossa vida terrena, é passageiro, nossa passagem que é um aprendizado para evolução espiritual pessoal.

Outra lição maravilhosa, eu entrego meu futuro em suas mãos, Deus, Pai, com a confiança de uma criança.

Uma criança que não espera nada, apenas confia em Deus, Pai.

Muitas vezes ficamos angustiados por alguma coisa, e cada pessoa tem suas próprias experiências de vida que são diferentes uma das outras, mas devemos lembrar, sempre, de emanar energias positivas para todos, emanar aos nossos irmãos (a todos) o amor de Deus, Pai que recebemos; emanar aos nossos irmãos (a todos) as muitas dádivas e bençãos de Deus, Pai que recebemos; emanar aos nossos irmãos (a todos), os muitos milagres de Deus, Pai que recebemos. Eu acrescentei energias positivas a esta oração, como, por exemplo:

Eu dou para você meu irmão (a todos)

a paz;
a alegria;
o bem-estar;
a energia;
a saúde;
a lucidez;
os muitos recursos de Deus, Pai;

a ajuda no cotidiano;
o lazer saudável.

As pessoas podem acrescentar outros tipos de energia positiva, mas eu acredito que estas energias mencionadas englobam tudo.

Muitas vezes, eu faço esta oração durante o dia, várias vezes, ao dia, usando, por exemplo, - Eu dou para você meu irmão (a todos) o repouso de Deus, Pai, que para mim sintetiza tudo, pois o repouso significa muito mais do que dormir, significa a tranquilidade tendo como nossa fortaleza o amor de Deus, Pai.

Então, esta oração, dando energia positiva a todos, e agradecendo no inicio e no final tudo de maravilhoso que Deus, Pai nos dá, acrescento principalmente, que o futuro entrego em suas mãos, Deus, Pai com a confiança de uma criança.

Esta reflexão é para todos, visitantes e membros do Fórum Serara e eu elevo esta oração a nosso Deus, Pai Universal de todos. Obrigado por tudo de maravilhoso, Deus Pai. Sou escritor amador.  Meu nome completo: Julio Cesar da Luz Steinmetz.
Eu escrevi um livro de ficção em 2010, com o nome de escritor Julio da Luz. O nome do livro: - 2012 - The dark rift - um aviso salva muitos - Editora Alcance, Porto Alegre - RS.

Este livro de ficção lançado na bienal internacional de São Paulo em 21 de agosto de 2010, fala de possíveis catástrofes globais. No meu livro, eu comento que após 2012, uma nova era iria começar.

Então, não é uma questão de data, ou seja, 2012. Pode acontecer a qualquer momento.

Existiam na época que eu escrevi o livro em 2010, vários graves acontecimentos no planeta de conhecimento dos cientistas e dos principais governantes do mundo inteiro. Vou mencionar rapidamente os principais: 1) o extremo enfraquecimento do magnetismo do planeta; 2) o rápido deslocamento do polo magnético que ficava no norte do Canadá e que hoje (2025) já está mais perto, inclusive, da Sibéria na Rússia que o próprio norte do Canadá; 3) a Grande Anomalia Magnética do Atlântico Sul.

No anos anos de 2023 e 2024, ficou mais grave ainda. Cientistas já confirmaram que o núcleo do planeta começou a desacelerar e alguns sites comentam que começou a gira ao contrário. Os cientistas descobriram isto analisando o reflexo dos terremotos, pois os terremotos emitem ondas que são direcionadas ao núcleo da Terra e depois retornam.

Por outro lado, a grande anomalia Magnética do Atlântico Sul aumentou mais ainda, e está dividindo em duas.

Por sua vez, o polo norte magnético que estava mais perto do norte do Canadá, pelo as notícias que eu li, hoje (2025) já está mais próximo da Síberia na Rússia.

Tudo indica que a qualquer momento vai acontecer uma reversão parcial ou total do eixo geográfico com catástrofes globais que atingirão todos os países do mundo.

Se for mudança do eixo geográfico total, norte e sul, as catástrofes serão mais fortes. É muito possível que ocorra este tipo mais grave de mudança de eixo geográfico.

Platão no livro Politicus já falava, contando uma lenda, de quando o sol nascia ao contrário (oeste ao inves de leste), quando aconteceu um grande terremoto, e houve poucos sobreviventes no planeta.

Sim, se houver uma mudança total do eixo geográfico, o planeta irá rodar ao contrário, e então o sol irá nascer no lado oposto que nasce hoje. Como já está acontecendo a reversão da rotação no núcleo do planeta é possível que isso aconteça a qualquer momento.

O que o mundo pode fazer para evitar isso?

Uma gigantesca antena emitindo pulsos eletromagnéticos pode aumentar o magnetismo do planeta, fazendo com que evite este quadro de catástrofes.

Existe tempo para isso? Talvez. Eu não sei até quando os principais países do mundo estão preparados para investir nesta tecnologia importante para toda a humanidade.

Mas voltando o assunto e o motivo pelo qual resolvi escrever este blog simples.

Eu não tenho tempo para fazer um blog elaborado, então, optei por um blog simples.

Eu escrevi faz pouco tempo uma nova trilogia. A Nova Era do Universo - Amor. Uma edição bilingue português e inglês. Dois dos três livros já foram publicados pela Editora Alcance em Porto Alegre.

A partir desta nova trilogia passo a assinar como escritor Steinmetz.

Sendo mais preciso, o nome artístico Caesar Steinmetz.

Mas prefiro ser chamado como escritor Steinmetz, apenas.

Eu tenho tantas coisas para escrever.

E este é apenas o texto de inauguração deste blog simples.

No próximo texto irei comentar um pouco sobre a nova trilogia, a Nova Era do Universo - Amor.

I just wrote the messages below in a group of kombucha drinkers, people who make kombucha here in Brazil. Many make artisanal kombucha at home, like me. Others already make and sell kombucha. The group on Telegram has more than 600 people.

I have already written about this topic.

But I wrote it again, to reinforce the benefits of kombucha, mainly, the benefits of live yeast in the human body.

