This is Arthura:
The lack of understanding between people and the excessive urge to assert themselves through power generates hatred and misunderstanding that causes leaders to misunderstand each other and turn against each other when it comes to power. They are unwilling to delve into the needs of the world to seek common solutions. They also lack the necessary sense of compassion and understanding for the people, which should be their motivation for functioning as representatives of the people in a governmental apparatus in the first place.
Leaders must be motivated to serve their country and the people, paying attention to amenities and necessary services such as, security, housing, education, health care, all necessary for normal functioning of groups such as in the family context, in which people can feel trusted and protected to make contributions to country and government and devote themselves to their work, trusting in a government that cares for its citizens and secures revenues for the treasury.
The family is the foundation of society and this must be secured so that children are given a sound education to take over the tasks of the elderly. Hence the great need for education and proper instruction in every field, where the new generation will have to be strongly trained in leadership and social behavior and be aware of their own responsibility and moral behavior in order to continually elevate and promote society into a unity of people who work for each other and master the spiritual values necessary to develop into a child of God and thus desire to serve and worship Him.
This interplay of well-ordered factors in a society provides a solid foundation for its citizens in which they recognize laws and rules and fulfill duties and responsibilities in support of the common good and from which all reap the benefits for a healthy social, economic and spiritual life in which sick or aberrant behavior can be addressed through appropriate care and education to keep the entire community healthy and working.
