Maximum Deterioration.

"In fact, maximum deterioration is a phrase that sums up the concepts that, when combined, mean when an object, behavior, or condition has reached the highest point of decomposition. As for losing the capacity for appropriate use for society, given the current conditions in which American society operates, we have no other analysis to do, in which we find, without fail, that the civilized society of Urantia has ceased to exist.
"It is a calculation, based on the brain functions of development, unfortunately, the conditions for maximum development achievement, in terms of social conquests such as democracy in America, have ceased to exist; unquestionably, the barriers of hatred and discrimination, segregation have been erected again, protected by retrograde principles used by the powers of totalitarian systems aiming to weaken any attempt at rebellion or resistance of the peoples against the mechanisms that oppress freedom of expression. We have quantified the speed with which these conditions are being expressed and we have been surprised by the constancy and repetition of events that are similarly appearing in this last presidential period.
"Our opinions are based on experiences of local governments as well as governments from other latitudes in the local universe. With this, we are implying that Urantia is not the only planet that supports a humanity in a retrograde sense, that they have reached the maximum point of evolution and suddenly a disorganizing mechanism appears that breaks the harmony between the different factions that make up society.
"This prevails today in Urantia and will be the subject of analysis in the different universities of the entire world. Here we are analyzing the roots and consequences of these setbacks.
"The scribe is only one element that contributes to the dissemination of these analyses of the authorities in the celestial family.