Here are the messages for everyone to reflect on (I'm going to copy and paste the various texts from the various messages on the subject):

Yeast eats sugar during fermentation

So yeast must do the same when it is in our intestines

But I experimented with several kombuchas with various juices

The one that gave the best results was kombucha with apple juice

Apple juice turns into apple cider vinegar

And I have had decompensated diabetes

And I know from my own experience that apple cider vinegar significantly reduces blood sugar... having a similar effect to metformin... lowering it quickly, for example, in 10 minutes, if you take several tablespoons of apple cider vinegar mixed with water

I experimented with kombucha made from grape juice... but since I took it right after about four days of fermentation, my diabetes increased because of the fructose

In other words, depending on the type of juice, the result varies for diabetes

But after fermenting for about 30 days in the fridge... the grape juice kombucha practically turned into wine

and this kombucha reduced my diabetes... that is... after a period of fermentation

I am noticing that after about 10 to 15 days in the fridge this grape juice kombucha with apple juice (proportions practically equal or similar)... there is a great decrease in fructose... I am feeling this with the taste of this kombucha

Before I forget

it is possible that the American study was done with first fermentation kombucha without added flavor... but I need to research this

On the other hand... there is the issue of the blue zones in Europe (island of Sardinia in Italy and island of Ikaria in Greece)

There is a documentary on Netflix with four episodes about how to live 100 years... the secret of the blue zones

This documentary has information about the wine consumed on these islands in Italy and Greece... I researched more and discovered that they are artisanal wines... without chemical preservatives... in other words... full of live wine yeast

On the island of Sardinia in Italy, in these mountainous regions, which are the blue zones of this Italian island, there are the largest number of centenarian and lucid men in the world

And on a website I discovered that they have the custom of drinking artisanal wine (made by them, without chemical preservatives and full of live yeast) and they often salute, even at the age of 100, that is, they know that the secret is artisanal wine full of yeast

Eis as mensagens para reflexão de todos (vou copiar e colar os diversos textos das diversas mensagens sobre o tema):

A questão é que me veio um momento eureka

Ou seja de descoberta

As leveduras comem o açúcar durante a fermentação

Então as leveduras devem fazer o mesmo quando estão no nosso intestino

O foco então será a descoberta de que as leveduras vivas no intestino podem ser as grandes responsáveis pela diminuição da diabetes

Mas eu fiz experiência com várias kombuchas com vários sucos


o que mais deu resultado foi a kombucha com suco de maça

O suco de maça vira vinagre de maça


E eu já tive quadro de diabetes descompensada

E sei por experiência própria que o vinagre de maça diminui bastante o açúcar no sangue... tendo efeito similar a metformina... baixando rápido, por exemplo, em 10 minutos, se tomar várias colheres de sopa de vinagre de maça misturado com água

Eu fiz experiência com kombucha de suco de uva.. mas como eu tomei logo depois de uns quatro dias de fermentação, aumentou minha diabetes por causa da frutose

Ou seja conforme o tipo de suco, varia o resultado para diabetes

Mas depois de ficar fermentando uns 30 dias na geladeira...a kombucha de suco de uva se transformou praticamente em um vinho


e esta kombucha diminuiu a minha diabetes... ou seja... depois de um período de fermentação

Eu estou notando que por volta de 10 a 15 dias na geladeira esta kombucha de suco de uva com suco de maça (proporções praticamente iguais ou semelhantes)...está com um grande diminuição na frutose... eu estou sentindo isto com o gosto desta kombucha

Antes que eu me esqueça


é possível que o estudo americano tenha sido feito com a kombucha de primeira fermentação sem acréscimo de sabor... mas tem que pesquisar sobre isso



Por outro lado... tem a questão das zonas azuis da Europa (ilha de Sardenha na Itália e ilha de Ikaria na Grécia)


Tem um documentário no Netflix com quatro episódios sobre como viver 100 anos... o segredo das zonas azuis

Este documentário tem informações sobre o vinho consumido nestas ilhas da Itália e da Grécia... eu pesquisei mais e descobri que são vinhos artesanais... sem conservantes químicos... ou seja...repletos de leveduras de vinho vivas

Na ilha de Sardenha na Itália, nestas regiões de montanhas, que são as zonas azuis desta ilha italiana, existem a maior quantidade do mundo de homens centenários e lúcidos

E em um site eu descobri que tem o costume de tomar vinho artesanal (feito por eles, sem conservantes químicos e repletos de leveduras vivas) e fazem, muitas vezes, saudação, até os 100 anos, ou seja, sabem que o segredo é o vinho artesanal repleto de leveduras


Já o mais surpreendente aconteceu na ilha de Ikaria na Grecia, que conforme a mitologia grega é o local do nascimento do vinho... onde vivia Dionísio, o Deus grego do vinho.. e neste local tem a caverna de Dionísio onde a lenda diz que foram feito o vinho...

No quarto e última capitulo do Netflix sobre este assunto tem uma revelação surpreendente sobre esta ilha grega

O motivo de te sido feito o documentário foi o que aconteceu com um americano de origem grega

Este americano, aos 60 anos, foi diagnosticado com câncer com expectativa de vida de seis meses por vários médicos... e ele revolveu voltar para a ilha de seus ancestrais .. a ilha de Ikaria


E tomava este vinho repleto de leveduras vivas da ilha de Ikaria.. e plantou videira.. e fez seu vinho... e viveu mais quarenta anos, passando os 100 anos


Por isso tudo, eu acredito que o enfoque da pesquisa cientifica deve ser os benefícios das leveduras vivas que tem por exemplo na kombucha


Tudo indica que este americano descendente de gregos da ilha de Ikaria tomava vinho repleto de leveduras vivas todas as noites... eu por exemplo, tomo kombucha todas as noites...


O nosso corpo humano é formado a maior parte de água


Eu acredito que bebidas como kombucha, repleto de leveduras vivas, dão mais efeito que qualquer comida, pois a bebida é absorvida rapidamente no organismo e enviada para nosso corpo que é grande parte feito de água


Bem são estas as informações interessantes que talvez possa servir de inspiração para pesquisa científica sobre os benefícios da kombucha, considerando, a levedura viva, possivelmente, um dos maiores fatores para redução de diabetes, por exemplo, de kombucha de primeira fermentação... Já se for adicionado sabor, vai depender da quantidade de açúcar ou frutose residual para ter o benefício ou não de redução de glicemia no sangue



Ou seja.. se for kombucha saborizada (com sabor) com suco, extrato, etc,.. o benefício será diferente,... pois cada fruta, por exemplo, tem seu nível de frutose (açúcar)....

