Também eu acredito que não é previsto para mim a cura de minha diabetes tipo 2, ou seja, aquela que é adquirida com o tempo.
Isto se deve para eu ter um aprendizado com esta situação.
Sim, em minha vida eu me alimentei de forma saudável, a vida inteira, e fiz muitas pesquisas e descobri várias maneira de controlar a diabetes em níveis relativamente normais, a nível de pre-diabetes (glicemia entre 100 a 126) e até normal (glicemia entre 70 a 99).
Descobri várias ervas medicinais com grande efeito no controle de diabetes, entre elas, feno grego em pó, melão de são caetano também conhecido no Brasil como pepino amargo, canela, vinagre de maça.
Mas a minha maior surpresa, na atualidade é Kombucha, a bebida fermentada com base na fermentação de chá verde, chá preto ou chá mate (erva-mate do chimarrão gaúcho), com uma colônia de bacterias chamada Scoby de Kombucha.

Existe estudo americano, salvo engano, em Nova Iorque que todos que tomaram Kombucha em 4 semanas diminuíram os níveis de açúcar no sangue em jejum de noite.
O mesmo está acontecendo comigo, pois estou tomando uma taça de Kombucha todas as noites em jejum. E o efeito maior, por enquanto, foi com a Kombucha de suco de maça integral.
