All car companies, from the least known to the highest reputed, are competing for the cheapest and the best electric car in the world. The latest is from India and it is not an electric car per say, but a solar energy car with no plug-in. The only problem is that the car is not usable on a rainy day, but it is in full swing when the sun shines in the sky above.