Salvo engano, chegam até fazer experiência de comer capsulas de cocô (merda) de pessoas saudáveis, para melhorar e aumentar o microorganismos vivos no intestino... e a pesquisa neste sentido deu bons resultados

só que eu prefiro tomar kombucha... risos...

Legal... eu acredito que em um primeiro momento deve ser focado pesquisa cientifica com kombucha de primeira fermentação apenas


Depois pode ser avançado por exemplo... de kombucha de suco de maça... mas o resultado vai ficar diferente conforme a quantidade de suco de maça... 10% a 50% deve dar diferença...


Antes que eu me esqueça... nos grupos de kombucha... eu lancei o manifesto contra a pasteurização da kombucha... que mata todos os microorganimos vivos... e que a legislação do Brasil e dos países do mundo, deve considerar isto... pois o iogurte tem lactobacillus vivos.. e a kombucha também deve ter microorganismos vivos... isto é fundamental... a pasteurização mata tudo... a legislação do Brasil permite a pasteurização da Kombucha, colocando no rótulo da garrafa, produto pasteurizado

Eu acredito que talvez este tema deve ser tratado em pesquisa científica sobre kombucha e alteração da legislação no sentido de que para ser considerado kombucha tem que existir microorganimos vivos (isto vai impedir a pasteurização que mata todo os microorganimos vivos)

In Brazil, if I'm not mistaken, it is possible for factories to produce pasteurized kombucha (heated during the process), that is, killing all microorganisms. Some factories would do this to have a longer shelf life, given the extinction of yeast, in addition to killing bacteria and all living organisms in the drink.

In this case, here in Brazil, the industry has to put the observation on the label: Pasteurized.

This is a misleading to the consumer. It is a total disrespect to the consumer.

No Brasil, salvo engano, é possível que as fábricas produzam kombucha pasteurizadas (aquecidas no procedimento), ou seja, matando todos os microorganismos. Trust, like a child in God, the Father

To all good-hearted people in the world
To all members and visitors of the Serara Forum

Today, January 20, 2025, Monday, my friend and editor of Editora Alcance, in Porto Alegre, wrote me a message asking me, in short, - what awaits us?

(this is in relation to world events, and I will not explain the reasons for his concern, but those who follow the world news will probably know what it is about, or will reflect on something negative that they are seeing, according to their own perspective of life, but it is equally valid for reflection).

I will try to write about this important topic, to calm the hearts of all good-hearted people in the world, when they see some news that in their opinion is negative news, whatever the reason.

The title of this message is the answer: - Trust like a child, in God, the Father.

The message could end here. And each person can reflect on this. Because this sentence already has the whole answer.

But I will write a few more words and, as I am a storyteller, I will tell you why I am writing about this.

A long time ago, when I was a teenager, I used to wonder about the bad news in the world. And, in a way, from time to time I reflect on this again. I asked myself and sometimes I ask myself again, why this happened or is happening in a certain part of the world? Or in relation to the country itself, or in relation to the city itself, or in relation to life itself.

The message that I intend to write about this subject could be long, a real book, given the amount of information, but I do not have time for that, so I will try to use the power of synthesis as much as possible.

I discovered many answers to many inner questions, such as these, when reading the book A Course in Miracles by the Foundation for Inner Peace. Let's say, a psychographed book (let's use this term), dictated by Jesus to psychologists, if I'm not mistaken American or English, Helen Schucman and William Thetfor, professors of medical psychology at the School of Medicine and Surgery at Columbia University in New York City.

There are many teachings in this book, and each person should seek personal meaning for themselves by reading and reflecting on the wonderful content of this book.

What did I learn from this Book?

I will give a synthesis, a summary, of the many responses with my perception (if I had time I could write a book about it). But each person will have their own perception and spiritual response.

- The concept that we are one collective child of God, that is, we are complementary to each other, being one.

- The concept that giving and receiving are the same thing, in the spiritual world, when we emanate the positive energy of God to our brothers,

- The concept that the future belongs to God and that we should have the trust of a child.

It is not easy to try to write a summary when you have a million ideas to write and you don't have time to do it.

What do I mean by this?

We can be immortal in spirit in heaven, that is, have the salvation of our souls, and continue our lives on the path to heaven, all we need to do is seek God, the Father in our hearts, surrender ourselves completely to God, the Father, and leave the future in God's hands like a child, because everything here is transitory.

If we think about it, as immortal in spirit in heaven, the life in the physical body that we have is transitory.

The concerns that we have in the present, in the future, we will not have, because everything will be in the past.

We live in an evolutionary world of time and space that goes from imperfection to perfection.

So, little by little, for example, social structures are improved and perfected over time.

No harm should last forever. There is evolution towards improvement.

When we have little time to write, we have to write loose sentences, which even though they seem disconnected, have a greater meaning in a union in the search for light.

I dream of a better world. Many people around the world dream of a better world.

I often avoid looking at the news when we see negative news in the headlines.

I said a prayer, which I try to tune into at various times throughout the day, to emanate God's positive energy to our brothers and sisters, because giving and receiving in the spiritual world are the same thing.

Here is the prayer I say to calm my heart, which is based on several teachings of Jesus that are in the book: A Course in Miracles:

First and last, a thank you to God, the Father. And each person can say their own prayer and reflection, which is so necessary, especially at some point when we are worried, whatever the worry may be. I do this every day, several times a day, tuning into these thoughts:

- To you, my brother, I give the love of God, the Father that I have received;
- To you, my brother, I give the many blessings and gifts of God, the Father that I have received; - To you, my brother, I give the many miracles of God the Father that I have received.
- To you, my brother, I give: Peace, joy, well-being – Energy, health, lucidity – Many resources – Rest – Help in daily life – Healthy leisure, all from God the Father that I have received.

- To you, my brother, I give, above all, the love of God the Father, unconditional, regardless of destiny. I place my future in your hands, God the Father, with the trust of a child.
- The alpha and the omega, the beginning and the end. Goodness, beauty and truth with a common bond in the love of God the Father.
- My God, Father, thank you so much for the wonderful things that I have received.

Just as I did above. Each person can seek their own answers, in the positive energy of God the Father and say their own prayer or thoughts to reflect on several times a day, whenever they feel they need to do so to calm their soul. This prayer, or these thoughts, are based on spiritual teachings, for example, that are in the book “A Course in Miracles” and in “The Urantia Book”.

For a long time I read news, in the International Forum of readers of The Urantia Book, the Serara Forum, about the book A Course in Miracles. In fact, it was many years, until one day I decided to read this book.
That was when I discovered the story of the book.
How two psychologists were tired of the tensions in relationships, competition and aggression, for example, in the workplace, and they questioned whether the world did not need to be like this.
That was when Helen began to see, hear, and dream about Jesus and talked to her colleague William about this, who supported her, saying that Jesus was giving the answers to their questions.
Until one day Jesus decided to dictate this book. Saying, starting today I want you to write this book.
And that day was October 21st.
And October 21st is my birthday.

So, the more I read the book A Course in Miracles, the more spiritual answers I get when we discover a different world, the spiritual world that we are part of.

What do you think awaits us?

In the future, God willing, we will meet in heaven, and all problems will be past. We have discovered that it calms our souls to emanate positive energy to our brothers, as, for example, in the prayer or thoughts that I do several times a day. And each person can have their own prayer or thoughts with the positive energy of God, the Father, emanating to our brother. And emanating positive energy from God, to our brother, we emanate to ourselves, because we are one, one collective child of God, complementary to each other.

The meaning of life, in a world of difficulties, is to know that everything is temporary. That all of this is like training to evolve our spirits and gain the trust of a child in God, the Father, placing the future in the hands of God, the Father.
Whether good or bad times will happen, whatever happens, we know that everything is temporary, we know that the main thing is to emanate positive energy from God in different ways. Just thinking about this, this positive energy from God, the Father to our brothers, already makes us feel lighter.

Finally, I dream of a better spiritual world, in which most people become immortal in spirit, and thus, even with physical death, there is continuity in the walk in heaven, and the reunion with the people we love who have already passed away.

But for this to happen, we need to have positive thoughts and feelings in God, the Father, emanating them to our brother (for those who want to catch this positive energy) and, thus, tune into the radio of God, the Father, several times a day, taking as an example the daily thoughts that I have done, but that each person can do and adapt and improve and perfect with their own personal perspectives.

Hoje, 20 de janeiro de 2025, segunda-feira, meu amigo e editor da Editora Alcance, em Porto Alegre me escreveu uma mensagem me perguntando, em síntese, -  o que nos espera?

(isto em relação aos acontecimentos do mundo, e não vou explicitar os motivos da preocupação dele, mas quem acompanha as notícias do mundo, possivelmente, saberá do que se trata, ou irá refletir sobre alguma coisa negativa que está vendo, conforme sua perspectiva própria de vida, mas que é igualmente válido para reflexão).

Vou tentar escrever sobre este tema, importante, para tranquilizar os corações de todas as pessoas de bom coração no mundo, quando verem alguma notícia que ao seu critério é uma notícia negativa, seja qual for o motivo.

O título desta mensagem é a resposta: - Confiança como criança, em Deus, Pai.

A mensagem poderia terminar aqui. E cada pessoa pode refletir sobre isto. Pois esta frase já tem toda a resposta.

Mas vou escrever mais algumas palavras e como eu sou um contador de histórias, vou contar o motivo pelo qual eu estou escrevendo sobre isto.


Há muito tempo atrás, quando eu era adolescente, eu me questionava sobre as notícias ruins do mundo. E, de certa forma, de vez em quando eu reflito novamente sobre isso.  Eu me perguntava e as vezes me pergunto, novamente, por que isso aconteceu ou está acontecendo em determinada parte do mundo? Ou em relação ao próprio país, ou em relação à própria cidade, ou em relação à própria vida.

A mensagem que eu pretendo escrever sobre este assunto, poderia ser longa, um verdadeiro livro tamanho a quantidade de informações, mas eu não tenho tempo para isso, então vou tentar usar o poder de síntese o máximo possível.

Eu descobri muitas respostas, para muitas indagações interiores, como esses questionamentos, ao ler o livro Um Curso em Milagres da Foundation for Inner Peace. Vamos dizer, um livro psicografado (vamos usar este termo), ditado por Jesus para psicólogos, salvo engano americanos ou ingleses, Helen Schucman e William Thetfor, professores de psicologia médica na Faculdade de Medicina e Cirurgia da Universidade de Columbia na cidade de Nova Iorque.

Existem muitos ensinamentos neste livro, e cada pessoa deve buscar o significado pessoal para si mesmo ao ler e refletir no conteúdo maravilhoso deste livro.

O que eu aprendi com este Livro?

Vou dar uma síntese, um resumo, das muitas respostas com minha percepção (se tivesse tempo daria para escrever um livro sobre isso). Mas cada pessoa terá sua própria percepção e resposta espiritual.

- A concepção que somos um só filho coletivo de Deus, ou seja, nós somos complementares uns aos outros, sendo um só.
- A concepção de que dar e receber são a mesma coisa, no mundo espiritual, ao emanarmos a nossos irmãos a energia positiva de Deus,
- A concepção de que o futuro a Deus, pertence e que devemos ter a confiança de uma criança.

Não é fácil tentar fazer um resumo, quando vem um milhão de ideias para se escrever e não se tem tempo para isso.

O que eu quero dizer com isso?

Nós podemos ser imortais em espírito nos céus, ou seja, ter a salvação de nossas almas, e continuar nossas vidas na caminhada nos céus, bastando para isto procurar Deus, Pai em nossos corações, nos render totalmente a Deus, Pai, e deixar o futuro nas mãos de Deus como uma criança, pois tudo aqui é transitório.

Se pensarmos, nós, como imortais em espírito nos céus, a vida em corpo físico que temos é transitória.

As preocupações que nós temos no presente, no futuro, nós não teremos, pois tudo será passado.

Nós vivemos em um mundo evolucionário do tempo e do espaço que vai da imperfeição para a perfeição.

Então, aos poucos, por exemplo, as estruturas sociais são melhoradas e aperfeiçoadas com o tempo.

Não a mal que dure para sempre. Existe a evolução em direção ao aperfeiçoamento.

Quando se tem pouco tempo para se escrever, temos que escrever frases soltas, que mesmo parecendo desconexas, tem um sentido maior em uma união na busca de luz.

Eu sonho com um mundo melhor. Muitas pessoas no mundo inteiro sonham com um mundo melhor.

Muitas vezes evito olhar as notícias, quando vemos nas manchetes notícias negativas.

Eu fiz uma oração, que eu procuro sintonizar, em vários momentos no dia, para emanar a energia positiva de Deus, para nossos irmãos, pois dar e receber no mundo espiritual são a mesma coisa.

Eis a oração que eu faço para tranquilizar meu coração, que tem como base, vários ensinamentos de Jesus que estão no livro: Um Curso em Milagres:

Primeiro e por último, um agradecimento a Deus, Pai. E cada pessoa pode fazer sua própria oração e reflexão tão necessária, principalmente, em algum momento que tivermos preocupados, seja qual for a preocupação. Eu faço isso todos os dias, várias vezes ao dia, sintonizando estes pensamentos:

- Meu Deus, Pai, muito obrigado pelas coisas maravilhosas que eu tenho recebido.
- A você meu irmão, eu dou o amor de Deus, Pai que eu tenho recebido;
- A você meu irmão, eu dou as muitas bênçãos e dádivas de Deus, Pai que eu tenho recebido;
- A você meu irmão, eu dou os muitos milagres de Deus Pai, que eu tenho recebido.
- A você meu irmão, eu dou: A paz, a alegria, o bem-estar – A energia, a saúde, a lucidez – Os muitos recursos – O repouso – A ajuda no cotidiano – O lazer saudável, todos de Deus, Pai que eu tenho recebido.

- A você meu irmão eu dou, principalmente, o amor de Deus, Pai, incondicional, independente do destino. Eu entrego meu futuro em suas mãos, Deus, Pai com a confiança de uma criança.
- O alfa e o ômega, o princípio e o fim. A bondade, a beleza e a verdade com um elo comum no amor de Deus, Pai.
- Meu Deus, Pai, muito obrigado pelas coisas maravilhosas que eu tenho recebido.

Assim como eu fiz acima. Cada pessoa pode buscar suas próprias respostas, na energia positiva de Deus, Pai e fazer a sua própria oração ou pensamentos para refletir várias vezes no dia, sempre que sentir que precisa fazer isto para tranquilizar a alma.
Esta oração, ou estes pensamentos, tem como base ensinamentos espirituais, por exemplo, que estão no Livro “Um Curso em Milagres” e no “Livro de Urantia”.

Por muito tempo eu li notícias, no Fórum Internacional de leitores do Livro de Urantia, o Fórum Serara,  sobre o livro Um Curso em Milagres. Aliás, foram muitos anos, até que um dia eu resolvi ler este livro.
Foi quando eu descobri a história do livro.
Como dois psicólogos estavam cansados com as tensões dos relacionamentos, da concorrência e agressividade, por exemplo, no ambiente do trabalho, e se questionaram que o mundo não precisava ser assim.
Foi quando Helen começou a ver, ouvir, sonhar com Jesus e conversou com o colega William sobre isso que a apoiou, dizendo que Jesus estava dando as respostas para os questionamentos deles.
Até que chegou um dia que Jesus resolveu ditar este livro. Dizendo, a partir de hoje eu quero que escreva este livro.
E este dia foi o dia 21 de outubro.
E o dia 21 de outubro é o dia de meu aniversário.
E este dia foi o dia 21 de outubro de 1965.
E o dia 21 de outubro de 1965 foi o dia em que eu nasci.

Então, quanto mais eu leio o Livro Um Curso em Milagres, mais respostas espirituais eu obtenho quando descobrimos um mundo diferente, o mundo espiritual que fazemos parte.

O que achas que nos espera?

No futuro, se Deus quiser, iremos se encontrar nos céus, e todos os problemas serão passado. Descobrimos que tranquiliza nossas almas emanar energia positiva a nossos irmãos, conforme, por exemplo, da oração ou pensamentos que eu faço diversas vezes ao dia. E cada pessoa pode ter sua própria oração ou pensamentos com a energia positiva de Deus, Pai, emanando para nosso irmão. E emanando energia positiva de Deus, para nosso irmão, emanamos para nós mesmos, pois somos um só, um só filho coletivo de Deus, complementares uns aos outros.

O sentido da vida, em um mundo de dificuldades, é saber que tudo é transitório. Que tudo isso é como se fosse um treinamento para evoluirmos nossos espíritos e obter a confiança como criança, em Deus, Pai, entregando o futuro nas mãos de Deus, Pai.
Se momentos bons ou ruis irão acontecer, seja como for, aconteça o que acontecer, sabemos que tudo é transitório, sabemos que o principal é emanar energia positiva de Deus nas diversas formas. Só o fato de pensarmos nisso, nessa energia positiva de Deus, Pai a nossos irmãos, já nos sentimos mais leves.

Por fim, eu sonho em um mundo espiritual melhor, em que a maioria das pessoas se tornem imortais em espírito, e assim, mesmo com a morte física, existe a continuidade da caminhada nos céus, e o reencontro com as pessoas que gostamos e que já faleceram.

Mas para que isto aconteça, precisamos ter pensamentos e sentimentos positivos em Deus, Pai, emanando para nosso irmão (para aqueles que quiserem pegar esta energia positiva) e, assim, sintonizar na rádio de Deus, Pai, várias vezes ao dia, tendo como exemplo, os pensamentos diários que eu tenho feito, mas que cada pessoa pode fazer e adaptar e melhorar e aperfeiçoar com suas próprias perspectivas pessoais.

I have already had the opportunity to report on scientific research in the USA that showed that everyone who drank kombucha for approximately 4 weeks had a lower blood sugar level.

This was the reason why I decided to make and drink kombucha every day, since April of last year (April 2024), because I am diabetic.

So I put here real results that reduced my blood sugar, mainly by drinking kombucha made from apple juice.

I explained that apple juice kombucha tends to turn into apple cider vinegar. And apple cider vinegar reduces diabetes, from my own experience. And I asked a researcher to do scientific research with people, expanding the research in the USA.

I commented that possibly all kombucha brewers should make apple juice kombucha. And those who are making and selling it should reserve a line of apple juice kombucha to have for sale as well.

There are many brands of apple juice that do not have chemical preservatives. So when buying apple juice, you have to look at the small print that shows the ingredients of the juice. The ingredients can only contain apple juice and may also contain ascorbic acid, which is vitamin C, used in some apple juices as an antioxidant, that is, to keep the juice clear for longer. And this ingredient (ascorbic acid) is natural.

I did research with several types of kombucha and the one that had the greatest effect on reducing blood sugar was apple juice kombucha. In the beginning, I used approximately 30% juice. Today, I use approximately 30 to 50% juice, usually 50% apple juice and 50% first-fermentation kombucha when bottling them in empty, properly sanitized 500 ml PET mineral water bottles. I am currently using 200 ml of juice and 200 ml of first-fermentation kombucha in these bottles.

As for the natural carbon dioxide produced by natural fermentation, my kombuchas have a lot of carbon dioxide, that is, a lot of natural foam, and the explanation is that I leave them out of the refrigerator for approximately 4 to 5 days with the juice after bottling until they become hard as a rock. However, this is only possible with PET bottles of carbonated mineral water, because if they were glass bottles they would probably explode from the pressure. However, PET plastic bottles of carbonated mineral water work. Only after this period (4 to 5 days, usually), that is, when the bottle becomes hard as a rock, do I put them in the refrigerator.

I am explaining this about natural carbon dioxide because some people said that their kombuchas had almost no carbon dioxide.

Depending on the type of juice, there are different results in controlling diabetes. As I said, I tested several juices and the best result was with apple juice.

But there is an incredible detail that I will highlight and write here again, for all kombucha lovers to reflect on.

Grape juice kombucha.

When I made and drank the grape juice kombucha that I had just made for the first time, my diabetes increased. The explanation is that grape juice has a lot of fructose.

So, I had a grape juice kombucha that had been in the fridge for about 30 days. And this kombucha worked for diabetes, that is, it reduced diabetes.

But I noticed that after being in the fridge for about 10 days, there was a huge decrease in the fructose in the grape juice kombucha, turning it into a real wine. A wine full of yeast.

Yes, since I started making kombucha, my kombuchas are full of yeast and I am sure that this is the main benefit in reducing diabetes.

In other words, I do not filter or do any process to reduce the yeast.

On the contrary, before bottling with juice, I put it in a large bowl and stir it with a plastic spoon and then I bottle it with apple juice or grape juice to make the first fermentation homogeneous in all the bottles.

To make it more productive, I have been mixing apple juice with grape juice. In the proportion of one bottle of each to make a homogeneous grape juice with apple juice before bottling.

I have already mentioned here the benefits of wine full of yeasts that are found in the two blue zones of Europe, the island of Sardinia (Italy) and the island of Ikaria (Greece) (the place where wine was born, according to Greek legends, where there is the cave of Dionysus, the God of wine, when wine production began, I repeat, according to Greek mythology).

The fermented beverage industry (beer and wine) makes mistakes in this regard, eliminating or reducing yeast, and unfortunately, many kombucha drinkers are making this mistake.

There are several ways to reduce or kill yeast. To kill: chemical preservatives, pasteurization (heating the drink), adding alcohol. To reduce: filtering, cold crash (cooling the drink when the yeast settles at the bottom and then the so-called sludge, which is the yeast, is removed). These are just examples.

Why does the fermented beverage industry (beer and wine) do this? Because yeast, when eating the various types of sugar, such as fructose in grape juice, for example, produces alcohol and carbon dioxide. And carbon dioxide can explode a glass bottle.

But wine full of yeast from the Blue Zones of Europe (Sardinia Island – Italy, Ikaria Island – Greece) is very healthy because of the live yeast.

The reason Dan Buettener made the documentary about the Blue Zones was because of an American of Greek origin. Watch the fourth and last episode. What happened to this American? He had cancer when he was approximately 60 years old and was given a life expectancy of six months by several doctors. And so he decided to die in the place of his ancestors, the island of Ikaria (Greece). And the main thing he did every day was to drink wine, full of yeast, from the island of Ikaria. And this American decided to make his own wine, by planting vines to harvest the grapes. He thought, these vines and grapes will be left for my wife and children to remember me by when I die. However, this American died four decades later, that is, only after turning 100.

On the other hand, on the island of Sardinia in Italy, there are the largest number of elderly, centenarian and lucid men in the world, and they have the habit of drinking artisanal wine (full of yeast) every day.

On a website I discovered that these Italians know that the secret is the artisanal wine full of yeast that they make and drink every day, because when they are with friends, they toast saying: - to 100 years. In other words, they know that it is wine responsible for a long and lucid old age.

So, I am currently making only kombucha from grape juice mixed with apple juice.

And I have already noticed that in approximately 10 (ten) days it already has characteristics of a wine full of yeast like the true medicinal wines of the blue zones of Europe.

And I shake this kombucha before using it, so that the yeasts are homogeneous.

The reason for writing today's message was a kind of eureka moment. In other words, an intellectual discovery.

I don't know if you know, but kombucha is not considered a scientific probiotic because of the difficulty in isolating a type of microorganism responsible for the benefits.

For example, yogurt is a probiotic because research was done with live lactobacillus that showed the benefit.

The difficulty in scientific research on kombucha is the enormous amount of bacteria and yeasts and in discovering which one is the main factor in the health of the human organism.

I've already commented here about yeasts:

- Yeasts eat sugar during fermentation. In the human body, yeasts do the same!

This is the eureka moment.

I would like to ask the scientific members of the group to further research the benefits of kombucha in diabetes, according to research from the USA, with one main focus: - The health benefits of drinks with live yeast in fermented drinks (wine, beer, kombucha, etc.), especially kombucha.

This message is for all kombucha lovers to reflect on. We can make kombucha from grape juice (mixed with apple juice, as I do, for example) that becomes a true medicinal wine, like the blue zones in Europe, for our benefit and for the benefit of our kombucha customers, those who already produce and sell kombuchas.

A few more thoughts. These kombuchas tend to have more than 0.5% alcohol, so they are alcoholic kombuchas, but still very beneficial.

For people who don't like to see the yeast in the bottle, use dark-colored bottles, just like beer and wine bottles normally do.

I dream that one day, Brazil and the world will replace soft drinks and alcoholic beverages in general with kombucha. To achieve this, we must unite with a philosophy of health benefits.

Eu já tive oportunidade de informar sobre pesquisa cientifica nos EUA de que todos que tomaram kombucha por aproximadamente 4 semanas, baixaram o nível de glicemia.

Foi este o motivo pelo qual eu resolvi a fazer e a tomar kombucha todos os dias, desde abril do ano passado (abril 2024), pois eu sou diabético.

Então eu coloquei aqui resultados reais em que diminuiu a minha glicemia, principalmente, tomando kombucha de suco de maça.

Eu expliquei, que a kombucha de suco de maça tende a virar vinagre de maça. E vinagre de maça diminui a diabetes, por experiência própria. E solicitei que algum pesquisador fizesse pesquisa científica com pessoas, ampliando a pesquisa dos EUA.

Comentei que possivelmente todos os kombucheiros deveria fazer kombucha de suco de maça. E os que estão fabricando e vendendo, reservar uma linha de kombucha de suco de maça para ter para a venda também.

Existem muitas marcas de suco de maça que não tem conservantes químicos. Então ao comprar o suco de maça, tem que olhar as letrinhas pequeninhas  que mostram os ingredientes do suco. Nos ingredientes só poder suco de maça e pode ter também ácido ascórbico que é a vitamina C, usada em alguns sucos de maça como antioxidante, ou seja, para manter o suco claro por mais tempo. E este ingrediente (ácido ascórbico) é natural.

Fiz pesquisa com vários tipos de kombucha e o que mais deu efeito na diminuição da glicemia foi kombucha de suco de maça. No começo eu usava aproximadamente 30% de suco. Hoje eu uso aproximadamente de 30 a 50% de suco, normalmente, 50% de suco de maça e 50% de kombucha de primeira fermentação ao envasar em garrafa pet de água mineral vazias, devidamente higienizadas de 500 ml. Estou usando, atualmente, nestas garrafas,  200 ml de suco e 200 ml de kombucha de primeira fermentação.

Quanto ao gás carbônico natural feito pela fermentação natural, minhas kombuchas tem muito gás carbônico, ou seja, muita espuma natural e a explicação é que eu deixo aproximadamente de 4 a 5 dias fora da geladeira com suco após o envase até ficar duro como uma rocha. Só que isso só é possível com garrafa pet de água mineral com gás, pois se fosse garrafa de vidro possivelmente iria explodir de tanta pressão. Mas as garrafas de plástico PET de água mineral com gás funcionam. Só depois deste período (4 a 5 dias, normalmente), ou seja, quando a garrafa fica dura como uma pedra que eu coloco na geladeira.

Esta explicação sobre o gás carbônico natural eu estou fazendo porque algumas pessoas falaram que suas kombuchas não tinham quase gás carbônico.

Conforme o tipo de suco existe resultados diferentes no controle da diabetes. Como eu disse, eu testei vários sucos e o melhor resultado foi com o suco de maça.

Mas tem um detalhe incrível que eu vou ressaltar e escrever aqui de novo, para reflexão de todos os kombucheiros.

A kombucha de suco de uva.

Quando eu fiz e tomei pela primeira vez a kombucha de suco de uva que eu tinha recém feito, minha diabetes aumentou. A explicação é que o suco de uva tem muita frutose.

Então, eu tinha uma kombucha de suco de uva com aproximadamente 30 dias na geladeira. E esta kombucha deu resultado na diabetes, ou seja, baixou a diabetes.

Só que eu notei que ficando aproximadamente 10 dias na geladeira já existe uma diminuição muito grande da frutose da kombucha de suco de uva, já se transformando em um verdadeiro vinho. Um vinho cheio de leveduras.

Sim, desde que eu comecei a fazer kombucha, as minhas kombuchas são repletas de leveduras e eu tenho certeza que é este o fator principal benefício na diminuição das diabetes.

Ou seja, eu não faço filtragem ou qualquer processo para diminuir as leveduras,.

Ao contrário, antes de envazar com suco, eu coloco em uma grande bacia e mexo com uma colher de plástico e em seguida eu envazo com suco de maça ou suco de uva para tornar a primeira fermentação homogênea em todas as garrafas.

Para render mais, eu tenho misturado suco de maça com suco de uva. Na proporção de uma garrafa de cada para fazer um suco de uva com suco de maça homogêneo antes de envazar.

Eu já comentei aqui os benefícios do vinho repleto de leveduras que tem nas duas zonas azuis da Europa, a ilha de Sardenha (Itália) e a ilha de Ikaria (Grécia) (local onde nasceu o vinho, conforme lendas gregas, onde existe a caverna de Dionisio, o Deus do vinho, quando se começou a produção de vinho, repito, conforme mitologia grega).


Existe um documentário sobre este assunto no Netflix (Viver até os 100: Os segredos das zonas azuis), uma série com 4 quatro episódios, salvo engano.

A indústria de bebidas fermentadas (cerveja e vinho) peca sobre isso, a eliminação das leveduras ou diminuição das leveduras, e infelizmente, muitos kombucheiros estão entrando neste erro.

Existem várias maneiras de diminuir ou matar as leveduras. Matar: conservantes químicos, pasteurização (aquecimento da bebida), adicionar álcool. Diminuir: Filtragem, cold crash (esfriamento da bebida quando as leveduras depositam no fundo e aí se retiram o chamado lodo que são as leveduras). Isto são apenas exemplos.

Por que a indústria de bebidas fermentadas (cerveja e vinho) fazem isso? Por que as leveduras, ao comer os vários tipos de açúcar, como a frutose do suco de uva, por exemplo, produzem álcool e gás carbônico. E o gás carbônico pode explodir uma garrafa de vidro.

Só que o vinho repleto de leveduras das zonas azuis da Europa (ilha de Sardenha – Itália, ilha de Ikaria – Grécia) trazem muita saúde por causa das leveduras vivas.

O motivo pelo qual Dan Buettener fez o documentário das Zonas Azuis foi um americano, de origem grega. Vejam o quarto é ultimo episódio. O que aconteceu com este americano? Ele teve câncer com aproximadamente 60 anos e foi dado por vários médicos a expectativa de vida de seis meses. E então ele resolveu morrer no local de seus ancestrais, a ilha de Ikaria (Grécia). E a principal coisa que ele fez todos os dias,  foi tomar vinho, repleto de leveduras, da ilha de Ikaria. E este americano resolveu fazer o próprio vinho, ao plantar parreiras para colher as uvas. Pensou, vai ficar estas parreiras e uvas para minha esposa e filhos se lembrarem de mim, quando eu falecer. Só que este americano, morreu quatro décadas depois, ou seja, somente depois de completar mais de 100 anos.

Por outro lado, na ilha da Sardenha na Itália, existem o maior número de homens idosos, centenários e lúcidos do mundo,  e, existe o hábito de tomar vinho artesanal (repleto de leveduras) todos os dias.

Em um site eu descobri que estes italianos sabem que o segredo é o vinho artesanal repleto de leveduras que fazem e bebem todos os dias, pois quando estão com amigos, fazem um brinde dizendo: - aos 100 anos. Ou seja, sabem que é o vinho responsável pela velhice longa e lúcida.

Desta forma, eu estou fazendo, atualmente, somente kombucha de suco de uva misturado com suco de maça.

E eu já notei que em aproximadamente 10 (dez) dias já tem características de vinho repleto de leveduras como os verdadeiros vinhos medicinais das zonas azuis da Europa.

E eu agito esta kombucha antes de usar, para que as leveduras fiquem homogêneas.

O motivo de escrever a mensagem de hoje, foi tipo uma eureca. Ou seja, um descobrimento intelectual.

Não sei se vocês sabem, mas a kombucha não é considerado cientificamente probiótico por causa da dificuldade de isolar um tipo de microorganismo responsável pelos benefícios.

Eu solicito para os membros cientistas do grupo aprofundarem a pesquisa sobre o beneficio a kombucha na diabetes, conforme pesquisa dos EUA, com um enfoque principal: - Os benefícios para a saúde das bebidas com leveduras vivas nas Bebidas Fermentadas (vinho, cerveja, kombucha, etc...), principalmente, kombucha.

Esta mensagem é para reflexão de todos os kombucheiros. Podemos fazer kombucha de suco de uva (misturada com suco de maça como eu faço, por exemplo) que vira um verdadeiro vinho medicinal, como as zonas azuis da Europa para nosso benefício e para os clientes de nossas kombuchas para aqueles que já fabricam e vendem.

Mais algumas reflexões. A tendência é que estas kombuchas tenham mais de 0,5% de álcool, então são kombuchas alcoólicas, mas mesmo assim muito benéficas.

Para as pessoas que não gostam de ver as leveduras da garrafa, usarem garrafas de cor escura, assim como usam as garrafas de cerveja e de vinho, normalmente.

Mas existe uma quantidade enorme, dezenas ou, salvo engano, talvez mais de cem menções sobre o Monte Sião, que é outro local. É a parte alta de Jerusalém, onde fica um Templo Católico.

O Templo conforme escritura de Ezequiel é um verdadeiro enigma da arquitetura (e eu desvendei este enigma e coloque no meu livro, tanto a interpretação, como os muitos desenhos, em uma verdadeira planta arquitetônica). Ou seja, o templo conforme profecia de Ezequiel não podia ter sido construído na idade antiga, por causa das grandes áreas livres, sem sustentação o que era praticamente impossível na idade antiga.


No entanto, em minha visão atual, este templo não é importante, pois existe um templo, dedicado a Deus, Pai que é mais importante, que é o templo que virá dos céus, e que está no Livro de Urantia.

Sim, poderíamos dizer que é uma gigantesca nave mãe (UFO).

Then, I saw that there was a microphone near the ark of the covenant and I went to this microphone to speak to everyone who was there.

When I was testing the microphone, there were only a few people.

But suddenly, the church was completely packed.

And I gave the following speech (a summary, that is, a summary of the speech) into the microphone so that everyone who was there could hear the ark of the covenant that was on display in the church, which at that moment was completely packed, with few words but that said it all:

- The ark of the covenant is a representation of God the Father, but much more important than the ark of the covenant is that we do the will of God the Father, and God the Father asks for peace.

When I made this speech I was applauded by the vast majority of people who were there.

This was the dream I had.

A arca da aliança e a ordem de Deus, Pai para a paz

Hoje, dia 21 de outubro, Deus meu abençoou com mais um dos muitos sonhos que tive em minha vida com Deus, Jesus, a arca da aliança.

Estou fazendo 59 anos no dia de hoje. Faz exatamente 59 anos atrás, coincidentemente, no dia em que eu nasci, Jesus começou a ditar o livro Um Curso em Milagres para uma psicóloga inglesa que teve ajuda de um colega também psicólogo.

Hoje, também, dia 21 de outubro foi reaberto o aeroporto internacional Salgado Filho, na cidade de Porto Alegre, Rio Grande do Sul, Brasil, depois de ter ficado mais de 5 (cinco) meses fechado, por causa da maior inundação da história do meu estado natal, o Rio Grande do Sul.


Então, vamos escrever agora sobre mais um sonho abençoado que eu tive no dia de hoje, no dia do meu aniversario, dia 21 de outubro.

Eu acordei as 05 horas da madrugada, horário local aqui de Brasília, Brasil logo depois do sonho.

Eis o sonho:

Eu estava em uma igreja e nesta igreja estava sendo apresentado para o mundo inteiro ver a arca da aliança que estava em exposição para todos verem.

Então, eu vi que tinha um microfone perto da arca da aliança e eu fui até este microfone para falar a todos que estavam no local.

Quando eu estava testando o microfone tinha poucas pessoas.

Mas de repente, a igreja ficou totalmente lotada.

E eu fiz o seguinte discurso (uma síntese ou seja um resumo do discurso) no microfone para ser ouvido por todos que estavam no local, vendo a arca da aliança que estava em exposição na igreja, que naquele momento estava totalmente lotada, com poucas palavras mas que dizem tudo:

- A arca da aliança é uma representação de Deus, Pai, mas muito mais importante do que a arca da aliança é fazermos a vontade de Deus, Pai e Deus, Pai pede a paz.

No momento em que eu fiz este discurso eu fui aplaudido pela grande maioria das pessoas que estavam no local.

Este foi o sonho que eu tive.

Fiz um título para resumir este sonho abençoado que eu tive no dia de hoje, dia de meu aniversário de 59 anos:
